Carter's Blue is known for its shawarma and I must say it was worth the hype. It was fully packed with flavors and spices. The pita bread was soft and was filled with generous amount of chicken chunks, mayo and pickles. They even served some extra chutney and mayonnaise along with the shawarma which I thought was a great idea.
Chicken Tikka Biryani-5/5
I highly recommend their chicken tikka biryani. The quantity is good enough for around 3-4 people. The rice was perfectly cooked and spiced with loads of chicken. It was smacked with flavours.
You'll lick your fingers clean ;)
Carter's Blue is a small and cozy place to visit with family or friends. The ambience is great and the food is amazing.

Carter's Blue a well know the franchise. One outlet is located in Kalaghoda MCC Lane Fort. They serve North Indian, Mughlai, Fast Food, Lebanese and Chinese.They also serve hookah, have different seating.
The ambience is pleasant and cosy. Walls are decored with frames and food tag lines. Beautiful lighting's and unique chair prints with spacious seating arrangements.
Service was quick and good. Staffs were friendly, helpful and attentive. Helped us to click pics and take videos. Gulshan Kumar and Azad Shake were the waiters.
Talking about the food their most selling dishes are shawarma, rolls, tikka, pot rice, mocktails and sizzling brownie.
We ordered Fruit Punch, Oreo Milkshake, Sheesh Taouk, Chicken Nizami Kebab, Mangolian Pot Rice, Chicken Akbari, Butter Kulcha and Sizzling Browine.

Carter’s Blue, the famous eatery that started with its first branch at Carter’s Road in Bandra (hence the name) before spreading across through multiple outlets in Mumbai. Carter's Blue serves a wide range of cuisines is very famous for their Shawarmas and Lebanese cuisine. Recently I visited the Kala Ghoda outlet with my friends for dinner, which is a decent casual dine place that serves Mughlai, Lebanese, and Chinese Cuisine.
📍 Location: - This outlet of the Carter’s Blue is at Chamber of Commerce Lane, Kala Ghoda, Fort, Mumbai. It is inside the lane next to Coper Chimney.
▶ Ambiance/ Service: The ambience of the place is decent, and it is a perfect dine-in to hang out with friends and family. The food quality of this outlet is as good as other Carter's Blue outlet. This outlet is quite spacious, and it is seating arrangement of 70-80 people at go. 😊 the service is a major talking point though. Waiting times especially for the main course is too long.

I ordered the Special Shawarma and the chicken was prepared in authentic methods and it is soft and delicious. The shawarmas are served with beet pickle and garlic mayo paste. The combined taste is wonderful and tasty. The Shawarma was just perfect. (Recommended)🤤

⚜️ Tandoori Kebab Platter- This Platter is of decent quantity and is easily shareable among 3 people. It was gigantic. This Platter consists of assortment of Chicken Tikka kebab, Chicken Reshmi kebab, Chicken Malai kebabs. For three people, it was just too much. The kebabs were delicious, and all came with grated cheese on top. 🤤
⚜️ Chicken Dum Biriyani-Love for biryani runs in my blood and as a diehard biryani fan I am very critical about the taste and flavor of biryani. This Biriyani was little spicy which attracted me the most. The biriyani was of decent quantity and easily shareable among 3 people.
Sadly, we were so stuffed with the delicious platter, biriyani, and shawarma that we just could not order any desserts and just skipped it.
💰Pocket pinch: - Pinch for two is ₹ 650- ₹ 800 for a delightful dine-in experience.
▶ Overall: - Overall, it was lovely dining experience for me. To sum it up, go to this place for the quick bites especially the yummy shawarmas and for a hearty Indian dinner or lunch. There is parking available for 2 wheelers around the space but it's an issue for 4 wheelers as the place is situated in a small aisle.
The restaurant has beautifull aesthetics and the waiters are very polite and respectful and will strive to provide the best of service. Chicken shawarma is the best what a chef can provide you. Rest of the dishes are above average.

Hi everyone I want to share my good experience at this place I visited. The place is located at Fort, Kala Ghoda and serves Chinese, Mughlai and Lebanese food. The ambience is good and the service is excellent and the prices are reasonable here. It also has a sheesha section which is filled with youngsters chilling out with friends. We ordered the Greek salad which was amazing. The next we ordered a paneer shawarma and a chicken shawarma which was superb with a fruit punch which was perfectly made. We also ordered a mocktail called " stay chill" which made us chill out throughout the evening as it was simply refreshing. Then we ordered Falafel with hummus which was great. We ordered cream of mushroom soup which was good. Then we ordered Fish tikka, mutton seekh kebab and veg makhmali kabab which were lovely and juicy and they were well marinated. As our group was big and we were sharing everything and wanted to sample most of their famous dishes I ordered paneer wonton fried and chicken wonton steamed which again was perfectly made. The mutton paratha roll and their paneer frankie is worth trying. In the main course we tried Butter chicken, Fish goan curry, Dal makhni and paalak paneer with aaloo paratha, paneer paratha with cheese and chicken baida roti. Their pineapple raita was fresh and creamy. The thai pot rice with gravy is my all time favourite and the portion is huge. We ended the meal with baklava, firni and a roohafza milkshake. Very pocket friendly and a must visit for all.

I visited the place today afternoon with my office collegue for lunch. Food here is amazing no doubt. I have heard of carter blue so many times coz my collegues come here for lunch . So we all visited carters blue . It was crowded in the afternoon .
We had 4 drinks, 2 starters , 2 main course and dessert . The starter which i liked was honey chilli potato which was tossed in delicious chilli sause. Paneer shawarma was very tempting and delicious . I had really good time with my collegues .

Veg Mexican Shawarma and Falafel Shawarma were just delicious. So many varieties to choose from. Along with that, there is a huge variety of soups as well. Veg Kadai was just brilliant as well, along with nans. Pocket-friendly as well. Overall, had a great experience and would love to try more of their dishes.

I went on a weekday after my working hours to chill with my friends , and yes as I had a reservation already they had set up my table prior.
The staff was really acknowledging and warm :D
I personally loved the Hummus & Zatar NAAN ! I can say this is a must must try as a start ! They serve the best hummus in town.
Oh yes , don’t miss their shawarma roll , they can actually give u water in in your mouth , it is that delicious.

Carter's Blue is a cute little place that's located in the fort area, in the lanes of kala ghoda. I visited this place yesterday for lunch with a friend and here's my experience about it.
It's a small place with a handful of tables, and the ambiance is very pretty, has kind of cosy vibes. The kind where you wouldn't mind just sitting and spending time here. The blue themed decor with sailor outfit staff just looks amazing.
The service is amazing, we had a couple of drinks, two starters one main course and dessert, and still we were in and out of the restaurant in 45 mins which is amazing.
Here's what we had-
PANEER AJWANI TIKKA
Started with starter, it had 6 pieces of tender and fresh paneer cubes marinated with a special masala, slow cooked on tandoor and then topped with ajwain. The ajwain taste was dominant but in a good way, we loved it!
HONEY CHILLI POTATO
Potatoes cut like fries were tossed in a delicious hiney chilli sauce. The honey Chilli sauce was unlike anything we had tried before. It had a tad bit of honey more than usual, because of which the dish was more on the sweeter side. But it was tasty nonetheless.
OREO SHAKE
It wasn't the usual oreo, Icecream and milk. This one was actually a chocolate Milkshake blended with oreo. It was thick, not extremely sweet and just perfect to have.
PINK LADY
If I were ro describe this thick mocktail in one word it'll be: Boomer. It tasted so much like that boomer chewing gum, it was uncanny. It was a sweet drink but man we just loved every sip of it!
MANCHURIAN FRIED RICE
Our choice for main course was this. It had a good quantity of fried rice served with a Manchurian gravy. The rice was absolutely delicious with the Manchurian gravy. It had a perfect authentic Chinese glamour that we just loved. The quantity and quality was just amazing.
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
For dessert we just had this. It was the perfect end the meal. A really delicious chocolate mousse that had a bit of hazelnut it. Loved it!

I visited Carters Blue recently and I was glad to try the delicious food served here.
Their all time famous shawarmas are definitely a must try.
I also relished their Tandoori Prawns. The prawns are big, grilled to perfection and the marination is spicy.
Mutton seekh is soft and delicious and Rogan Josh with Tandoori roti is a must try here. The gravy is medium-spicy and the mutton is tender and delicious.
Carter's Blue locates in the interior of Kala ghoda offers North Indian, Lebanese and Chinese. Interior of the outlet has white walls and colourful chair.
Gulshan is the guy who helped us to choose many dishes from the menu and have is quick service.

Delicious curry made with lots of veggies like babycorn, carrot, bell peppers, beans etc with chunks of cottage cheese. Loved the flavours from the curry. Must try.
🍮Phirni🍮
Creamy and delicious dessert made with rice, milk, sugar and saffron served chilled in the earthern pot.

I visited 'Carter's Blue' yesterday with my friend and I must say that if you want to taste authentic Chinese, Lebanese and Mughlai dishes then you may rarely find a restaurant better than "Carter's Blue". This restaurant is located at Fort which is a very prime loaction in Sount Mumbai.
The lighting here were just perfect as there was a beautiful sealling lamp for every table. The presentation on the table was decent and I really felt comfortable sitting at this restaurant.
Now coming to the food and drinks, the menu have lot of variety and frankly speaking I was confused as what should I have out of such a tempting menu. But in mocktails I had Cranberry Mojito and Green Island. Cranberry Mojito was a bit sweet but when I stired the drink it really tasted perfect. A perfect drink for Mijoto lovers. Green island was a bit thicker but tasted very nice.
I am a nonveg lover and I wanted to have some chicken kebab. I was planning to have all of them but I saw this mixed chicken kebab so I ordered it. It had 8 pieces of kebab i.e., Reshmi kebab, Tandoori kebab, Malai kebab and Pahadi kebab. It had cheese all over it which made it look more tasty. Also, we tried Prawns chilly dry and I must say that it was the tasties Prawns chilly I ever tasted. The prawns were perfectly cooked and all the sauces were blended in it. What a lovely dish it was.
Now in Main course we tried a Chicken tikka Biriyani which was pretty nice as well and the rice was just perfectly cooked. The rice was not sticky and it tasted smooth. Also you can surely go for Prawns goan curry along with rumali roti. The authentic goan taste was really delightful. The curry was smooth and yummy.
For dessert I was confused between Banoffee pie and gulab jamun with ice cream. I went for Banoffee pie as I had never tried it. It tasted good.
Overall I would surely rate this restaurant 5/5 based on ambiance, food, drinks and service. U must surely try and visit this restaurant for sure. Best in class!!!👍🏻
This is a brilliant restaurant and specially the non veg food served over here is just class apart. "Carter's blue" serves variety of Chinese, Lebanese and Mughlai dishes and all of them tastes really fantastic.
The service provided here was also very quick and the waiter that attended our table was very polite. The ambiance was also superb.
Some of the food items and mocktails which is a must try are:
Mocktails: Green island and Cranberry Mojito. Both had a great taste but I loved Cranberry mojito.
Starters: Mix chicken tikka and Prawns chilly dry. You just cannot decide which is the best. Chiken tikka had 4 varities in it and each of them had a unique taste. Prawns chilly was just wow.
Main course: Goan chicken curry and rumali roti. Also you can go for chicken tikka biriyani.

Today we were at Kalaghoda and wanting to try some Lebanese and mughlai food . Carters blue the best place . The outlet was overcrowded . The moment you enter this place its ambience will cast a spell on you . Great ambience, southing for the soul in terms of music and food . The food was served piping hot. Here’s a peek a boo to what we tried
1. Cranberry mojitto —— fresh cranberry juice infused with ice and mint leaves a perfect thirst quencher.
2. Watermelon sunset —- freshly squeezed watermelon juice served with ice.
3. Fish tikka —— chunks of basa fish marinated and deep fried served with green chutney.
4. Chicken Reshmi tikka —— chunks of chicken pieces in creamy sauce with cheese topping.
5. Lamb mandi rice —— what a treat to the eyes as well as the yummy . Lamb pieces in ric . A perfect Arabic dish served with Mandi sauce . Perfectly prepared and superb to taste .
6. Nalli Nihari served with butter naan —— tender pieces of mutton cooked in red gravy a perfect mughlai dish served with butter naan.

This place is famous for its middle-eastern cuisine. Recently I tried Open Chicken Shawarma here. It includes pita breads with lots of chicken tossed with peri peri mayo.
Tandoori Prawns served here is delicious and a must try. The prawns are huge and is grilled to perfection.
Rohan Josh: Mutton is soft and tender and gravy is delicious.
Overall, the food is delicious and is a must try.

Carter's blue fort is one of 6 outlet of famous sawarma joint which was all known for its sawarma which later turned out to be a flue fledge resturant serving north Indian , Chinese , labanese and fast food. Known for its non vegetarian food but Today it changed my view with it vegetarian menu .

cranberry mojito : one of the finest mojito after a long time. With some cranberry suyrp made it simply outstanding. Bit on sour side with lots of mint leaves and punch of lime. Gave a perfect balance of taste of cranberry and lemon with perfect child served a total Paisa vasool 💯.
Kiwi cooler : this creamy mock was so refreshing and perfect to go with any starter. Simply loved this too. Really creamy , basically kiwi mixed with vanilla ice cream made it perfect drink. 💯
Coming to staters one of my favourite from there menu.
Hummus with zatar naan this is simply outstanding a cheesey naan with some secerte spices from chef served with hummus now this were simply amazing so Creamy topped with some olives. Highly recommended 5/5 💯.
Paneer tikka : my all time favourite at any North India serving restaurant . This dish can never go wrong but when hummus raised the standard so high paneer tikka disappointed me a bit. 4/5.
Coming to main course went with Chinese and any time good to go Manchurian with fried rice. Rice were really good. Seems really fresh made as it's not done by all Chinese serving restaurant they many time turn up being dry. But then Manchurian were bit dispaointing very chewy and hard to break. Even gravy needs to work on 3/5.
Last but not the least my favourite. Ur favourite infact everyone's favorite.
Sizzling brownie : fair quantity of browny was the 1st impression when it 1st came one table. And one trying can say quality of brownie was really impressive. A big scope of ice cream topped over a perfect sizzling brownie to end the dinner with 5/5 💯.
Food 4.5/5 rest all was good just gravy and Manchurian taking away half a point.

I had ordered kiwi Cooler, Ajwani Paneer Tikka, Dajji, Tawa Masala, Rumali Roti and Phirni.
To start with, I had ordered a kiwi cooler which was very refreshing and cooling.
Then we ordered starters(Ajwani Paneer and Boneless Dajji) followed by the main course of Tawa masala and Rumali Roti.
The food was very yummy and well-balanced spices.
We ended our meal with a Phirni which was very good and was one of the best Phirni's I had in a while.
Also, the staff was very friendly and the service was prompt.
Definitely a must-go restaurant in Mumbai

This place is mainly known for its Mughlai and Lebanese cuisine.
I had ordered - Oreo Milkshake, Ajwani Paneer Tikka, Boneless Dajj, Tawa Masala with Rumali Roti and Backlava.
Food was just amazing, well cooked and sumptuous. Staff was friendly. The outlet was overcrowded during Monday lunch hours, because of high demand.
There was some waiting time involved, but overall I loved the place. Must try!

Carter blue is located at khala ghoda. This place is actually superb. I loved the food here from starters to main course. In starters I ordered the prawns albeck the zatar naan with cheese and parsley chicken all were very good no complaints at all.
In mains I ordered butter chicken nali nihari and chicken tikka briyani
The butter chicken and the chicken tikka briyani was superb. The nali nihari needs improvement as it was filled with oil. For desert I ordered 2 sizzling brownies they were amazing in taste

Well this place in fort for Lebanese food is a must go.....mutton lovers out there should definitely try their Kebabs it’s the best kebabs that I could ever think of and yes if you’ve been there and not had their kabsa rice so it will be like you missed on paradise out there....the sizzling crunchy kabsa is obviously a must try 🙈 also the mutton bhuna is love out there the tenderness of the mutton was overwhelming can be tried along with tandoori roti or a butter garlic naan would work too......THE CARAMEL CUSTARD yes it’s the BEST ♥️
Carters Blue has been my go to place for the longest time especially for their lipsmacking shawarmas.
Apart for Shawarmas, they also offer a wide range of authentic Lebanese dishes too. If you love kebabs you cannot afford to miss out on the Juicy Mutton Kebabs that they offer. The Lebanese Chicken served here just turned out to be such a delight for the tastebuds. Mildly spiced grilled chicken topped with loads of chopped veggies has my heart for sure.
For mains we opted for Sizzling Chicken Khafsa Rice and relished every bit of it. It’s a Lebanese style rice served piping hot on a sizzling platter.
Lastly, we ended our meal on the sweetest note with CaramelCustard which is my all time favourite desert for sure.
Certainly had a lovely dining experience at the Fort outlet of CartersBlue. Good food with affordable prices.

Carters blue is one of the most well known food franchisee spread at all the prime locations of Bombay. We visited the one at kala ghoda and it was an absolutely delectable experience.Thia place is particularly famous for its live shwarmas and Lebanese food. The shwarmas are a no miss. If you are here you have to try them.We had Lebanese dajjaj and mini chicken kebab platter which were scrumptious in quantity as well as taste. The dajjaj was richly garnished with bell peppers and cabbages. The taste was another worldly. We also tried the murg lucknowi with laccha paratha and roomali roti . It is absolutely amazing and definitely a worth try if you are looking for a completely different taste all together.
This place is a complete experience in itself from food to ambience to service, nothing disappoints.

Carter's blue is one of the most well known places in an around Mumbai with multiple outlets at all the prime locations. This place is always bustling with people even if its a week day.
The ambience is calm and peaceful and the service is cordial and quick.
There is light music playing in the background and makes for a perfect place to visit with friends or family.
What we tried :
➡️ Mocktails :
In Mocktails we had Guava mary and green island peach drink. The guava drink was a little spicy exactly like it is supposed to be. The green island one was on the tangier side with refreshing feel to it. Both the drinks were absolutely awesome.
➡️Starters :
Mini chicken kebab platter : We ordered for half plate of this one. The full plate consists of 16 pieces of different kebabs like afghani, mughlai, etc. The kebabs are juicy succulent cubes of chicken cooked on the tandoor to perfection. It is garnished with a thick layer of cheese which makes it all the more delicious.
Lebanese dajjaj : This one is a well known Lebanese Appetizer. They are chicken pieces marinated in curd and cream and cooked with multiple spices to finally bring out the required flavour. We absolutely loved it.
The starters are served with pudina chutney, plain mayonnaise and spicy chilli mayonnaise.
The pudina chutney is the best accompaniment to go with these Appetizers.
➡️Mains :
Chicken lucknowi with rumali roti and lacchha paratha : We were delighted to have this one. The taste is completely different from any gravy that you must have already had. It is a combination of both sweet and spicy but on the spicier side. There was an abundance of chicken pieces well cooked with the gravy.
The lacchha paratha here is so good that it will remind you of punjab. It is crispy and well layered. The rumali roti is very delicate, soft and huge.
➡️ Desserts :
We had the blueberry mousse for the dessert which was a decent choice. It was good but not excellent. It could have been more fresh rather.
Overall, an amazing place to be at to tantalise your taste buds.
We were served by Mr. Ramesh who was very helpful and made sure that our dining experience was a fine one..

It is great to go out with friends and find a restaurant with a nice ambience to make everyone feel more comfortable. Situated at Kala Ghoda near CST is the biggest location advantage. The staff was polite and courteous enough.
Starters:-
Chicken Lasooni Kebab is the must try starter which is served with pudhina chutney and mayonnaise. The perfectly grilled kebab along with the fried lasson topping are the perfect to give a start to your lunch/dinner.
Fish Tikka is also a good starter, it was properly cooked and softness of fish was also maintained.
Mocktails:-
Guava Mary mocktail had that perfect taste of the sweetness of guava as well as the spicyness of the the spices added into it.
Kiwi Cooler was the coolest drink ever had with that sour and sweet taste as well as was perfectly thick.
Main Course:-
Chicken Matka was full of spices, the gravy had a taste of rich muglai spices and the chicken was properly cooked which made the dish more delicious.
Rice and Biryani:-
Chicken Dum Biryani was very well cooked along with the right amount of spices going into it.
Dessert:-
Banoe Pie:- It was a sweet dish in which the bottom layer was of thick chocolate brownie and banana. Then there was a layer of smooth cream and in between them there is an small layer of banana with cream. The taste was good...

Visited this place with family and had a wonderful time here the place has a beautiful ambiance and a very courteous staff who are always ready to help.
Talking about the food we had Butter Garlic Mushroom, the taste was amazing and the quantity was more than enough for 4 people to munch on. Also we had open Dajaj Shawrma, one of the best shawarma I ever had,taste was perfect and the presentation was quite beautiful.
In drinks we had Strawberry Mojito, a soda based drink topped with lemon and mint with strawberry and kiwi extracts. Also I had Oreo Shake, smooth texture with loads of oreo chunks blended well. Loved it!
In mains we had Chicken Tikka masala with butter tandoori roti, the combination was good and the gravy was a perfect blend of spices with a smooth texture and tandoori chicken pieces.
In desserts we had Chocolate mousse a perfect dish to end your meal with. Loaded with chocolate flavor and smooth in texture was a perfect dessert.

The best shawarma I have ever had in my entire life. Heavenly. Also tried sheesh taouk which was nice too.
We went to get their classic Paneer and Chicken Shawarma. Open until 1 am atleast. Best outlet in Bandra, Carter's Road when it comes to quality fast food. The service, however was okay. The ambience was fine. No dine-in is available after 11. We had a take-away.

I tried the Arabic chicken Shwarma and the chicken Shwarma and it was good. Also tried the Carter blue's special Shwarma and honestly it was quite heavy but so good.
Hands down there Shwarmas are best in town. Vegetarian options are limited and are not upto the level of non-vegetarian options. The main course is costly but not that special. Tried a mutton dish last time, mutton was very well cooked but the flavours were a bit blend.
Carter road market is small as compared to Linking or Hill toad but good enough. Parking is a bit hassle sometimes. The shawarma here is the Arabic one and good. Infact i found it value for money. The service is good and they have a washroom as well. Must try for Shawarma lovers in Mumbai.
