Authentic Bengali food... I liked this place and now it's among my top 5 Bengali food joints... After bijoli Grill... I tried chicken dak Bangla, fish shorshe and royal chicken chap... Everything was finger licking good... Chap was a little undercooked... Will visit again soon
The place for Bengaliana cravings... Puchka to kathi roll to biryani, everything reminds me of Kolkata. Good place for Bengali food.. Recommended!!
I was craving luchi one Sunday morning and was passing Oshiwara which led me to trying out this place. I had the begun bhaja, luchi and aloor dom which instantly trans(tele?)ported me back to home. Isn't that a wonderful thing to experience? I had their mishti doi, which even if wasn't exactly the Mishti doi I have had while growing up in Kolkata, was nice and i learnt later that it's made in-house.
The best part about The Calcutta Club, Oshiwara is it's ambience (the decor + the music) makes you crave for more of Manna Da, Anjan Da, Rupam and Anupam, if you know what I mean. And let me tell you I am not even a hard-core Bengali food fan but this place surely makes you miss home! Full marks on being a good food experience and not just good food.
Love the taste and the variety of dishes.
Although in my recent visit, the quantity of khichuri was insufficient for one person.
Loved the Doi mach and also post. Please add beguni to your menu.
One of the best Bengali food you’ll eat in Mumbai. Very courteous and sweet staff. And extremely well priced. Foodie’s haven. Very satisfied and happy.
The food was good, the taste and flavor profile were refreshing. We were also delighted to find aloo in the homestyle paneer - a hat tip to several of our Kolkata visits. I’d rate the mutton cutlet a 3 cos not enough flavor there - the crust was excellent though. The rice we were served was very good too - it was the yellow rice while we ordered the white.
The veg chop was good too.
Very good food and staff is also very sopporting and helpfull
The proper Bengali food station most needed .... Loved this place .... The ambience, the food, the hospitality... Everything was very good ... The food was a bit pricy and quantity compromised but expected as higher demand for the festive season .... Over all it was good experience ... So total 5 star from me ... 😍
Its the best! Delicious, finger licking bhetki shorshe(fish in mustard gravy) with rice, prawns cutlet, baingan bhaja, moong daal rice and aloo bhajaa! Baigan bhaja was dripping in oil. Other than that everything was the epitome of deliciousness!
The Calcutta club located at Oshiwara signal junction .. small tiny place. I am not a big fan of Bengali food but decided to explore it for a Change.
We ordered and would highly recommend the following:
Babubagan fish chop
Prawn cutlet
Bhetki fish paturi (fish in banana leaf marinated in mustard sauce)
Aloo Tikki
Shukto
Baati chorchori
Don’t miss the rossogolla payesh and gur ice cream
Value for money. The owners and the staff were very courteous and helped us pick the menu. They offer 15% discount on Icici credit and debit card. Sweet deal. Meal for 7 costed 2500
If you’re craving for authentic Bengali food. This is a place which should be on your list.
The place and ambience and presentation of the food is nothing fancy but has all the taste to fill your heart and stomach.
For starters we had chicken egg devil, veg chop, fish chop and aaloor jhoori bhaaja for which I would give them 5/5 for the taste which they served it along kasundi.
For mains we had aaloo posto, bhetki fish paturi, chicken Kausha along with pooris and would again give them 5/5.
They didn’t have too many options for the desserts as it wasn’t available. So we went for Rossogollar Paresh which I think was too sweet, but taste was good.
Overall enjoyed the food and worth every penny. They can train their staff a bit more on the menu and create a better ambience.
I was craving for Bengali food so find this outlet. Its located at oshiwara main road. This outlet serves you the best typical Bengali food. If you wanna try some Bengali dishes must visit here.
The ambience is pretty good, they have many photo frames all over there wall which make the outlet look good. Overall they have good ambience. The staff here is also well trained and provides good service.
Coming to the food part i have tried various dishes and majority of them was new for me as i was tasting Bengali food for first time but i enjoyed the food. They were traditionally prepared to give the real taste and feel of Bengali food.
So i started with chicken tikia it consist of 6 pieces and it was a new dish for me but i liked it and i would highly recommend to go for this. It was served with some sarsoo chutney which was made with mustard and i liked that too.
Then after that i went for fish cutlet it was good too and i liked it.
Then after that i ordered Chicken Biryani which was good served hot with two big chicken pice of chicken in it. The quantity was good and it can be easily shared between two. Not only quantity but also the quality level of food is also good.
Then i ordered daab chingiri its a typical bengali food consist of prawns cooked in tender coconut cream, it was sweet dish and new dish for me but i liked it too and would love to have again.
This is the best place if you wanna enjoy Bengali food. As fishes being there specialty they have many varieties in there menu. They have real authentic bengali food with good and original taste.
I really had nice experience from this place and would love to visit again and try chicken tikia and fish cutlet.
Best place for Bengali food in Andheri . So we were a group of four and here are the four things we had
➡️ For starters we had fish cutlery and golpark also tikia.
Both were great and the crispness . They served it with chutney .
➡️for main course we ordered mutton kosha and chicken kosha with lacha Parantha .
Overall it was great experience of Bengali food .
I have been going here since before Zomato and guess that why I never reviewed it. It is a warm and cosy Bengali restaurant, walls are decorated with pictures of Bong legends. They have recently started with a phuchka and jhaal Muri cart outside. Food is great especially chicken cutlet, fish chop , kosha and Dhakai chicken. Briyani is perfectly moist and lightly flacoured. In desserts, nolen gur and mihidana ice-cream is to die for which they get it from Kolkata. It is little expensive than most of regular Bengali restaurant but given the taste and ambience it is good value for money. Rohan Kanhai Pallavi
It is a nostalgic place for those who would appreciate Bengali ambience , culture and taste. The cost might be on a slightly higher side but otherwise totally worth it. I usually go once in couple of months to satisfy my taste buds with home like Bengali food , specially the Fish curry , Mustard paste dishes , biryani and most favourite of all the desert "Patisopto" yummmm. If you get to meet the founders it's a delight in itself, I am personally motivated by them , I have seen them growing from a small space under the building stairs to what they are. Anyways , it's highly Recommended.
Their BABUBAGAN fish chop is my favourite !!😋😋 Omg it's sooo freaking good !!! And next fav is their most unique Bardhamaner Mihidana ice cream !! It is sooo unique and amazing !you guys just have to try it once. Of course their nolen Gur is fantastic too !!!! Then I've ordered daab chingri . It was yummm. And then pabba bhapa Liish ! Almost everything I ordered here was good except one paneer dish but that's just me :) anyway ,I've said it once and I'm saying it again, don't miss out on the Mihidana Ice cream (it's the first pic) ! And the babubagan fish chop :) Happy eating 😍
Like this place...all ways love to eat authentic bengali taste...Superb staff...management..very good service..more authentic bengali dishes should be added
Great food. Warm atmosphere. Excellent Mutton Kasha. Fish quàlity and preparation at its best.
The ambience adds more flavour to the authentic Bengali food.

5 of us went today to celebrate Bengali New Year and the food was delightful. This place has ala-carte menu only. The food is amazing. We ordered a lot of different food and all were amazing
A must try outlet in western suburbs for the people who love bengali food. The portion is good for one person per dish. Their chicken chaap is quite unique in taste, not the one that you get in Kolkata but definitely will suit your tastebuds. Their version of Kolkata biryani is mouth watering. Also tried fish fingers and lachcha paratha. For dessert, will highly recommend the nolen gur ice cream. The restaurant does not have a fine dining ambience but gives a warm feel of Kolkata🙂
If u looking to enjoy a authentic Calcutta meal then this place is the ideal place to visit. With no frills this place is a pleasure of the great tasty of food and value of money dinning experince .Food here is served in brass plates and some great Bengali classical music playing in the background .Making the dinning experince more authentic. We ordered the ru fish mutton cutlet chicken curry and lacha paraths with a basket of puris .All dishes were yummy .to end our meal we had rosogula with malai to enjoy the sweetness of Calcutta. Anand the steward who served us gave us good suggestion and served us well.Do give this place a visit guys
This is a small outlet, but it serves delicious Bengali food. We ordered Dab Chingri, Bhapa Ilish Shorshe, Alor Dom, Malai Dal Ghonto and Begun Bhaja. The Bhaja was very oily as were the luchis, but the delicious food made-up for it. For a small outlet, they have a huge variety in their dishes. The Dab Chingri is to die for as is the Ghonto. A word of advice would be to ditch the luchis and go for rice. Their Nolen Gur Icecream tastes authentic and unlike the other nolen gur icecreams available in the market. This is a must visit place.
Visited this small but cozy place for the first time. Was welcomed with soothing Rabindra Sangeet and various yesteryears bong celebrities and game changers.
They serve food in traditional kansha (bronze) utensils including cutlery. A sight rarely seen in other restaurants.
Coming to the food, we started with bhetki fish fry - tasted hot and crispy. Perfect combination with original and undiluted kashundi (mustard sauce).
In the mains, ordered fish chachra - winter veggies cooked with ilish (hilsa) fish head, this tasted yumm and homely. Enjoyed the dish with steamed rice.
Next in line was hilsa (ilish) bhapa and pabda fish curry. Both the dishes tasted awesome and authentic homely bong cooking.
After having such delicious mains, how can we miss the so yummilicious bengali desserts?! They had varieties including nolen Gur ice-cream, nolen Gur rossogolla, nolen Gur payesh and very unique mihidana ice-cream.
Ordered my favorite nolen Gur ice-cream and the first spoon had me swooned and took me back to Kolkata. The quantity was better than other bong places with similar offering.
Overall a wonderful and satisfying meal, a place for great time with friends and family - a place for adda and golpo over delicious food. With a vast menu, home style cooking and courteous and helpful staff, this place is recommended to all bongs staying away from Kolkata and for those who absolutely love bong food. Enjoy foodies!
Amazing food! Amazingly authentic tasty delicious food!!!!! 🤩🤩🤩
Must visit if you want true authentic bong food! The daab chingri is exceptional! ✨✨✨
#bengalisinmumbai this is the most authentic taste I have got for Bengali food in Mumbai! I have used their catering services also several times and highly recommended them 9004029552
Small but busy place in Oshiwara. The servers put down the brass utensils/cutlery and that provided a very authentic traditional Bengali feeling to begin with. They have quite a few exotic Bengali specialities like Tel Koi, Muittha and __ Shutki. :) I was pleasantly surprised when I was told all the menu items were available.
Ordered a Chicken cutlet to start with. Would rate it a 2.5 though. The filling didn’t have much of minced chicken but loads of onion and potato. A tad disappointed. Decent kasundi to go with it.
For the main course, ordered steamed rice and ‘Chitol Maacher Muittha’. Boy, the Muittha was a delight. Perfectly made and perfectly cooked- and this is a very tough dish. Soft succulent ‘muitthas’ and the curry was nicely balanced. The long grain basmati they use here also is a great accompaniment. Dishes like ‘Muittha’ need high quality rice and they got it just right. Very satisfying main course.
The final delight- (has to be a traditional mishti)- ordered the roshogolla payesh as my dessert.
Standing ovation for this. A bowl of creamy, sinful
‘ roshogollah payesh’ finished off my Bengali dinner.
Don’t miss this bit. Amazing and tempting stuff.
Friendly servers and amazing food. They have retained the authenticity and I would be back for sure. This time for the ‘tel koi’
Today we went to this place in search of good quality Bangali food,we ordered fish in mustard greavy, mutton kasha, bhappa fish rapped in banana leaf ,in mustard masala , rice ,and luchi, fantastic food , best in class, must visit.
Lovely bengali food...food which tantalizes the tastebuds & makes u yearn for more.Have been there multiple times.Being a bong, have a special love for fish.Had their Ilish bhapa, shutki mach, doi mach, parshe - taste is authentic bengali & food is not so rich.It does not give one a crazily heavy feeling, portion size is good. Their nolen gurer ice cream in their dessert section rules the heart.A must go place if one wants to savour the delight of bengali pallette!! Ambience can be better but the bengali old school songs almost make up for it. Portion size is good for two. The kansha thala adds to the bengali touch.Off late they have started a puchka stall outside the restaurant which tries to serve bengali puchka.
A must visit!!
#tummytales #foodblogger #foodblogging .Follow me in my insta handle at rangoli.mukherjee(tummytales)
Really like their chicken dum biryani. For desserts I like their malpua and mishti doi. Their fish fingers are also good. Also like their fish curry in mustard sauce. Happy eating:))
Small nicely done in a Bengali style . Utpal dutts and more like these amazing actors pictures fill up the walls ; a delight to see ! Food is just the bengali style
So if you would want to have a taste of Calcutta living in Mumbai ; Calcutta club will be it!!
The special thalis during the navratre time were delicious and a great idea
Has been our family favourite for both quality and quantity - food wise. Some friends of ours who live outside India make it a point to always go here whenever they get a chance!! It does have the flavour of Calcutta- Kolkata...
The Calcutta Club is such a delightful little place. And trust me, it's difficult to please a Bengali.
We had chunky double egg double chicken egg rolls. And they were heavenly with just the right amount of mustard sauce and chicken. We followed it up with some yummy fish fry.
And we rounded off the meal with Kosha Mangsho and Rotis.
Nothing could make me happier.
Awesome authentic Bengali food. Superb taste
Was so good to have finally been here since I first heard about it ... The Calcutta Club is a small four table affair with true blue Bong food. Expect to be floored with the usual storm of Bong deliciousness minus the restaurant like taste! 😋 Food that has a soul, hits all the right buttons and doesn’t burn a hole in your pocket.
This place serves authentic Bengali food at its very best. Quality, Quantity and Variety makes this restaurant a deadly combo and the ultimate destination for any food lover. Staffs and ambience certainly boost the customer experience to the next level. Certainly I can’t think of improvement area and want to wish them best of luck to maintain this phenomenal standard. My food ratings would be exceptional for Egg chicken devil, Tel koi, Chingri macher malaikari,Fish fry, Fish finger, Shukto, Elish macher mather pui chochori, chitol macher muittha and Kolkata type Biryani.
Just woww!!! One of the place on my wishlist. From the ambience, their décor, cutlery & the food everything was so apt. A small cozy place which offers amazing Bengali cuisine. The spices used in Mutton Kausha made its taste mesmerizing. And do not miss Nolen Gur Ice Cream..you won't find anywhere else! A true foodie, this outlet is a must try😊
One of best place which serves authentic Bengali cuisine. We tried Bengali pulao which was simply awesome, aloo bhaja totally Bengali flavour, bhetki patudi which was well made with sarson, kosha meat which was simple lip smacking and luchi which was again too good. Ambiance could have been improved. Price is decent and service is good. Already visited twice in 2 weeks
Must visit for all Bong food lovers. Starting with the ambience and the brass cutlery reminds one especially the probashi Bongs of visiting grand parents house during summer holidays and eating from those cutlery. We tried the bhetki paturi, Rui macher jhol with alu and crisp and hot begun bhaja. Everything was spot on and finger licking. Round it off with Nolen Gurer payesh and you are in a bliss.
There are half dishes so if you are little tight in budget you can go for half too. Will visit again for the delicacies.
This has become our regular most visited place.
no fancy no fuss only good food kind of place. They have changed their cutlery crockery upped and replaced it with brass. The tap water tastes cool n sweet as it's poured from a copper pot. The portion sizes are if I remember correctly little larger than before.
The prices have increased slightly too. The decor is as has been for a long while.
A black board lists the specials. We ordered maach bhaja, bhapa ilish, dak mutton and steamerd rice and a rosogolla paayesh I think.
Both the fried and steamed fish was fresh, taste was super. The mustard curry was fresh light n flavorful. Went very well with the rice but the dak mutton was total OOTW. deep intense and tasty as hell.
Food makes the prices worthwhile. 1600 for 2 it's not cheap for the kind of place. It's not at all expensive for the kind of food.
Btw OOTW stands for out of this world :)
Awesome food..we had mutton biriyani, mutton chap and vegetable polao.. everything was too good..the atmosphere is so nice there.stuffs are good too...
Yes, I might be a biased bong to be giving this classic institution a 5/5, but in all these years I have never ever been disappointed with their food. They might not be the best at making fancy bengali dishes, but the veggie dishes, the basic fish dishes, the chops and cutlets are so unpretentious, non-spicy and simply made that if I am ever home sick, then it's not Bhojohori, not Oh! Calcutta, not Bijoligrill (although this one is fantastic, and boasts of a menu that is to die for) any other bong place anywhere in Mumbai, but only this. The trick out here is to stick to the basics and not order stuff like daab chingri, etc. And u will surely go on a nostalgic trip to Calcutta. May this eatery stay as long as I am in Bombay, that's all I can pray.
As happy as we were, just at the thought of getting here (despite it being my second visit), we finally ended up being the first customers on a Sunday afternoon. And then looking at the menu, just got our ecstasy doubled :)
We had ordered the Aam Pora Shorbot and a Fish Madhuri to start with, followed by Shukto, Enchorer Korma, Pabda maach er jhol (with aloo and bori), Rui maach’er jhaal and some steamed rice. The Fish Madhuri was a really nice adaptation to fish fry, with minced chicken keema between 2 fish fillets and it came with our ever endearing Kasundi! The Aam Pora Shorbot HAD to be good. The next few dishes were served fairly quick – the Shukto was brilliantly refreshening and the Enchor too was nice, except for the fact that it seemed a little overdone to me (I mean, may be just because I am used to having it a little less cooked, at home). Now getting to the vertex of all my excitement – the Rui maach, I was badly let down – be it for the gravy or the texture of the fish, I was badly disappointed The Pabda was huge and must have been nice as my friend did not seem to have complained (well, I stole a few boris from the jhol :P)
Overeaten, as always expected, we did not ask for chutney since we had eavesdropped about them not having mango chutney, in the season of mangoes :/ We instead went ahead straight and ordered a rasmalai – which was just a perfect wind-up for the meal :)
Do you use a spoon to mix your chicken curry with your rice? If yes, pls stop. If no, go here. They are good, really good. And decent Mishti doi too. (Can use spoon for that man!)
Simple yet super delicious bengali food. The Calcutta Club never disappoints. Rui Shorse is a must, must have dish. It is finger-licking good. You also don't want to miss the Aam Panna they serve here. It is a small and cosy place but highly underrated. I am definitely going there again and again.
Visited on 12/05/2018 for dinner with cousin, quality of food is really good especially best quality bengali dishes in mumbai and also service is quiet fast
They have the Bestest desserts! That their main course, I love their line of sweets. Rossogollar payesh and payesh are my favorite! Of course, aloo posto follows next in line. We also had their Bhetki paturi which was rich in mustard flavor.
Whenever I have dined at Calcutta Club it’s always been a wonderful experience. They serve home cooked Bengali food. They keep the flavours really simple but offer good quality. So I will highly recommend this place for frequent dining.
Quintessential Bengali cuisine in the heart of Bombay... For us bongs nothing is better I guess.. apart from that, the restaurant is reasonably priced, has friendly staff and a cosy ambiance. Kid friendly and does not serve alcohol.
I was here for a weekend lazy lunch mostly because I was feeling homesick.
You can always count on this place to uplift your mood and memories. I along with my friend wanted a light meal and hence we went for the classic shukto to start with then we followed it up with aloo phukopir dalna, mug daal and jhuri bhaja with steamed rice and since no bengali meal is complete without fish we ordered a rui jhaal.
To make matters even more better we had the gurer payesh and I swear to God it was just like home.
I do feel that the price points are a little on the higher side especially for side dishes like dal and jhuri bhaja. However they bring home to you in a plate so I guess it's worth it.
I am waiting to visit again during mango season to have glassfuls of their aam pora shorbot!
We visited this place for lunch. The ambience is very good with lots of pictures of famous people form Kolkota. We started with the Chicken Egg Devil. It was stuffed with chicken mince and half boiled egg. There was too much happening in it. We tried the fish fry which was good but the mustard sauce was to overpowering. The Mutton Kausha was good but too many bones and less of meat. The shorshe narkol chingri was with too much mustard as well. The Biryanis was the worst dish. It had no flavour. They need to work on it big time. The Rossogollar Payesh was the best dish.
Have recently developed a fetish for Bengali cuisine, hence on a spree to try out all the Bengali restaurants across town. Saying this, Calcutta Club was one on my list. We had Fish fry, bhetki paturi and chicken biryani. Both the fish items were well made and delicious and had decent portions as well. I do not understand the finer tastes, but I would surely say, bhetki paturi here was better than those which I have had in other restaurants. Chicken biryani was nice but not something that I was planning to order, as I mainly came here looking for fish. However, as a couple of main course items were unavailable, I had to settle for the biryani. For desert it was rasgulla payesh, which I enjoyed.
Ambience is clean and homely, with pictures which would make once reminisce Bengal.
In all, a good place for Bengali cuisine, however availability of all items in the menu is not guaranteed, hence would suggest to call in advance if you are looking for something specific.
I have a weakness for non vegetarian Bengali food , whenever i cross this place, i can't help but pick up at least their Bengali sweets if not their main course(Biryani). Staff is very friendly love their ambiance (they place soulful Bengali music. Must try: Bhetki fry, mutton biryani, rosgulla payesh.
The food was amazing. Had not tasted such authentic bengali cuisine in quite a while. Also, the ambience, the service and the presentation in on point. Perhaps they can work a little on the space crunch. But a must-go for bengali food lovers.
Bhapa iilish is the best. Also the service boys are humble. A must try for all hilsa lovers.... They prepare the food so awesome that even a non Bengali friend of mine became a fan of Bengali food (especially bhapa iilish)
Beautiful place .. authentic Bengali food.. super bang on right bong on the taste buds.. must try all the dishes.. specially gondhoraj sharbat.. but service is very slow.. specially on rush times.. that there is mostly waiting.. service is slow n sad… not so hygienic… but if u are a crazy bong food lover .. this is the place… kosho mansho and kosho chicken 😋🤤is drool worthy.. begun bhaja and aloo bhaja are bang on.. try Zomato gold for good discounts gurer payesh is not so good .. any bong mom makes better at home… their mishti doi was superb and a must try
We 2 went for dinner on Saturday.
The place is good to accommodate 20-30 people.
No waiting for the place but it was busy.
The ambiance is good.
Service was not too quick but considering the food is cooked for order, it was served on the right time.
Not too expensive. Dinner for 2 (1 starter, main course, and aam pora sharbat) was 1100 for us.
For Bengalis the food maybe not 100% flavor of Calcutta but for non-Bengalis, it is very close to Bengali flavors.
Worth to try.
Amazing hospitality and lip smacking authentic Bengali food. Feels like home far away from home.
Recentlu visited this one of the best and Mumbai's first even place to serve authentic Bengali food. Typically Kolkata cuisine is provided at this outlet being it a veg dish or a nonveg dish. Ambience here is so peacefull and happy going to enjoy our meals. Staff is very welcoming and considerate to explain the name of the dishes too. Have tried alot of veg and nonveg options here that you guys must actually try✅
This is nice place for Bengali family food. Many things match the original taste.
Fish chop, mutton kasa, muglie items are very popular along with Rasgula.
Rasgula is very much over priced , rest of items are also bit high but ok to try.
RS. 400-500 per person is sufficient for lunch / dinner.
A wonderful time I had spent here. After a long time, I had a proper authentic Bengali lunch in Mumbai. The Food is delicious and the ambiance, owner, and service are also recommendable. As a hard-core Bengali especially BANGAL I took shukti mach or dried fish with white Rice, Mutton Jhol, and their special Mutton Kosha. The dried Fish was remarkably good, and the Mutton Curry was too Good and perfectly cooked. Though I found mutton kosha a little sweeter, it can be managed by green chili bites. Overall It was a very impressive experience. Must visit for authentic Bengali Food.
It was my first visit to this Resturant. As a bengali I have been to many Bengali Resturant in Mumbai earlier. So, we came on sunday afternoon for lunch. It was quite not as much crowd I expected. Ambience was good light Rabindra Sangeet was playing on background no loud noise.
We ordered in starter Fish Finger and Lake Market Fish Maduri which was awesome, taste like authentic vetki fish. On Main Course we ordered Mutton DuckBangla and Steam rice. Mutton was awesome (Rewaji Khasi) and Gravy was tasty too.
We didn't go for any desserts. But overall we liked the food. Value for money. Will love to visit again.
Highly recommended place for authentic Bengali food. Not a very large menu but everything is up to the mark. Great taste, good service, basic and casual ambience. No alcohol at this place.
Try the thali. Very good for one person with good appetite.
The a la carte is also very nice. They also serve Kolkata rolls.
They also have Chinese which i have not tried yet.
Best Bengali food! My go-to meal is their tui shorshe and steamed rice with begun bhaja! Ultimate taste! Next will try their Mutton Kosha!
When it’s authentic it’s out of the world, Yes this place is one if those where you deep dive into the authentic flavours of the distinct Calcutta cuisine. The fun part was I couldn’t stop eating and ended up ordering a lot more then I generally eat. Each dish was a new continent which I have never been to. All the stars for food as I could notice nothing more there as the food stole the show.
I have been coming to Calcutta club almost since 2004 and the food is authentic Bengali cuisine. Very tasty every recipe both veg and non veg.
Thankyou for being wonderful

Absolutely loved the food and the vibe! We tried the Kosha Mangsho (Mutton Kosha) with Luchi (puris). The mutton was really well cooked. The place has a nice warm vibe which is accentuated by the Bengali music playing inside. A must visit.
This is a fantastic place for the Bengali cult. Food, ambience, music, hospitality is just cozy and makes me feel I am one of the Kolkata restaurants. Other than Bengal's the joint is great place with amazing north Indian and Chinese food too. Some of my hot favorite and must try are Chicken cutlet, Fish fry, Mutton Dak Bunglow, Bhetki Paturi, patishapta, nolen gurer ice cream, notun gurer roshogolla, pulav, chicken kosha, fulko luchi and many more. I highly recommend this place to beo me of the Best bengali dine out. It does mesmerize your pallette 💟
The food was really good but Bengali Thali was not available. Mutton kosha is a must try with luchi.
