Have been to Bueger King so many times and never get a chance to review it. But here I am today posting a reviews of my overall experience. the Burger King located in the Oberoi Mall food zone. Generally, the service is prompt, but weekends can get quite crowded, leading to longer wait times on holidays. The staff is courteous, yet during busy hours, there's a tendency for orders to get mixed up, which can be disappointing. Improved attention to detail during rush hours would enhance the overall experience. I dont need to explain about the food quality as they serve good quality food. I am a vegetarian so I have always ordered a veg food and it has never disappointed me.
Great ambiance nice food great service and nice people. Will recommend visiting there. French fries were fresh and crispy. Chicken whopper was juicy and tender. Would recommend chicken whopper as a must.
It was very nice experience at Burger king.The staff Aliya is very pleasant and patient she handles the customer very professionally. Very well served as required. Very impressed, the way customers are handelled.
I was really happy with the service l got here...but the only problem was with the main thing that's the Burger. It was too dry and there was no enough mayonnaise in it. I expect better food next time . Thanks for the service tho!! π

One of the best quick service restaurants which I like. It is always crowded because of the popularity and quality of food they serve. Staff at the burger king oberoi mall are very supportive and polite. Their service is quick and superb. Ambience is also good. It is in food court of the mall. You will find long queue because of the rush especially on weekends.
Oreo milkshake is nice. They must work on faster processing of orders and offer some more variety of food options at lower level pricing too. The menu must be updated with new stuff and offerings. The place at Dadar west starmall outlet is quite sufficiently big too.
Service was fast. The whopper chicken burger was good and worth the price.

This is a little long story but I would like everyone read the full story.
So we visited Burger King on 13th Dec , as the food is always good there but I have a very good experience not only related to food but related to staff who showed their humanity and concern for a girls safety.
So wen I placed my order there were 3 guys who were literally drunk as one of them had their b day. Those guys send decent but wen you are high then decency sometimes goes for a toss.
So they were making me and some other passing by public uncomfortable as they were speaking loudly , doing some strange bets in public and u know the way teenage enjoy once they r drunk .
I was literally scared at that time as now a days uncertainty can come in anyways . Thankfully the manager of Burger King Mr. Rahees Khan noticed something is wrong with the guys and it's just not right.
He very slowly without making it obvious to those guys told me to go and have a seat and he will send some to my seat for the order .
Trust me I was relieved as I felt so safe then. I was initially scared but after his humanity and awareness and concern for a lady I was highly impressed and thought that I wish if every guy could be like him then the World can change and it will be more secure world for a girl to live on.
I don't know who those guys were but since wen someone is high and not in control of ur mind that time anything can happen mad that is where we have to be alert in life where these is so much uncertainty towards girl in today's time.
If reviewers who are reading my post plz do appreciate Mr.Rahees Khan for been so concerned and Burger King I really appreciate his awareness towards me as a girl.
