Parsi Dairy Farm has been a part of my growing up years. Bang opp our Fire temple, every time we went there I would be waiting to finish prayers so we could go get some amazing white pedas and sutarfeni sweets. Ceremony times would necessitate a visit to order mava ni machhi and more pedas. F The milk delivery system that was long before sunrise at our colony brought fresh quality milk that made thick cream - a crucial part of parsi breakfast.
Attend a parsi wedding or navjote dinner
and you would always end the meal with their famous badam pista or malai kulfi. Recently I found this in a mall at MG Rd in Bangalore
Melt in the mouth Kulfi and super yummy ice cream Barfi...
I love the Parsi dairy farm kulfi... and the SUTERFENI is just awesome!!
One of the best dairy products I've ever tasted in my life:)
The best kulfis in India. Malai or Kesar Pista. The strawberry kaju katli is awesome.

Rich!! Pure!!! Wholesome!!! These words truly describe each and every product of Parsi Dairy Farm
By far the best dairy store in the city. Nothing can beat the milk toffees !!!
If u see a parsi dairy farm logo on anything and its going to be class apart.
My all time favourite is the kulfi. I have recently developed a liking for their curd and their paneer is the best you can get.
The ambience is traditionally parsi and the service excellent.
A dairy u will want to visit daily.
I am not sure of how many people know of parsi dairy farm but being a parsi and since my childhood kulfi = parsi dairy farm kulfi..
These small round circles of joy are sure to melt the heart.. be it the mango kulfi or malai kulfi or kesar pista, all of them are equally delicious.. the packing and presentation of the kulfis is also very neat.. also they have the cooling boxes which prevent the kulfis from melting.. i was driving from town to andheri and even after taking almost 2 hours amidst the traffic to reach, the kulfis were awesomely fine..
Also for the jalebi lovers, this place gives the big round jalebis.. A jalebi as big as seven inches! This orange sweet jalebi with a sugary coating and dripping in sugar syrup is a must try! Not to miss the pistachio topping!
Best Sutarfeni i have ever tried. Best and quick service. Good and friendly staff. Fresh dairy products also highly recommended.
Some Lassi & Sweets for this festive season!!
.
Had been on a long drive 🚗with my partner 👫 and spotted this Parsi Dairy.
Had heard a lot about this dairy which has crossed more than 100 years.
.
Situated in the lush green area on Mumbai- Gujarat Highway with a big hoarding of its name and is easily spottable if you are passing by. They also have a vegetarian restaurant that serves snack items and food.
.
I wanted to give it a try but I had already eaten a lot before reaching to the dairy and just thought to give a try on Lassi.
.
Lassi!!
It was just mind-blowing. I loved its creamy and thick texture.
In this humid climate, it’s a definite yes to have as it just cools you down instantly. Also, it’s not only luscious but also functions to boost your immune system.
.
They do have a small counter where they sell their different kinds of products like sweets, shrikhand, ghee, etc.
On my way back home I grabbed some sweets.
.
Malai & Pista Barfi!!
The barfis were super awesome.
They were so fresh and soft that it just melts in your mouth.
.
.
It was worth a visit and would definitely visit to try on their other products.

Parsi Dairy Farm the name itself reminds of the pure form of food and milk items served here. This is situated on the Shamaldas Gandhi Marg in Kalbadevi and has been in existence since atleast more than 20 years what I know of. I am a fan of their roshgullas and masala milk.
I like things about the Parsi dairy farm like kaju katri mithai then the malai kulfi and the gheee is my best of it all must visit and take farm fresh things from here in 👍
Parsi Dairy Farm is one of the famous and iconic places in Mumbai to try out various sweets. The taste and quality is still the same which they used to provide 20years back. This place is much recommended for Desi Ghee products, Rabdi & Ladoo 😍
It was amazing place I visited just loved all the products Paneer was very fresh, rasgulla were very yummy, mathura peda, barfi and kajukatri was so yummy and fresh, sweet dahi and regular dahi was too tasty and fresh as well... Must visit👍
One of the best kulfi ever. Yumm😋😋😋😋. It's definitely worth visiting. Still remember the taste I would always eat in evening trains to Pune, it's back😍😍😍🥰. I don't have to travel that far to eat kulfi.
If you believe in maintaining your health this place is best suitable for you.including low fat milk, low fat paneer made in house. But there's a cheat day too try their Indian desserts specially rasmalai. It is expensive as they give you what u want freshly made
This is one of the iconic place of vintage Bombay. The place is heaven for desert lovers. The place have old traditional parsi ambience. The different kinds of milk, Malai khaja, Halwa and Lassi and buttermilk is extraordinary here. The place is visible in traffic and one of the biggest dairy in kalbadevi. Do visit this place for vintage Bombay feels and Sweet tooth!!
Parsi Dairy Farm
This State of the art outlet serves some of the most authentic, tastiest food you'll ever have.
They have have their own farm. All Dairy products and food is cooked in pure ghee and milk obtained from the best breed of cows.
We tried, Milk Puff(another one of their specialty),
and Rasmalai.
The Rasmalai was the best dish there. I've had enough Rasmalais over the years that I can claim this one is the best you'll have.
We took loads of parcel too. But if you want to taste the best food then the one on NH8, Vapi is the place to go.
Do give this place a visit. It is a food heaven.
Ratings: 5/5.
This place is a must visit place for the people who have a sweet tooth and who just love Indian sweet dishes.
The products are a bit costly but they're definitely worth each and every penny.
The taste lingers for hours.
The milk quality is very, very good and it shows.
The malai in their Rabdi is so thick! I've never had such good Rabdi before.
The texture of Basundi was thick and it left me wanting more and more.
Ice creams (Pista and Malai) were nicely cut and they tasted well too.
Lassi was just perfect!
Worth a visit.
Parsi Dairy Farm is a must visit for me any time i go from Marine Lines to Crawford. This place has been consistent with everything right from service, the ambiance to the taste and quality.
The last time i went i treated myself with the Malai Sandwiches. Unlike those of other places, which are usually spongy, this place was soft, delicate and juicy. Not too sweet and could get the taste of malai in every bite.
We also tried Rabdi which was Delicious as expected.
The place is expensive, but its quite filling, and not bad for a one of treat.
I remember using Parsi dairy cream for all the baking practicals that we did in college. So when I chanced upon Parsi Dairy, I knew I just had to go enter the place and check out all other things that they sell.
So here's a list of things I bought and my overall experience:
• Location: You definitely can't miss the place.
• Ambience: I absolutely loved it. The posters. The testimonials books. The sitting arrangement for the staff.
•Food I bought there-
~White butter - Loved the neat packing. The seal is the cutest part. The taste and texture of the white butter is lovely and perfect. The cost is pretty reasonable.
~Sutarpheni- Got a quarter kg pack. Which stayed out for around 2 days and still remained fresh. Its a definite must try.
~Angoori Rasgullo with Rabri- Wasn't really worth the money. The rosgulla weren't sweet plus the Rabri was watery and lacked flavour. But I absolutely loved their packaging.
~Milk chocolate- you absolutely can't miss buying those.
~Mava- Reasonably priced and taste-texture both are amazing.
Tucked away in the interiors of Marine Lines, Mumbai lies the evergreen Parsi Dairy Farm. In business since the 1916, this dairy produces some of the finest sweets and milk products in town.
Their renowned kulfi is a must try! We chose the Malai and the Pista Kulfi. Caramel-y and velvety, each bite reminds you of your beautiful summer childhood. They have a range of lassis, yogurts, mithais and many more flavours of kulfi. Not to forget their exceptional quality of milk and cream in case you wish to prepare sweets at home. Their range of products will definitely help you beat the heat this summer!
Just for the masala milk and the sutarpheni alone, this place should be named a foodies paradise. Like guys this is one of the best ever. few will understand how much of a landmark this has been to people to all these years. Also a key milestone in foodies journeys.my mom is a fan of the Kesar Rasmalai that you get here.
Parsi dairy farm has best and authentic sweets. They also have best and pure cow as well as buffalo ghee. Well the kulfi and lassi are must to taste when you visit the restaurant. Enjoyed very much with colleagues.

PARSI DAIRY FARM is a very old and famous shop for Dairy products and Sweets in Mumbai. Quality is awesome and products are delicious but at a expensive prices. Must try Kheer Kadam and Mawa Boi. Sutarfeni is also very good. Ambience is ok with limited sitting. One time must visit place of Mumbai
The Kesar Pista Kulfi Is my all time favourite flavour , but the one here is the creamiest and the tastiest . Also the Basundi is the one that gives you the rich mouth feel . Even if you are a fitness freak, its ok to cheat once by having it. 😬
We have been having their Sutarfeni since ages and their taste has not moved a needle. It's amazing that despite so many years, they continue to sell Sutarfeni at a consistent quality. Highly recommended!! So when you are around Kalbadevi or Girgaum, it's a must visit place to enjoy this item
One of the famous outlet and most selling fresh dairy products in South Mumbai.
Not a big place but yes all the things are well organised.
They serves an wide menu In kulfis
I have tried sitafal kulfi and must say it has an natural flavour of sitafal. If you have tried sitafal flavour icecream from Naturals then you will love it almost tastes similar.
Even they parcel kulfis in dry ice to stay for longer period of time.
I have tried Mysore paak one of the best gets melt as soon as it touches tastebuds so fresh.
Flavoured yoghurts are really amazing.
Masala milk has proper proportion of Kesar and other elements in it.
Chaas one of the best I found in this.
All the items which I tasted was really affordable and worth having if you visting do try kulfis, flavoured yogurts, masala milk once it's worth
Want to have sweetness in your life just go and visit parsi dairy farm their having variety of product which can amaze you one of my fav sweet is malai barfi which is very fresh and in different flavours and all the other product are well good and fresh

RECOMMENDED ITEMS:
- Milk Drops
- Suterfeni
- Kulfi
I avoid having Melody kind of toffees, because it always causes toothache. So I was suspicious having the Milky Chocolates (MILK DROPS) from this dairy. So I tasted just one....and then second....then third... I had 6-7 toffees without any toothache! It was so chocolaty like Melody and soft.
Their SUTERFENI, BHARELA PEDA and different KULFIS are also delicious. Other sweets are okay, nothing great, considering their price!
This place has a lot of variety of milk based desserts. You definitely need to go to this place once, if you have a sweet tooth.
Two of the best things of this place are Basundi & Badaam Kulfi. All other things are brilliant too. I just felt it's a little on the expensive side, as Gulab Jamun costs 40 per piece, among some other products.
This is another nice place for kulfus and other such desserts you can be very very sure about its purity my friend! As they have been there in business for years l!
Childhood place for mithais, bangali sweets n lot more dairy products.
Now reviewing one of their products Sutarfeni😋 soft fresh n too yummy
The outlet is on a busy main road.
Parking - No parking space
Food -
Paneer - Neatly packed
Cow ghee - best cow ghee
Milk bytes - unique item
Malai khaja - the outer part is crispy and sweet but stuffing is ok types. It was more of mawa than malai
Burfi - too soft and delicious
Rasgoole - finger licking
The outlet has too many people working on desktops and it had feel of a public dealing bank.
Ambience- 3/5
Service - take away
Price- high

I've visited this place only once but I can undoubtedly say that I'm going back to them. Had Shrikant, Masala Milk and Lassi. I must say that I loved it all. This place is a heaven for milk and milk product lovers.
This is friendly place with great service. Love the sutarfeni at this place, totally yummy. My mom used to get it still the taste is same. Do visit the lovely place once
A perfect place for craving desserts or any milk products kesari rasmalai is awesome, basundi tasted very light and tasty aswell, rossogulla was super soft and all the items were looking tempting here but all items cannot be eaten at one time so definitely coming here to try other sweet delicacies..
So I've been going to this place ever since I was a kid. When someone talks dairy, I immediately think of Parsi Dairy Farm. You can just never get enough of this place. I remember as a kid, my dad used to take me here to eat the delicious kulfis. The Milk, the curd, paneer cannot even be compared to the ones available at other dairies. The staff too are very sweet and hospitable. I make it a point to visit it whenever I'm around the Princess Street area.
Amazing sweet and specially their kesar pista kulfi. The kesar rasmalai is die to eat for. All types of ice creams are good here. If you ordering make sure you order in advance at times in afternoon as it gets over soon
For a person who dislikes anything milk, Parsi Dairy Farm was a pleasant surprise.
Before delving into the food, must commend their service quality. Smiling faces, always happy to help you out.
We ordered their famous Malai Kulfi, Amdavadi Halwa and a mawa based sweet.
They tasted fresh, and melted in the mouth.
Also picked up their famous Suterfeni for a friend who is a die-hard fan.
Must visit!
All those who have been born and brought up in the town side of Bombay ought to be familiar with the piece of history called "Parsi Dairy Farm"...
The one stop shop for all your dairy requirements right from your daily supply of super quality milk (mind it, it is as pure as gold), the kids in the town must have grown up relishing the amazing kulfi's from the dairy. The motto of this shop has always been whatever we sell, we sell with quality. The milk, curd, butter, paneer are all amazing. The masala milk, lassi, chaas, yoghurt are all good too.
Now the sweets part...if you haven't tasted the suterfeni from here, you have surely missed something in your life. This along with kesar and rajkoti pedha, malai khaja, mava boi, kesar and malai sandwich are all mouth watering. Do visit this place once if passing by and if not then do make a plan to visit it for sure.
The staff is all jovial and helpful.

Located In Marine Lines, which has been famous since many years. A very old & reputed place in Mumbai where you can get variety of parsi sweets here.I have visited this place plenty times whenever m near marine and have never been disappointed. This place amazes me with the variety of Milk products and Indian Sweets it has to offer and every time we have tried different varieties.
Although all of their varieties are nice, I personally loved their kulfis n sutarfeni most which has not changed over the years and has remained flat and tasty, lassi which is creamy thick and yummy, mouthwatering, misty dohi (dahi) which is sweet curd and impressive,Rajkot Pedas r awesome too u can take this pedhas in count too, white butter which really melts in the mouth. They also have their own chocolates called Milk Drops which are good enough!!This place s one of the only places where one can get sweet curd set in an matki in the traditional style !!
Still m on waiting to taste their famous bawa sweet Mawa Ni Boi (a fish shaped Mithai) which is parsi traditional sweet for occasions n fest.
This place is strictly for one who need to forget calories count n fee to taste their sweets with open mouth:P Its really good place and staff I courteous and give products with a smile on their face. Product are affordable as per the quality they offer and the quantity they serve.
The reputation that Parsi Dairy enjoys can be gauged by the fact that rumours of a shutdown brought about a stampede of sorts and an outpouring of tributes on social media.
The one thing I remember best about this century-old establishment is their milk toffee, whose taste does not seem to have changed at all since I first had it over twenty years ago. I also sampled some of their Indian sweet offerings during a recent visit to Bombay, and would recommend them to anyone who has yet to try out the place. Sure, they do charge that little bit extra, but their quality is worth every penny!
But as is the case with many such veritable institutions, changing tastes and trends have put a strain on their business. So at the risk of sounding pessimistic, you must visit it at least once if you haven't already.
This place is for those who love dairy products. Bit pricy and usually you'll have to wait in a queue but trust me the products are worth it.

I tried their Fresh Yummy creamy Basundi!! (Sweet condensed milk) taste was almost same like Rabri in North India, but the only difference which i found is that it did not had the Malai (Milk cream) in it.
I also tried their Rabri (it was thick & heavy on stomach,) and Milk Drops( Milk based Toffee) which had taste of Milk, pinch of salt and little buttery.
Overall it was Delightful experience for me.

Very clean place with a large variety of desserts. Kulfi is yum and subtle. There is a fresh variety of ghee. Kaju Katli s not that Indian. But all in all its a must visit . And deserves kudos for standing strong.
What makes such old outlets like parsi dairy to standout against many new outlets(that open up quick n shut up quick) is their simplicity. The taste still the same what used to be 5 yrs back when i first tasted it. Be it lassi, rabdi, basundi, shrikhand. Have tried all these and love them to have again n again. Decent prices too..

A must-visit for me every time I am here. Unfortunately have not been here since quite a few months though. The lassi, the curd, the ghee - everything here tastes the way food tasted in my childhood. Authentic, delicious and flavoursome.
If you've grown up in South Bombay, and haven't been to this iconic dairy farm, have you really grown up on South Bombay? Tonnes of childhood memories associated with this place.
To start with, it's not just a dairy farm.
Yes, it does serve lip-smacking milk products, but apart from that, it also serves some amazing, tongue- tantalising chaat. My absolute favourite, and the most recommended chaat item - Bhel puri. Trust me, one serving won't be enough for those taste buds.
Now, coming to their originals :
1. Have grown up having their kulfis. Colourful round plates of pure joy. All their flavours, right from their traditional pista- badam and kesar, to the seasonal fruit flavours, all are a must have. These are the ONLY kulfis, of which I am yet to decide which one is my favourite. In love with them all!
2. Matka dahi - Thick white blobs of paradise! And their sweet variety is every curd - lover's heaven.
3. Jalebi, rashogulla, gulab jamun - Since childhood, any house festivity called for these. And they make them the best!
4. Gheewar - Do not leave the place without tasting this delicacy. It all takes one bite to fall in love with it.
And finally,
5. Their kandi pedha. *already salivating!*
Their staff is friendly and helpful
Ambience gives in an old world charm.
There isn't much seating available.
But you don't need it anyway, when the Marine drive is just a road away!
After lunch you are in mood of having lassi than come here.
You can try here its chocolate toffee, which not ordinary like any other indian typical sugar toffee. But if you want buy that than you have to buy full packet of it.

Located at basement at Shamaldas Gandhi Marg, Kalbadevi, Parsi Dairy is a pure vegetarian place which has been famous since many years. As the name suggests, this place is owned by Parsi family which is catered to by generations and is actually one of the oldest dairies in the city too. Its clearly visible with its huge flashing blue board and white writings and its main road accessible. We have visited this place many times and have never been disappointed. This place amazes us with the variety of Milk products and Indian Sweets it has to offer and every time we have tried different varieties which were utterly delectable. They also serve one of the best form if milk and have been supplying to many houses for many years too….currently there is a wait period if you want to subscribe to it.
Although all of their varieties are nice, we loved their kulfis which has not changed over the years and has remained flat and tasty, lassi which is creamy thick and yummy, mouthwatering rasgullas which are nostalgic, misty dohi (dahi) which is sweet curd and impressive, as well as white butter which really melts in the mouth. All my memories of childhood flashing right in front of me looking at the name... The best and most authentic kulfi, mava cake and doodh peda
Its an iconic place.
If you ever wish to have a Lassi..This is the place you should visit.. Its Yum 😋
They have got some amazing dairy products, I wish they had few more outlets in the city.
One can relate to Parsi Dairy Farm as being witness to the change that South Mumbai has gone over the years. Just a normal dairy and sweet shop ठगhat happens to be there in every locality, but this one stands out because for the years it has been there.
One of the oldest dairies in the city as the name suggests owned by a Parsi family serving one of the best forms of milk and supplying into so many of our houses for years, what makes the quaint old place also famous Is its traditional flat kulfi that they've been giving out and the taste just has not changed one bit
You can't go wrong with the anytime malai or even the pista for a change but it's also the seasonal Mango in this season that will be immersive a treat in the sweltering heat!
For old times sake we must all hope this place doesn't shut down as talks of it for long now!!
Was just walking by. Never knew about the place. Didnt disappoint at all. Traditional sweets, and they are mouth watering. Basundi, sitaphal kulfi, gulab jamuns and malai sandwitch. Worth a try.
Absolutely love this place for the high quality of products and hygiene levels that they maintain. All their items are worth trying and my personal favorites are the shrikhand, plain curd and ras malai.
I have read about parsi dairy farm in news paper about its history and how it is gng through now. So while passing from this place din waste time to make a visit to this place.this place has some unique sweets like misti doi , and some other sweets not seen before. They have fresh fairy product which I was not interested in . Though was full still thought of buying something small from here and bought three types of sweet . All these sweets were awesome.
Parsi Dairy farm possesses its own cultural significance by being an icon place. True to its name it serves delectable dairy food. Their range varies from Kulfi, curd, paneer, lassi, sweet curd, butter, indian sweets etc etc . The white butter available here is truly amazing and best of its kind. I love their sitafal kulfi and it simply melts in your mouth.
If you are new to mumbai then this is a go to place and if you are from mumbai then a visit in is order. Thumbs up from me.
Lassi is one of the many good things they offer. My mother's favorite is their suterfeni and matka dahi. The shop has retained it's old school looks and gives a sense of nostalgia. The ice-creams are equally good.
One of the oldest Parsi dairy foundation carried on by generations.
With a huge flashing blue board with its name , I always wanted to try it out.
On entering all you u can see are all dairy products and sweets.
A completely genuine seller.
Tried out their normal lassi and mango lassi which was creamy, thick and really good.
Mishti dohi was indeed good but was less in quantity bt was vasool.
Mawa pedha perhaps was so good which we took home parcel along with a jar of pure ghee.
Basically we need to forget out calories if we are planning on visiting this place :D
A good place , still standing strong.
Kudos.
"Just don't count the calories when you come visiting Parsi dairy"
Parsi Dairy has fed generations of our family. Ask any of the elder members at home and they'll remember their malai kulfis, white butter, fresh ghee and various milk based products..
.
They were very kind enough to send us a huge hamper full of yummy things and let me tell you I've never had better Rabdri in my life, it was so creamy and rich! Gosh we're craving it already while writing this 😢. They have a huge range of yoghurts the mango and blackberry being our personal favourites. Oh also how can we forget the kulfis absolutely delish and flavourful! The range of Dahi's from Sweet to low fat is impeccable. Parsi has something to offer for everybody that walks into the shop 🤗. Try our their range of mithais specially the Malai Khaja, Kaju Katli, bengali sweets range are delectable and luscious..
.
@fatgirlseatout recommends: If you visit have refreshing a Chaas or Lassi, Rabdri, Mango Yoghurt, White butter (Perfect for baking), Paneer (OBVIOUSLY), Sweet curd or the low fat curd..
.
Also can we talk about how cute the packaging is 😊. The products overall are super affordable for the quality they offer.

A quick visit to Parsi dairy farm! Childhood memories flashback. The milk drops are still the same!!
If you looking for the best milk products in Bombay you should make a pit stop at their outlet at princess street.
The cottage cheese is creamy and just perfect to eat as is. Curd, yoghurt - my favourite blueberry is to die for. Also, not to be missed is the ghee and the white butter.
I would suggest try something new every time you visit and you wouldn't be disappointed! A brand that has lived up to its name since it started.
I ate Malai Sandwich and it's awesome. It will make your day and it was the thickest Malai Sandwich, I ever had. Please open your subsidiary's in western suburb too.
Great place. Friendly staff. Tried kulfi, mishti doi, suterfeni, rasmalai. All the items were delicious. Definitely worth a visit at least once.
I had seen the big blue board that said 'Dairy Products' from sideways several times on my visit to Kyani but never really knew its actually the legendary 'Parsi Dairy Farm' until my friend introduced me to this place.
On my first visit i had tried Ras Malai, Gulab Jamun and Basundi. Trust me everything on the display looks tempting like anything. Each one of them tasted amazing with pure ingredients and it gave me a sugar rush. Wanted to have some more but couldn't.
I liked the milk can seats. They are really adorable. Such a perfect seating arrangement for a dairy.
On my second visit i finally tried the Mishti Doi which was my first time and i must say i did the right thing to wait for the right place to try this item. It was heavenly delicious and now i know why people are crazy (including me as well from today) about this Bengali dessert!
Next I had Lassi which was recommended by my friend on my first visit but instead my heart called for Basundi. But this time i ordered Lassi and it was really good. Not too thin not too thick just PERFECT! It was moderately sweet.
Next i went for Kulfi and outta the different flavors like malai, pista, kesar pista, strawberry, chocolate and sitafal i tried the Sitafal. When i looked at it i thought they gave me Malai Kulfi but after confirmation i got to know it is Malai flavored but with hints of pulp of the fruit which i figured after having it. It definitely was rich and flavorsome. It was heavenly for a kulfi lover like me.
Also bought the butter ghee (buffalo ghee) for which they are known for.
The cost is moderate for some items but they charge exorbitantly for some of the other items considering the quantity. But when it comes to taste and quality nothing beats them in the entire Mumbai for me.
If only it was closer to me then i would have visited it for having something sweet after every meal.

I visited their Andheri branch couple of times but finelly got opportunity to visit the Original Outlet due to my official work at Marine lines. The ambiance of this place reminded me of typical BMC or government offices in Mumbai. Me and another office colleague entered inside the shop and we just got overwhelmed with the warm welcome. On right side there is typical Food display area where u can place ur orders and carry ur shopping bucket for final billing.
I was very much tempted to have lassi and thus we did so. It was simply mind blowing. They offer 2 types of Milk products.
types 1. Milk products like ghee, Mawa, Paneer, milk, shrikhand, Chhas, Lassi, Yoghurt (Flavoured), Curd
Type 2. Indian sweets like Gulab jamun, Mawa peda, Jalebi, Sutarfeni ,Rabdi, Basundi, Milk cake, Bangoli sweets.
So after having a glance on all display menue
I decided to buy different types of sweets to take away. I placed order for Sutarfeni, Mawa peda, Milk cake, Mishti dohi, Bangoli sweets (3types) , Halwa, Paneer, Lassi.
The Sutarfeni is so milky and soft that it just melts in ur mouth.
You can feel the authenticity, richness , Wholesomeness and purity of every product during each bite.Though the prices are little higher than any other Milk product shop , its worth visiting and experiencing.
Its been a couple of generations and this place still stands tall.
One of the best In town-
The name KULFI (Malai ) and its Parsi Dairy. Just yum - creamy rich.
The Ghee is still among the best in mumbai ( cow's ghee )
We have been having the white butter at home but do try the Parsi Daily White butter - amazing.
Mawa peda
kalakand if fresh are heaven. Can't stop at one.
Try the Malai Khaja
also there are some farsan items but i have not tried them.
Next time you at princess street do try this place. Its Legendary.
Located close to Kalbadevi and Metro Adlabs Multiplex, Parsi Dairy Farm is amongst the oldest Milk Dairies in Mumbai
Whether you are a lactose lover or a sweet tooth , you will find the purest of things here.
We stopped by to try some of the sweets and the Lassi.
Both were delicious.
We then bought a Malai kulfi and it was yum!!!!
Don't go by the look of the place ( It still looks like it is in the 20th century!) .
This place is iconic for the history that belongs here. Do head on over and try this.

One of the oldest & the best place you will find good quality & best in taste sweets.... They also have varieties... If you have a sweet tooth then you will definitely have the place in your list any time
Parsi Dairy has been an icon of Bombay. What I love is their sweets, but at the moment I ordered some of their Low-fat Dahi and it was amazing. Really was!
It's an old outlet with all the energetic people giving you the best they provide. They have sweets, ghee, rabri, halwa etc. We went for the rabri and the masala doodh. The rabri had the proper amount of sweetness. The masala milk is the best here. It was worth the money.
I usually hit here for the best pure ghee in the city . Must say the quality of the pure ghee from here haven't changed since decades . Even thier mawa and paneer are the best. Mawa sweets are worth trying
If there is any place related to food that speaks of childhood and nostalgia for me, it is Parsi Dairy.
I used to come here regularly as a child, all the way from Chembur. Now that I have shifted closer it was a delight to walk into the renovated but still the same Parsi Dairy. Strawberry Kulfi was a delight, and so is, I know, Malai, Chocolate, Sitaphal, Mango and every flavour there. They've stopped making Pani Puri though, which disappointed us. It used to be a favourite in the family.
I am sure I am going to be a regular here.
Adadiyas in season are yummy. This place has been in our family list of food places for so long I can't remember.
Remodeling did change a few things but mostly the food remains the same.
Go for sweets and stay for more.
PARSI DAIRY FARM, Mumbai
is a legendary place on Princess Street. If you have not been here, you have not been to Mumbai! Best of all, they are NOT closing down.
Their Malai Kulfi is what I have been having for some 6 decades. Just learnt that they make home deliveries too. So now, my supper is incomplete without their famous Kulfi !!
Their staff on the phone are so very courteous and patient. Kudos.
Sadly, what they lack is a website. (I guess that if you achieve ICONIC status you can do without one)
Its bright red doors hold the promise of a warm welcome. The well known, familiar name emblazoned in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Urdu, a nod to our country's multilingualism.
Within - a magical place decorated in fresh pastel shades, mithai counters gleaming, a separate cafe space and gift shop area. Products are sleekly packaged and beautifully presented. Old favourites like kulfi and ghee have been repackaged in a lovely heritage style, reminiscent of a time when the shop first opened its doors. Their temptingly displayed Great Indian Toffee is a sweet addition to anyone's shopping basket.
This newly renovated old Bombay landmark deserves our support and is well worth the visit.
Had a delightful experience at Parsi Dairy Farm in Mumbai.
The sweets were exceptionally good, with a perfect balance of flavors.
The freshness and quality truly stood out, making it a must-visit for any sweet lover in the city.
On a Sunday morning dropped into the new look Parsi Dairy store. Friendly staff and the renovation really gives this place a nice feel! 👍🏻Picked up some fantastic rasagulla, toffee and halwa.
Decade old Parsi Dairy doesn't need any appreciation. As the name suggests it is famous for all the dairy from ghee sweets to candy. I love Mava kulfi here.
Great place for sweets
And very friendly staff
Kulfi is their best one
They renovated recently I am assuming. The interiors have become so cherished and antique yet new.. The place gives good vibes.
It's a legacy. Guaranteed quality. Great variety of sweets. New updated look is also very appealing.
This is the best place to have desserts and sweets. Made from pure ghee and fresh milk the sweets just melt in your mouth the moment you eat it. The kulfi also is very tasty. Kids love the environment as it has air bags to sit on and also very colourful for their liking. It is a little expensive but it is worth the money that you spend on it. Love it 😄😍
We usually visit here and this place is 5 star for food, but for thali it’s not. We ordered Parsi Thali and a regular thali. Lot of oil in food and taste was okay not great compared to other Ala carte orders.
Ambience of this place is always great and 5 star which brings us back every time.
Best place for relax, Brake fast, lunch and dinner on Surat mumbai highway near talasari
