They serve all Varieties of sweets and farsans with many snacks
My favorite snacks/farsan there is the sandwich dhokla and khasta kachori.
Must try 🛑
Top quality sweets.. must try.. little bit expensive but quality is at top level. Kaju roll and rasmalai must try.
Tewari Bro’s I guess the oldest sweet shop in the vicinity and the most famous landmark at opera. I am in love with their Khandvi served with mithi chutney. So soft and perfectly presented, it will relish the taste buds long after you have finished it. All sweets and namkeen are made in ghee with pure ingredients and total hygiene. I have had sweets/ namkeen and also ordered so many times from Tewari but never have I ever come across any hygiene issues or food quality problems.
Although I have visited their shop couple of times but due the pandemic this time We ordered below mentioned items. This is basically a take away outlet with few tables and chair but parking can be problem here
Dhokla-
Khandvi-
Patra-
Samosa
Peas samosa
Puri chole
Ras malai
Gulab jamun
Must try- Khandvi, samosa and Ras malai.

Tiwari located at proximity of Girgaon Chowpatty is best known for it's pure ghee and the aroma around the place . They have everything made in pure ghee which you can absolutely make out from the rich taste. We had brought home samosa ani barfis. Samosa was delicious and we couldn't wait to have it again. Malai barfi is very well prepared with hint of pista to it. Tewari Bros have struck a right combination of blend of desi taste yet clean and neat outlet . We will rate 5/5 to Tewari Bros for their perfect taste , desi appeal , hygeinic preperations and polite staff.
Things you must try out -
1. Samosa
2. Malai Barfi
3. Pattice
4. Kaju katli
the legendary Raj Kachori from the Tiwari brothers.
This kachori has all what you need to water your mouth.
The kachori was truly fresh and the chutneys as well.
A very delightful experience, especially for the chat lovers to experience quality and quantity in one dish.
Also it serves some goddamn tasty samosas made in pure ghee and chole bhature ❤️🤤
Price - 150/- for the raj kachori it's totally worth it👌
Great experience chutney spicy n sweet Very good
All the mithais here are made with total hygiene & pure ingredients. I highly recommend paneer jalebi, it will not only feed ur stomach but also your soul. Do try this place.
Also samosas here are lip smacking.
Tewari bros, mithaiwala is located at charni road. They serves mithai, street food. They serves delicious mithai.
Great place to eat. Originally it was a small sweet shop and later it started with chat and a la carte and they are amazing in taste.
I tried grill cheese sandwich, panini sandwich, panner makhni and naan. I've been having Tiwari sweets since many years now and I'd definitely recommend them.
Also if you visit please try the panini sandwich with its amazing chutney. P.S. They make most of their food in Ghee.
This place is close to girgaum chowpatty. They have a wide variety of best quality sweets. They are famous for the different chat items they serve. Raj kachori their speciality is a one of its kind chat(highly recommended).
Went to this place a couple of times for specially having Raj Kachori. If you ever go to this place, ensure you have Raj kachori.
Notes
1. Descent ambiance
2. Difficult to find a parking slot for 4 wheeler.
Perfect for sweet and chocolate lovers.
They prepare their sweets in pure ghee which makes it healthy.
Good crowd
Spacious
Very Limited space to sit
Quite a hygienic place with quick service.
A small Outlet bang opposite the Royal Opera House in Charni Road, this place is famous for the Raj Kachori since past few years. The shop is basically a sweet shop where you will find variety of mithais and namkeens. People usually come here to eat the Raj Kachori. The samosas and chaats too find favour among many patrons. It is basically a take away shop, but there are a few tables and chairs for people who want to sit and savour the delicacies.
The Raj Kachori is the most popular item on menu here. Bigger in size than the kachori you get elsewhere, the outer crust is thin but hard. This jumbo kachori is big enough for two people. It consists of mixture of chhole, mashed potatoes, sprouts, dahi vada, chutney and is topped with generous layer of Dahi. Garnished with sev, the Raj Kachori is unique. It can be a whole meal in itself.,
Also try the Malai Rabdi- it's awesome!
Do visit this place to try out the kachori, samosa, chaat and wide variety of sweets on offer.
Any visit to sobo remains incomplete without visiting the legendary Tiwari in Opera house. I cannot pick and choose just one dish out of their massive menu becuase everything is so good and needs to be tried. However, Samosa, Chole bhature, kala jamun and malai sandwich are far too amazing.
Perfect place for sweet tooths .. 😋
Different varieties of sweets snacks available.. 🤩
Prepared in pure ghee..😀
A1 quality...👌
Also good services...👍

Famous for their ghee made sweets and snacks items. Samos is a must try ( It is fried in ghee).
This iconic place has aromas of your favourite mithi and mouthwatering chaat...the raj kachori is something you can only see to believe...the mildly spice kachori is filled with a delectable chutney and yogurt and is one of my favorites....a must try however during peak hours seating is an issue...kudos to d team
If you want sweets then you must try Tewari Brothers Mithaiwala. It has many items like Motichoor ladoo, kaju tohfa, kaju katori, etc and it will feel you like you are in heaven. The Samosa is also good.
Raj Kachori @tewaris_mumbai
Known as the king of Kachori's, this is definitely fulfilling your craving for street food.
Filled with sprouts, dahi, perfect blend of tamarind chutney, mint coriander chutney, green chaat chutney and topped with several.
This one is from our personal favorite - Tewaris, Opera House .
What to try?
Raj kachori, Chaat, samosa and sweets without fail! They serve amazing kaju katli, gulab jamun, paneer jalebi and rasgullas.
Taste - 4/5.
Value for money - 3.5/5
Ambience - 4/5
Price - ₹140/-
Nothing comes close to their snacks and mithai.. Kesar peda, ras malai and samosa fried in ghee are a popular favorite..! Nice place to go and enjoy snack and sweet dishes. Have sitting options. Cleanliness is maintained to very high level.. All well dressed employees
I love the desi-ness of this place. Amazing Raj kachori, it is huge, ideal for sharing. The puri is a bit thick, but it's great nevertheless. Golgappas are nice too.
Love the variety of sweets they have.
The gatte ki sabzi and paratha were different from what I was expecting. The paratha was more like a kachori. Should be shared ideally. The chutney served alongside was a simple coriander chutney. The mirch achaar was nice.
Visit when you crave a chaat, or a Haldiram/Bicano vibe.
This is my all time favourite place for sweets and snacks. The sweets they provide are the best one can get in mumbai. Everything is just so good.
Special mention for Kaju Katli, Motichoor Laddoos, Kesar Mawa Pedas, Rasgullas and Gulab jamuns. They’re just mind blowing.
The samosas they serve are fried in pure desi ghee and are super filling and yummy. They’re always served hot and fresh. Even the paneer pakodas are fantastic.
The Pav bhaji is not that that good but then other dishes make up for it.
Pani puri, dahi papdi chaat are just fantastic. This place is nothing less than a 5/5.
This review is just for the Samosas and Laddoos. We also ordered Veg Paneer cutlets but would've avoided it.
One of the best Samosas in the city, reminds you of the ones in North India :')

Descent fast food place with quality food. This place is known for lassi and chaat kachori, so we went for both along with malai kulfi.
A value for money place mear Opera house.
This is an legendary outlet that needs no introduction of you are a true Mumbai foodie worth your salt . The samosas here are addictive ! Perfectly spicy and always served fresh and hot .This is one of the very few places that serves very authentic Raj kachori with the royal fanfare it deserves ..do try the cripsy spinach fries which come in form of palak chat .
One of my favourite place to munch on some mouth watering sweets like Imarati and jalebi .....their scrumptious chaats is to die for....they have sitting arrangements so you can have your food in their outlet or you can take it home as well....I would definitely recommend this to all those who love sweet😋

Besides the usual sweets they have mouth watering chaats also:
Paani Puri - perfect balance of sweet & spice
Palak Chaat - crisp spinach fries with yogurt & chutneys
Chhole tikki - a must try
Kulfi - Saved the BEST for last, it's divine divine divine! Period!
They deliver most of these on swiggy too.
The malai sandwich was juicy, the level of sweetness was perfect and the way it was packed was something that caught my attention. The size was good too.
One of the best and tempting Raj Bhog Kachori is here...One of the best Sweet shop in South Mumbai.I am being visiting here since I was small and my forever favourite thing is to eat is the Raj Bhog Kachori. The Kachori is super awesome in taste. One Kachori is enough to full your stomach. The ambience is good. The place is little bit expensive but serve the proportionate amount of Quality and service too.
I have tried Raj Bhog Kachori(Rs.120)

Paneer Lifafa and Raj Kachori you will find no where better than the one and only Tiwari Mithaiwala. I have been visiting them since many years and the taste and quality has remained intact. :)
As its holi today I thought of visiting this outlet today😍 I had ordered paneer khaman , jalebi with rabdi and the holi essential 🤤♥️ Everything was amazing and it truly gave me festive feel having such good foood .. Kudos to you guys !!
Probably, the biggest and the tastiest kachori ever had ...
Tewaris is not just a brand it has become epitome in the town for delicious food
The only problem with this place is seating, and the place is always crowded, but for tasty food we can ignore ambience for once
Delights delights & delights. Pure vegetarian and Desi ghee products, consistency and quality for all items are inline since inception. Always freshly prepared menu on display.
Raj Kachori 3.5/5: Something was a miss. The kachori was huge, good amount of filling (dal, bhalla, papadi), lots of thick dahi and chutney. Overall it was good, just somehow didn't deliver on taste as much as was expected.. definitely give it a try though. One of the better ones available in Mumbai
Dhokla 4/5: Soft, fresh, moist.
Value for money: 5/5

Tewari Bros. Mithaiwala is known for their Mithais, namkeen and farsans.
All their sweets are super yummy. My favorite from them all is Motichoor ke ladoo, filled with dry fruits with the right amount of sweetness. They come in 2 forms ( Big and small) I can anytime eat the entire big motichoor ladoo in one sitting.
Raj Kachori is one of the best forms of Kachoris I have tried. Kachori made in desi ghee, not for faint-hearted fellows.
They have limited seating arrangements at this outlet.
This place is definitely worthy of 5 stars (for their sweets & Chaat).
Jalebi!!! @tewaris_mumbai located at charni road and very famous for serving different varieties of quality sweets and snacks. Located at a very #prime location and serving quality delicacies. #Jalebis are something which we get all over and taste is normally same at much places but this #jalebi has its own sweet carving in it. #Amazingly blend sugar and yellow chasni in it and that jalebi chasni made the taste more #rich. The richness of the taste can be felt from the snap also and really best thing to give relief to sweet tooth 😋. Coudnt stop from having all after the first one 😀. Perfect blend of all things and super tasty and made by a skilled staff of @tewaris_mumbai so no say to it thereafter 🤗. Must must try 💞
Tewari Bros at Opera house near to charni road station, they serves Indian sweets and chaat.
This place is crowded for the sweets & the various chat they serves
. I heard about the ‘Raj Kachori’ and ordered it.
On Menu : Raj Kachori
Crispy Kachori stuffed with sprouts, mashed potatoes, tomatoes, sev, fresh dahi and a topping for different kind of chutneys.
It was so tempting and mouthwatering. Do try it once.
Being at tewari is itself being in heaven. Full of sweets and namkeen and farsans. Tewari is also a legendary place serving since ages. Famous for its motichoor ke ladoo and raj kachori.
Must have is raj kachori:
Big puri filled sprouts, mashed potatoes, tomatoes, sev, chana dal, diferent chutbeys, loads of sweet dahi and fresh coariander. For chaat lovers its absolutely worth coming and trying. Serving yummy and delicious sweets. My favorite is ladoo and gulab jamun.
Very good mithai and food shop.
The samosa and Farhaan are really good.
The khasta Kachori is their speciality especially the Raj Kachori. Also the masala milk and jalebis are a treat also their paneer jalebi are awesome.
The Rabdi as deserts is the icing on the food.
Small but clean place. Serves a range of fresh chaats, snacks, Bengali and North Indian sweets. Good value for money. All their items are made in desi ghee: great for sweets but not so great for the savouries!
Near by charni road station walkable five to seven minutes distance, great taste, must try for Raj kachori [Jumbo kachori] Warning : must not eat before that or after that, coz its huge.
Very good sweet shop.
Raj Kachori is big. Masala milk is yummmm.
They also serve chats, samosas, chole and lots of mithais.
Best part is they have seating space as well.
Very famous for bengali sweets and wide range of all kind of sweets all around it taste very natural and samosa and kochhori are also best. Could not afford to miss
First things first!
This place is extremely hygienic!
Ambience was very good.
Chat here is extremely delicious and i am already addicted to its taste at first visit itself.
Prices here are little bit above average but its worth paying for.

M so happy dat Tewari has branch in borivali also..... Tewari bas Naam hi kaafi hai...
What a place! Raj kachori is something you should try out. The samosas are sinfully tasty. My favourite is gatta sabzi with masala parantha, oh my, I bet you can just have one, it's so freaking heavy. All preparations in ghee ❤️
A great place at a great location serving some great food. Tewari bros mithaiwala have been serving delicious food since ages. They have some amazing chats, chole bhature, kaju katli, raj kachori, dahi puri, pani puri and ras malai. You will crave for more every time you visit there.
All in all good place to have Chaat and sweets. The Chole Bhature, Pani Puri, Kachori Chaat and Dahi puri are great. The sweets are also very nice especially the Malai Peda, Kala Kand and Ras Malai. They keep the place very neat and clean too!
Raj Kachori! Ghosh what a kachori! It was one of the best form of Kachoris I have tried. Though I am not a Kachori fan but I had to give this one a try cause I have heard so much about this place.
One of the yummiest I have tasted ever.
My 5 rating for Tewaris is not only for the Kachori but for everything I have eaten from this place since years. Mithais, Samosas, Dhoklas etc. Never ever have I been disappointed.
So thanks Tewaris for the wonderful experience each and everytime.
Please keep up the standard to we can continue to enjoy yummy snacks anytime!
Be it any time of the year tiwari bros serve amazing mouth watering mithais . Its the best mithaiwala shop in mumbai . Barfi, kaju katli , rasmalai , gulab jamun , barele mawa ki mithai , rasgulla , khasta kachori all are soo yummy and full of flavour .
This place is definitely worthy of 4 stars. The legendary taste and quality of everything in here is simply mind blowing. There are many traditional mitahai shops in mumbai, especially concentrated in and around marine lines, charni road and grant road. But not every shop has everything on the menu of such good quality. All the ingredients are fresh and of best quality, resulting in an amazing taste. I have almost tried whatever they have to offer and not even once been disappointed. This time i ordered dhokla and papdi chaat for home delivery and not to my surprise the whole package was a treat. If you haven't been to this iconic chain, do your self a favor and rush for this place if you have a sweet tooth or love for traditional indian snacks. 🙂
The most best sweet seller which I know and the place which they have is really very much clean and hygienic the taste of sweet is unmatchable and they also serve samosas, kachoris, dahi vada etc which also taste awesome keep it up guys👍

Loved the experience, all the products are made are made with pure ghee and great care.
The Raj kachori is a must try, all the other Chaat items are good as well.
This place is very well known for its sweets. Also they sell nashta and chat items which are very famous too. The price may be a bit on the higher side but the hygiene and taste is all worth it. Food -4.5/5 Ambience - 4/5 Staff - 3.5/5 Value for money - 4/5

Ultimate samosa it was.
Deliciously satisfied!
Sweets were innovative and fresh. My super fav is rose with gulkand stuffed sweet, which made me to step in the store.
