The staff here is totally amazing and suggests you the best dish according to your taste and your choice. They offer an amazing service to their customers here and avail you everything you need.
The place is known for its Thai cuisine and its mix of variety in Pan asian delicacy. They have a huge menu with a lot of options in small plates , appetizers , mains , tofu , fish, chicken will be put in a different section with a well explained menu which is very easy for you to understand the dish quite well.
Must try would be (its been a while i have )
1- Flower Language
2- Poached eggs benedict
3- Banana Leaf grilled tofu
4-crispy caramelised shrimp

5- wok tossed chicken
Special mention to Sanchit for being such a pleasant person to serve us during our meal.

TYGR, a modern Thai bar & grill, marks yet another star from the house of Massive Restaurants Pvt. Ltd

The concept is focused to bring the finest ingredients flown in from Thailand and exborant cocktail menu inspired with Thai ingredients are a highlight here.

The place has high energy, interiors are expectedly classy. The ingredients speaks of freshness, coupled with Spot-on taste as well as presentation.

Chicken Dimsums with Thai - Chilli Oil is something good to start with. Wok tossed chicken is a good option if you like stir fried type of chicken.

Vegetarians or Non-vegetarians - you shouldn't miss Roti Canai !! It's a Roti with Avacado & Curried Pepper Mayo. Satay Alam is their version of Chicken Satay, served with steamed bao's.

They Appetisers section is perfect to appease any of the palate. The menu has influence of another cuisine - American braisserie as well, they are perfectly corporated in the menu. I still need to explore that part, and look forward to try in my nect visit.

The main course ordered were humble Red Thai Curry and Jaismine Rice. But fret not, our focus was all on the desserts. We didn't left without trying the coveted Mango Pudding with sticky Rice. And the last thing we have tried is Triple Layered Semi Fredo , Katafi & Gritty Milk.

TYGR a Progressive Thai restaurant from the stables of Mr Zorawar Kalra located on the 1st floor at Palladium. TYGR, probably would rate as one of the best fine dine restaurants in lower parel.

To be honest, we were quite sure the food will be good at the restaurant since the food is always the winner at Mr Karla's restaurants.
TYGR, has raised the notch way higher and absolutely smacked it out of the park with its food.

We Ordered:

Arm Strech (Mocktail): Since we don't drink the restaurant was kind enough to make a virgin version of the drink for us. The presentation was quite fancy with a mango popsicle, hibiscus and mandarin syrup. (Highly Recommended)

Mango Kafir Lime: Was very refreshing mango juice with a mixture of sweet and sour kafir leaves.

Smelted Rice Flour Dumplings: One of the best dumplings we've had in a long time. The rice flour layer was so thin that it would melt in the mouth, made with water chestnut, leeks, celery and thai herbs. The blue color was courtesy the extracts of the famous blue pea flower. (Highly Recommended)

Temura Cakes: Was the dish we loved the most, it was extremely delicious. The combination of sweet Chilli, Soya Chilli and mayo was just wowwww. (Highly Recommended)

Roti Canai avocado and curried pepper mayo: An extremely thin flat bread topped with avocado pieces and pepper mayo. (Recommended)

Vegetable Green Curry: The veg thai green curry was delicious and the perfect amount of spices and the taste was very subtle, just the way we like it. (Highly Recommended)

Thai Basil Fried Rice: The fried rice with thai basil was perfectly cooked and it tasted yum. (Highly Recommended)

Tab Tim Krob: One of the most famous Thai desserts, which is made of cubes of water chestnuts coated in rose syrup with coconut milk and coconut icecream served in a spiked glass served on ice. The dessert was absolutely delicious. (Highly Recommended)

Chocolate Fudge: The chocolate fudge was so creamy and smooth, served with Blue Berry Ice Cream which was very refreshing and complimented the chocolate fudge very well. (Recommended)

The staff is also very courteous and we would like to thank our server Mr Nalin for his service.

What surprised us most is the portion sizes, we were pleasantly surprised to see the portion sizes being quite adequate. Most of the other restaurants serve half the portion sizes for the same price.

We would also like to Thank Mr Rana for his wonderful service and making sure we has a wonderful time.

We are surely visiting this place again to try the other dishes it has to offer.

TYGR is a modern thai cuisine restaurant located at Palladium Mall, Mumbai.

Dimly lit, Beautifully done up, TYGR has a soothing ambiance.

Their food menu specialises in thai cuisine that has been given a contemporary touch.
They even have a seperate american menu that has classic americans dishes with a asian influence.

TYGR even has an elaborate bar that has an amazing selection of cocktails that are curated using thai herbs.

So here is what had -

COCKTAILS :-

SPLITTING WOOD -
Gin based cocktail made with jasmine green tea, ginger, lime and thai green syrup.
Wow ! Super strong yet smooth, the ginger flavour was dominant !

SALADS :-

SOM TAM -
Classic thai salad made with raw papaya, carrots, french beans, cherry tomatoes, peanuts and bird eye chillies.
Super refreshing, the fresh chilli lime dressing with a dash of palm sugar was perfect.

SMALL PLATE :-

CHICKEN DIMSUMS -
Tapioca flour dimsums made blue using butterfly pea flower, stuffed with minced chicken and drizzled with chilli oil.
The dimsums just melt in your mouth, the chilli oil complimented it beautifully !

SMELTED RICE FLOUR DIMSUMS -
Rice flour dimsums filled with waterchnut, leek & lemongrass, and drizelled with tamarind chilli dip and fried garlic.
Equally good, the waterchnut added a nice crunch in the filling, a must try for vegetarians.

STUFFED MUSHROOM CORN & CHEESE -
Batter fried button mushrooms stuffed with corn and cheese then stir fried with chillis, lemongrass, basil and thai curry paste.
The stir fry done using thai herbs was fabulous but the corn flour batter coating on the mushrooms was a bit hard !

GRILLED SNAPPER -
Snapper fish fillets marinated with chillies and lime, grilled to perfection and served with arugula salad.
Absolutely delicious, the snapper even had fried red chillies as garnishing, it tasted brilliant !

MAINS :-

PAN SEARED SCALLOPS -
Pan seared scallops served on a bed of tomato, basil and butter sauce with lettuce salad on the side.
Extremely delicious, the buttery scallops with a mild flavour of black pepper tasted yummy !

FENNEL TIGER PRAWNS -
Whole tiger prawns grilled to perfection, topped with mushroom curry cream, fried basil, curry leaves and chillis. Served with lemongrass biscotti.
A must try for seafood lovers, the prawn was cooked to perfection, freshness was the key !

AVOCADO & ARUGULA FLATBREAD -
Tortilla topped with cheese, baked to perfection then garnished with arugula & avocados and drizzled with chilli lime dressing.
Very different, the thin crispy cheesy tortilla was perfect, it like eating pizza with salad !

DESSERTS :-

CLASSIC TIRAMISU -
Tiramisu made the classic way with mascarpone cheese and kahlua liqueur.

TAB TIM KROB -
Classic thai dessert made with rose flavoured waterchnut, coconut milk and ice cream.

Both the dessert were extremely delicious, i was amazed to find an authentic Italian tiramisu at a thai restaurant !

Overall, I had an amazing time.
TYGR is the place to be if you like thai food, the modern elements added to the classic dishes are fantastic, even their service is extremely courteous.

Go try Indulge !!

WHAT A MEAL! Got to be my new favourite Thai restaurant! The service, food and cocktails were all stand out! Palladium needs to come closer to the suburbs, loved the vibe of this Modern Bar. The interiors are classy, high ceiling decorated with bulbs, an extensive bar, another bar for storing lots of imported liquor, seating was gorgeous and the cushions at each seat had TIGER covers. This place is much more mesmerizing than a regular restaurant and I was lucky enough to try some of the Chef's specials here. To name a few :

Cocktails : The bartenders here are very friendly, definitely talented and know how to make someone's day! Special thanks to Deeon Courtinho, Govind, Ralston and Silvester for making it a memorable meal. Can't find the cocktail menu so don't remember the names of the drinks
1. Heart of the TYGR (5/5) - Lovely concoction. It will give you a slight buzz.

2. Silvester's Special (5/5)-Thanks to the amazing hospitality here, the Manager requested Silvester to make a mocktail for me before I left that I genuinely loved. The flavours were of cranberry and orange citrusy but yummy just how I like it. PLEASE ask for him at the bar and trust him with the drinks

Starters :
1. Medley of Frangible Mushrooms (5/5)-BEST DISH OF THE DAY! I relished this one to the last bite. There was a mix of oyster, button and wild mushrooms made like tempura. It tasted really good. Definitely loved this the most in vegetarian fare.
2. Veg Pizzette (4.5/5) - Very far from your usual pizza. This was topped with shredded cheese but had a sweet and sour taste due to the sauces used. It was a modern Thai cuisine dish and a must try if you're looking for something new.
3. Smelted Rice Flour Dumplings Chilli, Sampalok (5/5)-Visually the best looking dish for sure. The taste was outstanding as well, it had waterchestnut and lotus root which is a new combination I tried but it genuinely went well together.
4. Roti Canai, Avocado & Curried Pepper Mayo (5/5)-MUST TRY! It was like a pizza again with a different base called roti Canai, topped with a tamarind dip, pomegranate, pepper mayo and avocado's. The combo was so well made, it will make you long for more. Very indianised taste incorporating Thai flavours too. This is their bestseller and indeed should be. Standout dish.
5. Banana leaf wrapped Grilled Tofu, Dehydrated Chilli's & Coriander (3.5/5)-Probably the only dish we considered average. Not something that tingled my taste buds, it was like tofu 65 with very south indian flavours. Can be skipped.

Mains :
1. Veg Massaman Curry with White sticky rice (4/5)-Loved the flavours of this. Creamy, mildly sweet, tinch of coconut, not too over powering. Very smooth texture. Good portion for 2.

Dessert : THE REAL DEAL
1. Tim Tam Krob (4.5/5)- Outstanding presentation, coconut pudding like dessert with fresh rose chunks like bites. I really liked the refreshing flavour of this one.
2. Triple Layered Semi Fredo, Katafi, Gritty Milk (5/5)- MUST TRY! Got to be the best contender for the best dish of the day. This is a three layered pudding mousse along with Katafi (similar to kunnafeh) but the texture balance of the dish was mindblowing. Best dessert I've had in a long time. CHEF Feroz take a bow! Must must try.

Special thanks to the stewards for the day Nalin and Naresh.

It's one of the most happening , groovy place in Palladium Mall. TYGR is definitely best along with others in terms of Thai Cuisine. Loved the whole tone , tenor, vibes of the place. The music can be subtle, calm at one point and high end at the other point of time. Ample of sitting area with cute lightings and aesthetic interiors. The bar was quite flamboyant. The Service was fantabulous. They did had profound knowledge about the menu plus they did advised us in terms of our taste preference etc.
We had -
Signature Mocktail -
The name definitely did suggest to the taste of this Mocktail. It was refreshing with quite luscious flavor to it.
If you like or love alcoholic drinks then you can definitely go ahead with their unique and top notch Cocktails and they won't disappoint you for sure.

Smelted Rice Flour Dumplings -
When the temperature plummet plus you crave something warm and cozy that's when you look forward to have such hot and soft/fluffy dumplings which you know can't go wrong. Exactly this kinda emotions were going through us when we had this. Loved the whole concept with crunch of sesame seeds. Loved it.

It's been a long time we haven't been to TYGR. Would love to go back and try out their new menu.
But it's a must visit place.

Tygr is lit with beautiful lights and huge tables.
The zorawar brothers never go wrong with their food.
TYGR has authentic asian cuisine which is very well matching with the food fad.

Charcoal charged bundles: Activated charcoal dumplings stuffed with vegetables. it was soft and well textured. tasted good.

Roti canai: A bit of crunchy roti topped with avocado, bell peppers and other veggies with curied pepper mayo dressing was the best dish. a must try dish here. highly recommended.

Shrooms quatro: If you are a mushroom lover then this a must call dish here. flat bread topped with juicy mushrooms(shitake, button) caramelized onion and feta. The base is soft and not too thin nor thick. highly recommended.

Banana leaf wrapped tofu: Banana leaf wrapped grilled tofu which was marinated in sauce. something which was flavorful and tasted good.

Corn cake sliders: Mini purple bun sliders with corn cake topped with thai chili jam on it. it had the perfect soft and crunch combination. tasted too good. highly recommended.

Thai style aromatic mock duck: PS: Its a vegetarian dish which has soya in it. it's a rice sheet stuffed with soya mince. we did not like this much. the flavours were not for our palate.

Triple layer semi fredo: Its a three mousse based dessert served with katafi(kunafeh) and gritty milk. The mousse was really good. a combination of coffee and chocolate. Recommended.

we also tried a few cocktails and peanut shake. the cocktails were well made and potent. each cocktail has a unique presentation.

overall all our dining experience was great. the hospitality was top-notch. service was quick.

Walked into this place on Wednesday at 8 PM. Just 1 table was occupied. I was surprised considering that it was a public holiday. I had heard good things about his place as was looking forward to dining here as it’s yet another one from Massive Restaurants.
For the appetisers we had the Charcot Charged Veggie bundles. They were nice and flavourful. Just 4 pieces in a portion. The other appetiser we had was the Roti Canai, avocado and pepper mayo. This was the best dish of night. Crispy roti with salad and pieces of avocado. I would go here just to have this dish. For the main course we had the jasmine rice and tofu & wild mushroom in Thai basil sauce. This dish is usually cooked in black pepper sauce. The chef was so good that he made it for us in Thai basil sauce. This dish tasted well and the curry was all made very well. The dessert we choose was chocolate fudge was raspberry ice cream. Again it was spot on. The ice cream was too good. We paid around ₹2500 for 2. Totally worth it and we surely will visit again.

Went here twice at afternoon
The place has a cool vibe, generally found empty during afternoon with swanky interiors and comfortable seating with nice bar side seating
Grilled snapper starter recommended for sea food lovers has a perfect blend of the red sauce which is tossed

Charcoal charged vegetable bundle these are charcoal dominos garnished with spicy chillies and some garlic great presentation and the dish it which it is served

Crispy lotus stem- did not enjoy it as much as it was felt like sugar syrup and thick ring could have been better with the quantity also.

Raw mango avacado salad- less of raw mango more of coconut and moderate avacado. Picked the avacado leaving out coconut behind

Crispy prawns caramelised Thai raw mango- juicy prawns with caramelised onions soft and tender fresh prawns no smell all fresh

Wok tossed chicken dry chillies and cashews succulent tender pieces of chicken which melted in mouth, deserves appreciation.

Pad Thai noodles: average noodles less of chicken pieces more of egg omlette

Choclate fudge with blueberry icecream is to die for better than classic tiramisu

Next time would try their set menu but not so soon

Finally got a chance to visit TYGR again
And from the decor to the menu everything is just mind blowing
We started the night with some great cocktails, the way of the duck, bending a tree, Gin-ger bell and catching the fish two handed
All the cocktails are very unique and the presentation for each one is out this world
Firstly we tried their braised escalopes of lamb, palm sugar and shallots salad, definitely a great way to start
In appetisers we tried quite a few things,
Crispy caramelised shrimp, baked avocado stuffed tartare, scallop carpaccio, Ika rings with flames coconut and yam dressing, seared snapper with dill & fennels and gruyère fondue
Each appetiser was an experience in itself, so well curated and the balance of flavours was just perfect
But the avocado stuffed tartare and scallop carpaccio are the two must try appetisers here at TYGR
In mains we tried their classic red curry paired with steamed jasmine rice
And moving on to the desserts, we tried the triple layered semi fredo, katafi and gritty milk and also the chocolate fudge
Both the desserts were just wonderful
Overall, loved everything that we tried, the attention to detail in everything that they create is just remarkable

Visited TYGR today, to try out their recently launched menu and I must say, this place was surely one of a kind. Located on the 1st floor at Palladium, they have a nice and cosy indoor seating with a hint of tropical decor. The staff were super kind and Nelin took really good care of us. It was an afternoon lunch and we got a try a lot of their seafood items, each and every dish bringing a huge smile on our faces.

Starting off with the drinks, we tried:

Merry Bless - c o c k t a I l
One of the curated drinks from their Christmas special menu, this was such a lovely drink. Vodka mixed with vanilla and kahlua, this one gave little dessert feels in a glass, vodka being the plus factor.

The Way of Duck - c o c k t a I l
Two words to describe this one, BEAUTIFUL & REFRESHING. The presentation is brilliant, it can be one of those extremely Instagram worthy cocktails, it is strong and it has a citrus base, which makes it extremely refreshing. Loved this one.

Coming to the food, we tried:

Braised Escalopes of Lamb - s a l a d
Starting off the meal with a delicious salad, with a Vinaigrette dressing and shredded lamb, a super light dish and a perfect way to start the meal. Serves good for 2.

Ika Rings, Flamed Coconut - small bites
These were crisp fried calamari rings mixed with flamed coconut pieces, one of the best accompaniments to go with a glass of wine or cocktail.

Grilled Snapper with Chilli Jaggery - starters
Highly Recommended for sea food lovers. This was my personal favourite, the red snapper tastes extremely delicious. I have always loved Basa but after trying this one I am obsessed with this variety of fish.

Steamed Prawns - starters
More like stuffed prawns, they are quite large in size and serves two. This had a sweet chilli twist in it, loved this one too.

From the mains, we tried another item with the Red Snapper, this time it was served in a fondue based. Also tried the pan seared buttered scallops as well. We were pretty full with these so we decided to skip their Thai curry, but will surely be back for this one.

And to the best part of the day, even though we love everything:

Tab Tim Krob - d e s s e r t
This was another item with presentation goals, a beautiful blend of cream and malai with little fruit jelly pieces this totally tasted really unique.

Semifriddo - d e s s e r t
A triple layered, mousse like dessert with chocolate and coffee essence, served with Katafi - this had a crisp coating of vermicelli and the softness of gritty milk on the inside. A classic blend of the eastern and western goodness in a plate. This was indeed one of my favourite items.

Beautiful experience overall!

The ambiance is classy and the seating is very comfortable, the place is good to visit with family.

We tried,
Steamed Prawns
Yellow Chicken Curry with steamed rice

Old Fashioned Whisky Sour with a modern twist.

Desserts we had,
Classic Tiramisu

Really had a great time at TYGR. Shall visit again soon.

TYGR, located at the Palladium in Lower Parel is definitely among the best Thai restaurants in the city. We visited here on a weekday afternoon to experience their new Menu. They use fresh ingredients and modern culinary techniques to offer dishes that are simply amazing and unique.

The interiors exude a soothing ambiance and a classy vibe. All this adds to the charm of this place.

Coming to the food and drinks, here's what we tried -

ARM STRETCHER - Served with a mango lolly dipped in a concoction of subtle bitters and a spritzy finish of hibiscus, aperol and mandarin. The presentation of this cocktail was superb. Enjoyed it.

SEVEN TIMES GOOD ( SEVEN TIMES BAD) - A mix of golden rum and wheat beer in a blend of banana, lime, mango and ginger. Refreshing and tasty.

FENNEL TIGER PRAWNS - Served with a yellow curry sauce, the tiger prawns were tender and juicy and topped with micro greens and bell peppers. Packed with flavour, these prawns were a real delight. Recommended.

BRAISED ESCALOPES OF LAMB - The beaised lamb pieces were served with shallots and lettuce. The palm sugar sauce balanced all the flavours. Recommended.

ROTI CANAI AVOCADO AND CURRIED PEPPER MAYO - This Indian inspired flatbread was topped with exotic veggies like avocado slices, argula leaves, edamame beans with a delicious curried pepper mayo. A real winning dish. A must have here!

IKA RINGS , FLAMED COCONUT YAM DRESSING - Deep fried crispy squid rings tossed in a spicy and sweet masala, slices of coconut and a yam dressing. Absolutely delicious. Couldn't stop having this. Recommended.

BAKED AVOCADO STUFFED CRAB TARTARE - This dish was an absolute delight to the senses. The Avocado was baked to perfection and filled with spiced crabmeat and caviar. A play of flavours in the mouth. Recommended.

PAN SEARED BUTTERED SCALLOPS - The scallops were perfectly pan seared so that they had a melt in the mouth texture. Served in a rich sauce and a salad. We relished this dish. Recommended.

TRIPLE LAYERED SEMI FREDO, KATAFI GRITTY MILK - The katafi was coated with deep fried vermicilli and stuffed with gritty milk and nuts in the centre. It was served with a triple layered semifredo of coffee and chocolate. A good take on the Middle Eastern Baklava. A perfect and delicious way to end our meal.

TYGR surely managed to surpass all our expectations with regard to the food, great service and lovely ambiance. Definitely a place to visit often.

Tygr is a Thai themed restaurant in Palladium and I had an incredible experience here. Here's my take on d place:

Ambience:
The place has a cool vibe to it, especially the bar area. It has swanky interiors with comfortable seating and spacious feel. With a mix of high chairs and normal ones, it gives you an option to be seated as per your choice.

Drinks:
My friend loves whiskey so he tried this new cocktail called Hide n Horns and it truly was amazing! It retained the potency of whiskey along with perfectly blended flavors making it yumm!

If you're not an alcoholic then you can give it a shot on their wide variety of mocktails and they dont disappoint!

Food:
I really loved their Charcoal Charged Vegetable Bundles - which were nothing but dumplings cooked to perfection and well garnished. The taste was as incredible as was the presentation. This is a MUST order appetizer.

Next interesting find was the Roti Canai, Avocado and Curried Pepper Mayo: a roti like base, sorta crunchy topped with dressings of avocado and veggies. Every bite was crunchy with a mouthful of avocado with mayo dressing making it WOW! A very novel dish and again a MUST recommended.

Thai Style Aromatic Mock Duck was not something we enjoyed - found it a bit chewy. Avoidable.

For main course we ordered Tofu, Mushroom with black pepper sauce paired with steam rice and this was amazing!!! Loved the sauce and went really well with steam rice. Couldn't have enough of it!!

Service:
The hospitality here was Kalra standard meaning fantastic. Our order came well on time and we were offered great advice in terms of ordering as per preference. The staff is courteous and smiling!

Overall: Very much recommended!

TYGR, a first-of-its-kind Modern Thai Bar & Grill is yet another feather in the hat for the Massive Restaurant Group. With the use of the freshest ingredients which have been flown down right from Thailand and the use of cutting edge and unconventional culinary techniques, TYGR offers you a fusion of authentic big, bold flavours and uses modern techniques to recreate dishes never offered before.

The interiors are plush, classy and exude a certain warmth and a modern elegance to it. This gourmet dining restaurant is mostly done up in hues of gold, beige and brown. They have used wood in different shades and patterns throughout the restaurant. They also have cylindrical lanterns hanging from the ceiling, a grand display of their vast wine collection, traditional lamps with candles on the floor and hints of tropical vibe with wallpapers and cushions depicting tiger stripes and palm leaves.

Our third visit to this plush and upscale restaurant by Mr. Zorawar Kalra and needless to say that TYGR - The Modern Thai Bar & Grill never fails to surprise us and exceed ones expectations! Having heard about their new menu, we just couldn’t wait to witness the magic once again!

A special mention of Mr. Nalin, our server who was polite, friendly, kind and very helpful. He had a good knowledge of the dishes/drinks on the menu and made it a point to give us fresh plates after every 2-3 dishes. He ensured that our meal was going good. Mr. Shonit also took good care of our table and was polite and courteous . Lastly, Chef Firoz came up to our table to ask for feedback and spoke about the dishes and its ingredients.

We started off our foodgasmic journey will a couple of drinks and then moved on to the food. Here’s the gist:

1) Seven Times Good (Seven Times Bad) – A concoction of wheat beer and golden rum with a blend of banana, mango, lime and ginger. This cocktail is uber refreshing and has a wonderful malt taste from the wheat beer.

2) Arm Stretcher – A blended delight with subtle bitters and a spritzy finish comprising of amaro, aperol and hibiscus cordial, mandarin, soda, prosecco, mango ice cream and lollies. LOVED the presentation of this cocktail and the ice lolly certainly took us doing a nostalgic route bringing back priceless childhood memories. We LOVED it. Highly recommended.

3) Braised Escalopes of Lamb, Palm Sugar & Shallots – Braised pieces of lamb tossed with lettuce greens, shallots and toasted sesame seeds. It was tossed is a sweet and tart palm sugar that absolutely tied all the ingredients together. WOW!

4) Ika Rings, Flamed Coconut, Yam Dressing – Deep-fried, crisp and delicious squid rings generously topped off with a mind-blowing sweet and spicy masala. It was served along with crispy flamed coconut pieces, curry leaves and a yam dressing. Hands down, these were the BEST squid rings we’ve ever tried till date! Absolutely LOVED and relished every bit of this dish! Highly, highly recommended.

5) Fennel Tiger Prawns , Yellow Curry Sauce – Juicy and succulent Tiger prawns topped off with bell peppers, micro-greens and a flavour-packed yellow curry sauce. Delicious! Highly recommended. Spicy, spicy, tangy all at once, the prawns were like little flavour-bombs on your palette! Highly recommended.

6) Baked Avocado Stuffed Crab Tartare – An absolutely beautifully presented dish made up of sliced avocado filled with delicious minced crab meat and caviar. The combination of creamy avocado and sweet minced crab meat is certainly a match made in heaven! This would be a crime to miss! Highly recommended.

7) Roti Canai, Avocado & Curried Pepper Mayo – An Indian-influenced flatbread dish found in Southeast Asian countries. The roti canai was topped off with arugula leaves, avocado slices, pomegranate seeds, edamame beans and drizzled with a curried pepper mayo. It was served with a sweet lemongrass flavoured biscuit. We absolutely loved every bite of this. Really innovative and delicious! Highly recommended.

8) Pan Seared Buttered Scallops, Ginger Lime, Baby Rocket Nam Chim Kai – Tender and succulent pan seared scallops that absolutely melted in the mouth. It was served in a thick and luscious sauce and a baby rocket nam chim kai salad. If you’re a seafood lover, this dish is an absolute must-have! Highly recommended.

9) Barbequed Pork Ribs, The Ultimate Mac & Cheese – Melt in the mouth pork ribs marinated with a sweet and smokey BBQ sauce and served along with a bowl of the ultimate comfort food – Mac & Cheese. The Mac & Cheese was cheesy, ooey gooey and absolutely delicious! Something you’d crave for on a cold winter/rainy day! Highly recommended.

10) Triple Layered Semi Fredo, Kataifi, Gritty Milk – A triple layered semi fredo of coffee and decadent chocolate. The semi fredo is served along with a crisp and delicious kataifi pastry which is crunchy on the outside, from the vermicelli noodles, and soft and sinful on the inside as it is filled with gritty milk and is sprinkled with honey and nuts! WOW! Being a fan of the middle-eastern desserts, this one’s an absolute steal! A crime to miss! Highly recommended.

On the whole, the new menu is beautifully curated to include the best and freshest of ingredients with unimaginable flavours that are absolutely mind-blowing! We will certainly be back to try out the other dishes on their menu. A must, must visit! Until next time…

TYGR aka Tiger is located inside phoenix mills and is a place serving Asian & American cuisine. Concentrating more towards the Asian cuisine, this place wil surprise you with its Cocktail concoctions, amazing presentations and lit decor.

Hospitality was top notch. Recommendations given to hs were probably the best. We tried both the cuisines and loved them both.

TYGR recently introduced their new menu as well.

Recommendations :

DRINKS -

ARM STRETCHER which is a tequila based Cocktail with a ice lolli in it. Must try.

Thai shakes are amazing. Something totally different.

Seven times good seven times bad was a LIIT.

FOOD :

Miang kham was a chicken based appetizer. Charcoal Dimsums were really nice.

Balasamic chicken parmesan mousse
Shrooms Quatrro faltbread
Slow roast chicken burger
Massaman curry with steam rice was the best.

DESSERTS :

Chocolate fudge is a must try. Apart from that do not miss out on Triple layered kataifi which is a part of their new menu.

Undoubtedly the best Thai food restaurant in Mumbai.Classy decor and soothing ambience make Tygr a perfect dine in place.Ideal for a family get together or a corporate meet.
I tried a couple of dishes from their new menu, the ones I really loved are:-
1.)Wok tossed chicken-An amazing appetiser, really delicious chicken. The dried chilies gave the dish a tinge of hotness and the cashews in the dish gave it just the right amount of crunchiness.
2.)Red snapper with chilli jaggery and lime-One of the best fish appetisers I have ever had.
3.)Ika rings with flamed coconut and yam dressing-If you are a fan of squids l thn this is one starter you should definitely order.A really good kind of finger food.
And highly recommending THE WAY OF THE DUCK which is a gin based cocktail, super refreshing and smooth.
In mains I ordered Pad thai vermicelli noodles, thai green curry with steamed jasmine rice and stir fried veggies.
This was a wholesome main course with the perfect Thai and oriental flavours. The aroma in the Thai green curry was authentic and went really well with jasmine rice.
Highly recommend TYGR to all you guys.

The brand new menu at @tygrofficial ensuring I fall in love with THAI FOOD! Most dishes I tried from their new menu (drinks included) were brain frazzingly GOOD! The red snapper with chilli jaggery and lime was so so good! Tons of flavours! Fish cooked really well - the sweetness of jaggery blending perfectly well with the hotness of chilli and tanginess of lime! #MUSTORDER
.
.
The wok tossed chicken - BRILLIANT! A simple, elegant dish that you’d want to order again! #REPEATORDER

.
The authentic and classic Thai meal that comprised Pad Thai Vermicelli Noodles, Thai Green Curry with Steamed Jasmine Rice and Stir Fried Veggies ans Yellow Beans made for a perfect weekday dinner meal (also healthy!!) Ended with a classic Tiramisu & the Triple Layered Fredo served with Katafi won my heart! The Mousse was outstanding! Also, the mixologist has done such a fab job! Refreshing, innovative drinks served in really creative manner!

Ika Rings, Flamed Coconut, Yam Dressing: Crispy and Crunchy! Not a fab of squids but this tasted like crunchy lotus steams! So good!

If you're a cocktail lover a must try would be "The way of the duck"! It's comes with a brilliant presentation and taste wise is a tropical HIT! If you're a Mocktail lover like me please definitely go for mango and kafir lime mocktail! So refreshing!

After watching a movie at PVR, we headed for a food review at TYGR. Here is my take on:

THE AMBIENCE:

Located on the same level as PVR, TYGR has plush interiors. Wooden interiors and dim lights make the place soothing to the eye. There's a fancy bar counter and a wine rack that you cannot miss. Overall, this TYGR boasts an excellent ambience.

THE FOOD:

Pomegranate Basil: Terrific drink to start with. Perfect hint of mint in fresh Pomegranate juice. The rim of the glass was coated with some castor sugar. Loved it.

Patatas Bravas: A spanish delicacy - this one had chunks of crisp, fried potato tossed in a red chili based sauce, topped with what tasted like Garlic Aioli. Some micro greens were used on the top. Enjoyed it big time!

Roti Canai, Avocado and Curried Pepper Mayo: Hands Down, the best from all that we had from the 'Small Plates' section. Crisp flat bread topped with sliced avocados, torn bits of Lollo Rosso, yellow curried mayonnaise and the orange peppered mayonnaise. There was some pomegranate and micro greens on the top too. Loved the base. The balance of flavours was incredible. Highly recommended!

Corn Cake Sliders, Thai Chili Jam, Lotus Stem Chips: Another stellar preparation from the 'Small Plates' section. Violet Slider Buns stuffed with a crisp corn based tempura, curruied mayo and lollo rosso lettuce. It had that lovely burst of Kaffir Lime and Galangal. The lotus stem Chips on the side were crisp, tangy and a tad but sweet, topped with some sesame. Fab stuff!

Melange of Wild Mushrooms, Thai Basil: Button, Shimeji and Enoki Mushroom gravy with a prominent flavour of basil. The thai bird wye chili and Peppercorns upped the spice quotient. Served with aome garlicky rice on the side, this dish was too good!

Sticky Rice Mango Pudding: Rectangular bed of sticky rice topped with a creamy mango pudding with a scoop of mango ice cream topped with chiffonade of basil on the side. We happened to end our meal on a high!

THE SERVICE:

Shonit was quite interactive and guided us well through the menu. He also told us the story behind the word 'TYGR' and gave great recommendations. He worked in tandem with his steward, Joseph who was extremely warm and took good care of us. Top notch service standards, I must say!

MONEY'S WORTH:

Cannot comment on this aspect since I was invited over for a food review.

TYGR has recently launched it new menu that focuses on Thanksgiving cuisine. Small bites and not clumsy eating dishes. The vibe that I got when I entered TYGR were magical. With a posh bar and classy ambiance, TYGR is simply charming.
They've added new dishes that highlight the Thanksgiving idea behind it.
What all I had:
Charcoal Charged Vegetable Bundle
Steamed Chicken Fardels
Wok tossed chicken

Desserts:
Triple Layer semifredo katafi
Chocolate fudge

Drinks:
Spitting wood

Presentation of the food is a class. Hats off to the chef and team, the magic of flavours in the food has lifted up the looks to another level. Every dish was unique and had different elements in it. Attaching photos for visual pleasure.

TYGR a Zorawar Kalra owned restaurant with soothing ambiance, delicious food and exceptional service puts the FINE in fine dining.

Located at Palladium, the place is bursting with people and leaves your mouth bursting with flavour.

In terms of the food started off with charcoal charged vegetable bundles. A prominent taste of charcoal, dim sum cooked to perfection and garnished beautifully.

Next tried out their Roti Canai which is like a modern healthier version of pizza but instead of bread, Indian bread roti is taken as a base with topping which include veggies and greens with mayo wasabi sauce.

Further Corn cheese sliders along with lotus stem chips were tasty.

For mains I stuck with the basic Thai curry and rice option which was stomach filing.

Cocktails here are exuberant and innovative and definitely page turner with the combination of a mango popsicle with whiskey and orange syrup and gin based combination.

Ended on delightful note with a classic tiramisu which was the perfect amount of bitter sweet.

Loved the Thai and American offerings here, would definitely recommend!

This place was such a surprise! Every dish had such a burst of unique flavor. There’s so many new asian places opening up in the city every month but this one has a different menu and different fare: the flavors are very South asian: a lot of coconut, tamarind and lemon. We loved the avocado salad with flakes of coconut on top and the tempura cakes were such a surprise. The dessert recommended by our server was really good too! As were the cocktails

To my dear foodies and followers, sharing my experience of visiting this place TYGR @ Palladium, Lower Parel.

Firstly, the ambience of this place is something to talk about. Very classy, dim lights, good soothing music, different kind of high, low and couch sitting tables available. One of the restaurants where you will see artificial green plantation.

Cocktails & Mocktails - tried the Flower Language, Face of a deer & the way of the duck. All of them very really good, must have as taste really different.

Food, tried the following;

Stuffed Mushroom with Corn & Cheese
Thai Style Aromatic Mock Duck

Both the above tasted really good.

Deserts, tried the following;

Chocolate Fudge
Tiramisu
Triple Layered Semi Fredo, Katafi, Gritty Milk.

Their deserts are to die for, one of the best deserts we have ever had. Specially Katafi - must must try, this is something out of the world.

Mr. Joseph, Mr. Daniel, Mr. Kedar, were great with their hospitality and service was of great standards.

Chef Firoz - hats off to this man who’s behind the kitchen serving some lip smacking food & deserts. Truly an asset for TYGR, very humble and down to earth chef I’ve come across.

Overall, a great place and must visit for their ambience, food, deserts and great hospitality experience.

I finally got a chance to visit this beautiful fine dine place in Palladium Mall. I visited to try out their newest additions to their menu. Firstly, the space they have is quite nice, and the interiors are done up really well.

We started off by calling off for their signature cocktails & some appetizers.

~ The Way Of the Duck was the first cocktail that arrived on our table. It was a gin based cocktail, which had traces of mango, pineapple and some fresh basil. It was very mild and presented very interestingly. The drink is served on a bed of a nest. It was quite innovative & also the drink was perfect!

~ Hide & Horns was the second cocktail that came across to be quite nice in terms of presentation. It was a whisky based drink which was not subtle and a little strong. I liked the flavors it had and the presentation too was impressive.

• Charcoal Charged Vegetable Bundle were charcoal Dimsums garnished with spicy chillies seeds and some garlic on the top. The dimsums were very flavorful & also looked amazing in presentation.

• Roti Canai Avocado and Curried Pepper Mayo was another impressive dish. The flaky roti was topped with lots of veggies including avocado, some green leaves, and lots of mayo. It was super delicious and crunchy. I liked this dish.

• Corn Cake Sliders Thai Chilli Jam Lotus Stem Chips was another colorful dish. The sliders were nicely done. The buns were infused with blue pea flower water which made it look purple in color. The lotus stems chips too complimented the sliders. I totally loved the Mayo they used in the Sliders.

• Banana Leaf Wrapped Grilled Tofu Dehydrated Chillies was the best out of the lot in appetizers. The tofu was grilled inside the banana leaf with spicy marination and Dehydrated Chillies. The flavors were quite strong and if you enjoy spicy food, you definitely have to try this dish. Presentation wise, too this dish was too good.

After the appetizers, we called for another round of drinks & mains.

~ Heart of a Tiger is their all time favorite signature drink which is made with curdled milk, whisky and some syrups. It was quite an amazing drink, and was very subtle. I loved this over the previous whisky cocktail.

~ Splitting Wood was again a Gin based drink, unlike the other drink, this was quite strong and lemony in flavor. It was served in a Mason Jar.

~ Chilli Basil Mock Duck was the first mains that we tried with some Jasmine rice. The gravy was quite nice. The flavors of chilli & basil were quite evident. Also, the mock duck was cooked well, it was very chewy and it went well with the gravy. The portion size of the dish too was quite enough.

~ Yellow Curry in Veg was my personal favorite. The gravy was nicely infused with flavors of turmeric, lemon grass, and some fresh veggies like mushrooms, broccoli, ginger. I thoroughly loved this curry with the Jasmine rice.

As we were quite full, we called for just one dessert. Triple layered semi freddo Katafi Grity Milk. The Katafi was made with strings of vermicelli stuffed with thick condensed milk and nuts in the inside. This was served with a three layered mousse made of chocolate, and Vanilla. I loved the Katafi which was very soft and crispy. The mousse was also nice.

Overall, we had a great experience here. Thanks to Shonit who took care of us very well & gave us lovely suggestions.

So TYGR got a new menu launched which focuses majorly on the food which is in season currently and all the fresh ingredients you can possibly think of.
And let me tell you it's Amazingg!

So we headed here for a dinner on Thursday n the place was decently full. Loved the vibe going on here and also the decor is on point :D

Talking abt the service so that's also pretty quick and the staff is very friendly which basically levels up the whole experience.

Now coming on food majorly
We started of with this 2 cocktails which were gin & vodka based and oh my we lovedd it i mean the concept the presentation was bang on!
Sliding to the food we called for

Charcoal charged vegetable bundle which tasted tender and yum
Roti canai with avocado & curried pepper mayo which was bit on the healthy side but tasted good
We also had tiger prawns with fennel and grilled snapper both were stealing the show totally!!
We also had 2 more starters who's name I m clearly forgetting but the tastee was great!

Heading to the mains we ordered a mushrooms stew with corn & spinach rice and it tasted fresh and flavorful.

Ended the meal with 2 desserts
One was the classic tiramisu & the second one was tropical dome and both were so full of flavors and tasted really good ;D

All in all if you wanna experiment with your eating in a good way you should definitely give this place a try and I am sure you won't be disappointed.
Located right in palladium it surely will promise you a gala timee.

After a longggg time I had a wonderful meal. TYGR is just a brilliant example of amalgamations of elegance and Culinary excellence.

Quick Read

A lovely place to have an awesome dinner with friends and family. Must try are Pad Thai Noodles, steamed Prawns, BBQ Pork Ribs, Lamb Salad, steam Chicken pockets and red Thai Curry. In dessert you have to try the Tiramisu.. Its the best I have had so far. In drinkals. The way of the Duck was excellent along with cath fish two handed.

Now here's a detailed review.

Ambience
It goes without saying that this place will make you feel at home. It's wel lit and has a lot of green in ints interior. It has an open bar, so for this who love a good drink, can hop in here.

Bar counter

They have super innovative names for thier cocktails. To add on to that they even have creative glasses that make you fall in love even before you have the drink. The way of the Duck, catch fish two faced, Seven times good, Bending a tree are a few drinks to name it. It's not the best but it's really good. Give it shot.

Food

The main component that makes or breaks a restaurant is its food. I am happy to inform you readers that that place does that portion sooo well. For me the highlight of the evening was Tiramisu. But here's what I had.

Lamb Salad - if salads are like this, I can live on salads all my life. The lamb was tender and sliced on a bed of lettuce. This was dressed with a sour sweet dressing. Topped with toasted Black and white seaseme seeds that not oy tastes awesome, but also adds that dramatic.

Pork Ribs with Mac and Cheese - finger licking good. The mac and cheese was irrestiable.the pork was equally good but the mac stole the show for me.

Steamed prawns - This dish is so pleasing to the eyes. It managed to throw you in a color world, not just with its looks but also with its flavours. It's not just a pretty face. Beautiful done.

Calamari and Coconut Fry - a serious competitor to the chakna we Indians have. Soft and tender kalamkari or squid fried with Basil, coco it and loads of other spices. A pint of beer and this work. So. Well

Pad Thai Noodles - I love pad Thai. Flat Noodles cooked with it traditional spices and herbs served to perfection. The noodles had coated all the flavours so well. Awesome

Red Thai Curry with Jasime Rice. A ery comforting dish that reminds you of the sea. Great Thai curry with chicken and shrimp in a mild coco ut curry with this hot rice was just the perfect end to the meal.

Dessery

Tiramisu - tmThe bestttttt I have had so far. J
The bitterness of the coffee and the lady finger that just manages to hold the structure together. So so so gooodd. I wish the chef gave me this first. But you must try it.

Cannapies with Pannacoota - Another master piece. This wa gone in 5 secs. The crispy exteriors and the creamy interiors were to die for.

Overall

This is a must visit for e eryone who are seeking that culinary experience that will only make you.. Great food, superb Service and superb people.

Been to this place last weekend with friends. Its new menu is worth looking at. First talking about the ambience, it is nice and sleak and gives a upmarket restaurant feel which it is and with addition of greens I.e trees inside makes it even more appealing. Upon entering you are well serviced with entourage of men and are there to serve all our needs with finesse.

I tried some of their fancy drinks I. E. The way of duck, Bending a tree, Seven times good seven times bad and hide & horn (Rating 5/5) all the drinks were class apart. The one that caught our eye the most was the way of duck. Settled in the nest with half duck egg this drink will be not only a soul pleaser but an eye pleaser too. One of the most fanciest cocktail I have ever tried. All of their cocktails have strong alcohol content so beware! I loved it.

In foods we tried
Roti Canai Avocado and Curried Pepper Mayo (Rating 5/5) - Can't get over this khakra style roti base like one of the most yummiest pizza. Not really a pizza but one can consider it to be eaten as such like that. The curried mayo on top of greens and generously sliced avocado was something I never had it before! Highly recommended.

Grilled Red Snapper (Rating 5/5) - This thing just melts with your first bite. A star dish that evening. It was very intricately presented on bed of greens and these 3 big snappers will serve as ur only meal to be satisfied.

Steamed chicken fondel (Rating 5/5) Elongated dumplings I would say. It had significant amounts of gingers on top of it so just in case you are averse to that do let them know.

Peri Peri Chicken Wing (Rating 5/5) - As expected spicy wings and greatly tossed in the marinade. A great way to finish our foods.

We skipped the mains and went straight to dessert.
In desserts we tried triple layered katafi (Rating 5/5) - the katafi looked like a rolled baklava when it arrived and from inside it feels like those cream rolls that I have had when in those kiddy days. High on oil content but it's okay!

Overall a wonderful place to be at and great service by the people. Would love visiting this place again and again. I rate this a 5.

Welcome to Palladium’s Asian and Thai Abode which has a Bar which pays tribute to Asian Drinks a bit too well. Tygr is a shining gem in palladium and make sure you’re in for a treat from he moment you enter it.
The staff is very knowledgeable and they know how can one’s taste bud fancy the food they have. Their Vegan and gluten free options makes it a goto place for healthy eaters as well.

We started our day with Charcoal Charged Veg Bundles which were simply too good. The infused charcoal flavour blended well with the veggies and the dressing below them. The combination served as a perfect appetiser to get you in the groove.

Coming to their cocktails their “The Way Of Duck” was a wonderfully presented Gin based tipsy cocktail with a hint of guava, mango, lime and Thai basil to give you a complete trip.

Then came in “Hide and Horns” which an East Asian Whisky Sour which takes you in for a tropical trip. Ginger and passion fruit combine wonderfully with the scotch to get your spirits high.

For a vegan and gluten free dish I expected “Roti Canai, Avocado and Curried Pepper Mayo” to be a bit ordinary. But my word this dish was the best of the day. The gluten free base topped with some exotic healthy veggies and then with a spread of avocado served the purpose. The Curried Pepper mayo elevated the dish to the next possible level and made sure you’re tasting on of the most wonderful vegan dishes out there.

Thai Style Aromatic Mock Duck was again something which mimics its non vegetarian counterpart perfectly with absolute taste and vigour. However, this is more for the people who fancy a taste slightly on a sweeter side.

With a bit of Bun mania. Corn Cake Sliders were perfect. Their unique purple bun made you wonder how exactly can a mini burger be soo good to look at and be equally impressive when you grab it’s bite. Every bite surprised us to a great extent.

We ended our day with a Spicy Red Thai Curry. For those who have Thai Curry at other places know that its usually sweet but these guy are masters of their trade and made this dish customised to a perfect extent.

I must say you will never be disappointed on the visit here and be happy that you chose this exotic place over others and it will be well reasoned no matter how many times you visit this place

TYGR has quickly established itself as a reputed destination for modern Thai food, and rightfully deserves too. Thai food is all about traditional ingredients, and to present them in a modern style requires creativity. TYGR nailed it in every dish that I tried.

I would recommend that you start with their Signature cocktail, The Way of the Duck? It is a refreshing gin-based cocktail with a beautiful presentation. Along with your drink, do order their Charcoal Charged Vegetable Bundles and Baked Avocado Crab Tartare. Both are spot on in terms of flavours and presentation.

In Mains, do give their Thai Basil Rice a try. It is a good example of a classic dish presented to suit the modern palate.

As for dessert, blindly go for their Tab Tim Krob. It is a tender coconut sorbet presented in a gorgeous way. Another great way to end your meal would be to order Triple Layered Semi Freddo with Katafi. It has complex flavours that really works together.

Overall, I had a great time at TYGR. A big shoutout to Daniel for his great recommendations and service.

TYGR has quickly established itself as a reputed destination for modern Thai food, and rightfully so. The menu pays tribute to the classic Thai preparations like Miang Kham and Thai Rice but in a modern way.

The interiors are classy and the staff is polite and knowledgeable about the food that TYGR serves. Daniel was in charge of our table and recommended some really nice dishes and drinks. Among cocktails, his recommendation of The Way of the Duck really wowed me. The presentation and the taste, both were spot on for this gin-based cocktail. If you like your cocktail to be sweet, Arm Stretcher is another good option.

Among appetisers, Charcoal Charged Bundles is a very good option for vegetarians. Parched Chicken Miang Kham is a great choice for non-vegetarians. Their Crab Stuffed Baked Avocado Tartare is an absolute knockout dish and I highly recommend it.

For mains, definitely go for TYGR's Thai Basil Rice to experience the harmonious blend of the classic dish with modern elements.

Tab Tim Krob - That's what you should be ordering for dessert. This tender coconut based sorbet gave me an absolutely wow experience. If you still can't get enough of chocolate, then Triple Layered Semi Freddo Katafi should be on your table. Apart from cigar roll shaped katafi, it is served with a mousse-like semi freddo made of three types of chocolate.

This was my second visit to TYGR after six months, and was happy to see that it kept its standards intact!

TYGR ❤️

One of the finest place to visit in Palladium if you are looking for some good Asian Food. I finally managed to visit TYGR and was lucky enough to witness their new Menu.

TYGR has one of the best Ambience in Mumbai and for sure is one of the best place to dine at. The Staff is very good and we loved their Hospitality.

We tried Chicken Dimsums in Thai Chilly Oil, Raw Mango Avacado Salad, Chicken Miang Kham Plum and Triple Layered Semi Freddo Katafi from their New Menu. I loved the Dimsums, the salad and the Katafi Dessert.

We also tired the Charcoal Vegetable Bundles, Edmame Hummus and their Classis Tiramisu. These were some spectacular dishes from their Menu as well.

Recommended Dishes: Chicken Dimsums in Thai Chilly Oil, Edmame Hummus, Charcoal charged Vegetable Bundles and Classic Tiramisu.

Overall a very nice and different experience after trying their various dishes

My 3rd Visit here - This time i felt it was really good. Firstly the new menu is out which has some exciting veg options. Second the predominant Thai taste has been balanced which i felt. Third a nice mix of both Thai and Grills.

Roti Canai - also known as Roti Paratha / Roti cane is a type of Malaysian flat bread. Here the chef has given a nice twist. Curried pepper mayo as the base gives that tangy spicy taste. Crust was crispy. Topped with avocado / lettuce , pomegranate and drizzled with mayo cream.

Som Tam - still needs that balance and umami factor which was missing. Guess more peanuty.

Tried the Banana Leaf Tofu - here the tofu is Grilled  in banana leaf which is full of thai flavours ( Kaffir/Chillies) Tofu marinated well. Dehydrated chilies. Topped with julinine peppers. Lovely dish to try.

A couple of dishes from the Grill Menu - Batata Bravas , their take, Nice , balanced well with a nice texture. Can't call it an original version but was full of flavours. Lot of elements used.

Must try the Grilled Eggplant and Champagne Risotto - dish of the day. Rice cooked perfect. Subtle flavours. Rich/Creamy. Grilled Eggplant placed over it. Loved it.

We tried a couple of cocktails - Mixologist Gary at it's best.
Dessert which was good.

Overall - Nice evening , will be back soon to try some Korean dishes.
Till then ...

Almost every place of Zorawar Kalra is our favourite.

TYGR serves modern Thai cuisine.

The ambiance is alluring yet quite artistic and classy.

This place is also known for its exquisite service, which we experienced while dining.

The menu is mouthwatering followed with some really good American & modern Thai options and the quality of food served is extremely high and authentic.

Really impressed with the presentation and the food which was recommended by our host on the table.

Our Recommendations-
Pomelo Salad.

In Appetisers
1. Medley of frangible mushrooms
2. Smelted rice flour dumplings chili, sampalok
3. Tempura cakes

In Main Course
1. Pad thai vermicelli noodles
2. Thai basil fried rice

The authentic flavours in the food is worth and perfect with the presentation.

The mocktails were excellent and in dessert we tried the chocolate fudge and Chocolate Dome which had a beautiful texture and tasted well; a good pick to end the meal.

Overall we love the experience, everything was on point from the ambiance to the staffs and the food.

Surely visiting this place very soon.

TYGR - Much awaited #New Menu is now available. Guess it's just about 2 weeks now. A couple of Dishes (Korean to be precise) still need to be served, though they are Part of the menu.

It was a quick dinner - tried a couple of Veg and a couple of Non Veg dishes. Fine Tuning required as far as my Chicken dish was concerned but Red Snapper was just about perfect.

As Usual a beer to start with followed by:

Smelted Rice Flour Dumplings - lovely glaze and sheen, thin layer stuffed with Chilli and Sampalok (edible fruit) do try.

Wok Tossed Chicken, Dried Chillies & Cashew nuts - this could have been a comfort dish had it been perfect. Missed the Punch (thought chicken couple have been better as well, a bit over) Soy/Spring onions/scallions/capsicum some that touch given with kaffir and galangal.

Grilled Snapper, this was a killer of a dish. Guess from the sheen taste flavours presentation. Just spot on. Served with lettuce. Sauces which they have combined had Umami flavours. At Rs 450/+ it's a meal by itself.

Dessert - Triple Layered Semifreddo, Kataifi with gritty Milk. Set perfectly. Kataifi looks a bit like Baklava (Middle Eastern) its almond and Walnut pastry with thin Vermicelli. Overall this dessert looked nice.

Will surely be back as pending was the BIBIMBAB, till then cheers.

We visited Tygr a couple of days back for dinner and had a pretty good time sampling the new menu.

From all that we tried what really stood out for us was the Chicken Fardels which were streamed to perfection and finished off with a chilli sauce.

The Grab Stuffed Avocado was super interesting to look at and equally fun to eat.

The Semi Fredo with Katafi is a must try. This really has a bit of something for everyone.

What we didn't love like we usually do at other restaurants under the Massive chain were their BBQd Pork Ribs.

Considering this was our first time visiting the place, our experience here was good and the service here was on point.

Special mention to our sever Javed who knew the menu in and out!

My first meal at this place and I'm in love with it. After having been to all the Kalra restaurants I was sure of class, finesse, flavors and beautiful plating and the place offers it all. Staff is well trained and very courteous. Live music was quite good and its classy interiors make it perfect for any occasion. We started with
Splitting wood for me- a gin and jasmine tea concoction which is refreshing.
Old fashioned- for the old fashioned. Classic.

Moving on to the food, we tried-

Charcoal charged vegetable bundles- so flavorful.
Thai styled aromatic mock duck with sweet and sour dressing. This is an experience and its yum.
Avocado carpaccio - my most favorite.has that burst of flavors.
Shrooms quattro- this one was too delicious. Worth trying for all mushroom lovers.
Roti canai, avocado and curried pepper mayo. - absolutely loved this served with a side of kaffir lime biscotti as a palate cleanser.
Banana leaf wrapped grilled tofu, dehydrated chillies and coriander. - perfect for those watching their weight. Its yummy and grilled.
Edamame hummus served with charcoal lavash, paprika lavash, corn lavash and tzatziki. - the plating is too beautiful for this one and the taste was spot on.

Desserts-
Triple layered semi fredo, katafi, gritty milk. - this is a must try. Absolutely yum.
Classic tiramisu. My all time favorite. This could have been a bit more moist to make it perfect. Felt a bit dry.

Left with a happy tummy. Absolutely recommend it to all. Try it to know it.

TYGR, Palladium Lower Parel is all things good

TYGR is a chain by massive restaurants and they have nailed this one.
They have fabulous Thai, Asian and even have added American Brasserie.
The staff Kirti, Javed, the chef and all others are extremely sweet.

The ambience is a complete fine dine with yellow lights dimming.

Cost for two : ₹2500-3000 for two
Portions are small, so order accordingly.
Cuisines : American and Asian
Type : Fine Dining
Where : 1st Floor. Palladium, Phoenix

We tried the following :
Charcoal charged vegetable bundles ₹365 : These dimsums were packed with flavour.

Smelted rice flour dumplings ₹365 : Blue dimsums and again too good.

Crispy lotus stem ₹395 : I have loved their glistening lotus stems and it makes my mouth melt.

Large plates :
We tried
Tofu, straw mushrooms with black pepper
Thai basil fried rice 🍚
Their Thai curry and rice is fabulous as well.

They have American Brasserie as well! So those who don’t like Asian much are sorted.
They have burgers and Benedict and also hummus and pate and they have wings also and savoury waffles and tortilla flat breads
From the grill, we tried grilled eggplant and champagne risotto . It had a pungent flavour.

Desserts :
Chocolate fudge : I LOVED THIS. You have to have it. It is with blueberry icecream and it is fabulous 😍
Lemon tart : if you like lemon 🍋 then go for it !

Cocktails
Water at high tide ₹495
Loved this as well.

Overall it’s a great venue if you just want to soak in luxury and enjoy a great meal and come on , it’s best of both words Asian and American.

Went here for the second time in I guess 6 months . I love their food especially the salad they make with avacado. I loved the bim bim bap last time however they didn’t have it with them this time . The stone pot rice too was not available.

I had the noodles which were made of whole wheat was great. The starters are ok as we ordered quite some Jain . So I didn’t like a lot of stuff which was made in Jain preparation.

To sum it up . It’s a great place to eat oriental food if you visit palladium.

I would just like them to add sushi to list . It would be a great place then .

A very sorted place inside the Palladium for the best Thai Cuisine. TYGR has impressed me quite alot. Firstly looking at the Veg Menu it also looks like a good place for Vegetarian lovers.
Some of the best Vegatarian dishes which I would suggest are here as follows-
Preserve Raw Mango Avocado(Salad)
Avocado Carpaccio
Crispy Lotus Stem
Pad Thai Veg (noodles)
Tofu Straw Mushroom Black Pepper
Thai Basil Fried Rice

This would be mine best 5 dishes so far here to try on, as all this variety of dishes had something in common that is the tangled and the different taste which was very unique.

Food was good. The service staff was aware of the menu and very courteous. They say you must try the cocktails. I tried the Gold Leaf Mocktail and it was different and refreshing. I would skip the Avocado Carpaccio it’s not worth the price. The rest of the food we tried was delicious and presented well. Do try the soft shell crab in the appetisers, it comes along with a raw mango salad and is yummy. Our overall experience was really good. The tables however I thought were really small. The place definitely looks bright and looks very different from TGIF that was in the same place before. Must do the prawn appetiser too.

It was a great Sunday dinner we had at Tygr. The ambience is beautiful and so is the presentation of the food. First we ordered the stuffed mushrooms with cheese and corn, it was really good but for those who find the flavour of lemon grass a bit too strong then you might not like it as much. Then we ordered the crispy lotus stem which was good too but the quantity offered was too little. Post that we had the red Thai curry with Jasmine rice and it was absolutely on point 😍 loved it. Next was pad Thai noodles and we ordered it with a combination of tofu and that was good too. For dessert we had the lemon tart which was superb 😍😍. You should try the cocktails as well, we loved both of ours. Would definitely want to revisit for the Thai curry and lemon tart and to try something new. Also the staff is extremely courteous, so kudos for that.

We had - Signature Mocktail - The name definitely did suggest to the taste of this Mocktail. It was refreshing with quite luscious flavor to it. If you like or love alcoholic drinks then you can definitely go ahead with their unique and top notch Cocktails and they won't disappoint you for sure. Smelted Rice Flour Dumplings - When the temperature plummet plus you crave something warm and cozy that's when you look forward to have such hot and soft/fluffy dumplings which you know can't go wrong. Exactly this kinda emotions were going through us when we had this. Loved the whole concept with crunch of sesame seeds. Loved it. It's been a long time we haven't been to TYGR. #MUSTORDER . . The wok tossed chicken - BRILLIANT! A simple, elegant dish that you’d want to order again! #REPEATORDER . . TYGR There are very few restaurants that have stood the taste of time as the finest when it comes the good food, but TYGR has now cemented its place as the leader. TYGR is mainly dedicated to Thai food with a modern twist. TYGR is the brainchild of ace restauranteur Zorawar Kalra. So, while TYGR’s food is indeed Thai, influencers of other cuisines like Japanese and American grill cannot be missed. This place is situated in Palladium Mall 1st floor in High Street Phoenix Lower Parel. I absolutely loved the whole dining experience- the food, flavors and ingredients used. It reflected a deliberated, dedicated effort to present a pleasant food. Also, before coming to food how quick their service is. You will barely have to wait 5 minutes after you place your order. Amazing service. Even I genuinely appreciate it when the staff knows what to recommend and not just name everything one by on one the menu. They didn’t know their menu but also understood their food. About, the ambience which is beautiful with dull lighting and comfortable seating as well. Well stocked and perfectly lit bar to your left as you enter, with high rise stools looks stunning. We started with Heart of a Tiger and Way of a Duck and these signature cocktails stood up in presentation it was really worth and well-made. Food: Scallop Carpaccio: This is the perfect way to start our meal. The scallops wee fresh and well cooked, thinly sliced served with citrus sorbet in the centre. This dish is power packed with flavors and hit my palate so well. Trust me you will love eating this. Soft Shell Crab Salad: I am fan of this dish now. Burst of flavors and I was amazed to find this taste. These crabs can be eaten with the shell. It was absolutely delicious very well-made. It was served on the bed of fresh veggies and coconut. Perfectly crisp, crunchy and Awesome. Highly recommended. Sea Bass Ceviche: It’s just wonderful. A Peruvian dish with Thai twist, it makes use of ginger, garlic, red chilli and fresh coriander. It has a great punch. Lemon juice and onions surely added more taste to this dish. Winner!!! Chicken Dimsums Thai Chilly Oil: It’s a blend of look and taste. It was soft, exotic and up to the mark. Distended Chicken Nam Prik Pao: The chicken is soft, tender and juicy garnished with sesame, soy and lemongrass. This dish is so flavorful. Don’t miss this one. Phetchaburi Grilled Crab: It’s their signature dish served along with spiced crispy crackers and fried leaves. The crab cakes were so soft and delicate, well minced and just melted in my mouth. Fennel Tiger Prawns: Prawns grilled and then yellow curry cream applied along with basil, mushrooms and bird eye chillies. The prawns were so fresh and flavors were blended as well. Tasted good. Green Thai Curry: Authentic green curry perfect in taste and nice texture. You will surely be going to crave for this. Steamed Jasmine Rice: Well, this is not ordinary rice. The plate of rice is fragrant and soft much more appetizing than the normal variant of rice we eat at home. Goes very well Thai curry. Chocolate Fudge: Chocolate fudge served with a dollop of Blueberry sorbet. It’s a dense delight, amazing texture and taste won my heart. One of the best dessert I had in recent time. To sum up, an amazingly beautiful experience with delicious food and drinks too. Not a single complaint, definitely a must try place with your friends and family. Cheers!!! Food: 5/5 Décor: 5/5 Service: 5/5 P.S: The review is strictly based on my personal experience.

Beautiful decor and nice lively place. The food is really delicious, Thai as well as American. We had caramelized shrimps and some chicken dish on lotus stem, both were small plates and really tasty. Main course we had noodles and a barbecue pizza, something different but tasty. From the manager to the service personnel to the girls allotting tables, every one is very courteous and gentle. Please keep up the good that you’ll are doing. Desserts was too good too!

It was my first time at Tygr and I must say it was pretty good.. The ambience and service was excellent. The servers knew their food and drinks and gave us good suggestions. I had a cocktail called 'The way of the duck' and I loved it. I had buffalo hot chicken wings to eat which way really good too.. just a bit over-priced.. but it's at Palladium, so I guess expected...

Food and service were excellent. I’m visiting from overseas and was curious how thai good would be here - and it was excellent. We ordered the Tom kha soup and it was delicious. (Could be better with less lemon grass chunks but still yummy). We ordered the pad thai. It was a bit more tangy than what we were used to and we enjoyed it. Check this place out. Good prices also. 2 cups of soup and a pad Thai (+mineral water) for about 1400 all in. Not bad.

Really a big fan of their preparations - this thai American fusion cuisine will blow your mind. Highly recommend their Veg Pizette, Roti Kanai and the raw mango Avacado salad. My absolute favourite place to dine in Phoenix

Finally got a chance to visit TYGR again And from the decor to the menu everything is just mind blowing We started the night with some great cocktails, the way of the duck, bending a tree, Gin-ger bell and catching the fish two handed All the cocktails are very unique and the presentation for each one is out this world Firstly we tried their braised escalopes of lamb, palm sugar and shallots salad, definitely a great way to start In appetisers we tried quite a few things, Crispy caramelised shrimp, baked avocado stuffed tartare, scallop carpaccio, Ika rings with flames coconut and yam dressing, seared snapper with dill & fennels and gruyère fondue Each appetiser was an experience in itself, so well curated and the balance of flavours was just perfect But the avocado stuffed tartare and scallop carpaccio are the two must try appetisers here at TYGR In mains we tried their classic red curry paired with steamed jasmine rice And moving on to the desserts, we tried the triple layered semi fredo, katafi and gritty milk and also the chocolate fudge Both the desserts were just wonderful Overall, loved everything that we tried, the attention to detail in everything that they create is just remarkable Ambience: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Drinks: 5/5 On the pocket: ₹₹₹₹
