Great place, great food, mutton shawarma was divine and so was the Sheesh Tawook. Simple yet comfortable ambience to sit in as well as well as great service from the staff. :)
A legendary outlet serving you delish Lebanese food. Although if you are big on ambience, you might want to give this a miss. I ended up hogging on their Chicken Shawarma and Chicken Hummus with Pita Bread after a day of shopping at Colaba and man, what a great end to my day.
Shawarma is The Best Of Piccadilly After A Long Tired Shopping At Colaba Cozway Piccadilly Is The Fav place Of All The Shawarma Lovers Do Visit It If U Happen To Come To Colaba
Piccadilly is located at colaba causeway. This place is serving Lebanese and parsi food for past 60 years. This place is known for introducing city to shawarmas. So I had chicken shawarma which was undoubtedly one of the best. Specially combination of shawarma, beetroot and mayonnaise is mind blowing. Ambience of this place is decent, similar to old parsi cafés.
Piccadilly is a gem of a restaurant in Colaba. It’s one of those few places where you can get delicious tasting Continental food. The pastas and sandwiches are to die for! Everything tastes perfect, fresh and good. It’s a small dine in place, but packs a serious punch in terms of good food and flavour.
The presentation of their dishes is very good, too.
The only let down is that, they don’t have a washroom inside the restaurant premises.
Other than that, this restaurant is a complete value for money eatery, with more than just amazing food.
It's a small , cute and antique little place for quick bites. Irani ( Persian ) ambience and amazing large menu is commendable.
The special Hummus n pitta bread was lipsmacking 😍 - Lebanese dish.
Akuri on toast : sort of egg bhurji dish on toast was spicy and filling. - Irani dish.
I would definitely recommend the place for good breakfast and is walking distance from Gateway of India.
I always end up visiting here for a quick bite. It's a small restaurant with old seatings. But it's quite popular and their Parsi and Lebanese dishes are really delicious. If you get tried of shopping at causeway visit here. The service here is fast and also the staff is helpful. Pricing is reasonable and quantity is also good. You will not be disappointed. You must try their chicken shawrma, chicken falafel shawrma, chilly cheese toast, cheese garlic bread and caramel custard.
they serve the best kheema pav and caramel custard. located on the busy colaba causway, they are a small place. but, their food is just amazing. if at all you find leopold cafe too crowded and too expensive, walk a little further to this place and enjoy some good food @ reasonable prices.
Am old parsi food joint which is an absolute favourite amongst college students for its affordability and famous shwarmas. The chicken shwarma is my all time favourite for its simple and original taste. The kebabs here are so pretty lauded. Do try the go get lemon sodahere.
Ps- the bakery outside serves excellent cheesecakes.
This place have got a friendly vibe and with food it just makes worth a visit,Open Shawarma is delicious as ever and with fries it is the best combination to have
Whenever I feel like having a shawarma.. I can think of no other place than Piccadilly. Perfect shawarma served with spicy pickled chillies is just a thing to die for. The service is quick and to the point. Located in the prime causeway location. Good place to hop in for a quick bite when shopping.
One of the few places to enjoy authentic Parsi and Irani cusine. Located in the heart of Colaba, you'll find the place accessible. Order from their selection of rice and if you are not hungry then try some shwarma.
Awesome food!! N kind staff.. next time do try this place out it's unique in it's own way! And affordable too...
Piccadilly has variety of cuisines which includes Italian, Iranian,Parsi and Lebanese too!!!
Do ask for rajkumar he has a cute smile n very friendly!!
Piccadilly is a small Irani Restaurant located in the busy streets of Colaba . It's a perfect place to take a quick break from street shopping.
To begin with we had mutton Keema paav and the taste doesn't fail to amuse you. The dish was Perfectly cooked and stomach filling .
Later on we had Chicken Dhansak with Rice . The taste was amazing and chicken was perfectly cooked
Overall we had a good experience and wish to visit soon:)
As old as it seems, for the perfect old vintage lovers, this place is one of the oldest gems of Colaba Causeway.
They've kept it simple, the ambience is not too much decked up, as they say, it is "Old is Gold".
The service is fast and the staff is super friendly. The food is amazingly delicious and filling.
We ordered:
Chicken Arabiata Pasta: 5/5
Chicken Tikka Pizza: 4/5
Jumbo Chicken Shawarma Roll (Served with Hummus): 5/5
One must visit this place for delicious and inexpensive food and all the old vibes!
Located in the busy streets of Colaba Causeway, is this quaint little restaurant known for its Parsi food. They serve a wide rage of dishes, at a very attractive price. I have been here many times and always tried something new from the menu.
Here are few of my personal favorites and definitely a must try :
* Chicken Shwarma
* Kheema with Pav
* Roast Chicken
I love their food preparations and the service is also quick. So if you are around Colaba and tired after shopping and looking for some amazing food, this is the place you need to look for.
Piccadilly is a Parsi restaurant situated in colaba.
It’s on the main road and it’s very well known for Lebanese cuisine. The food over there is exquisite.
However it is a small place and there are not many tables it’s always busy with people because of its awesome food.
The waiters over there are really slow and do not pay attention to their customers so they need to improve on their service.
The rice and gravy we ordered was something I’d like to have again and their shawarmas are also awesome and one must try it.the stuffed chicken had vegetables on the side and minced chicken stuffed inside the chicken piece which was very tasty.
We ordered
Chicken strongoff with parsley rice- ₹304
Stuffed baked chicken- ₹352
Peach Ice tea - ₹133
Shawarma- ₹123
Great food and worth the price! Newly introduced Sizzlers are filling and tasty. There are a lot of good dishes on the menu, so pick your flick! 👌
Everything is wonderful and keeps me coming back for more. Quantity of food can be improved upon. The Iranian food is impressive in its quality and always tastes delicious. Would definitely recommend.
This is one of the Parsi restaurant located in very famous area of in Mumbai which is Colaba causeway as the street of this place is always busy with people around. This place is located on the main road and it is easy to find this restaurant. This restaurant serve variety of Lebanese, Parsi, Continental and variety of Rolls.
This place is very famous for its chicken shawarma roll.
We visited this place on Sunday this is a small place but but its has its own story it it. As this restaurant is run by a Parsi owner the owner he has is own story of bring of this restaurant.
As we entered in to the restaurant the restaurant was almost full but within 5 minutes we got our table. The staffs ware helpful to us and they helped us to select the best food of their restaurant. Special thanks to Mr Sajad and Ramakant. They have good food but shortage of staffs only 2 staffs looking after full restaurant so the service become little slow. Otherwise everything was perfect. Coming to the food.

Thank You
A small joint in SoBo famous for Lebanese and Iranian cuisines. Awesome food and courteous staff. Have visited only once and had their Lebonese Chicken Shavarma which was yummy. Definitely going back to have more of those.
Been to this place once and ordered quite a few times. The non veg at this place is really delicious! I’ve had the Chicken Sandwich which is good, it filling for one person but i found it a little bland.
I’ve also had their Chicken sausage which is delicious! The sausage pieces were deep fried.
Their Beef burger was one of my favourite dishes! I’ve had their Mutton Burger which was okayish. It was a bit bland and the meat was a little undercooked.
I’ve had their Chicken Hot Dog Roll which was flavourful and yummy!
The Beef Steak was not upto the mark at all. The meat was tasteless, the gravy that came along with it had too much pepper.
Overall the experience was decent.
Located on one of the corners of the busy streets of Colaba, Piccadilly attracts every person passing by - may they be shoppers or just pedestrians.
I had heard a lot about the place, and was finally lucky enough to spare some time to visit.
The tiny little place has it's own vintage vibe to it.
It's this fundamental Irani restaurant well known for it's Lebanese and Parsi Food.
I tried their Chicken Shawarma - a basic Lebanese dish.
The freshness of the pita bread and the juicy chicken meddled with the other fillings and hummus got me reassured about the popularity of the place!
Let's start with the service of the place, the waiters are friendly and greet with a smile and are prompt.
I think everyone who comes here should absolutely try out the Shredded Chicken with Humus and Pita Bread. It is absolutely delicious, the soft chicken with the humus simply melts in your mouth. To wash down the scrumptious meal you should have the Freshly concocted Lemon Iced Tea. The right amount of sweet, the right amount of lemon and right amount of crushed ice topped with mint leaves.
And to end your meal, their Blueberry Cheesecake is out of this world, with the added cruchy layer at the bottom.
Had food here after shopping at Colaba. Food was nice and tasty, love the chutney! Service took a while but our server was nice and polite. We had chicken and mutton kebab and omelette with bread and pau. Full from the meal and satisfying.
I frequent this place being an ardent Colaba causeway lover. A really great place to hang out on just any day. They serve authentic Irani and Parsi delicacies. I love their chicken dhansak and salli mutton. The jumbo shawarmas are equally good. I recently tried their mutton kabab and I feel they are a must try. For desserts their apple pies, caramel custard and cheese cakes are great. But the 'khajur ni gari', a dessert made out of dates is just 'awesome'! Service is quick and the staff is good.
If you want to delve deeper into Mumbai’s Irani cafes or feel the Parsi side of Mumbai, Piccadilly can be a good start! Especially if you are fond of Lebanese cuisine! This is the place I go when I crave food and Mumbai both! 😉
The few varieties of hummus that they serve along with hot Pita breads is perfect for the taste buds! Really well made hummus and breads! I’ve had the normal hummus and the spicier version!
The place though small is well decorated! The cafe is along a peaceful well sheltered lane. So can be a perfect lazy afternoon or evening place to be!
Awsome food with awsome sugestion by staff... next time i will surely visit this place.... i ordered grilled chicken with ice tea..... chicken outstanding and ice tea chilled one
Picadilly's Shawarma is the best gift one can give oneself. The meat is so juicy, sauces are spot on and the crunchy relishes and so decadent that your remember the taste even after many years of having a bite. Truly yummy!
Not much in the ambience, it's all in the food. Great location!
A small and cozy restaurant. Good place to have Lebanese and Irani cuisines. Hummus with Shredded Chicken and Chicken Shawarma are must try items in that restaurant.
Been here a couple of times. If you wanna get yourself some good Berry pulao definitely a suggestion to visit this place. The mutton kebabs very good as well.
Arguably the best restaurant serving Lebanese cuisines. The best Schawrma in the city. Do try try the platter with hummus and pita bread. Do not forget the amazing caramel custard. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
Best Lebanese food in and around Mumbai..a pretty old joint. Have been a regular visitor here to enjoy the Lebanese food. A small joint and a great hospitality..
Well to start with, if ur visiting this place for some sandwiches or breakfast or eggs or some of the usual stuff, then I recommend you have it somewhere else (not Coz it’s bad here) but U have to try what’s authentic in an authentic place. This place speaks loud of its Lebanese and Iranian (yes ever wondered There is an Iranian cuisine available in India. As pleasantly surprising it sounds it’s super tasty as well !!). Lebanese spread here is yummy (though some part of the menu is not available as I feel we are to blame for it. Majority of the people entering this place always order the pizzas burgers and shakes. It then becomes a dampner for the staff to coax the customers to try the Lebanese and Iranian spread. So they end up discontinuing some of their authentic cuisine due to lack of demand).
For the Lebanese side pls do try the pita hummus and the mouth watering dips. The garlic (dip) coupled with the mayo is as fresh and tasty as it can get. Also their mutton kebab is a must try. As for the Iranian side we ordered Chello kebab Chenghe which is a butter white basmati rice with rich butter (they also give u a side cube of butter to add) and mixed with dry kebabs (mutton or chicken). Mind u the dish doesn’t have curry but that’s the tasty twist. This dish doesn’t require a curry and it has to be tried the way it’s served. It’s very filling and good on the tummy. Also their pickles are amazing. So when ur at Piccadly, go Iran and Lebanan. Coz that’s what keeps this place and its cuisine alive and u can witness the warm smile on the waiters when u call for this part of the menu Coz they are proud to present u with their mouth watering favourites. Also recommend the usual tips to the waiters Coz they do an amazing job.
Small Cafe type of a restaurant. A good place to catch a quick bite.
They serve really nice pita bread and hummus. Though, they have a limited vegetarian menu. They serve mouth watering paneer shawarmas.
The restaurant looks dingy but they have a great service speed and is quite pocket friendly.
A legendary contemporary joint on the main Street of colaba causeway.,the shawarma was too good...fried sausages were also good.....we had hit chocolate that gave us nostalgic feeling.
A small outlet but has plenty to offer . A bit expensive but food was very good . Ordered couple of non veg dishes which tasted pretty good.
One of the best Parsi restaurants in town, a hidden gem I must say.
First time when I visited here, I tried the hummus with pita bread which was awesome.
Do try the raspberry soda if possible it's worth the try.
Lately I tried dhansakh with chicken which was totally a show stealer. Yummy rice with chicken gravy and two chicken legs.
You can check out the quantity in the pic uploaded and believe me it was so tasty that I was able to complete the whole thing alone ; ) .
Sureshot place for food lovers...
The only thing I have from here is their Chicken Shawarma, which is out of this world... Totally addictive!
great improvement from last year, though still slightly on the drier side. All in all a hearty evening snack
One of the famous Irani restaurants in Mumbai, best to be visited before regular meal hours to get a seat.
A small cute looking restaurant, with limited seating, and pleasant ambience.
Their menu has a good variety, ranging from the usuals, to some unusuals in an Irani cafe.
Have a glass of refreshing soda, along with some kheema pav, maybe...
Or for starters try their, recommended Jumbo Chicken Shwarma. (Not so Jumbo, but very delicious)
And mains you may go for the good ol' dhansak or berry pulav. Or even Chicken Salli, an onion based thick gravy, to be eaten with a nice bowl of steamed rice.
And never forget the caramel custard, before you ask for the check...
As I am a die hard fan of Arab and Lebanese food, this place is surely for me and all those looking for the same. Many places in Mumbai serve Lebanese but not like Piccadilly does. Piccidally is one of the very few places serving authentic Lebanese at extremely affordable rates.
Ordered hummus with shredded chicken and pita. Pita in Arabic is Khubus which is the roti of the Arabs. It was the best hummus I have had so far. Not to forget, I also called for the legendary sosyo drink to finish it off.
The restaurant is pretty old with a rustic feel. Its location is perfect, colaba causeway which is also known as the Arab street of Bombay as there are just too many Arabs in that area.
A highly recommended place for all those who love Arabian cuisine, especially hummus and shawarma.
as good as before thanks.
This is one of the oldest restaurant which serves some Iranian and Parsi food.. love the Lebanese food here .. shawarma here is exceptionally good .. 🌮
I visited this place to have a quick bite. Had a Jumbo Chicken Shawarma which sure was of a huge size! And it is definitely the best Shawarma I have ever had. Chicken was tender, the pickled beetroots, veggies, mayo, everything was perfect. Next I ordered the Chicken tikka which had 6 pieces and tasted good as well. All accompanied with a raspberry cold drink.
All the dishes came in on time. Wasn't much crowded and the staff was polite and kind. Would definitely visit again and recommend.
The packaging was damaged by the time it reached my office address, I have sent the food back as half the dal had spilt over.
On bringing it to the notice of Piccadilly Staff, they said it is Zomatos problem and not theirs
It's 4.15pm and I haven't had my lunch yet.
Let me know your suggestions on how I must go about it, as I have already paid and have faced extremely poor service
Fayzad
A place with superb food and awesome staff. They will recommend dishes as per your taste and liking and you will definitely like it.
The place does not have AC or very comfortable cozy sitting but the interior and staff keeps up to the tradition.
I had lemon grass chicken with rice, jumbo chicken shawarma, chicken starter. All the dishes gave the authentic chicken flavour and juicy chicken. A definite try for everyone.
I ordered a Mutton Dhansak, and it came as a surprise to my Jimmy Boy & Britannia taste buds, that how wonderful the dish can be even if you don't order from your usual joints. Simply awesome Dhansak with big chunks of mutton.
It’s a good place to go for Parsi and Lebanese food!
Shawarma is the best! Service is quick, Staff is very polite!
It’s a good place to go on any time of the day!
If you crave for Lebanese food you must visit here!
Quick and polite service here. The shawarma is something that this place is known for and it never disappoints! We also tried the chicken tikka pizza and hummus and pita bread which were both quite nice. There is small amount of seating and feel a bit full when busy as he place is not too big but it doesn’t matter much as the usual is really worth trying! A plus is surely how well the dishes are priced. Will be back again soon
If Lebanese food is what you are craving - Piccadilly is the place you want to be!! (Hopefully it is ope though)
Chicken shawrmas and chelo chicken are a must try. Ensure you have the hummus and garlic sauce as a part of your dips
Dish name : grill chicken
Was served with : 1)breast piece of chicken which was perfectly marinated and grilled in d best way
2) garlic bread
3)potatoe wedges
4)smash potatoe

Simply iconic
Located on colaba causeway
They serve Iranian cuisine which is so mesmerising and authentic.
Basics but with the taste ull never forget.
Had
kubideh kebabs with pita breads accompanied by mint chutney and onions..... Had this very slowly by enjoying every bit of it.... The meat just melts in ur mouth.
Shawarma
Typical one but soft nd juicy with garlic yoghurt and pickled veggies inside accompanied with mayonnaise
Chicken strongnoff
Creamy and cheesy chicken served along with parsley rice and grilled tomatoes.
Caramel custard
Boss every one knows this, but to make is at proper consistency in a big tast and accurate recipe,
But they nailed it......
One of the best i had since long time.
Definitely a must visit again.
Whenever i go at colaba this is the place where i stop to eat..piccadilly....i love showrma its very juicy and soft freshly made love it, sizzler was awesome it is piping hot, nice flavour, well cooked veges, the quantity was less, but taste is very good, caremel custard is perfect to eat after meal soft and smooth, my favourite table is near the window, will visit again keep it up..👍👍👍
For its price point, it does not get much better than this.
Best place for Parsi food. It is located at Colaba so whenever you go shopping or sightseeing, you can easily visit this place.
A unique restaurant in Mumbai. I had first gone here in 2009 or 2010. I am a vegetarian, so options were limited for me. It has a weird mezzanine floor in the restaurant. Good is unique.
