I recently dined at Glasshouse and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, creating a comfortable atmosphere for a delightful meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met throughout the evening.
The menu offered a wide variety of options, and the quality of the food was exceptional. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. From the appetizers to the main course and dessert, every bite was a delightful surprise.
Moreover, the service was impeccable. The waitstaff was knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. They also accommodated any dietary restrictions we had without hesitation, ensuring everyone had a memorable dining experience.

What's an ideal brunch they say ?
Poolside , crates of desserts , wine flowing , confused souls wandering what to eat due to elaborate spread .
That's exactly what it was at Glass room .
I was impressed by the spread
Starting with my favourites , the Chef had put in lot of thought and effort behind the desserts
From Strawberry profitel to Indian sweets like Kashi katli there was all
The jaamun cheesecake was a unique combination.
Also the stack of cupcakes lying made a very pleasant site .
They had waffles pancakes and yes icecream in waffle cones too . That's not about it ! They also had a cart of fresh fruits . I loved the spread .
They had displayed chowpatty gola and coconut water too .
Also they had selection of wines , cocktails and all
They have a kiddies section too to play while the parents enjoy the meal .
They had hummus peta bread to assorted pastas to pizzas
Oh yes did I mention ? There was fresh juice being churned for you
That's not it , they also had chaat counter .
I know I am using a lot of also but I can't help it as they had so much . Kebabs , Biryanis, starters they had it all .
Not gonna forget to mention the Warm staff and efforts a chef puts behind .
Overall had a beautiful brunch !
I use 3times one is dinner other 2time is morning. it is amazing place for me. taste is good for us and hospitarity is so nice. but when last breakfast , I pick up 1glass for fill orange juice. I found 1insect (small fly?) in the glass so I change this glass to new one.
Food quality and taste was quite nice, had tried Indian vegetarian food there, Desserts at this place I found too good.
The staff behaviour I found quite good and professional. Service was okay.
Overall nice experience there.
Courteous staff ! Tasty food ! Good experience ! Although limited starters , but uniquely crafted salad dishes and fruits like dragon and star , haven't seen them in any 5* restaurant .
Buffet dinner with the hubby. Amazing rich spread of Asian, Mughlai delicacies, salads, desserts, breads, coffee and tea, and juices. Ambience is out of this world, (I live in Sahar, but unlike any other hotel this place has everything that is grand and celebratory)
Hey and you know what's even better, the waiters and chefs are cheerful and seems like they love their job. The good vibes really add to your appetite.

Had Falooda and Payesh (bengali Dessert) to end my meal on a sweet note.
I would truly recommend glasshouse for all the foodies in Mumbai who not just love to eat but explore food & cuisines.

It's inside Hyatt Regency Mumbai. It's one of the most beautiful restaurant that I have ever seen. Whatever you wish that u want to have it, that will be serve in your plate. Chefs are awesome. Food quality is the more than best. Catering service is great. Waiters are helpful and disciplined. U will get right from delicious stomach full lunch to the desserts, cakes till Pani Puri.
