Prison kind of ambiance with good food. Quantity is a bit less but no complains against the quality of the food. Should be tried by couple who are foodies.

Genuine Broaster Chicken is a concept of bringing Crispy Fried Chicken which is cooked under pressure which utilizes less oil which makes it an amazing alternative to your regular fried chicken without compromising on taste or crispiness. Genuine Broaster Chicken's Versova Outlet is located near Versova Metro, easy to find by Google Maps. It has a very chill ambience and I have been here once with my friends on a Friday Night, and the restaurant is full of good vibes, amazing music and extremely good drinks. The staff of this restaurant is friendly and give you amazing recommendation once you tell them what kind of food/beverage you like. I had the following: • The Great Khali Burger - 5/5 The Great Khali Burger, as the name suggests, refers to the Legendary WWE Wrestler The Great Khali who was HUUUUUUUGE, the burger too is HUUUUGE and filled with chicken. Burger is filled with their Broasted Chicken (Fried Chicken) and a Grilled Chicken Patty, which consists of chicken only and in between them is a serving of cooked egg and did I mention it had cheese? Each bite you take from this burger, you will be able to taste the cripsy burger, grilled chicken and egg along with cheese. It is definitely a tummy-filling burger, if you plan on ordering something with it to eat, I suggest that you should finish this first and then order something else if you have space left in your tummy. If you are looking for a true legendary chicken burger, do not think twice, order this burger. It is served with a side of delicious fries and a cheesy dip to go with it. • Palang Tod - 5/5 This beverage is specifically for caffeine lovers, it is Red Bull + Espresso Shot, that's it. I usually do not give high ratings to beverages because many places tend to mess up the classic beverages by mixing things up, however, Palang Tod hits the sweet spot for caffeine lovers as it has the correct amount of caffeine to get your caffeine high. #Iamacaffeineaddict #Pleasedontjudgeme This beverage tasted well with the burger and broaster platter I had ordered. • Broaster Platter - 4/5 If you are with your buds and wondering which particular broasted chicken you should order then do not worry, GBC has a platter for you all, which has their Happy Fried Chicken, Hot Masala Chicken and Legendary Broaster Chicken Wings served with 3 dips; cheesy dip being my favourite. Hot Masala Chicken is their Masaledar Version of Fried Boneless chicken, lemon-y and chatpata taste. Happy Fried Chicken is the classic fried chicken, perfectly fried and white from inside, just how a fried chicken should be. Chef Harpal Singh is the man behind the tasty food designed for Indian foodie appetite. Location Located at a walkable distance from Versova metro station and very much near to versova beach. Ambiance- An American themed rustic ambience. They have indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Indoor arrangements are of classic American style with live sports screening and bar section. Outdoor ambiance is simple with tables kept that can seat four. Food- They serv Continental, Italian, American, Mexican and Asian cuisine. Excellent varied food. Some improvements needed in presentation to make it instagram worthy! Analysis Broaster Platter : A platter comprised of spicy fried chicken, hot masala boneless chicken and genuine broaster chicken. Awesome platter, crunchy n tasty. Came in with 3 Dips which really went well with the chicken. Highly recommended! Melting Chicken Pillows- Soft and juicy blend of chicken and cheese. Grilled to perfection. Though I missed that cheese pull or oozing cheese. Tastewise okay. Lucknowi Seekh kabab- Boneless minced chicken amalgated with spices n herbs and formed into cylinders. Really juicy, tender and tasty. The Great Khali Burger - A double decker burger with two pieces of fried chicken, grilled chicken patty & egg omelette layered up in a sesame bun. Caramelised onion added to enhance the flavour. Though the spicyness quotient was less. It was served with equally tasty french fries. Recommended! Choclate samosa- Patti samosa stuffed with molten choclate and nuts, served onto mango ice cream. Very innovative and unique combination, tasty though. TBC is certianly miles ahead of traditional american chicken fast food chains. I will definitely be back.

The first Broaster Pressure Fryers were manufactured in 1954 by Flavor Fast Foods, Inc., Its consider an effective method to fry which uses less oil over time, faster cooking, less oil absorbed and faster cooking. The quality, taste and standard are not changed even after years. GBC, is located near Versova, parking here can be a problem. The following things we tasted. #Broaster Platter - It's their signature chicken must try, will taste very nice tender and fleshy from the inside and crisp from the outside, taste is very basic and standard, but the process of making is unique and far more healthy than any regular chicken fry. Platter consists of Happy fried Hot masala chicken (Boneless chicken Pieces) and Genuine Broster Chicken. PS: For all the boneless chicken lovers can opt for Happy fried Hot masala chicken. #Wings Platter - This platter can be customised as required, following are the options for the same. 1. Smoked Barbeque & Mushroom - Wings tossed in mushroom sauce and later barbeque smoked, it was very nicely done you can aromatise the flavour while having it. 2. Kung Pao - A spicy Chinese signature method where Broaster wings are tossed in Oyster sauce and Bell peppers, perfectly balanced palate with oyster sauce. 3. Butter Garlic - One of my most favourite and basic cooking methods, where you just have to toss your favourite chicken or any other nonvegetarian delicacy with lots of butter and shredded garlic, it really brings a very delightful taste to the palate. 4. Kasundi Mustard - Wings tossed in Kasundi Mustard sauce and lime juice, very differently prepared. 5. Curried Barbeque - An Indian touch to the chicken wings, you can feel the strong aromatic flavour of curry leaves. 6. Narangi Sriracha - Wings tossed in Tabasco sauce and orange juice, its a sweet, tangy, spicy combination of all. #The Great Khali Burger - It was not that big burger have eating bigger than this one, but I think it's a good size where you can have a fullsome bite of everything once, burger consisted of fries, a good size Chicken Broaster peice, topped with sunny side up omelette, very nicely prepared with a perfect mango mayo dip just loved that. #Smoked BBQ chicken pizza - An thin crust BBQ smoked base pizza with chicken cubes on it, simple pizza. #STEAK Cheese & lemon Peppery flavoured Chicken served with butter Garlic sauce: Chicken was nice and juicy, lemon and pepper flavour complimented it. MOCKTAILS #Palang Tod: One of the best and simplest mocktails I have ever tasted, Redbull Mixed with an Espresso shot, wow it sounds so amazing to believe me it tasted also very well, Red bull and Espresso combination kicked up, well deserve and must recommend. #Salted caramel: A basic mocktail caramel flavoured milkshake, could have been prepared in a much better way. DESSERTS #Walnut Brownie: These fudge-walnut brownies are so decadent tasting, you won't believe that they're lower in fat than traditional brownies, very well prepared and tasted amazingly good. #Salted caramel lava cake: Lava cakes are like the most amazing and never get bored dessert can have like almost every day, love the texture and taste. #Chocolate samosa mango ice cream: Yea samosa if ever heard with the sweet combination in a dessert category, it's their signature delicacy very well presented and made. Well this invention only went uphill from then onwards. Phelan trademarked the words ‘broaster’ giving birth to what we know today as the renowned Genuine Broaster Chicken. After their immense success and popularity , the brand was established in India in the year 2016 and has expanded to 3 outlets in Mumbai. With a plan to expand and spread across majority cities in India, this brand has already began a wonderful culinary journey. What makes this such a celebrated brand already you might wonder? As cliché as this sounds, it is the quality of chicken , their ingredients used and quick service that satiates the soul of a foodie like me and you. Stepping into the spacious and a well designed Versova outlet in Mumbai, the aroma of fresh cooked chicken engulfed my hungry soul. Hitting straight into the menu I ordered for the Wings Platter that is one of the most highly recommended dishes here consisting of a variety of wings including boneless ones, marinated in different spices cooked in less oil and crispy. One of the most exquisite platters to try out. Cheese never fails to grab my attention and neither did the Cheesy Jalapeno Bites that I managed to finish in a spec of the eye. The Lamb Rogan Josh Burger was next on my list recommended by the chef himself. The juicy lamb patty sandwiched between red buns is worth every bite! The main course was a juicy Chicken steak with butter rice that my dear folks is to be relished for the sake of your palate. From their well designed drinks menu having a desi touch to it, the Palang Tod is a fabulous mocktail. Relishing their Chocolate Samosas for dessert, the samosas were stuffed with chocolate and finely chopped peanuts served with mango ice cream bringing a perfect end to my meal. An ultimate eating experience is an absolute charmer and with delicacies like these it’s an added cherry on top of a cake and Genuine Broaster Chicken offers its patrons no less than that.

Another place for which I made a special trip to Mumbai. Since Broaster Chicken hasn't yet opened an outlet in Delhi and my cousin had attended the opening of this outlet, I had heard a lot about this place. The outlet is nice and cosy with an amazing decor. Since the menu consists of Chef Harpal Sokhi's innovations, the food was amazing. We ordered the Fried Chicken Platter which included The Original Broaster Chicken, Chef Harpal's Happy Fried Chicken and Hot Masala Chicken along with 3 dips. Now if we talk about the fried chicken, I have to say that it was definitely better than KFC. The Happy Fried Chicken had an Indian touch to it so as to match the Indian tastes. We also had the Lamb Rogan Josh Burger which had Chef Harpal's secret Rogan Josh spice mix, boneless lamb patty and caramelised onions and of course the burger was made with the Red Bun. A great burger with a balance of flavours and was a modern form of Rogan Josh. Now after such a great experience at Genuine Broaster Chicken Mumbai, I am looking forward for them to open an outlet in Delhi soon so that I have easy access to the Genuine Broaster Chicken

What we had: great khali burget, Broaster 12 piece platter, narangi sriracha, rahra chicken, Peter punjab burger with red bun, nutella pancake. Best item: 12 piece platter. Why: it is basically a cheaper version of KFC. Highly underrated. This dish has epic gustatory appeal. The great khali burger is the next thing ONLY IF YOU ORDER WITHOUT THE OMELETTE AND MOIST PATTY. Just get it double crunchy thing. Tawa paratha and rahra chicken are a nice combination. Not very special though. Ambience is alright, nothing to brag. Not all waiters know everything. Modifications in dish selection is allowed. Do not order pancakes. Overall, there is no dish to come back for. But you can try the platter though. Total bill was 2883

Fried Chicken out here is far better than KFC ! Go ahead try it out . To top it up they also serve beer So you have an ultimate combination to hit this restuarant in town ! 👍🏼
