This is one of the best Chinese restaurant.. And I am a regular client for so many years..
Hence this time I order
Schezwan rice:-
This rice is popular fried rice variety from the indo chinese cuisine. It is quite popular and is most ordered in indo-chinese resturant. Unlike the regular fired rice, schezwan fried rice is hot and spicy with bursting flavours of ginger,garlic,soya sause and red chilli 🌶 paste. Schezwan fried rice is little spicy 🥵. But those who like spicy food its thumsup👍🏻 for them. It was very tasty. With this rice schezwan sause was given with it. Authentic rice masalas distinctive, flavour and fine mixture.
Manchow soup:- 🍲
Manchow soup is a soup popular in indian chinese cuisine due to its easy preparation and hot spicy taste. It is available in many restuarants and street food carts alike. This soup is mixed with different types of veggies. Very flavourful, it thick, spicy and tangy. Mixture of flavours. For starter you can order this soup 🥣 you are good to go. Very filling. While the soya sause gives it an awesome yummy flavour little salty but tasty too😋😋.

Visited China land before the lockdown and it's always been one of my regular hangouts. Dropped in for a snack. Had never had their dumplings before so ordered Manchow soup and dumplings. The soup was good and the dumplings were alright. Quite reasonably priced and close to home.
Best restaurant in the locality which serves a variety of delicious Chinese food.
I had ordered chicken shezwan rice and noodles.
The taste was amazing and Soo much tempting.

Whenever we are confuse about going out to eat we just end up visiting China land
We ate crab meat soup, teriyaki chicken rice & honey noodles with chocolate sauce ! The service was prompt ! Got a table too. Quickly
For the ones who love indian Chinese in lower parel. This budget friendly restaurant is the place to be .my personal favourite is the burnt garlic rice. The soups also need to be given a special mention. The ambience is also worth it. It makes it all the more special for a little well lit space for good conversations with some delicious chinese food.
Awesome Place in Lower Parel to eat Dumplings 😍😍 Just visited the place now and its worth every penny. Looking forward to visit again.

Quantity was stupendous!
B. Chicken Burnt Garlic Pot Rice 4.5/5
This is a newly introduced dish (7-10 days back). The flavor emanating from the pot was very welcoming. There are lots of veggies juxtaposed with the rice & the succulent chicken.
Suggestion: Perhaps the quantity of oil could be reduced in the Pot Rice.

The place is quite small but the ambience of the restaurant is top class and the dishes are too good to taste.
Well I ordered the chicken lolypop in apple gravy sauce and chicken burnt garlic rice in apple gravy sauce.
Both of them were fablous to taste and the price was also quite reasonable.
I have been here almost thrice it was really good first two times...third time I had to wait for more than an hour to get a place to sit!
Since I loved the food...i was waiting but was disappointed a bit!
This is one cool dish with lots of chicken, Amazing sauce baby corn and rice which is cooked perfectly in an authentic Chinese sauce. The schzwan sauce was perfect. This is definitely a must try place.
The ambience was good it gave a traditional Chinese vibe. We ordered:
chicken fried wonton: it was delicious and the sauce was complementing the wonton together it was delicious.

Although it's a small in size, food was delicious. And the quantity per serving was "king size". Sitting space might be an issue, but hey you get awesome food at reasonable price.
It is very nearest to Lower Parel station, by walking only 15 minute, small and well maintain place, godd for fnds chill out, the food quality was awesome and testy. And the way of The presentation is awesome, the food and the service is very good.
This is personally my favourite restaurant to have non-veg!
And specially i like in this restaurant is their rice with gravy kind of thing!
They have good variety of rice with gravy and it is truely very tasty you would love it!
If you are going in this restaurant don’t forget to try out their rice with gravy!
It's one of the best places in Lower Parel to have food. One and only Chinese option which is apt to the taste buds. Me and my colleagues visit the place often. My favourites are Apple chicken, Bamboo Rice and Some more rice with gravy options. The ambiance is nice but you have to wait as it gets crowded during lunch.
I would recommend this place for Chinese both veg and non veg.

Sizzling hot Capsico rise is must have whenever you visit China land Lower parel in Mumbai. It's super delicious dish of Chinese because it's served with mix vegetables and its gravy with hot rise...try something different and yummy.... quality of rice is very cheap
One of the best Chinese cuisine in Lower Parel.. we have been there more than twice...good ambience, quality and tasty food, I would suggest to begin with Dragon soup .. Feedbacks are actually executed and very friendly staff. Overall 4 out of 5👍
Lovely Chinese food with good quantity and quality... The portion size are generous and quality is really nice, recommendation for friends and family... Usually here for office lunch, owner is cooperative and acoomodative...

Good place for Chinese food. Will give 4 for food, small restaurant but serving some great food and service is fast. There steam dumpling are superb. We definitely recommend this place for friends.

They serve amazing food !!
I have tried and love their Veg. steamy Wantons..
If you don't like steamed ones, you could try the fried ones, but the filling would be less and ain't fun like the steamed ones which is served with bit of a gravy.
For Main Course:
1) Korean Rice: Very Yum! 😍😍😍 The serving bowl has gravy on the top and rice in the bottom which has all good veggies !! Broccoli, Baby Corn, Carrot, Onions, Cabbage, Mushroom and the gravy is way too yummy.. Its a lil spicy when it comes to taste and as far as quantity is concerned it suffices 3 people easily.
2) Hakka Noodles: they were perfectly cooked and is enough for 2 people
3) Burnt Garlic Rice: I expected this to be a dry dish.. But the rice was served with the gravy on top just like the Korean rice, with again lot of veggies, however as compared to the Korean rice the latter tastes less spicy.
Also in terms of the cost, it isn't that expensive, rather affordable and fulfilling !
Do visit the place when nearby Lower Parel
Small indo Chinese joint close to Phoenix and lower Parel Station. Best part was their quick service and good portion size. Must have is their peach iced tea - surprisingly :p
Staff is polite and warm too. Go if you are craving for some reasonable yet good Chinese food
China Land is that one place in your neighborhood which doesn't try to woo you with its themed ambience or gastranomical gimmicks, but where you keep going back for its delicious food, quick service and reasonable prices.
I have been there many times and always found the food to be excellent if not always a 100% true replica of its authentic oriental counterpart. But the occasional indian touch to the dishes makes the food that much more enjoyable.
We particularly enjoy the Tom-kha soup, dimsums and their honey chilly potatoes.
Looking to have a delicious meal in the budget but don't require the restaurant to be fancy - this is a HIT.
China land is decent Chinese hotel situated in near lower parel station with okayish ambience.
This is placed is pocket friendly and the taste of the food is good.the service is also good and the servents also prefer which dish is good in their restaurant.
If you want to hangout with your friends this place is good .
We tried their special Chinese soup and dragan rice which was speciality of that restaurant.
Had ordered food from here also visited this restaurant couple of times.. The staff is polite and hence service is good.. The quality which they serve is good.. Also at the rates which they charge and the no. Of dishes which they serve it is quite affordable especially when it comes to area such as lower parel where there are many restaurants which either charge higher and serve almost same dishes or which do not serve authentic chinese.. Would love if they become a Gold partner with Zomato... I like their apple chicken and Kung pao chicken..

We had dinner here yesterday. It was awesome. The chicken crispy was too delicious. Also , the burnt chilly rice and sizzling noodles (both veg) were too tasty.. overall it was amazing eating experience. If you want to try a good chinese food..try out here

China land based in Lower Parel a amazing place to have Chinese for all the office workers and students who are finding out for a place in peak time which give you a proper service and delicious food. Food are amazing with an excellent taste. I tried chicken apple in starter and Combination rice in main course. Added Chocolate sizzler in deserts.
Chicken apple:- An chicken lollipop structure type and sweet and spicy mixture taste. The taste give a pleasant taste.
Bamboo rice :- Rice contain chickens. Taste is amazing of all the rice
Chocolate sizzler :- Who don’t wanna eat chocolate. The amazing chocolate sizzler is a perfect desert to finish hunger of anyone.

Tried their Korean Rice and Prawns and I was very much satisfied with the taste. The Prawns were really good and the flavour still lingers on my taste buds. This were the recommendation from the staff and I was very much satisfied with it.
China land the most famous Chinese restaurant in lower parel.The place is very much nice.These restaurant has comfortable seating and nice customer service.The cost of the dishes are aslo resinable and the quality and quantity offered as per the rate of the dish is aslo good.The dishes served over there are fablous. Very delicious i orderedrd lollypop,apple chicken,chicken sechzwan fried rice
Owner was very friendly. Service was good. All our order was recommended by the owner. Chicken Hakka Soup (Rs. 130) was OK. Not much flavour. For starters, we had Mo Chi Kay (chicken) (Rs. 270) which was good. Prawns in Black Beans Sauce (Rs.330) was the best thing of all. Well cooked. Full of flavours. Prawns were fresh. Lovely taste. Chicken Teriyaki Pot Rice (Rs. 300) came with gravy mixed in it. It was good but there wasn't any flavour. Overall the food was quite tasty. Definitely worth another visit.

The fuvon rice or noodle dish is a lovely one for non spicers.. tried the special veg ..was full of blissful fresh veggies n mushrooms ..the hunan sauce needs a lil hunanization..
The rice n noodles with sauce options are a great value for money varieties..
The restaurant space could do with some expansion for the betterment of mankind especially in the lower parel area..
So do visit and mention what u need and they will magically conjure up something for sure to suit ur needs and be assured u will be munching and slurrping frequently for the rest of ur life..or order once u ve understood which dish belongs to which country 😉

Good authentic chinese food at a very good price. Quantity of food is also good. The service here is kinda fine at least serving staff knows whats in the dish. Place is little small in size but overall very good. This place is perfect for group of friends to handout mostly I visit this place when I am in Lower Parel.
Recommend 8/10 if you ever come in lower Parel and want good Chinese food with under 250(For 1 person) you should probably visit China land.

China land is really good for real test of Chinese. Munchow sup in both catagaries veg and nonveg. They make rice with gravy it's really different experience to eat food it's really tasty food. Stater also good.

One of the very handful of authentic chinese places that have a soulful asian taste to their each and every dish. Love the way each dish has its own special taste.especially the wonton soup and the Korean starter. Always recommend in lower Parel area to have a nice warm Asian food to tastify your buds.

Visited around 2 weeks back. Its got some real good Chinese dishes to try. They are really unique. Had the sizzling China chicken. Which was served with grilled vegetables. Would definitely go for more.

China land in lower Parel is a place I'm visiting since 2014 and I simply love the tasty and the service there I also prefer ordering from China land whenever hungry.. Must visit at least once

Well not so much of the interior or ambience will blow your mind but the food definitely will. Good quantity and tastes as good too!! Definitely worth a try. And best to order in for those hungry nights and office lunch.
Great place to have Indo- Chinese food! We just loved their Triple Schezwan Chicken Rice. It's different from what you get in other restaurants. The gravy is poured over the rice and served. Succulent chicken pieces present. Loved this. Pricing is a bit expensive, ₹330/- for this dish, but quality and quantity justifies the price 🤝🏼 (not sponsored)

This has somewhat Chinese authentic taste but surely this restaurant has the chinese vibes. I'll highly recommend choosing seating at the upper portion of this restaurant. The taste wise food was tasty and delicious. There was little waiting line to enter but it was worth the wait.
Good place with decent Chinese food, staffs are co-operative.
I had thukpa soup both chicken and veg thukpa soup here is worth trying. Vegetables are crispy and it is very light and healthy. Very tasty Thukpa soup I ever had.
Loved the starters, the prawns were fresh and of a good size. Chicken was made crispy as we had asked for it that way. The owner was a delightful person to talk to. Hakka noodles could've been better though, found them lacking in taste.
The food was great. Best fried rice i ever had. Go for it. Price is Little bit expensive. And they charged extra for extra fries and chutney. Overall value for money. Staff also good in behaviour.

The food is amazing especially korean rice (must try) and veg stream wonton and Chicken dumplings.
Good place for Chinese lovers, not so authentic Chinese taste, but for indo Chinese fusion taste can visit budgeted restaurant.
Waiters and owner of the restaurant are so polite n well mannered.
Chinese is awesome in taste. Staffs and services are good too. There is just a size constraint over here. Parking is tough

Delicious chininese food. Had a great time with all my friends. We ordered crab soup chicken lollypop nd triple schezwan rice which was more them enough for us to be full. The service offered was way to too fast and helpful. I would surely recommend this hotel for a perfect dinner.
