Open china is one of the best and finest place i have ever experienced. If someone in the house who really like typical chinese saucy food should must visit this restaurant! If we talk about ambiance then the interior of the restaurant is too good, they have a very lovely and even attractive seating arrangement. This is best for one who always wanted to taste a teal chinese taste! You would enjoy the soft music they play around which makes you feel relaxed and comfortable! The service is really good and quick, very friendly and supportive staff, the place is really good for join families or friends get together, i would like to suggest y’ll for visiting this restaurant for tasting typical chinese food instead of spicy indian chinese!

Authentic Chinese fine- dine outlet situated near Novotel. Right beside Sheesha Lounge, it’s very easy to locate. The logo and entrance though simple, I found it attractive. It gave a luxurious first impression of the place.
The warm vibe that this place exudes puts you at ease immediately. Packed for lunch and dinner this restaurant is clearly much sought after for its good quality food. The linear layout seems cramped at first glance but is not actually so. The bar menu offers ample variety. Regular patrons here seem to know the food menu well and stick to their favourites.The light and flavourful 'Dim Sums' must not be missed and so is the open china signature rice which is made of stir fried rice with lots of veggies and mushroom with in house sauce. The service needs to improve as the person serving us was clueless of what he is serving.

The over expansive space makes it clear that it is focused on projecting itself as party place and the music was going with the overall vibe of resto bar.

Each and every dish we had was extremely rich in taste and gave pleaseure to taste buds. Dimsums will make you crave for more. Do try their Lettuce wrap with Lamb & Plum Sauce.

The main course and dessert summed it up perfectly making the visit to open China a very pleasant one after a rocky start.

Open China offers an amazing experience to you, both in terms of the food and service. It has a lively ambience to you that caters to its customers with groovy music playing on the dance floor as well as calm and composed dining area behind.
At first, we were a little skeptical but the polite and prompt service along with delicious food really changed our opinion
We had the desi Peru which was refreshing (though it could be a little less spicy)
Mixed vegetable dimsum platter - The fillings were really delicious served alongwith your regular condiments (chilli oil, schezwan sauce)
We also had a mushroom starter which was made with 5 types of different mushrooms and was our favourite dish. It was very generously served for an appetiser that serves two.
Lastly we had the fuijjan rice which had veggies and rice tossed in truffle oil. Simple and yet so delicious.
Overall, we had an excellent dinner and I would definitely recommend this place to anybody.

In-house Dimsums Marinated Minced Chicken, Water Chestnuts and Carrot. Perfect Starting of Meal with Hot Dimsums.
3) Butter Garlic Prawns:-
Best Part Of Our Meal. Butter Garlic Prawns Was Awesome. Prawns were Really Fresh and Tossed In Butter and Garlic.
4) Green Curry With Prawns:-
Our Mains Started With Green Curry With Prawns which was King Prawns Cooked in Cooked Based Thai Green Curry.
5) Schezwan Chicken:-
Chicken Cooked in Schezwan Sauce which was dry mains can have with Rice and Noodles.
6) Rice & Noodles:-
In Rice We Had Egg Fried Rice and In Noodles We Had Chicken Pan-Fried Noodles. Both Were Awesome, I Personally Was Impressed by Pan Fired Noodles.

Juhu is stacked up with a lot of Restaurants and Bars serving different types of cuisines and bars with various unique themes. But admist the chaos lies Open China that’s serving Chinese, Asian & Cantonese food. The place has a Cantonese vibes to it with a huge dance floor and super comfortable seatings divided into two sections.
Their menu is a mix of Vegetarian and Non vegetarian options to cater your taste buds. However I liked their non vegetarian spread better. The service was good as our server helped us pick the best out of their menu.

Recently visited the newly revamped Open China High Energy bar & lounge .
Divided into two a lounge & a dining area , this place is going to be the talk of the town !
The ambiance of the lounge & the dining area are totally different .The lounge is dark with flash lights , loud music & wellstocked bar also ample floor space for people to dance & soak in the peppy music .
The dining area has bright lights with comffortable sofa seating & wooden tables.

Chicken Manchow Soup - Hot and spicy with a boil chicken piece and a extreme smoothness for enjoyment.
Butter Garlic Prawns - Tiger prawns, halfly cooked with a taste of butter and a bit of garlic.
Fujian Rice - It's a stir fry rice which is made in a skillet with a medium boil and fried. The meat is your choice and we had chicken as an option. It is tossed with a oyster sauce and vegetables. Little sweet and something interesting.
Shezwan Chicken - Goes great with rice. It's a thick gravy with a boiled chicken piece and shezwan sauce. Good Quantity.

#Green Curry with Prawns - One of my favourite, love the coconut curry it was very smooth, sided with steamed rice.

As they claim, this is street side Chinese, and if you are born and brought up in Calcutta and exposed to China Town chinese, then this is the first place in the subarbs that you should head to. And definitely don't forget to order the lotus leaf wrapped fried rice and the crispy fried noodles. The place is huge, very kid friendly I must add, and we personally found the service staff to be excellent, very helpful and polite. Surely would go back again. Authentic and awesome....that's how I would sum up this place
On my 1st visit, had butter garlic prawns and dry red chilli chicken. The prawns were good, the dry red chilli chicken was awesome. I mains we had chicken fried rice with yellow bean sauce.....very authentic and flavourfull
On my 2nd visit, had kung pao chicken and dry red chilli......both of them good. The surprise was the soy chilli basa fish...... simply awesome
The first thing that strikes you is the striking ambiance of this place . The menu is not extensive but quite well managed. The Prawns Har gaw and seafood sui mai are worth a try. We tried the Red chilly chicken which beyond our expectations was quite delectable.The spring onion and the lemon grass sauces they provided were exclusive. They could improve on the dessert menu though. The Noir that we tried was quite gratifying but cannot describe it as out of the ordinary. They have an extensive cocktail menu but unfortunately only a section of it was actially available. Also found my cocktail too sugary for my taste.
All in all good ambience, full-flavoured food and value for money.

Open China in Juhu serves Asian food. There is no compromise on the quality of food. It is not oily and quite light. Surprisingly there was less crowd on a Saturday when I visited. This place also has 2 on 2 drinks for Zomato Gold members.

The food quality, portion size, taste and the most importantly the friendly staff who smilingly serve you promptly without making you wait. When we are talking about Chinese, how can you miss fried rice! These are the burnt garlic fried rice which were too good to taste. It had the authentic taste which was needed and was garnished with corn and spring onion. The interior is done with so much precision. The wall art, music, lamps all will give you a feel of traditional chinese restaurant. Hospitality is very good. Here's what we ordered:
Hot and sour soup - it had that authentic taste which was very satisfactory.
Clear vegetable soup - this soup had boiled vegetables and warm water. We felt it was a little bland.
Pan fried noodles - it came in ample quantity. It was delectable and would love to order it again.
Paneer chilli - this was the best paneer chilli I have had in a long while. Paneer was so tender. It is a must try!!

This is a great palace to have dinner it is different cantonese Chinese food we order some soup which is nice and thick then we order some couple of status Cochin chicken sitting areas very big the crowd was decent and the service part was excellent desert was very nice some chocolate staff was great we will visit again
Epic food. This is a gem. The food is authentic and yet has that little Indian touch. Just the way we prefer. We had the complete Veg fare but loved every dish. We had Dumplings which were amazing. They also made a non spicy version of the Paneer Chilly for my daughter.
The main course was nice - Mapo Tofu with Vegetables - cooked to perfection. And Burnt Garlic Friend Rice.
The quantity was also apt. 3 adults and a child dug in and it was more than sufficient.
Will definitely need to come back again!

Food quantity and quality is indeed impressible but they seriously need to improve their packaging when it comes to home delivery. The containers leak every time I have ordered. Hope they are listening and reading this?
