There are very few places after which I actually feel like I've eaten a meal to 100% of my capacity, and Khasiyat is hands down one of them. If you have an appetite for cheese, Cheese Chilli Parathas are the best, don't bother scrutinizing the menu further [order the Paratha Basket if in a group, you can customise it, although I prefer all cheese chilli]... Hot, fresh, filling, cheesy, everything you can ask for🔥. Near the station, very convenient spot for catching up with friends. Not very crowded either. (They're just as good home delivered, the parathas remain hot on arrival along with the Black Dal and Chhole).

The place is really good with perfect lighting. The food tastes yum. It is really worth for the price and the food is served hot and the staff is really cooperative. Just the waiting line to get inside is too long but it is worth waiting. Overall it was an amazing experience 😊
This place is my go to place if I wanna have some parathas, they have a variety of parathas, all of them are very flavourful!! I personally love their cheese chilli paratha, we usually order a basket with different varieties.. also try their lassi, its perfectly thick and tasty!!

I have been here to have light meal. I had Partha here and of course Tokri chat Partha with mah ki dal and raita an excellent combination. It's so yummy can't resist really. Tokri chat is awesome crunch and mouth watering. Ambience is so positive that it u feel like spending quality time. U will enjoy like candle light treat. Crowd is really rejoicing in afternoon bcoz well-known colleges are nearby. In desert we had special faluda with dryfruit and fruit pieces so it's like " sone pe Suhaga".staff and management good. It is a small restaurant located in Vile Parle (W). The ambience is also basic and simple. They have seating on the top floor as well. They serve a number of things like chaats and other types of fast food. But their parathas are to die for. Their parathas are enough for two people! We tried Paneer Spring paratha. They serve it with chole, Black dal, pickle and Raita. The parathas are soft and full of flavours. The paratha had panner and spring onions along with onions and Tomatoes. The paneer was all soft and tender. Definitely a must try!!

Chilli cheese garlic paratha is heavenly. It's liberally stuffed with cheese with tinge of garlic and chillies and is sufficent for two people. It's served with Chana, dal makhni and raita. This is a must try delicacy. Paneer paratha was not that great. Doesn't have much to it's ambiance. Service was decent. Pricing is worth it for this one dish(chilli cheese garlic paratha). For other items I feel it is slightly overpriced.
This place serves one of the tastiest parathas in town. I tried thier paneer bhurji paratha,they serve it with dal makhhni,chole,raita and salad. The parathas are prepared to perfection,also the chole and the dal makhni is extremely yummy. I also tried thier tava pulao and lassi which was superb. I have been having parathas from this place for almost 2 years but only through swiggy, uber and Zomato. It was yesterday that we decided to pay visit to the restaurant and eat the paratha. We tried their spl. Paratha and it was totally worth it. We had told the waiter to make sure it shouldn't be spicy at all and it was exactly the way we wanted. The only thing that was unpleasant was the neighbours who were talking at the loudest they could. It's a small place which is most of the time crowded. So expect a waiting time of 15 mins or more. I also found the price to be on a higher side.

This is the first veg food outlet where I gave up in just 3 dishes. The specialty is simple small menu with interesting chutneys and raitas. Me and friend tried Allo tikki with chole, Misal chaat, Cheese chilly garlic paratha and mojitos. Upper sitting is quite and pleasant compare to lower one. Will surely visit again to try some more things.

Located on the SV road junction and at walking distance from Vile Parle railway station, Khasiyat is one of the popular eatery among the college crowd. Nestled between many small shops around it, you can be excused if you miss sighting this restaurant on first chance. But rest assured, once you have been here, you will surely come back.
They serve different types of Parathas, Chaats, Sandwiches, Pav Bhaji, Juices Milkshakes and more.
We ordered the Tokri chaat which was big and enough for 2/3 people. The Dahi Papdi chat was also rich and filling. The generous topping of Dahi makes it very heavy. So if you plan to eat different dishes here, go slow on the chaats.
We also tried the Chilly Cheese rolls for starters and they too were yummy. It is served with chutney and tomato ketchup.
We decided to try out the Cheese Chilly Paratha, Aloo Methi Paratha, Spring Onion Paratha. The Paratha is cut into 4 pieces and served with Dal makhni, chhole, raita and pickle as accompaniment. It is a whole meal by itself. You can also order any of the paratha without accompaniment.
The Cheese Chilly Paratha was yummy. It simply melts in your mouth. Eat them plain or with chhole or Dal Makhni. They are delicious. The Aloo Methi Paratha too passed the muster. You can try a new paratha during every visit.
The Butter Tawa Pulav was smeared with butter and again was heavy on stomach. But when you are in midst of delicious food, you hardly notice it.
We ended it with Kala Khatta and Butter Milk.
Definitely worth visiting again to taste all the variety on offer at Khasiyat.

Its the most amazing paratha that we’ve tried in a long time. Im really not exaggerating! Its served piping hot with tastiest of the chole(J) and oh so delectable dal makhani(J) . Theres pickle, curd raita and green chutney to accompany.
Its a whole dish in itself which is yum, filling and not so heavy on your pockets.
2. Jain Pavbhaji
Its good and edible but we personally didnt like it so much, its like your regular not so extraordinary pavbhaji.
3. Jain Tava pulav
Its good,filling,spicy and tasty. Its served with raita and papad!
However, its a restraunt with fast food and north indian food and has good jain varieties.

I went to this place after a really long time to re eat it's legacy old Paratha Platter. Note here that all the Parathas listed in the menu are served with Chole/ Dal/ Pickle/ Green Chatni and Raita which is enough for two people with normal appetite.
They have a variety of Parathas that they serve. I went for the Green Peas one and the taste was the same as I had tried years ago. Full marks to them for keeping up with their authentic taste and serving it hot and fresh. It was not very oily not very dry. Parathas had a perfect blend of masalas.
I also tried the Hara Bara Kebabs there ( which ideally did take more time to be served) but the wait was worth it. Crispy and perfectly moulded with cashews, it's a must try starter.
The place may not seem to be like a huge lounge with western architecture but it is worth going just to try the platter! Do go there guys.
They also offer to cater to private parties etc.So why not try them. You never know who might just like them for catering too!

They serve mind boggling parathas along with Chole, Dal Makhani, Raita, Salad and Pickle. The portion is also large and can easily be shared between 2 people.

Best place in vile parle to binge on some parathas and chat. The portions are satisfactory and two people can share one dish. The paratha is served with chole, salad and a raita.

Wanna have something Indian? Try Khasiyat. Have been here multiple times. It has the best punjabi food. Parathas specially are delicious and fulfilling.
My favourite on the menu are Khasiyat special Paratha, Cheese chilli Paratha and Paneer bhurji paratha. Having parantha basket is preferable if with a group. They are served with curd, Chana gravy, chutney, dal and lil pickle alongside. I also like to have butter milk with it. Pav bhaji here is good too. I also tried Chat platter which quite good in quantity and tasty for a snack time.
Restaurant is now airconditioned and the ambience is friendly as well. Great restaurant to visit with family. Must visit.

We travelled almost 9 kms to have food here and believe me all the traffic and struggle was worth it . The place is a small one with hardly 15 tables ( ground plus first floor ) . We first ordered for a chat item that was sev poori the taste was amazing . Perfect mix of the different chutneys and crispy puri and sev on it . After that we ordered The parantha name mal Mali parantha it was AMAZING filled with lots of cheese paneer and potato . The parantha was accompanied with black dal ,choley and raita . The dal and choley are to die for super super DELICIOUS. The only disappointment was the fresh lime soda it was terrible. This place is a must visit for authentic paranthas and chaat items . I’m surely looking forward to visiting this restaurant again .

One of the best parathas I've ever had. We were 3 people and we ordered one Paneer Spring Paratha (in picture) and one Khasiyat special paratha. Both came with raita, salad, pickle, dal makhni and Chhole+Rajma. Basically, 3 parathas are sufficient for 4 people. The service was very quick, the cleanliness was also above average. The seating might seem a little congested at the first sight but it's actually quite comfortable. We went around the afternoon just before the lunch-hour rush started. Will definitely go again and the place is worth visiting for every paratha lover. Also, Khasiyat offers more than just paratha which i heard other people (who were sitting on the table next to mine) praising. Another great advantage of this place is that you can go with not just friends but also family. The restaurant is a 2-3 minutes walk from Vile Parle station.

This is my second visit to this place! The food is quite good! We liked Tokari Chaat, Mal Mali Parathas, Cheese Garlic Parathas, Cheese Paav Bhaji and Gulab Jamun & Rabri and last Dry Fruit Falooda!
Everything was delicious! Hope to visit again and try other stuff from the menu!

Frankly speaking.... I am not so sure why every parantha is above 300 per piece.

I visited Paratha house, they have A/C seating.
I tried their Thokri chaat, Chaat was stuffed with green moong sprout, brown channa & sweet dhai on it topped with some sev. It was mouthwatering.
Even i tried their Mal Mali Paratha, which is best selling Paratha, stuffed with Panner, Cheese & Potato. Served with Pickle, Dal Makhani, Chole, Raita & Salad.
Quality of Paratha was impressive. Service is also quick which i liked the most. Atmosphere is also very pleasing & hygienic.
Highly recommended this Paratha house for Youths & Families, Specially college students get 10% discount!!!!!!
Must visit, if not yet visited...
I have been a regular since 1996, I think, and am always amazed at the quality (and quantity) of the food. The parathas and even Pav Bhaji are to die for. More importantly, throughout these years the service has always stood out as being warm and welcoming.
If you love eating parathas this is the right place to visit. Your taste buds would truly appreciate it. The parathas were soft and the fillings were in the right proportion, served with chole, black dal, raita and pickle.
We tried the following:
- Cheese chilly garlic Paratha
- Mal Mali Paratha
- Spring Onion Paratha
- Tokri Chaat
- Kheecha Chaat
- Gulabjamun with Rabdi
Would recommend the above mentioned chaats as well.

To my surprise this is one of the best place Of you are Paratha lover. Outstanding taste and super friendly staff. Not very big but very nicely interior and cozy place to be in. You will defiantly like to visit with family and friends.

Khasiyat is a small restaurant near Vile Parle station. Indeed a perfect place for paratha lovers. This is because they offer 2 vegetables, raita, salad, pickle with the hot yumm paratha which enhances the overall taste. Other then paratha, chat and other items are also good. Being Only Veg restaurant, even Jain people enjoy the food here. A must try Place. Food quality is great and price is worth. Place is slightly congested but food covers that flaw. ya
Good food. Famous for varieties of Parathas. Each plate serves with tasty fresh and hot stuff paratha of your choice cut it in to four pieces with dal makhani (black urid daal), chhole, raita and salad. The quantity is very very sufficient. Great in taste. Thought the space is not that big its OK. Good hygiene is observed. Must visit. Will love to visit again.
Loved the Paratha basket. Cheese chilly garlic and cheese masala pav sandwich is a must try. Also, do try cheese khicha papad chaat! its amazing. Honestly, think they haven't compromised on the quality of the food. Kudos to the Khasiyat team for great food and hospitality.

Khasiyat The Paratha House is a pure veg restaurant offering a wide variety of paratha’s as the name suggests.
I’ve eaten here a couple of times & my experience says to avoid their fast food items & just order their best sellers like chole Bhatura, assorted paratha basket, cheese chilli garlic paratha, paneer paratha.
All the paratha’s are served with Chole, black daal, raita & pickle.
The assorted paratha basket offers 4 types of paratha’s which are mainly methi, Makai, pudina & lachha paratha.
If you don’t wish to order these 4 then request to customise or opt for individual paratha dishes.
I’ve tried their Fast food items
Pav Bhajji & Dahi Batata puri which were nice but not their speciality really.

Overall a popular restaurant in Vile Parle West & perfect for all paratha / chole bhatura lovers.
I went on a heavy rainy day in Mumbai and gorged on some fresh hot paneer bhurji paranthas and chilly cheese garlic paranthas... It was served with some choley, raita, salad and pickle..which was a great combination! Both dishes were delicious...service was quick...👍 It is bit small of space but that should not matter if you like good food.
I highly recommend trying their Chilly Cheese Paratha and Paneer Paratha with Chole Bhature; they are absolutely delightful! Among the various restaurants in the locality, this place stands out for its exceptional North Indian cuisine. The flavors are rich, the spices are perfectly balanced, and the dishes are cooked to perfection.
While the food is undoubtedly the highlight here, it's worth mentioning that the ambience could use some improvement. Although the focus is on the culinary experience, a more inviting and well-designed atmosphere would elevate the overall dining experience.
