This place is cash only. There are signs everywhere. If you failed to see them, that's your fault. Prices here are incredibly affordable. We picked a dozen items off the menu and were shocked that the bill was so low. Food was fantastic. I've never had true Parsi food, so idk how authentic this was, but nonetheless, it tasted great. Loved the Malwa cake - soft and spongey. They do microwave some of the items (aka they are pre-prepared). I think this ruins the taste for items like the cutlets, but for the price, you really can't complain. This place gets crowded, but people move in and out so fast that you don't have to wait too long to get a seat. The building has a rustic feel to it. Not run-down, but old-timey.

A typical parsi restaurant with that old Mumbai parsi interior and feel. The food here is very good. You must try mutton kheema and chicken cheese kebab.Chicken seekh kebab were a bit dry but still flavourful. I also tried there rumball which was chocolaty must try for sweet tooths.Overall a very great experience and please do carry cash as no UPI or card transactions are available there. Its CASH ONLY place.

Lovely food here .... "I had an exceptional experience here The cozy atmosphere welcomed me in, setting the stage for a delightful morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. The menu boasted a wide array of options, making it challenging to pick just one! Each dish was not only delicious but beautifully presented. The attention to detail in every aspect truly made this breakfast spot stand out. I'll definitely be returning for more mornings like this!"

I had to try out a Parsi cafe during my visit to Mumbai, and so glad to be visiting this one. Old school vibes. No AC, no online payments, but great service. Ordered their Irani chai, bun Muska & veg puff. Lastly took a parcel for their very popular mawa cake, and no regrets at all.

No nonsense cafe. Food is a bit expensive but still easy on the pocket. (Average ₹200/- per person here, whereas Nearby Sassanian Boulangerie costs ₹130/- per person) We had breakfast here. Tables are to be shared. Since we were 4, we got an entire table to ourselves.. The only thing we didn't like was that extra glass is not available for sharing tea. Considering that the Irani Tea costs ₹48/- one would like to taste it before ordering, yes ?

5 stars for keeping the ambiance furniture and the entire restaurant just as it used to be. The food is good but I think it's lost a bit of its charm over the years. Still it's not bad it's really good to come and have some of the things you won't get anywhere else.

I went to this place 2 weeks back. It's one of the oldest bakeries in Mumbai. We ordered 1. Irani chai, and bun muska both were delicious. 2. Veg grilled sandwich ( which I didn't like much) 3. Veg cheese puff( most ordered and really tasty) 4. Omelet sandwich( was good) 5. Chocolate pastry( was yummy). Some of the items I forgot to take pic. You can try karma paw, which is the most ordered item.

So this is one of the oldest Irani restaurant and also quite famous. They have veg and non veg options. My favourite is mava cake you should for sure try. Also the food prices are also pretty reasonable. They also serve lot of yummy non veg options. Also keep the timing in mind because they open and close on time.

Legendary!!! It's a shame for me that in all these years, I've been to this place for breakfast for first time. I can't ask for any better or healthy breakfast restaurants than Kyani !! Infact I can rate this as the best Parsi restaurant in Mumbai. It has the old nostalgic feel when you enter this place. The best part about Irani restaurants are their food taste never changes & their interiors are still old school & classy. We tried almost everything we could between 2 of us, which started with a classic chicken puff. It was Flat in taste, less salted, but you can still love it. We also tried their Irani Tea, with Bun maska, Omelette Sandwich & Bhurji Pav & lastly their mawa cake. All this just for 400 bucks. We surely got our stomach's stressed out, but it was definitely worth eating at this place. Much Much Recommended!!

Kyani and Co. literally has the word legendary in its name. This iconic Irani cafe, located in the heart of South Mumbai, is famous for its baked and confectionary goods and they make a damn good Irani chai too. Simple, antique wood furniture decorate a large, rustic space adorned with 'cash only' signs among a variety of other minor infractions. Kyani & Co.'s shelves stocked full of freshly baked pastries and puffs are mouthwatering in itself, but coupled with the stoic but cute atmosphere, the experience is elevated to the filmiest. This place was much more comfortable than I was picturing. Clean washrooms and regular service make the experience worthwhile. Would love to try more things here!

The thing with iconic outlets is, you don't go there for exceptional food, but you go there for decent tasty food at really reasonable costs. Yesterday visited this iconic bakery in Mumbai during a quick visit. Ordered maska bun, kyani Tea (I asked for Irani but got Kyani and that I realised at billing time), veg cutlet, and my brother had caramel custard 🍮. All was decent compared to the pocket -friendly pricing. (3/5) The vintage vibe was worth a visit. Service is really good, really fast also as they have customers pouring in faster than it rains in Mumbai. (4/5) It is Irani cafe famous for Non-vegetarian options so for vegetarians out there I would suggest stick to the non-fried veg options as you might smell of eggs in the fried veg items too perhaps due to same pan, not sure why though.

Overall 3.5 Well this place has been known for a very long time for the food they serve. But I just felt it was fairly decent I had the brun maska pav and omelette. The kheema pav is definitely a must have along with the rose flooda and raspberry soda. It's a typical Paris place don't expect great service it's all quick and gets full very fast. The food is very reasonably charged and overall definitely worth the visit.

Good place. I tried the mutton keema, Kyan tea, Bun maska, parsi omelette sandwich, chicken cutlet and nuggets. Food was good. I think it's a bit overhyped.

Kyani & Co. is one of those few Irani restaurants that still maintain that old world charm and you just feel like you have been taken back in time when you visit this place. The food has good variety here, from the egg preparation to the chicken and mutton cutlets and the bakery items like the Bun Maska. On my earlier visits, they used to serve food on nice plates and tea was served in ceramic cups, but on my recent visit, the food was served in disposable takeaway containers, paper plates and paper cups. This change takes away a bit of the vibe you expect from these places. The quality of the food is still the same. For breakfast, you can enjoy their popular chicken egg bhurji or a tradition akuri with pav. You can also choose to snack on their delicious mutton cutlets or Kheema Pav. If you're looking for something light, then a Bun Maska along with an Irani Chai is the best option for you. For desserts, do try the Mawa Cake. In this time of Digital Payments, Kyani has a cash only system for bill payments, so make sure you carry enough cash with you. Parking is a hassle around this area, so best would be to take a cab or the local train.
