Visited this place right before the lockdown, located on the S.V road, passing through the crome store on the 1st floor. Agent's jack has now gained popularity for its concept of bargaining drinks on the go. Popular amongst working crowd and party animals for it being a stress buster option for the weekend. We need first book a table at the counter as the attendent escorts you then to the alloted table ( prefer the one in the middle). Ambience is all low lights and by the passing time it all turns into a dance floor with dim lights. The dj is amazing for all the Bollywood songs however that's played post 12 a.m. dancing to the grooves to rejuvenate up your mood.
Moving your attention towards food...
In frame - glassful of nachos, fish fingers and chilly chicken.
1) glassful of nachos - (4/5) crisp nachos all covered in cheese sauce made up of cheddar, parmesan and mozarella. So basically this is layered in the glass by first layer of nachos, followed by salsa, chicken in a sauce and at the bottom all cheese sauce. This is later emptied in a serving plate.
2) fish fingers - (4/5) the fish was all fresh and clean with no foul smell . It was dipped in the batter, covered with the crumbs and fried. Wasn't lathered in oil and crisp to its best, served with fries and red sauce of chilly and garlic.This is sure to satisfy your taste buds.
2) chilly chicken - (3.5/5) It was recommended by my friend so tried it, however, the only plus point was it had big chunks of chicken and the capsicum was well tossed in the sauce. Other than this, it was quite ordinary.

Final verdict, definitely recommended for its ambience and dj and would visit this place again to try the other food items and ofcourse to relieve some stress post lockdown. A thumbs up experience 👍✨
I first visited agent jack with my friends. It was all about amazing food and music and good service. My cousins ordered pav bhaji fondue on my insistence and it turned out to be awful this time.

Food taste - Is Good, starts were very tangy and tasty where pizza and pasta was average in taste, north indian dishes were good. 3 stars for food.
Ambience - Very nice, music is loud and appealing to younger crowd. they also play bollywood in late hours. i can give 4 star.
Crowd type - Mostly filled with young student and office going crowd.
Services - Not good, slow in services plus the concept they have to order and bargain in the app for each drink is headache some times. 2 stars
Cleanliness - well maintained, can't complain about it as they are taking all safety and cleaning precautions. 4 stars

Been here twice! With the wife the last time... one of the funnest places to spend a night at! Love the bidding thing and the humour but more importantly - unlike other places like this where the ambience and the booze are often all that matter, they do not let the food disappoint you which is a huge plus. Makes it a place worth bookmarking for a night out with friends, a large group (better) or even couples!!!
Agent jack is one of the best place to enjoy drinks and food. This place is known for there unique concept. The price of drinks go up and down alike shares. The rates are reasonable and also you can negotiate the price with the bot. I liked this concept. The food is also good here.

The Chain of Bar is very famous for party places and drinking Kulture for late Night. It's very famous for Dj Night's and Good young Crowd.
Sometimes we get alcohol at very cheap price and sometimes at very high rates. Their way of answering if very subjective way which I liked the most. Alcohol drink's are traded like Stock Trading list. Also for Food we can directly order from the App.
We have tried many things in food like Panner Chilly, Chaats, Panner Tikka, chicken tikka, Biryani and many more.

Service and Ambience: This is just another place like BSE - ditto in terms of ambience and live music; however, its really a good place to party and enjoy the loud music. DJ has really good collection of music. Service is good, no complains.
Food and Drinks: Just bid for your drink and get it at a competitive rates; sometimes you may just not realise at you just got your drink at a throwaway price and its fun :P. Food is quite good - few dishes to try on are paneer chilli starter, classic nachos and red sauce pasta!!!

This place is evergreen, the concept never gets old. The best time to visit this place is early evenings around 6 pm if you want good deals for your drinks with Agent Jack. The staff is courteous and helpful. Once the clock hits 9, the floor is yours!
Good place to have couple of drinks and eat finger food. The music is decent and so is the ambiance. The only thing I didn't like that much was the cleaniness in the kitchen. The way to toilet is such that you cross the kitchen and at first look it didn't look clean. Could be because restaurant was approaching end of day, but anyway its not good sight. Apart from that a decent place to hang out with friends over a couple of drinks.
A place with a really good ambience and concept. Their interiors just made me do WOW!!!. It was so much fun been there. I visited here along with my friends for birthday party. Its a quite a huge space with alot of tables. The staff was good at handling the crowd and each guests.

Full marks on the ambience and the concept. Amazing amazing concept wherein you can negotiate the prices through the app. The app comes back with hilarious responses. It's so much fun. Coming to ambience, it's a huge place with so many tables. Doesn't feel crowded atall. The staff is well equipped to handle hugs crowds. We ordered butter prawns, chicken chilly, fries and chicken Tikka pizza. Food was good in terms of quantity and quality. The DJ played awesome tracks where you could dance the night away. In short agent Jack's is a 100% must party destination for the weekend.

Agent Jacks is just your next door neighbour bar. Whenever you visit there you will find it packed. The ambience is always lively. The best thing of this place is the concept when you order the drinks through app you get bidding option where the prices keep on fluctuating and the more you order the more offers you get. Also you get food offers. And it’s all screened in a fun way whatever budding is done. The music dj is also very nice. The plays a mix of old and new English hits along with that some tadka of Bollywood and punjabi which makes you groove and you just can’t sit on your place.
When I say the place is good for drinks we just can’t ignore the food here. The food here is also amazing. Some of the dishes which I have tired and always will have here whenever I visit is the fish and chips, chicken kalimiri tikka, mini chicken platter, chicken chilli, butter garlic prawns, chicken lollipop and the masala peanuts. Also the mocktails are worth trying here.
Overall a very nice and budget friendly place to visit. Must visit place with your friends over the weekends.

☘️ONION RINGS TOWER- Big crunchy rings with 3 different types of dips. Green mint chutney, mayo dip and some schezwan garlic based dip. Best with mayo dip. Great quantity compared to the price.

I know this place from long, I love the way they serve the drinks after long debates. This is not my date place but obviously a evening hangout place always in Pune and now in Mumbai also. Improve your service from decent to great your food also needs improvement.

We have been to this restaurant many times and we are never disappointed. Shorecat and his team are the best so welcoming x nothing us to much trouble x they help you with menu choices and make things especially how you like them.
We visited Agent Jack on a game night and the ambience was worth it. Their live screening is beyond amazing! +1 star for that
We ordered Finger Chips, Pasta Barberesca, Veg Manchurian, Thai Chicken Curry Red and Chicken Crispy.
To start with, the Fries were absolutely below average. The Chicken Crispy was great but the quantity was disappointing. The Veg Manchurian was spicy and good, we wouldn't say amazing. To our surprise with three disappointing dishes, the Thai Chicken Curry was spot on. There was a good amount of flavour and heat. Pasta Barberesca was really good too. The vegetables could have been tossed for longer but perhaps one can overlook that.
Overall, the experience was not mind blowing but average

Had been there over with bunch of friends for a party , i being a non alcoholic didn't have anything over there though quite sipped some soft drinks over here and tried some dishes like the pastas and pizzas , loved the fries and garlic bread but the service is quite slow and can be improved , other then that the online application download and bidding on drinks is a good concept . overall it's a decent place to enjoy some good music and have some drinks if you have some alcohol.

Agent jacks was one of the best bar I visited. Specially loved the concept of bidding on your drinks by downloading their app. U get to bid on the drink which you want from the app and in return the agent jack will reply you whether he accepted the bid or not.

This is one of the best drinking holes in malad. The songs are played on tvs and gives you a nostalgia about being a 90s kids and waiting for MTV to show this songs. Amazing Place with good vibes.....the sound system is good and the DJ plays amazing remixes and dance numbers....The crowd was live and happening...we tried the Bira White which was smooth....we also tried Paneer Pesto Pepper Tikka which was the highlight....The Paneer was smooth as silk and it just melted in your mouth...The Masala Peanuts of sorts.
The price was moderate and thankfully there was no cover charge.
One thing to mention here is there are no free bitings with the drinks.

I have been here few times, amazing bar with really amazing ambience. I totally loved the bidding system. The order is to be placed through the "agent jack" app and bid for whatever you'd like to have at a surprisingly cheaper price. The food here is quite average. It's a fun place to chillout with friends. You'll find the bar full during weekends and getting a seat is very difficult if stag. Usually it's quite vacant up to 7 pm thereafter it gets crowded. The music is good but there is no dedicated area for dancing. One can even smoke behind the bar as the shops are usually closed.
