We visited with family members. Atmosphere and ambiance is great at Mainland China. We had crab soup , three starters and two main course items. Soup taste was Ok. Starters were great in taste. Main course noodle item was disappointing. Also suprise to see service tax 10%, we asked to remove. Over all, we enjoyed visiting this place on the auspicious day of Diwali.

The place has a soothing vibe and the staff is very polite and they give good suggestions. We did have non alcoholic beverages including mint spring and Thai exotica. We did eat avocado cream cheese sushi and burnt garlic fried rice along with gravy. The service was quick. They did charge 10% service tax which is optional so one can get that removed. All and all if you like authentic Chinese that you can visit this place.

Excellent food. If jii aren’t clear about a menu item, ask. Or go by the servers’ recommendation and you will be fine. :-)

Mainland China as the name suggest it's a Chinese restaurant with Asian cuisine. We visited the Infinity Mall (Malad West) branch which is at the link 🔗 road 🛣️. You can come directly by Metro 🚇 by getting down at Malad West metro station or otherwise you can take an auto from Malad Railway station. The ambience was good with lots of seating available but I felt like in a small place they tried fitting a lot of table so they can adjust a lot of people which made the place conjusted and as we were in the mall at the weekend and the restaurant available at the food court area thus there was a lot of outside noise. The restaurant was pretty busy, I waited for 10 minutes ⌚ for the bill and asked to 3 different staff for the same. The food that we tried here was pretty cliche. we started with soup and then few starters, we did not try the main course as I got bored with the taste. Following dishes we tried : 1. Chicken hot and sour soup 🍲 : The taste of it was bland, I thought it will be more spicy. There were lot of veggies, shredded chicken 🍗 and mushroom 🍄 in the soup which I loved but taste could have been better. Being a Chinese restaurant the taste that they offered was not worth the wait. 2. Drums of heaven Hong Kong style: It was basically a chicken lolly pop made in Chinese style, as I am a big fan of spicy and tangy stuff, I felt that this could have been more spicy and tangy. Chicken 🍗 piece was really fresh and good but the taste was missing. The taste was very mild whereas it should have been a bit powerful. 3. Chicken spring roll : I did not like this at all, stuffing was of noodles 🍜 veggies and chicken crumbs but taste was not at all upto the mark. Further, I felt like the presentation was missing, they could have tried better and served it in a better way. The staff were really helpful and they welcomed us with good smile and offered us table according to our choice but at last they all were busy and thus no one was available at the table.

Food was good but the service was too slow. Plus they add service charge by default, however, they removed upon asking once.

Food tastes so good here. All the ingredients have their individual taste and they blend so well to make the final dish super tasty. I have always been a fan of their food. One less star because of the service. The service is super slow. It took ages for my order to come. It took almost 2-2.5 hours for us to finish our dinner because of the service time. Also I was given seat at a very uncomfortable table considering the fact that I had a infant with me.

We had a 10 course meal at Mainland China, I would say that it was a great idea! We had an amazing time there. The food was so good. The only thing is that the quanity is way too much and they don't allow you to share or take away the leftovers so we had to give it back. But for Rs.835 they serve you food worth atleast Rs.3000 so yes its a must try!

Mainland China has been an OG ever since I can remember. I have been there so many times as a kid and it just made me nostalgic when I visited this restaurant again recently for lunch with my mom. They have a special offer that you could definitely check out. It's their special ten course lunch set @ 795 from Monday to Thursday (except festive days) for vegetarians and non vegetarians as well. Absolutely loved the soup and the starters. The mains were good too but slightly bland for my taste. And being a dessert lover I loved the fact that they offer two desserts which was quite wholesome. The service was quite quick and the staff were quite good at their job which made it quite a pleasant experience. If you're an Asian food fan then you should definitely visit soon :) Happy hogging 🙂 For more updates, please follow me on Instagram: maanta_d

The food here is extremely tasty. I have been visiting mainland China frequently and always go back here for the quality and taste. The set menu lunch is very reasonable and offers a huge array of dishes. My favorites are dimsums, appetizers, noodles and the desserts. A place where you can eat to your hearts content without burning a hole in your pocket 😊

Chinese food is one of the most popular food in the city and Mainland China is the place to be. Mainland China has a new offer going on which is a ten-course meal at @795 (Monday to Thursday, Except Festive Days). Trust me it’s the best offer going on. You get to taste so many dishes plus it’s quite affordable. Every dish that they served was delicious. Talking about the ambience the soft background music and the dim lighting adds to the perfect ambience. If that wasn’t enough, the sweet aroma of Chinese delicacies is sure to take you to another world. Everything was flavourful and quite authentic in its preparation. It’s a must-try restaurant for all.

Authentic Chinese Food. The Food has quality written all over it. The fragrances hit the right spot, not too strong, not too light. Healthy and Tasty food. Slightly expensive but worth it. Highly recommended. Update: Visited again yesterday with Zomato Carnival deal. Ordered Eight Treasure Soup, Mushroom and Baby Corn Appetizers, Paneer as Main Course, Rice served in Lotus Leaf, a mock tail and Chocolate Bomb as dessert. Amazing taste. Eight treasure soup is a must try. Rice in Lotus Leaf is good. Chocolate Bomb is awesome. Mushroom and Paneer items are healthy. Baby Corn is average. Prior Reservation is recommended on holidays. Will visit again. Update 2: Visited again, second time this month. All thanks to Zomato Carnival deal. Tried different items from last time. Paneer Dumplings, Crispy Vegetables with Almond Crumble, Kung Pao Potatoes and Cashew, Honey Noodles and two mocktails. The menu has been updated since last visit. Many new items are added with photographs this time, which is helpful in deciding on what to eat. I have a feeling I'll be visiting again this month.

Food , taste was was good. Slightly authentic chinese. But slightly indianized version with little more spices since the last time i ate it 7-8years back. Even though the spices have increased than before, the taste still remains very good and as per the indian taste palate. We tried- Crispy corn Honey chilli pototoes Jiangs Chilli chicken Mint mojito Singapore Wheat noodles(veg) 2-3shots of whiskey Everything was (9/10) Service was also good.

We have a perception of authentic asian food being expensive. Well, Mainland China is here to prove you wrong with their 10 course delicious lunch set menu starting ₹725. This is valid on working days and we had to steal this amazing deal. We started with a Lung Fung soup and basil flavoured dumplings. The dumplings were steamy hot and tasted amazing. The ambiance here matches the fine dine quality and the staff is trained excellently. For appetizers- wok tossed cottage cheese with assorted pepper. The paneer was super soft and the gravy was mild spicy. I loved this dish here. For mains we had a huge variety of gravy including Steamed Chinese Green and tofu, exotic veggies in chilli basil sauce and corn, potato Tsing Hoi style. My favourite was the Exotic vegetables in chilli basil sauce which went extremely well with the wok tossed vegetable hakka noodles. The quantity was great fir the noodles and Celery and Chinese cabbage fried rice. Coming to the desserts - we were served with Chocolate rolls and vanilla ice cream which paired up great. Overall my experience was worth every penny and would highly recommend this place

The most authentic Chinese food in town. They have the best ambiance and food that suits your pallet. Extremely delicious Chinese with most authentic flavours. They also serve alcohol. Parking is not an issue as it is located inside the infinity two mall Malad. Service is awesome and very very curious. They also serve buffet on weekdays during lunch hours. There are chances of waiting during weekends. Overall worth the money and time
