We happened to order tandoori afghani chaap. Firstly the taste was wow & very well presented too with the right coating of marinated , tender , veggies served with a dip chutney.
Loved the taste
Oyy hoyy... Amritsar na jaa sako te Kulcha Kulture vich ek baar jaakar aao. Punjabi Lassi te garma garam kulche... Small place yet amazing foooddd... If you crave for some really good kulchas with chhole... go give it a try :)
Ordered Amritsari Kulcha and Paneer Pyaaz Lasun Kulcha both the items were properly stuffed and cooked. The chole were nice but the chutney along with it was wayyyy better than expected. This place has ever since it's opening been in high demand for its food. Well the delivery, was as well at par with the hype. Must try it when in Borivali !
In search of authentic Amritsari Kulcha? This is the perfect place situated in Borivali west with loads of varities to give your tastebuds a Punjabi touch.
The ambience over here is decent and the place is well maintained in terms of cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and service is also quick.
We had,
1) Kulcha:- Amritsari Kulcha,
Oye Teri Special Kulcha,
Paneer Capsicum Kulcha.
We tried all these and the taste was really lipsmacking. The Kulchas tasted authentic and all the filling inside them were loaded to the fullest. The chole and chutney served along them were also good.
2) Paneer Tikka:- The taste was really delicious and Paneer was soft and very well marinated.
It tasted good with the mint chutney served along.
3) Bollywood Chaas:- I can say that one of the best buttermilk we ever had. It was very smooth and was mixed with some spices and tasted really amazing.
Overall the experience was really fantastic and will definitely visit again to try more delicious dishes from their menu.
Overall Rating:- 4.5/5
All time favourite place for kulcha. They have varieties of kulcha to be served with punjabi chole, kachi keri khatta ras, onion , butter top on kulcha.
• One of the best place for kulchas in mumbai.
• we have tried their aloo pyaaz kulcha, aloo cheese paneer kulcha, and lassi.
• Both the kulchas were so hot and tasty.
• Lassi was so refreshing.
• Ambience was so small.
If you are a kulcha lover then you should definitely order from this place. I had pizza and cheese corn kulcha. It was so yummy. Taste of Pizza kulcha was unique. They also have some good varieties of starters.
Being a foodie, I have a habit of roaming around the streets and discover new places. While traveling borivali I got a recommendation for this particular place and the in the next 30 mins. I was inside.
Me and my friend ordered paratha kulcha with chhole bhature.
Let's have a quick scorecard-
1) Taste - 4.5/5- Taste was good, as the food is made in original amritsari Taste and tradition.
2) Ambience- 3.5/5 - Ambience is little small. Hardly 10-12 person can seat at a time.
3) Staff behavior- 4/5
4) Cleaniness - 4/5
5) Portion size - 4/5. Could be increased a little.
6) Takeaway- Allowed.
7) Reorder value- 4/5
Over all a nice experience. Would love to visit again.
Tried the paneer tikka from here. It was simply one of the best we have had. The paneer is soft and is marinated in scrumptious and lip-smacking masala. The veggies and paneer is charred to perfection. The place also serves some of the best Kulchas in town. The pricing is reasonable and the quantity is generous. Good place to visit with family and satisfy your North Indian food cravings.
We chose this place as we wanted to have just a light dinner. So we ordered Amritsar Kulchas, the must try papad that they have, dal kichdi, panner Malai tikka, double mushroom and panner tandoori. Didn’t turn out being light at all 😄 To end it all the staff also recommended the Nutella walnut kulcha which was worth it. One of the staff didn’t seem very interested but then we requested for another one.
Since the place is small you might need to wait for a while during weekends but they have zomato delivery as well. Must try. For sure will visit again
Lip smacking taste. Amritsari kulcha was the best main course dish; simple hence tasty. But the best dish for me was the chocolate walnut kulcha; crispy, chocolaty and yummy. Khichiya papad churi was too oily. Tadka dahi was interesting. Peppy paneer kulcha was ok. Cheese onion capsicum garlic kulcha was good
Oye Teri - The kulcha Kulture
It's a fresh restaurant on the shimpoli road, Borivali West which promises to give you an authentic Punjabi food flavour and feels like it's served directly from the holy town of Amritsar. The restaurants menu dedicates itself towards various types of amazing kulchas, chaaps and sliders. The restaurant has enough space at a time and has a unique way of serving food. I had opted for home delivery and my order was cheese chilly kulcha.
The packaging of the food is quite nice and systematic. The box is specifically designed to contain kulcha in it. Siders like aachar and cabbage are offered along with the kulcha.
The kuclha tasted amazing and had a perfect balance of cheesiness and garlic. The chole on the other hand were mouth watering and delicious.
In all I'm surely going to try different variations of kulchas in future.
A small cozy place with prompt service and a good choice in Kulchas
Personally, I am not a great fan of oily and cheesy cuisines which most punjabi moughlai restaurants serve! Delightfully Oye Teri is a good exception to the same - light crispy anf yummy kulchas without u leaving the place with a heavy feeling in ur stomach! Must try for a good meal, not to mention the VFM factor. The accomoaniants - chutney e5c were also decent
The only criticism or improvement that i wanna suggest is their chole... Good to taste but the consistency was very fluid... Lil less watery wuld have been better
Word of caution... Its a small place, so better be there before the peak time elsewait on a hungry stomach :)
Awesome Kulchas-
Cheese capsicum onion, methi pudina, cheese, onion & aloo - best was cheese capsicum onion kulchas
Chhole served with them were good too.
Roasted Masala Papad and papad churi. Even lassi was good. Must try !!
If you want to have a traditional punjabi chole kulcha like delhi streets this is the place in mumbai.
I have tried almost all the varieties.
My personal favorite is aloo kulcha and chocolate walnut kulcha
Awesome kulcha and chole! Tried a few of them and all were amazing! Papad churi and Chaas were great too!
Great Varieties in Punjabi Kulcha. One must try if looking for such Varieties
A joint that specializes in yummy and authentic Kulchas which are absolutely lip smacking. The place is small, but the seating is comfortable. Staff is courteous and the service here is really very quick.
Offering some unique varieties of Kulchas, one would surely get confused on what to eat just like us..😋 Easy on the pocket, the place is definitely a must visit.
We had the following to eat :
▪️Khichya Papad Churi - A speciality of this place, crunchy and coated in butter, the papad was perfectly cooked. It was spicy and had that something extra in it which we absolutely loved. Served along with flavoured yogurt, we highly recommend this..👍
▪️Aloo Pyaaz Garlic Kulcha - The kulcha was hot and the stuffing was yummy. Onion & garlic combination was as always delicious. Chole was nicely cooked and went really well with the kulcha. That tangy tomato based chutney was just awesome. Amalgamation of all this felt like flavour bombs in our mouth..😍
▪️Amritsari Kulcha - Stuffing of aloo was tasty and again the kulcha was scrumptious. The accompanying chole and chutney were awesome once again.
▪️Phirni - The flavour and texture was closer to rice kheer than a phirni. Quantity was very less as well. A great dessert would have been a fitting end to an awesome meal, but unfortunately it wasn't so.
Ambience : 3.5/5
Food : 4.5/5
Service : 4/5
if you are punjabi food lover then must visit the place the chole you get here is the one of the most best what you can get reallly its like heaven
Chilled Tadka Dahi suits every season when you wanna have some light food and cool ones which goes best with jeera rice, paratha, kulcha and many more..It is prepared in almost all parts of the country with some variations in the tempering used like cumin seeds, hing/ asafoetida, onions, mustard seeds and hurbs like cury leaves or cilantro leaves and red dry chilli and some masalas.. It's the best makeover of dahi that we had at Oyee Teri Kulcha which blew our mind by it's special texture!!

Love kulchas and chhole?
Head to this place! 😍
Have been to this place so many times!
Kulchas here never disappoint! So so goood!
Also paneer tikkas and soya chaap here are a must try!
They have a standard ambience for all the outlet
The best part about the place is that it's pure veg
I strongly recommend these dishes
Panner tikka
Lassi
Cheese kulcha
It was very nice place, i have ordered paneer kulcha, punjabi kulcha and lassi it was amazing, staff was good and service was also good, looking forward to go back.
I and my friends are always into trying out new places..so it was Oye Teri this time. The ambience is a bit hazy due to the smoke caused by tandoor in their kitchen, they can improve ventilation. Nevertheless, the food is awesome.
-Khichiya papad churi is a speciality starter served with flavoured yoghurt, you'll be hooked to this crunchy offering.
-Achari Paneer was lip smacking with soft paneer in a tangy-spicy flavour.
-Amritsari kulcha and special cheese kulcha were both good, soft and well cooked, served with all time favourite chole and a tangy chutney. A riot of flavours in a single dish.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Good experience overall.
Superb food..small place bt loved the food so dats fine...good service too..
The best kulcha in mumbai after delhi and chaps are next level
Yummy Kulcha and the chutney were too good
Loved the service and food..fresh and as good as dhaba food
Oye Teri is a very good place for kulcha lovers. The serve the best and different styles of kulcha
The staff is very friendly
Is a good place for casual family dinner or friends
If craving for authentic Choley Kulche, don't miss out this place. They have varieties to offer. I liked the basic ones more. Must try!
Kulchas especially Amritsari kulchas are really good and service was ok. But what bothered me somewhat, was the portion size. 1 kulcha is not enough for 1 guy, even by Indian standards. Otherwise Awesome experience.
Oye teri - the Kulcha kulture is best place for Kulcha lovers. This place serves varieties of kulcha's. The taste of Kulcha is next level. Here we had ordered panner chilly Kulcha, panner Malai Tikka, and special for from all other dish was this Oye Teri Kulcha special, this Kulcha was stuffed with cheese and taste was really very good. In desert we tried the chocolate walnut Kulcha - this is something which I had tried for a very time in varieties of kulchas. I would recommend if you are visiting this place you can give it a try for this type of Kulcha. This chocolate walnut Kulcha was stuffed with walnut and chocolate overloaded. Overall it is a very nice place for Kulcha lovers.
• Ambience 3/5

A good place for Punjabi Kulchas.
Chhole tastes quite nice too.
I enjoyed my meal here and hope to visit again.
All in all a nice restaurant.
Its a Small outlet but the food is so good and authentic.
Amritsari kulcha was soft and delicious but what made it click were the condiments especially the chutneys😋yummmm...
It's really nice. Ppl are also friendly n approachable. Food is really delicious. As place is little smaller we had to wait for dine but worth waiting.
Best Punjabi Kulcha house in this town.
One of the best Punjabi Flavors.
The taste of the food is typical and authentic.
The presentation is awesome.
The quantity and quality of food is amazing.
My recommendation:
1. Pappas Churi
2. Amritsari Kulcha
3. Dal Makkhani
4. Jeera rice
The Punjabi taste comes to Mumbai..
Head here for some superb amritsari kulchas
All kulchas are served with chole and chutney
Had a great time.
A must try.. Paneer tikka, tomato stuffed kulcha, chaas
I visited this place for the second time. Once I visited the mahivar nagar Oye Teri and today the borivali one and the consistency of the food is really good
I really like the chutti they serve with the papad.
The kulcha and the chole was very tasty as well.
This time we also tried the chaas and the paneer tikka.
Chaas was extremely good , we order 2 bottles of chaas 1 bottle was nice but the 2nd bottle was full iced up and we could not have the sip of the chaas because of that. But the taste was really good MUST TRY.
The paneer tikka was tasty also but as I am not a spice lover I found it a little too spicy for my taste, but others loved it.
Ambience: the place is really good but a little small specially in the perk hours there is a lot of waiting.
Service: The people serving the food are very very polite and friendly, we ordered 2 dishes of roasted papad for 2 people and the person taking our order very politely told that 1 dish would be good for 2 people as we serve 2 pieces of it in 1 dish. It was really kind of him to say that as most places would not offer us such service.
It is a great place to have great chole kulcha with chaas with your friends or family..
#mustvisit #lovedthefood
We could not resist ourselves from visiting Oye Teri again but this time it was the Borivali outlet which is walkable distance from platform no 1 of Borivali station.
The service did not disappoint us as they were attentive and polite like last time.
The menu is so vast we just not felt like repeateting dishes we had earlier.
Things we had:
Starters - Soya Tandoori Afghani Chaap, Paneer Kalimirch Tikka (Recommended) & Soya Tandoori Achari Chaap (Recommended)
Main Course - Oye Teri Special Kulcha (Must try)

The tandoori achari chaap was the best... it comes very close to the delhi version.
Budget places for 500 for two for a fulfilling lunch.

OYE TERI - THE KULCHA KULTURE 🌟
It's a best spot for Kulcha Lovers. This place is so good for it's sustenance and Uniqueness. The outlet is small with pretty good ambiance. Seating arrangements is also very comfortable to seat.
WHAT WE TRIED :
🔹 Khichiya Papad Churma
It was really the best starter to start our meal. Good mixture of spices and Herb's with some tangyness and sweetness in taste. One should definitely try this one.
🔹 Amritsari Kulcha
The Kulcha was fully stuffed with veggies and spices. Soft in touch and perfectly cooked. It was also served with Chholay and it was awesome in taste.
🔹 Cheese Kulcha
What to say about cheese Kulcha it was Just YUM in taste. Inside and Outside was fully loaded with cheese. It was so heavy to eat and full our stomach. Highly Recommend
🔹Tadka Daal Khichdi
Was one of the appreciating dish over here which I loved the most. The taste was moderate hot with Spicy Tadka which makes better taste with khichdi.
🔹Masala Chaas
🔹Lassi
This two are the perfect drinks to have with Kulchas. The chass was presented in a unique bottle.
#the.hungry.foodie
If you are looking for a place with a great food and lesser price then go for it ! It taste wonderful !! Also if you are a person who's found of street food then surely you will love it.
This restaurant is worth the price. Paneer Malai is the best in starter. Apart from that there is not much option in mains (only Kulcha) but wohi kaafi hai 😋😋
Oye Teri Kulcha kulture is a small restaurant situated close to Borivli station. It has a good ambience and the interior looks warm and cozy with Punjabi Pop music playing on the stereo. This is a perfect place for anybody who is looking for Punjabi food. Here authentic north Indian food is available and it is a famous for its wide variety of Kulcha s. We ordered Amritsari kulcha and Oye Teri special Kulcha. Both were served with Chole and red chutney. The Kulcha s were very soft and super delicious. Highly recommend to taste It. Then we had Paneer Tikka whiwas served in a wooden boat like structure which made it
strikingly different. The paneer pieces were extremely soft and tasty. Along with it we had Pineapple Lassi , served in a bottle. Also tasted their Fresh Lime Soda which was amazing. It is not to be missed. We also tasted Khichiyu cheese Papad where crisp pieces of Papad were roasted and served with cheese. It's altogether a different way of eating Papad. To top it ,we had Phirni for dessert, a sweet delicacy made of milk topped with pieces of dry fruits. The last was to eat the Pan.This was just too good and not to be missed. Oye Teri is a place which must be visited for its amazing food. The staff was very courteous and their service was very quick. Very good experience.
We were here today at the Oye Teri as they say Kucha Culture. They have a well defined culture for their wide range of kulcha
Theis place has a comfortable and cozy ambience. The staff here is very friendly and they will be best one for the advise on the dishes ro choose from their varieties .
Lets start with the food we had here
Khichiya papad churi
One of the different khichiya er ever tried... Khuchiya papad was topped with dry spices and then given a special tadka and broken in peices and topped with butter .
Cheese Afgani Chaap
This was one of the best dishes i had here. Did not expect chaap in vegetarian version to be such a delicious delight it was topped with lots of cheese. And the chaap were made with soyabean
Than we tried their kulcha we order for their traditional amritsari kulcha which had a stuffing of minced vegetable served along with chhole and a tangy and sweet chutney for the dips.
We had a lot of expectation from the cheese burst kulcha however they served kulcha and it was topped with lots of cheese. The taste was really nice a crispy.
We also tried their Dal Tadka khichdi must say the tadka was really nice and brown topped in the khichdi made with lentils and rice.
And we ended up with some Amazing Lassi and Phirni
Overall a great time at dinner . You can enjoy this place food with family and friends a must try will be their starters .

its my review on Oye Teri - The kulcha Kulture
It’s one of my favourite place, no one serves this amazing kulcha like them.
They serves kulcha’s in authentic desi style and also have some new fusion style kulchas also like Maggi kulcha, Pizza Kulcha or chocolate walnut kulcha also. Kulchas are served with chole and red chutney (chutney is made of cucumber), it’s just superb.
We had ordered kichiya papad Chura - fired kichiya papad served with chutney (chutney was really tasty).
Paneer tikka - perfect softness and very nice taste of marination. The cubes of paneer were too big in size n was perfectly tandoor. Very nice in taste
Tandoori Achari Soya Chaap - the Achari flavour was too good. The Soya chunkes were also soft. Served with chutney.
We had ordered there Oye teri special kulcha - it was a mixture of all vegetables n there special spices served with chole n red chutney. Very nice in taste. Must try this kulcha
We also ordered Palak cheese kulcha that was also good in taste. The size of kulcha are big enough, serves good quantity. We also tried Bombay style chaas and lassi, both were really nice in taste.
N lastly we tried tadka dal kichdhi - one of the best dal kichdhi. I haven’t ate such amazing tadka kichdhi anyone till now. Really nice in taste, wasn’t spicy at all, tasty.....
Must visit this places. Serves best desi style food.
So visited this outlet on weekdays there was some rush . So coming with ambience the restaurant is completely well furnished and having a good atmosphere around . So we had ordered Cheese Burst Kulcha which was served with a bowl of chole and some spicy gravy. Chole were very tasty and perfectly boiled. Kulcha with Chole was giving us a perfect Punjabi feeling. We also ordered a Chase which they serve in small pet glass bottles to make it unique from others. Then we ordered Paneer Tikka which were also delicious and plating of all the dishes were amazing. Then we had ordered a Tadka Dal Khichidi which was just mind-blowing with perfect blend of Tadka and Khichidi.

A great place to eat in Borivali, though the place is a bit small and it can be hard to get a seat in the weekends, I feel it is worth it. The ambiance is good, the staff was very polite, and the service was fast.
We had the Paneer Tikka as a starter which was very soft and had a great taste of spices, even though the pieces were large, they weren't bland in the middle like in some other restaurants and the green chutney complemented it well.
We then ordered 3 plates of Kulchas, one was cheese garlic which was very tasty and had an even taste throughout.
The second one was a classic Amritsari Kulcha which was also great in taste and had an amazing blend of potatoes, paneer and onion with a classic Amritsari masala.
The third one was a Creamy Paneer Kulcha which I felt wasn't as good as the others as it had mainly only one component(paneer) in the Kulcha.
All the Kulchas come with Amritsari Chhole which were okay I guess, not to my liking but many people I know do like them a lot.
Even though the quantity seems less, the Kulchas were very filling and the food we ordered was enough for 3 people.
Overall I think it's a great place and a must visit on your next outing especially if you're a Kulcha fan.

Oye Teri! Recently started brand in borivali and now another outlet in kandivali. This borivali outlet is near to railway station and easily recheable. This place serves some amazing kulcha and reminds taste from delhi and punjab. It has kulcha culture in its name as well. Also served some amazing starters as well. Outlet is small with around 7 tables and comfortable seating. Bright lights as well.
Food:-
Amritsari Kulcha:- This is in chef recommendation list so thought to go with this dish. This kulcha just changed my view towards kulcha. It had stuffing inside and was served along with unlimited chole, a tangy chutney, onions and pickle. Tangy chutney was really different and kulcha was made to perfection.
Peppy Paneer Kulcha*:- As we wanted to try something in paneer server suggested peppy paneer kulcha and it turned to be really good choice to order. Kulcha had stuffing of paneer and was served along with same servings which was really great. Highly recommended to try this.
Bollywood chaas*:- As the name, Buttermilk was also different. It was served in alcohol kind of bottle and tasted chilled and refreshing. Masala added to chaas made it taste really good. Highly recommended to try this.
Service:- Even though the outlet being small, serving was very quick. Staff is prompt and courteous too. Best part is along with bill they give chocolates which we use to have in childhood which was again different. Loved this place. Definately good place to eat in borivali
This is a must try place.
Worth for money
When you see this place you might geegt dicey that where we should go in or not because of its size.
But onec your in and the staff greets you in a very nice way and if your visiting for the first time they will explain you the whole menu and also informs you that it will minimum of 20mins to make the kulcha's which is a very nice practice to follow.
Once the food is served there is no question of doubting the taste and the quality.
Loved the food over here.

This is authentic Punjabi taste, cooked with real water from Amritsar. I could see some welcome fusion with salads by the sides and desserts. Vegetarians’ Paradise!
