These place is well known for the breakfast here misal is too tasty I ordered it and the tawa pulav is too good and its pocket friendly and the delivery service was too quick
I had ordered cheese dosa and onion uthappa which was worth ordering. The quantity was good and worth the money. The onion uthappa was my personal favorite and flavourful. One should definitely try out south indian food from here.

A regular Udupi joint that specialises in South Indian food and is also famous for its misal. It had the best crispy meduvada I have had in an Udupi joint (not even Matunga joints could boast of such crispiness). The Onion Uttapa was too hard and the cheese sprinkled was very dry grated cheese bar - we had to let go off it. The Masala Pav was yummy. The misal pav was slightly greased and the misal had usual white vatana thats famous in all Mumbai misal (unlike Nasik or Pune variety that has sprouted matki). Cold coffee, filter Coffee and chaas were the best bets!
Almost always packed but thanks to quick service, you don't have to wait for long. No AC. No credit cards or wallet payments accepted.
An average meal for two will not cost more than Rs 400-500.

This place is known for South Indian cuisine and is the best known as Pav Bhaji and Vas. To this day they have maintained its taste and quality! Even today, my group and I are planning to visit us at this hotel. The staff and service is amazing too!
Hotel Popular is located at Ghatkopar east. They have been in the area for a long time. They are very famous in the area and many working and non working people visit this place, mainly during lunch time. The restaurant is very affordable and the service is good as well. The restaurant is very clean and the food is good as well. I have been visiting this restaurant for the past 20 years and they have only become better with time. I would recommend everyone to try this restaurant out.

Hotel popular is a fine dining restaurant. It doesn't have fancy ambience but food here is totally yummiest. There is a loads of variety over here. North Indian as well as South Indian food are available. We tried pav bhaji, idli, paneer chilly.
Pav bhaji was mild spicy but finger Licking afterall. Idli's here are quite big and huge and served with chutney 😚.
Paneer chilly, paneer in it were very soft and attained all the flavours perfectly. A perf blend of all the spices.

Always a delightful experience here. Simple sitting. Perfect for regular morning breakfast. My all-time favorite is coconut chutney they serve here with idli, dosa, uttapa etc. The sambar is so goood. This place was and has been popular. All age groups come here to sit and eat. It has actually been popular since my dad was a kid. Everything you eat is here is super tasty. Don't worry about the quality, super safe and hygienic. Not a single complaint for years.
Filter coffee is super strong and perfect for coffee lovers. Love the lasooni sukhi chutney they serve with batata vadas.
Ambience - so simple and old school. You'll always feel good here.

I ordered palak paneer, mattar paneer and 9 butter rotis. Essentially , mattar paneer was up to the mark. Palak paneer was average. I got a decent quantity of it which can be eaten by 3 people. Roti were hot, butter was well spread on it. It tasted great with mattar paneer. I would say it was amazing instead it had decent taste. But i have heard that paneer tikka tastes delicious.
Theres self service in this outlet. The staff members are friendly ,courteous. Cost wise is reasonable for a family. Basically you can have great options within 800 bucks.

Such an old place in Ghatkopar but still I happen to visit this place just yesterday. Thankfully late but I did visit this place. The food here is so so tasty. I was like this is the one the most delicious pav bhaji I have had.
We had pav bhaji, masala pav & pizza. All was so so awesome in taste. I really like such home style pizza that we get here.
Also my friends had jain pav bhaji & rava dosa. And that was tasty too. Infact my friend said they have never had such tasty jain pav bhaji.

This is decent restaurant @ghatkopar east. Just a 15 min walking from ghatkopar railway station. This hotel crowded every time. Seating arrangement is very bug more tables are around in hotel. Comes with butter in spoon. Bread slices, onion, ketchup, green and white chutneys. 😋 Typical south Indian dish. It's well baked and taste is super yummy. It's cost is little bit more but it's worth you will never disappoint about dish. It's a namkeen dish which makes your taste buds satisfied. Go for it you will love it.

The ambience isn't the best, it's a small place, not very well lit up but if you're somebody who isn't looking for a fancy place and wants to grab a hearty meal with a bunch of friends, I'd recommend it.
