The Cheese cakes were tooo delicious 😋 we have tried 3 of them but the best one was the lotus biscoff cheesecake
Decided to visit this place cuz i was craving pancakes! Small place with limited seating. Service speed was very fast. We got our food items really quick.

1. RED VELVET PANCAKES:-These were regular pancakes loaded with whipped cream , chocolate drizzle and heart shaped red velvet cookies on top. Would have loved it more if the pancakes too were made up of red velvet batter. They did taste good though.

2. Exotica pizza:- small, 6 inch pizza with a nice crust. Had good amount of toppings too. Had corn, capsicum, onion and olives on top. Sauce was good as well.
I'm a big time pancake hogger and 99 pancakes is my go to brand for real good quality pancakes.
Paid a visit to the parla branch which is now opened on hanuman road.
Talking about the decor it's pretty and elegant! It has great atmosphere inside this little beautiful looking place.
They have loads of bakery and confectionery items you can buy from here but we primarily went here to have pancakes and coffee last evening.
Tried , cafe latte which was absolutely amazing and just how I like! It was served with one small Cookie which is a nice thing. Loved it !!
Had their kitkat pancake which was divine! Perfectly soft and well balanced sweetness with appropriate amount of chocolate and crushed KitKat was pure bliss and would definitely recommend to try this out!
The staff is quick when it comes to serving the food and gets your dishes prepared in no time.

I ordered for Chocolate heaven waffle & XOXO chocolate waffle, and Chocolate lovely pancakes (must try). All in all good value for time, money and energy. I definitely vouch for this place.
We visited this outlet located on hanuman road. The ambience is very cute with peppy colours of pink and blue. They had a good range of pastries in the shelf with baked breads and other birthday essentials. There is limited seating arrangement though inhouse but do have outdoor seating as well.
Started with the Nutella pastry which was cute to look at with the small Nutella plastic container and half Ferrero rocher on top. We ordered a xoxo waffle which is waffle drizzled with dark and milk chocolate sauce with crumbles and vermicelli. Also it was served hot which was delightful.
Special mentioning for the staff who were cordial and polite enough with gestures. I would surely recommend the Nutella pastry and xoxo waffle.

99 pancakes is situated around the buzzing area area of vile Parle this cafe revamps itself like a perfectly compact french cafe. What you’d see is a lovely view of the lanes and the confectionary items placed. Amazing display on the pastry. From red velvets to rochers to even biscof layers, this is well taken care of. They also have amazing variety if puffs and breads so you can choose from there.
Had their signature pancake here which was chocolate lovely- layers of dark and white chocolates with sprinkled brownie crumbs and chocolate chips as well. Absolutely well done.
Pizzas at just 120 is a deal here. Had the exotica which had cheese olives capsicum and golden corn. Well heated and a quick bite overall.
Overall - desserts have a new and fresh address. Head here because I’m surely coming back for their bakery goods.

99 Pancakes is the place where i met Pancakes for the first time 🤪 so when i saw this newly opened outlet in my vicinity i had to visit this place. This is located opp Dutt Mandir, Hanuman Road, Vile Parle.
Staff is polite and attentive. Ambience and place is cute and beautiful.They have indoor as well as outdoor seating arrangements.

Got 12 mini pancakes in this which was loaded with Nutella, Dar, Milk and White Chocolate, Brownie and caramel balls.

OMG this was really super cute pastry i have every came across. The moment i entered it just cought my attention. This super cute mini cake topped with Half ferrero rocher and miniature of Nutella jar. This was super delicious.
Highly recommended to try this Nutella Pastry.

At 99 pancakes I am going to have pancakes with side of pancake. The moment I tasted the first little pancake I felt heaven in my mouth. They are so soft, they just melt as soon as you put them in your mouth. They have got various flavours of pancakes and French pancakes,shakes, icecream, tea, coffee, etc

Holla Nutella Pancakes: Tender, freshly cooked mini pancakes sprinkled with powdered sugar & loads of nutella is a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED one here! So soooo goood!
Dutch Pastry: This was a little dry, but the ganache tasted good. Tastewise was good too.

99 Pancakes, turns out is a misnomer. They don't sell specifically 99 different varieties of pancakes on their menu, but what they lack in keeping up with the name, they deliver way above that with their pancakes! 99 Pancakes isn't the most extravagant café in Ville Parle (E) but it definitely serves the best pancakes here! I ordered the "Indulge in Chocolate" French Pancake along with a "Crazy Nutella" shake. The pancake was delightfully crispy and with chocolate in absolutely right proportions making it sneak into my list of best pancakes I have ever had. If you are a pancake lover, this place is the closest earthly substitute to "Pancake Heaven". Please, do drop in to try there food.
