I had always heard of this restaurant but had never been to until recently when I went to Irla.
It is a vegetarian place so it is great for people who prefer that and also for people like me who want there on a Tuesday.
I was craving for a tawa pulao and I had been suggested that I go there for it and so I ordered just that and a Sweet lime juice.
The tawa pulao was the best I've had in a long time and wasn't even greasy like the ones at juhu beach.
The veggies in it were so crunchy just like it should be.
I left feeling all satisfied.
Have been visiting this place with my family and friends since long. One of best pav bhaji me and my friends had. Perfect blend of taste and cooking style. Always recommend for quick service and great taste
Amazing place for good indian food
Situated in the busiest lane of alpha market on prime mall lane is pappilo.
Serves south indian snacks, chat items, sandwitches, pav bhaji north indian food and Chinese.
We called for seven jewel rice which was made in black bean sauce and was very tasty.
Delhi chaat loaded with papdi, curd, dahi vada, sweet and spicy green chutney.
Special tea which was very refreshing

It is in Irla market and near svkm colleges so good place to visit during break time or after shopping.I had medu wada sambar and pav bhaji.Both were good, the waiter did ask for providing extra sambar and chutney.The food was fresh and prices are not that high.
Had gone to this restaurant with a group of 6 people on a Friday afternoon. The place is located midst the irla market. We luckily got the seats when we reached the place on the lunch hour. It was a warm afternoon and we decided to sit in the a/c section. We started ordering food but noticed that the serving speed was slow.
Things you must order here are the pv bhaji, veg crispy(starter), Triple rice, main course(any). It was a very tasteful experience here with such delirious things to try from!

This outlet is located in Vile Parle West Irla market. This place have big outdoor space for eating and also have AC Seating. I try •Maysoor masala dosa •Hongkong Rice and •Fruit Salad the taste is very good. I am not impress with Hong kong rice.
But the dosa and salad was awesome.
The ambiance is also good and staff is pretty well in service.
Pappilon ,tried this place post shopping.Its good place with family crowd .Chaat counters and ice cream are also available but I found the chaat very costly.

Punjabi samosa:- Served two samosas hot . Filling was Delicious and crispy cover .Served with green chutney which was good and sweet chutney.
Masala dosa :- Dosa was good amount ,only thing which I didn't like was the dosa was too thin which I told them and they agreed to replace my dosa with thick dosa cover so happy with the customer service!!.Masala inside was extremely Delicious and Yummy!

Pappilon is located in Alfa(irla). It has comfortable seating area with both Ac and non Ac compartment. Tokri chat and pav bhaji is a must try if you visit this outlet. The staff is very courteous. The interiors are very decorative especially at night they are awesome.

Pappilon has been a go to place for me since I shifted to Juhu. I highly recommend their idlis, pav bhaji, neer dosa.
Not a big fan of their main course menu. But their oily veg Hakka noodles is to die for... worth a try...

Papillon is a small outlet in the heart of Irla market (Vile parle, west). Despite the fact that its just opposite Kailash Parbat a very strong competitor. . papillon has managed to make its own place and have loyal promising customers.
My favourite out here is Butter pav bhaji and Tokri chat⭐⭐⭐
I've tried Tokri chat from several places but no other place serves better than Papillon. Its like a complete meal..so heavy and filling. What makes it different from other places is that they serve a mixture of samosa, dahivada, chana, pomegranate, puri, dahi and chutneys... Making it extremely tasty and filling

Recently they started with Turkish ice cream counter and the kids love it. A foreign concept but well adapted and done by the staff out here.

Had lunch at this place recently, tried pav bhaji, tava pulav and schezwan masala dosa.
Pav bhaji was yummy but pav was too buttery.
Tava pulav was decent, had a good quantity, was served with raita.
Dosa was also good, sambhar and chutney were tasty.

Ordered a cheese pav bhaji with extra pav which was delicious and I would recommend because it was value for money. Also ordered french fries which was fried perfectly (see pic) and was served over banana leaves with tomato ketchup and chutney also ordered onion tomato uttapam which was little sour but can be enjoyed with coconut chutney and sambhar. Many shoppers come to this place because it is a very popular joint. For veg lovers it is a delightBest place for some quick bites. Little congested though.
Ice cream faloodas are good. If you like Indian way of Chinese that was available decades ago then its here. I like dahi wada here and pav bhaji.
Be it the Tokri chat with curds, pav bhaji, masala papad or pizza this place has it all.

Pappilon in Irla has been around for years & like many fast food restaurants this one also serves you fast food, Chinese, North Indian & South Indian items.
I personally prefer their fast food & South Indian dishes over North Indian & Chinese.
After shopping in Irla ( Alfa mainly ) pappilon is the perfect place to have a quick bite before moving forward.
It offers table seating which is a huge relief when shopping with family on weekends. The place is always crowded & it’s difficult to get a seat but since the service is quick, tables do empty fast. Normal wait time is 10-15 mins.
It was 6pm so we ordered chole puri, idli, rava masala, Cheese Pav Bhajji, special pav bhajji & tawa pulao & Masala Papad.
I personally prefer having medium spicy Bhajji with tawa pulao & masala Papad (rather than with pav) Love this combination.
In drinks we ordered their popular dry fruit Falooda, orange juice, water melon juice & fresh lime water (sweet).
All in all Pappilon is a good choice to try some yummy food when your around Irla / Vile Parle West.
This place serves best veg kofta and dal fry. Gives a stomach filling quantity. You order online or go at the restraunt the food is hot and fresh.
Pappilon has a total of 2 outlets the new one has been open in Mira road. They serve north Indian, Chinese, south indian and continental cuisine. the service is quick but the tables are always packed. the food is decent and the ambiance is simple. would recommend trying pav bhaji and dosa.

Been to this place for breakfast after hearing a lot from a friend of mine. The place is located on a very busy street at vile parle west right next to Alfa shopping center.
To get a car park in the lane is a task.
A descent udipi style restaurant.
We tried fried idli which was good. It was usually served with green chutney and ketchup but I tried it with sambhar and coconut chutney.
Masala Dosa - huge dosa which was not crisp as it should be. Taste of the masala was OK.
And we ended our breakfast with filter coffee.

One of the well known places for the vile Parle college crowd (read Mithibai, NM, etc..), the taste and consistency thankfully is maintained. Try their dosas, dahi puri, pav bhaji, veg cheese sandwiches. A good place for reunions or casual get together.
This place is open even late at night! We reached by 1 and very very grateful that there was still pav bhaji and tawa pulav available here. The taste was really good.

Had breakfast at pappilon today. Ordered ghee sada dosa. It was very tasty. The dosa was fresh crispy and lovely taste and small of ghee. Which I really love. The Sambhar is my favourite. The taste has not detoriated and the quality is good. Packed their famous Pav bhaji and idli Wada for home. Everything is piping hot. When in Irla or vile parle I make it point to visit them. Really very good.
The best Manchow Soup I have ever tasted. Though a hardcore non-vegetarian, I love their Vegetable Lollipop! You cannot leave this place without tasting their Falooda which is to die for. Overall, a great place with awesome food and friendly ambience.

Have visited here lots of times and have tasted a lot of food items from their menus. Located at IRLA this one is right next to SBM polytechnic and in the lane opposite Cooper hospital.
My personal favorite is the Pav Bhaji they serve. The pav bhaji is extremely good (not to forget it also has Amar juice center for competition) and has the perfect taste and flavor. Not too spicy these guys add lots of butter to the Pav Bhaji which makes it really tasty. Even the Pav that these guys serve is dripping with butter and which makes the overall stuff taste really good.
Coming to the other items the paneer Manchurian that these guys serve is also really good. And for the Indian Menu, you could try the paneer pasanda or the paneer tikka masala although the latter is a bit spicier than the former. For the Indian Bread, the butter nan was really delicious. It was nice and soft and was having generous quantities of butter atop it. Try the Tawa pulav and you will love its taste. You can ask them to make the tawa pulav on the spicier side or less spicy, the way you want but the taste is superb.
All in all this place serves some really great food and with the location where it is, you would totally love this place if you are out for shopping and whether you want to have nice full lunch or grab some quick snacks this restaurant is really great.
Didn't get the massala pav and the pizza wasn't JAIN.
