Loved the pasta!! Service was bit slow. But food was good.
Nice ambience , cozy place !!
I miss this place and I cannot wait to visit them again. The pasta we had at bogeto cafe was amazing, truly! They gave us the option of making our own pasta and we decided to make it a bit more spicy, since I like spicy food. It was truly worth trying! ❤️I like their ambience too, it's a small nice cozy cafe!

This is a quaint and a cozy cafe located very close to Matunga Station and its proximity to colleges makes it even more famous. The decor is nice, sweet and minimalistic. I abdolutely relished pizzas, garlic bread and I e teas here. The cakes and pastries here are also yummilicious and worth trying it out.
Recently visited this place. we ordered 4 cheese pizza, mojito, cheesecake and chocolate cake. Pizza could be much more better. Even the service was quite slow. Overall good place.
It’s a small cafe in the midst of all the South Indian restaurants in Matunga that serves you basic pizza’s, pastas, beverages and amazing moctails. The taste is quiet good than expected. Tried the Mac and cheese, it was amazing and quiet budget friendly for college students and can feed two. The pizzas are decent and drinks are amazing. A good hangout place for quick catchups as the place is quiet small not recommended for a large group. Service is quick too if you are a college student.
I loved the food here
Even ambience is quite good
But staff ain't that friendly
I would suggest you all to try
FRENCH FRIES
PASTA
PIZZAS (LOVED IT)
Recently I have been to The bogeto cafe which is located in Matunga east .
Following are the food dishes which I ordered
1) Penne pink pasta : with cheese and lots of veggies it's a major attraction for pasta lovers.
2) texmex pizza :
Available as a thick crust pizza
you can definitely give it a try . It's a pizza with jalepeno nachos and veggies loaded with lots of cheese inside.
3) Belgian choco shake :
Fine blend of choco chips with choco sauce and slight touch of coffee flavour.
Food Rating : 4/5
Service : 4/5
a nice place located in the heart of Matunga. They serve good desserts and some Italian food like pizzas and pasta. Had ordered a pizza here. A bit indian types but was good to taste. Service is good and hygience levels are maintained. Virgin Mojito is quite good here and worth trying. Décor is well done and you get a good feel.
Tried binging here, on a typical Monday lunch break .Have ordered Indian spicy pizza 10" which had mozzarella cheese , Tomatoes , capsicum and onions .Since it was baked in a brick oven , one can feel the smoky and crispy crust of the pizza and was simple yet delicious and complimented it with a Lemon mint cooler which I felt could have been better in both proportion and freshness ( in terms of refreshment ).

The food is good.Servicing is quick. Affordable as well. The ambience is good as well a bit dark. Staff is polite and responsible. Restaurant is well maintained! Try it out😉
I had been to the Bombay Central outlet which is permanently closed now.
Good food and ambience. Staff is friendly. Though we did not try much dishes out here but whatever we tried was tasty.
Must try the Super Duper Sizzler!😋
Overall a good place to visit anytime with anyone😊
Had the cranberry juice, and Alfredo pizza, was amazing however they take a lot of time to make the order, nice decor and place overall. Would love to try desserts next time around the place.
The food here is amazing!
We tried the arabiatta pasta and the virgin mojito which are very tasty! But the cherry on the top of that I can go on with chocolate fudge pastry! It's amazingly beautiful!
Delicious food and courteous staff. Not 100% on ambience, service a but slow.
Expected better out of pizza and more out of the coolers.
Loved, loved the dessert - wish I remembered what it was. Attached a picture to help anyway.
It's near Matunga station west.. it's veg cafe.. they do not serve non-veg..
We ate Exotic corn pizza.. worth a penny..
Love their base..
Must try Pizza lover
Cafe Bogeto is one of my favorite eateries in Matunga. It is a nice cozy cafe in the posh neighborhood. From outside, it doesn't seem much but has a nice vibe to it inside with all the fancy sounding and versatile menu items to the posh looking people that flock this place. Loved it!!
One of my favourite places
It's a small cafe in Matunga serving some amazing Italian food and desserts
Must try their : Pastas, Pizzas and Desserts

I have visited this place 2-3 times now.... It has a very cosy vibe... The place is a little small but nice... The food is good... I have tried the pizzas, nachos, pasta and ravioli here...
Although the cafe is very small, it's fancy and cozy. Mostly visited by students around. I love their food especially their pastries and cakes.
🔹Cheese Fries: I am a fan of their fries. They are crispy and goes really well with their cheese. I always have their fries first thing I visit their place!
🔹Choco Fudge: This is my favorite pastry from their menu. The chocolate literally melts in your mouth. And the quantity is good too.
🔹Penne Pasta with Pesto Cream: They give you the option of making your own pasta by selecting your preffered pasta base, sauce and any 4 toppings. We selected Penne pasta with pesto cream. The pasta was absolutely delicious. The sauce was yuuum and the pasta was cooked perfectly. Their pastas are highly recommended.
🔹Barbeque Paneer Pizza: The pizza tasted average. It looked very appealing but sadly it wasn't as tasty as it looked. The base was a little hard so after one point it became difficult to eat the pizza.
🔹Bogeto Cold Coffee: Good taste and worth it for 100 bucks.

Anyway this is a small place.

Ok so here's where the explanation is needed. The pasta, pizza are good but the desserts are not. I ended up ordering a drink and it was too costly.
Otherwise it's a good place to hangout.
Very good ambience and definitely good taste.
We tried two of their 'talk in the town' dishs
When it comes to pasta, long, tender strands of spaghetti have been the favorite. Above one incorporate spaghetti with Aglio-e-olio sauce; and then topped with black olives,broccoli,mushrooms,American corn;
And
➡Exotic bogeto pizaa;
With bell pepper, green olivis,American corn, n lots n lots of cheese
Simple yet exotic
Final word : definitely worth a try!!!
The menu is quite vast for it, being a vegetarian cafe with their delish pastry collection, though bit overpriced they make up for it with their quality catering.
Small decent cafe with simple ambiance there are about 3-4 tables which can accommodate 8-12 ppl. they have good playlist that keeps playing in the background.
Service was good but took a bit longer than expected as on our visit there were no other customer, staff is courteous and cordial.

A small cafe located in matunga is my best place to go to. Its calm and food is delicious. The cheese chilly toast are its best. Also cranberry juice is much sooting and apt in taste. Gauva juice is also available sometimes which is one of our favourite. Also tried italian pasta and cold coffee.
Nice cosy place. Serves hygienic food. However it's small. Had to wait for 25 mins to get a table. Worth the wait! 😁
Tried their KitKat pastry... amazing! And cottage cheese with veggies... Good quantity!
Well, the special lavender ginger terrain is to die for. Ask for it, you might be lucky the next time you visit.
Also do not leave before you try the jalapeno poppers.
Great food, best people.
One of the best lasagne so far, must try this atleast once because you gonna fall in love with this dish and not only food but the ambience of this place is also good

It's really awsum.....since I love Italian food. The white sauce pasta was too tasty... Bruschettas was too good....blue berry cheese cake was yummy too....
Went in with my friends to grab a pastry for the craving of sweet. It's a decent cafe with good quality food. Would love to try out more stuff as it's right opposite my college.
This cafe is nearby my college so i just went there out of dessert cravings..I had Dutch truffle and it was too yumm..They do have salads, pastas, other desserts..I am gonna try em all soon. But for time being , a 4 is sure to go.. :P
A tiny dessert and snacks outlet in Matunga east close to the Matunga station and next to all the major colleges in that region. Very nice food, little on the expensive side but has air conditioning inside it. So if you're feeling hot in Matunga (which is very rare) do go this place a try out!
A small cafe 4 tables and 8-12 chairs. Their ambience is good and simple. The playlists they play are cool and silent songs. I had my brunch at this outlet.
Texmex Pizza-- A simple pizza consist of tomatoes, onions and green jalapeños.
Quesadilla- A soft bread in a triangular shape stuffed with onions, capsicum, and cabbage with yellow cheddar accompanied with beans sauce was sweet and yummy. Had a different dish but the taste was upto the price. Just liked it.
Nutella Almond Pastry--Beautiful pastry with lots of almond had an amazing taste.
Today we tried 4 cheese pizza🍕.
Taste was simply good. It was Soo Damm cheesy.

Service is quick and ambience is good.
Food is above average, definitely a great place for vegetarians.
The place is frequented by college students and can get a bit noisy.
Everything about this Cafe is nice.. we visited here twice..The freakshake looked quite appealing.. the amount of veggies in nachos was more.. but everything else was perfect. Affordable prices too. Go have a visit.
Was planning on visiting this place since long , finally got the chance !
The cafe is quite small and their seating arrangements feel clustered, however the manager made sure we got a nice table and was courteous .
The menu is quite vast for it being a vegetarian cafe and everyone will have something to savour here.
We settled on ordering the nachos and the pasta ( pesto cream sauce )
1. Nachos with salsa and cheese
Even though it looked appetising and it was full of cheese and capsicum , i feel the nachos were not crunchy enough . Also the quantity was quite less
2. Pasta with pesto cream
I was reluctant about trying pesto cream sauce , but they totally proved me wrong ! Well made with all the flavours bursting through , also you get to choose your toppings ( which in my case olives , mushrooms and sundried tomatoes ) . I relished this one !❤️
It sumed up to about 600₹ for two which is quite decent , however the nachos were a let down .
I would love to try their desserts on the next visit
Vegetarian people would surely love this due to the plethora of options available, however make sure you book a table as the waiting here takes quite some time .
I have ordered multiple times from the bogeto cafe (matunga) . I love the pastas and especially veg paprika rice . The staff is friendly , courteous ,efficient and well dressed . The restaurant is well maintained. Especially when I have ordered for takeaways , I have always had my parcel ready . No waiting time. The milkshakes are awesome . My personal favorite is the chocolate fudge cake . This is my weekend saviour when don't wish to cook food . A quiet and a great place to hang out with some delicious food.
Pizza Hut doesn't have Wadala or Matunga in its address book so opted for this place. Not exactly same as PH but it is a new place I came across and decided to try it.
Delivered on time after enquiring location.
Texmex veggie 8 inch - 3/5
Although thin crust, base was tough.
Spagetti Pasta - 4/5
Good amount. Tasted good.
Ceaser Salad - 3/5
Just ok.
Nachos with Salsa and Cheese dip - 2/5
Salsa is good. Nachos are not nachos. Tasted like theplas. Cheese is waste.
Blueberry Cheesecake - 3/5
Too small even for the packing. Just ok.
Delivery Charge - Rs.30/-
Pizza was at an angle.
The food is here is quite good. Great pizza, great pasta, you will feel good after having food here. Its quite expensive but, great food comes at a cost. The Bogeto Café
Small cafe always attract us..they have this charm of hidden liveliness..they are most apt for a get together, a good read or for just fulfilling me time..one of the similar small cafe in streets of Matunga is...The Bogeto Cafe..
We tried cheese balls which were soft and yummy and what not we can say about chef recommended Mexican chilly..it was amazing and full of flavours..we are sure u missed a lot if u haven't tried it.
Ambience is nice which gives a pleasure in talking with friends
This is my favorite place to hangout when I come to matunga..2 mins walking distance from matunga station..a bit small place but decent enough..if u r here for some quick bites then this place is perfect...Peri Peri french fries r not the same here how u eat somewhere else..they r actually different & yummy..I tried corn cheese balls first time yesterday & it was good..I have tried margarita pizza long time back.. honestly crust can be improved a bit..& the last dish of pastry was just wow..it's must try pastry 'Choco KitKat'
Service is pretty good too

I have tasted the pasta over here. And its one of the best you can ever have in Mumbai. Give this cafe a visit if you are near Matunga Station.
One of the best places near Matunga station. Simple cafe, great ambience and quick service. Serves good quality of food and would love to go again definitely!
Food is good but strangely they don't have a wash basin!
This is the least that they could have as a customer would ideally wash hands before and after eating.
May not visit again just because of this simple yet important reason as it relates to basic hygiene.
The food here is good (3.5/5)
Service is just fine, can get faster (3/5)
The desserts are a must try (4.5/5)
Value for money.
MUST TRY - All pastries, specially chocolate gooey.
Pastas, pizzas and fries are good too.
A tiny and cozy little cafe tucked inside the streets of matunga.. which is dominated by restaurants mainly offering south indian food..situated right opposite to Welingkar College is @thebogetocafe
This cafe offers decent pizza and pastas and not to forget their yummy pastries.
**They have make your own pizza and pasta options and i personally loved their variety of toppings which included black and green olives, zucchini, cherry and sundried tomatoes, broccoli, baby corn, american corn, bell peppers, cottage cheese etc.!!
Good quality of food and service, however some might find the portion size a little small!
Give it a shot if you are tired of having the regular south indian cuisine and wana have some italian cuisine around matunga!
Cost for two: 800/-
PS: They have recently opened at mumbai central as well... with a more elaborate menu and a separate jain menu!!!
A small cute cafe located in the vicinty of colleges in Matunga ! Prices are reasonable and food tastes good. A bit more variety in the menu will be appreciated since they have only starters, pizzas & pastas to offer! The desserts are yummy!

This is a tiny little cafe in matunga, right opposite to Welingkar College. This little place has a limited menu of mostly pastas and pizzas, but the taste of all the dishes is surely worth trying. We tried the veg lasagne and it was great to taste. The pastries here are also a must try!
Absolutely nailed the cottage cheese curls (not on the latest menu though). which was a delicious combination of soft cottage cheese and crispy spinach!
Good, creamy tiramisu too, with just the right proportion of coffee to add to the zing!
Their lime mint cooler is one of the best lemon soda drink I've had so far; the perfect combination of lime juice, carbonated water and mint!!
Best Place to relax and celebrate your occasion
I fins this place romantic.
Ambience is pretty much good and the way they treat us is feels like some luxurious , very kind and perfect
And food quality is also amazing and delicious , unique
It's a great cozy place to chill with your friends where you can chat endlessly and also give your taste buds a great time. Our favs being thin crust pizza and cold coffee and since all their desserts are yum it's really hard to pick just one. Highly recommended.
Friendly staff relaxing ambience and good food
We ordered
Cranberry juice: 4/5
very refreshing
Alfredo cheese pizza: 3/5
It taste good when it's hot... But on bland side
Nutella almond cake: 5/5
Best dish must try...the crunch of almond takes it to another level
Cozy place for Italian food. Food taste is very nice, and has a feel of homemade food. The portion size is also well managed and you can easily share dish between two people.
The place is little bit expensive, but the food is worth spending that extra money.
Its a small cafe with 3 sets of 4 seated tables. They also serve deserts. Its a low light restaurant i.e. it has a yellowish theme.
The food is nice. Best for Sunday brunch. If you have a full fledged dinner then this is not for your dinner as it has only pastas, pizzas, and other similar cuisine
Potato wedges and chocolate pastries are a must try from this place!
Very good ambience and definitely good taste.
We tried two of their 'talk in the town' dishs

Final word : definitely worth a try!!!
Nice cozy cafe close to Welinkgar Institute of Management and Poddar College. They have sandwiches, pizza and pasta.. Had two types of pastas, funghi and Anglio e Olio, on two occasions. Both were nice. Also has regular chai and mocktails. Staff is unobtrusive but responsive. Quick Service.
“Change is the only constant in life” – this is a quote which probably is one of the top 5 quotes which are used quite commonly. We all yearn for a change in our day to day life; be it clothes, food, work or even daily routine. Repetitiveness equates us to machines & not to humans.
Matunga East is one such locality which was getting saturated & boring to a point of frustration; what else would you say to a locality where 95% of its restaurants serve only type of cuisine or the menu cards of which are dominated by one cuisine – South Indian. The locality was screaming its lungs out for a change or an addition.
The addition presented itself in the form of The Bogeto Café [TBC], a bright & lively spot on the otherwise dark locality. The Café is the brain child of Chef Shashank Shetty who has graduated from the Cesar Ritz Culinary Arts Academy, Switzerland and has a carved a name for himself as Pastry Chef of repute.
The interiors are bright and well-lit. The interior walls are painted white which refract the lighting and hence place looks bright as the sun goes down. The furniture is wooden with rustic & dated finish.
We ordered for the following:
AMERICAN CORN CHEESE BALLS [INR 180]
Nothing can possibly go wrong with this starter. Nicely crusted and fried balls were served with an in-house tomato salsa which was slightly sour & spicy.
RECOMMENDED
HOMEMADE LEMONADE [INR 60]
A tall glass of lemonade, ought to be been a bit more tangy.
CREATE YOUR OWN PIZZA [INR 289]
We opted for an Italian thin crust 10 inch pizza base with a topping of Broccoli, Cherry Tomatoes, Onions and Black Olives. The Broccoli & cherry tomatoes were layered nicely on each of the slices and baked to perfection.
RECOMMENDED
ARABIATTA PASTA [INR 245]
Fusilli Pasta cooked in a tangy tomato sauce. We opted for sun dried tomatoes, green olives, bell peppers and broccoli as toppings. The sauce was nice in terms of tanginess but ought to have been slightly spicy.
RECOMMENDED
CHOCO FUDGE PASTRY [INR 90]
Now coming to part this Café is famous for, Desserts. We were almost full and had place for only 1 dessert hence we went by the recommendation of the server & ordered the Choc Fudge Pastry.
I don’t go oo-la-la when I see chocolates or anything made from chocolates but I am not even allergic to them but dark chocolate make me go weak in my knees.
This piece of pastry blew me off with the first bite. The gooey and fudgy chocolate was oozing out from any & every possible space available even before the spoon had touched the base of the pastry.
RECOMMENDED
The price factor is also quite affordable; my total bill came to Rs.864 without levies & taxes for 2 persons.
To summarise, TBC has been whole heartedly accepted as the much wanted change in the locality. This is evident from the crowds which throng the place, being in close proximity to 3 colleges is an added advantage. The food served in top class and the desserts are the icing on the cake.
A repeat visit is on the cards!

Can be used as a round table banquet place for close family or friends group .
A small and cute cafe in bogeto, they were quite supportive to gibe us the entire space for an art party... Their pizzas and garlic were good !
