Place & Specialties:
The Name Persian Darbar itself reciprocates the Mughal Dynasty and the legacy of Mughlas Cuisine.. They Mainly Serve Mughalai Cuisine, along with North Indian and Chinese. But their USP is Mutton Raan Biryani which got them a title of “Raan King of Mumbai”.
Food Quality & Quantity
The Mutton Raan Biryani:
Beautifully cooked & well marinated leg piece of Lamb i.e. Raan was in middle placed over biryani rice & masala with aesthetically placed boiled eggs, fried onions, cucumbers & tomatoes around.. Presentation increased my curiosity for taste & on 1st bite of meat along with rice words came out from my full mouth “Mashaallah”.. It was such an indulgent experience.. I have tried so many biryanis in Mumbai but this Raan Biryani has definitely set higher standard above all in terms of presentation & taste.. Food Quality is just mind-blowing & quantity is also huge.. With kebabs for starters and this biryani for mains can be complete meal for 4 people..

if you'r a non veg lover then this is the restaurant for you.the restaurant is famous for it's chicken kepsa,raan biryani, muttons etc. the chicken was very mouth watering and naan roti was also very good. the outlet was very spacious and seating arrangement was good. the service of the hotel was also good. overall it was a good experience in this resaturant.

It is served in tawa with sliced tomatoes. Rich red gravy with lot of veggies. Well cooked and flavourful gravy.
Lacha paratha was huge, consider this equal to two rotis. Loved the layers such perfection.

✳️Gulab jamun
This is my all time favorite dessert. Mind you quite sensitive regarding this. This was the best Gulab jamun I have ever had till date.
Freshly made gulab jamun just melted in the mouth. Gulab jamun soaked in sugar syrup still drooling on this one.

✳️The food is uniquely presented and the portions generous. The food was much on time with quick service and definitely worth a experience, especially with family.
✳️The service staff, in professional attire, with best of their service. They have home delivery service and valet parking facility too. It is open till mid-night, which is a plus point.

Ohh bhai sahab....mind blowing food they serve. I used to go there, I am satisfied with every dish of this restaurant. I ordered mutton biryani , chicken crispy ,chicken lollypops. Everything was on top level in taste. All the restaurant workers are so polite and well behaved. I am really very much satisfied and well maintain sitting arrangement for family and friends. Restaurant is designed like a Darbar it feels like a Darbar while having a food.

To have nawabi feel u do need to visit the place like this. This is near to kurla station. The place has the whole nawabi ambience and u feel the same. I had chicken spring roll, veg hariyali and paneer afgani.
Also had mango and lichi mocktails.
In main course had pershian darbar special veg biryani.
Later to end meal ordered special delight dessert.
The food was too tasty and with pleasant ambience.
These place is full of amazing non vegetarian cuisine and vegetarian dishes are also good but the sepcial Persian chicken biryani holds a special place in the heart 😍😍😘😘....The taste and quantity both are amazing....❤️❤️...Persian delight special dessert is also lip smacking...Loads of love to this😋😋
The chicken kabsa is a must try. It's cooked in a delicious chicken gravy. Sufficient chicken pieces for the price. A group of four to five people can sufficiently feast on a kabsa . The chicken pieces were succulent and fresh. The gravy was tasty.

But when it comes to veg we were disappointed with veg food
Panner tikka was served fresh but when it comes to taste it was not upto the mark
So if you are foody with non veg mut try this place i would recommend its not as good as for Non vegetarian for all the vegetarians

Visited the place with one of my friends to try the biryani. The ambiance is decent. Service is also good. Chicken biryani was cooked perfectly. The aroma was mesmerizing. Loved the biryani.

One of my favourite place. Persian Darbar perfect name. The ambience is according to its name royal. Food here are bit expensive but worth it. Must say.
I tried this DIL KHUSH PLATTER.
It costed me 1000/-
But a lot of quantity and deliciously cooked chicken. This dish was sooo much finger Licking and one of my favourite dish.

The place is very famous for it biryani and non veg items. The management is great and table are well arranged. The food is delicious. It is freshly served and delivered.
Persian Darbar it’s very convenient to be located from BKC as well as from Kurla West it is right below kanika zillon building which is landmark in kurla area. Personally I have liked Paneer tikka biryani and Persian Darbar Special veg biryani. The ambience was good and service has been fast so definitely a must visit.

One of the best place to visit with family and friends. It has best ambience among it's other outlet. Too busy in night for dinner had to wait for at least 30 minutes but it will make you more craving for it's delicious food. Royal ambience with round moving tables for big familes.
I had
1. Chicken Banjara tikka masala, the gravy was awesome of light red brown color. Very good to have with roti
2. Murgh Zaffran tikka, it was the best gravy I ever had in my life. The color was of zaffrans Wich make it look more delicious . Chicken was very sweet and soft ,it gets melt when get into mouth
3. Chicken laziz, not that good in comparison of two above but tasty enough. It comes in bone less and the chicken is very soft.
4. Chicken chilly kebsa rice ,my favorite kebsa rice in Persian darbar. It has little gravy with red color rice but it don't come in boneless chicken 😓 . Then too it's the best kebsa rice to have
5. Butter tandoori roti , very crispy dipped in butter and Served hot
Overall you will had great experience of amazing ❤️ food and you will definitely visit again with your family and friends. Staff service is quite fast but gets slow in peak hours due to too much crowd coming especially for it's ambience and tasty food.
i like the food but the problem is with the quantity.. We ordered chicken triple rice but the quantity was too less and the price was also high..
I've recently visited Persian Darbar in Kurla. The ambience is amazing. The interiors are beautiful. The seating arrangements are also really good. Coming to the food, it was great in terms of representation and taste as well.
The food was delicious and amazing quantity We ordered a chicken biryani and a chicken pahadi for starters, the starter was mouth watering but as per the cost it was less on the plate. While the biryani is all hearts the quantity and quality top notch. The ambience is royal inside and the sitting areas are spacious. The dessert we ordered was a custard and a bowl of gulab jamun and it was worth.
Of all it's branches the one in kurla is bigger and better.

Persian Darbar is known for its non vegetarian food. Have visited Byculla and Marol outlet few times so I am familiar with the food they serve. They have tried to do a lot with their interiors, probably wanting to make it look the best of the lot they have.
It is pretty big outlet and becomes very noisy specially during the weekends. The service standards leaves a lot to be desired. You expect a basic quality of food from the outlet as they are known for it and they do serve decent stuff. Hygiene standards can be improved.
I visited here with my friends. Great place to go out with family and friends. Beautiful decor and good ambience. They have nice sitting arrangement. Food quality and quantity is amazing. The service was quick and friendly. Overall the place and food was very good. Will visit soon.

As I live in Sion, I was more than happy to know that Persian Darbar has opened one of their restaurants in Kurla, a place very nearby than going all the way to Byculla. When you talk about Persian Darbar, you talk about Kepsa Or Kabsa rice first than anything else and that is what we have ordered most of the times. We ordered the Chicken Kabsa rice and Dal khichdi and I have to say the former lived up to its Byculla Kabsa expectations completely, Sprinkled with fried onions, it looked equally beautiful as it tasted. Although the restaurant's uniqueness lies in its interior works which are super amazing and one of the best in town, absolutely mesmerizing. Love the place, 5 full stars.

The place is delight for mughlai food lovers. They serve every dish in huge quantity which will easily serve for 4-5 ppl. Their Murgh lebani tikka, Chicken biryani, dragon chicken and in desserts - caramel custard, malai kulfi are worth the try. The interior is also colorful and comfy.
Persian darbar is located at kurla,besides kankia tower ,so its pretty easy to find the place.
As you enter the restraunt the ambience is surprisingly excellent.
There are two private cabins as well.
Though they are a bit expensive as compared to normal sitting, but belive me it is worth every penny spent.
Now talking about the food.
I had been here with my family and we ordered soup tabak mash , mutton raan biryaani , prawns.
Food was extremely delicious and mouth watering.
The restraunt have maintained a high level of hygiene and food quality.
Apart from food ,the staffs are really humble.
If you are visiting mumbai and want to spend some quality time with some mouth squashing food ,you must visit this place.
An ideal place for family gatherings.
We have provided 2.8 kg mutton raan for raan pulav for takeaway service. Mr. Inam was very helpful and provided better service. He had made raan pulav with so much cashewnuts. And it was pleasant experience to have it and totally worth the rating 5/5.

Just one word...royal experience..the interiors are just WOW... And above that the SERVICE.. the staff is very warm, friendly and welcoming.. they make us feel like home..we ordered Chicken crispy which was really crispy, Chicken Oriental had Oriental n heaven feeling and Chicken Wooly was tangy...n believe me all were just awesome in quality and quantity...and they consist of great and exotic vegetables..we followed it up with half Chicken chilly kabsa rice which is spicy and huge quantity...consists of big chicken pieces, boiled eggs, vegetables and sauce..just one word superb .. then chicken Singapore rice was excellent too.. just have an awesome experience.. just one advice - do reserve table before going..

Intricately designed with beautiful ethnic finished tiles inspired by the Mughal designs with coloured mirror artwork at the door 😍
This one is so far the best designed Persian Darbar I have visited among all the others !
Coming to the food part -
For starters- Crispy chicken : Crunchy fried chicken well tossed in sauces with light caremelised onions tasting sweet and spicy simultaneously!
Fish koliwada- Rawas fished fried with koliwada- masala served with green chutney and Chat masala on top.
Prawns koliwada- was almost fried in the same masala as the fish however I am not a fan of prawns koliwada of this place .
Maincourse consisted chicken Singapore fried rice which was not a wow Factor here , however not a bad one as well
And the favourite chicken chilli kebsa rice was a must which had tandoori chicken pieces tossed in chicken chilli served with rice tasting very authentic and great!
Overall a very good experience and a must for family outings.

This would be my third outlet of Persian Darbar. I have visited Byculla’s, Bandra’s; this was the best outlet amongst. The ambience is just wow😯! Fascinating Shamiana’s, Decor, Lights, Table, Chairs, everything is just so perfect👌🏻! You can literally feel the Shahi Darbar essence once you enter inside. Coming to the food part, we ordered number of things and the dishes did justice to the taste and ambience too😉. Starters were soft, moist, tender and mouth melting yummy🤤. We ordered 2 gravies lahori chicken and jalandari;out of which jalandari chicken was the best one. The last but not the least a dish which is famous over all the Persian Darbar’s outlets 😌 Chilli Chicken Kabsa Rice😋! Do visit, highly recommended and order whatever you like you won’t regret for the quantity or quality or taste😋🤤

This this been running since ages and personally my favourite Mughlai restaurant.
The Ambiance is very good with authentic couch seating. The seating is quite
comfortable.
Service is one of the main factor you should be visiting Atleast once. The staff is too polite.
And again coming on the taste they have verities of dishes and being a mughlai restaurant the Kabsa chicken rice is one of the best dishes of Persian. Biryani and starters are also good overall I like all the dishes from here.
The price range is too high but the taste is worth the money.

Everything was good but only strawberry milkshake was not nice it was like milk and water I m drinking. I wood not recommend strawberry milkshake to anybody. But food was good

I loved the biryani, but the masala was too much, In biryani the masala should not be too much that you leave the rice on side , it should be perfectly balanced I would say.
Definitely a must visit for their ambience and their biriyani , It's really good and it definitely lives up to the hype , I had tried out their chicken dum biriyani and special chicken tikka and it was absolutely delicious and one thing I loved alot was the raitha as it was quite authentic and different from the usual , If you're a biriyani lover then persian durbar is a must visit when you're at Mumbai.
