Brain Freeze Ice-cream & Desserts is one of my favorite dessert places in Mumbai. They serve amazing Waffles, Sundaes, Icecreams, Popsicles & few other unique creations. They are very innovative with some of their creations such as the Cool Cup Cakes. They let you customize desserts as per your preference too. They are also on Zomato Gold, so that was an additional benefit.

First Waffle I tried here was their creation called Brighter Than Blue Waffle which is a combination of Bright Blue Cookie Icecream & Chocolate pieces served over a Dark Chocolate Waffle along with Chocolate Sauce poured over it. The Ice cream is really delicious and the combination of Sweet Icecream and Dark Chocolate Waffle & Dark Chocolate pieces creates an amazing balance and it is a recipe to win your heart. Second Waffle I tried here was called Make A Long Story Short which was a combination of Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream placed over a Chocolate Waffle which is filled with Milk Chocolate Paste. This Waffle was super filling due to the Chocolate paste and the Ice cream tasted heavenly. With such amazing combinations done by them, I would definitely stay away from customization. I absolutely had a dessertful night here and will surely return soon to try more things from their menu.

Brain freeze is a pocket-friendly dessert parlor located in Borivali West. Visited this place before lockdown quite multiple times. Cordial staff with good ambience though in limited place. Being a dessert lover who loves chocolate in any form, hence all orders are related specifically with chocolate flavor though.
They offer variety of ice-cream flavours, freakshakes in quirky names and menu list goes on.
Although my all-time favourite is Chocolate Hot seat.

They have some amazing bars and varied flavours of Ice cream that freeze your mind and you will get confused what to eat and what not.
I had two ice cream bars in which I got to choose for each and as per your customisation they will put toppings on it.
1- Rock chocolate
2- Pop rocher
Very pocket friendly. Would recommend you to try Chocolate bars. They are giving customisation in your ice cream 😍 so what else you want!

The thing that pulled me towards th brain freeze was the much talked about "buzz my bar" which I found pretty unique in my vicinity.
Brain freeze offers its customer the privilege of customizing their very own ice-cream buzz bar.
You get to choose from 5 variants of ice-cream bar after which the ice-cream is dipped into any one of the pool of ice-cream sauce like Belgium chocolate, white chocolate, hazelnut and Nutella.
The final step is adding 3 different toppings on the bar from loads of variants of your choice which makes it look very attractive.
We had
- rock chocolate dipped in Belgium chocolate with various toppings
-rock chocolate dipped in white chocolate with different sprinklers
In all a well spent time with quality dessert.

It is good place to have waffle and ice-creams. The one i had here was Chocolate waffle. Which was too good in taste. And i will again visit here to try their matcha green tea waffle. That is something different i haven't seen anywhere.

I have visited this place a number of times now. This store is 10 minutes away from borivali Station West. The ambience of the place is quite good. It is well lit and can accommodate 6-8 people at a time.
The staff is very polite.

• Red Velvet Waffle with Very Vanilla Ice-cream.

I ordered 2 desserts (Sundae's) from here. I felt the quantity was less for the money I paid, but the taste was good enough. The delivery was quick as well.
They have Zomato Gold on delivery as well. I feel this is a plus point.

We visited the Borivali outlet of brain freeze. They have a unique ice cream popsicle where you have to choose the base, the dip the toppings and the drizzle. Reasonably priced, and the Zomato gold makes it pocket friendly.

This place is even more busy at night. Run by a family, they make sure every customer is treated like one. Good people working here! this place was introduced by my friend to me.
The interior is well done. Limited place to sit but non the less. The quality of ice creams is very good. A lot of options to choose from. A LOT.
We had 1 Indian Pulpy Mango Scoop and 1 Classic Vanilla Bar. As you can see how decorated the Vanilla bar is.
The toppings are of your choice , as many as you want.
Payment wise.. They accept cash and card And a few wallets I think.
Now... Parking.. over here is a bit of a challenge as it is in the corner of a by-lane. Bikes can manage parking but cars will have to find a place near by during the day. Night is fine as most of the shops are shut around.

Brain freeze has fun concept of creating your own bar. Have tried the vanilla, coffee as well as the rock bar at different times and loved them all. We also tried the waffle with ice cream which was tasty as well. The place is decently sized for an ice cream parlour and they have various flavours from A to Z. Been here twice and had some of the best waffles ever which actually melt in your mouth, just as they claim. I've had the dark chocolate waffle with cookies and cream ice cream (which happens to be blue) along with chocolate sauce and also have also tried the plain waffle with chocolate sauce.
There are also a wide variety of waffles, toppings, sprinkles and sauces which you can mix and match or choose from their off menu presets. Yet to try the ice creams but you should definitely give it a try if you want great waffles at a fair price.

Awesome food, great value for money but a really, really slow service. We literally had to wait an hour for them to serve the food. It is difficult to imagine the state on weekends. Therefore, more staff is definitely needed in this branch of Brain Freeze. It has quite a variety of ice creams and desserts. Worth a shot!

It's a unique take on freak shakes by Brainfreeze and it's safe to say we were amazed! The shake is filled in a jar coated with multiple layers of toppings. An alternate layer of whipped cream and delicious chocolate chip cookies works so well. The waffle sticks just adds to the overall presentation. One sip will take you back to all the memories of sipping a 'Malai Gola' on Juhu beach!

Its quite spacious. You can seat into groups also as well as couples also. Even you can seat out of the shop too.
Entire staff was customer friendly. That's the plus point.
