The Loyalty Lounge in Mumbai international airport is small but excellent in terms of food selection and quality. In the evening, it serves whisky, rum, beer and vodka.etc…
Most international flights departures in the evening, which is a highly busy period.
Overall, the experience was excellent, and the staff members are amiable and very helpful.
It was nice spending some time in this lounge.
There was hardly any waiting time (we visited around noon time). There were plenty of options to choose for food, and whatever we tried was pretty good. Service too was courteous.
I recently visited a loyalty lounge in the airport during my layover and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The lounge was spacious, well-lit and had plenty of seating options to choose from. The decor was modern and inviting, with a mix of comfortable armchairs and tables, and sleek bar seating overlooking the tarmac.
One of the standout features of this lounge was the food and beverage offerings.
There was a self-serve buffet with a selection of hot and cold dishes, as well as a bar area with complimentary beer, wine, and spirits. The staff were friendly and attentive, and regularly restocked the food and drinks to ensure all guests had access to fresh items.
but main thing is i didn't have credit or debit card for lounge access i had to pay 3000 to go inside which was much more expensive than other lounges.
I will give 4* for my experience.
It was a pleasant surprise to enter this lounge..after the long wait at the other bigger looking lounge which we frequently visit. Today lalit was on night shift..but puja managed to help the rush..khushbu tried hard but network issues still plague this entry.
Ambience was a little tardy...live counter had to be asked then the sada dosa was made chutney was missing but attendants were unaware. Chai was almost full in the under plate and glass was touching the wasted tea...did bringthistotheattentionof supervisorBhagyashree..overall this lounge has a great view. Biggest plus point.
Loyalty lounge of adani too handled well by MOIN and staff always smiling and great you attitude.
Very peaceful..less crowded and same spread...happy my hubby prompted me to visit. Will henceforth go to Loyalty..
A good lounge option at Mumbai Airport. The only drawback is this lounge accepts almost every card - visa, Mastercard, Amex, axis bank, priority card, lounge key, sbi, hdfc, etc. due to which this lounge is always full. But the lounge does have good option for food, drinks and quite comfortable seats if you find few.

Not sure why there are so much negative comments about the lounge. The lounge is pretty good with both veg and non-veg food. The quality of the food is good as well plus there wasn't rush when we were in the lounge.
My experience was good, i checked in around 10pm, it was crowded but i got table within 5 minutes by the time i filled my dish, food was good and less spices used, so no acidity or bloating even after over eating, choices of wishky, vodka was on table, and tried red and white wine and beer from bar counter, staff were polite and welcoming for me, got access using icici wealth master debit card, bit confusing to find the lounge, best option is to ask security staff right after passing immigration check point.
Good lounge but very crowded and they don't give variety in food also no support from staff . Don't expect much from them. If u have time and need to rest then you can definitely go but there is no guarantee that you will get place to sit and enjoy food 😉
