With the agenda being a brief meet up rather than a full fledged meal, we browsed for a restaurant based on the starters served than the entire menu, and zeroed in on Sizzling China. We arrived at a small but cozy outlet, and after being seated we asked our attendant for suggestions. As per our likes, he recommended we start with Spicy Crab Meat Soup and Black Pepper Prawns. The soup turned up first, viscous with plenty of crab meat, creating a very good first impression. Prawns are my favourite seafood, and I've always had a soft spot for the black pepper preparation. This one was upto my high expectations, lovely texture and thick sauce making for delightful morsels. Up next were Fish Chilly Basil and Chicken Tai Pai, and neither disappointed. I particularly loved the chicken, for me the best dish of the night. The meat was cooked to perfection with a zing, a must have for those like their spices. The final two starters were Red Pepper Dry Prawns and Crispy Honey Chilli Chicken. The prawns had plenty of red sauce, so weren't dry as the name implied. It was the spiciest dish of our meal, and the prawns were again upto the mark. The chicken was average, being too stiff, while the crust lacked the adequate crispiness. With our tongues ablaze after the multiple spicy dishes, we opted for a dessert to round off our meeting, Sizzling Brownie with Ice Cream, another winner. The chocolate, the brownie, the ice cream, all of it was spot on making it one of the nicest Sizzling Brownies I've had till date. To sum up then, Sizzling China ticks all boxes. Excellent food, high quality as well as generous quantity. The service was quick, the staff was attentive and courteous. Prices are not too high, making it great value for money. I'm sure to drop in again to explore more of the menu, hopefully it'll be as good an experience as this one.

Well was lucky enough to get in as it was post 11 pm on a Monday night
Well I started off with chicken lemon coriander soup which was really good
The waiter suggested to try the sizzling prawns
Though the size of of prawns was good
But the prawns were not fresh
I really liked the veg fried rice and their black bean gravy chicken
the sezhuan sauce also was good to have on the side and really tasted well with the plain veg fried rice
Loved the dragon rolls and the Korean Rice here , the staff is friendly and so is the manager., One scope of improvement is the portion size and taste wise they are pretty decent too
Looking for some great Chinese food with minimal rates then this is the place you've been looking for. We had Mongolian chicken, noodles and fried rice and the taste was great. This place is worth a try

One of the restaurants where you can have Chinese at a decent price tag. Starting from soup to starters to even chicken fried rice, their quality was good. I specially liked their manchow soup as it was perfect. If you're around Phoenix, this place is a good bet!
Amazing Chinese and value for money. The staff is polite too. I tried apple chicken and burnt garlic chicken for appetizers and nankien rice for main course. Enjoyed and relished all that was served on my table. Definitely recommend this place for all Chinese lovers.

If you are hungry after shopping in Phoenix mills, and in the mood to eat Chinese, this is really the best bet. The ambience is nice, the staff is courteous and the food is amazing. The best thing they serve is the Schezwan chutney, and trust me, it's the best you could ever have had. The quantity of food is ample for two/three people. We had a chicken starter which was a recommendation and it was tasty. The chicken was tender and flavourful. For the main course, we ordered a rice based dish (I can't recollect the name) and that was delissshh!

Sizzling China never disappoints me when it comes to food. I have been fan of Sizzling China's Colaba outlet. This time I tried Lower Parel and to my surprise this outlet is equally amazing. Quality of food is soo good with such a great ambience. Surprise package for me was the Peach Ice Tea (must try). Visit with your family and friends if you wanna spend great evening. They are coming up with one more outlet at Andheri. Waiting for it.

Have been a huge fan of this restaurant lately.. If you are looking out for some delicious Chinese.. Then this one has to be on your list topping the charts. Being a non Chinese food lover to absolutely loving Chinese is what the restaurant has done to me. Everything right from the starters to the desserts every single thing is lip smacking and drool worthy. Must try the chicken apple, kung pao prawns, sizzling prawns, burnt chilli rice and their sizzling Brownie.. Any dish you order and I am sure you won't be disappointed. I visit this restaurant almost every alternate week!!
Yummy food and courteous staff.... Should get more than 5 stars... Their delivery too is amazing and on time. Any item you pick in non veg is always delicious and served hot.. The portions are also good and can be had by at least 3 people. My favorite food joint when it comes to Chinese or Thai. ☺

After having fun at Smaaash!!!, we found a great restaurant through zomato to try out Chinese Cuisine.
This restaurant serves only Chinese and is best in its cuisine. This place has been favorite to most of Chinese cuisine lovers who i know about. Its always crowded all night long and one has to book a reservation if you would like to avoid long queues. We ordered chicken pot rice, dragon chicken and veg burnt garlic noodles.

This place has become one of my favourites restaurants serving Chinese delicacies. Tried this place out with my group on a late Thursday night. Though it was 11p, the place was quite packed and we had to wait for approximately Hall an hour to get seated in our table. We decided to place our order on hand only so that we dint have to wait after getting our table. ya As my friend had already been there, he only selected dishes for us according. The dishes were Dragon Chicken, Veg Burnt Garlic Noodles and a Chicken Pot Rice. The dishes were flavoursome as we had expected. They were served hot and in the ingredient went quite well with the dishes. Though the portions were quite decent, we decided to order a dish of Chicken Pot Rice again. The staff of the place was quite friendly and the service was also prompt. Will come here again definitely to try other menu items.

Sizzling China is value for money place. We frequently used to our from this place... Few days back took an opportunity to visit it..
Cost wise it would cost you without sweet around 300 per person.
Our staple food at this place is:
- chicken chilly Basil: if you are visiting this place then must try
- Thai green curry: I never liked Thai curry until I tried here. This is also a must try
- chicken Chiang mai: this is red sauce based chicken starter. We loved it too.
@Portion size: The food is more than enough for two average eater (lf u are not planning to take soup.). If you order it with soup then please be ready to carry some leftover back home.

I happened to visit this place with average expectation. But the food really surprised me. Firstly I would appreciate the staff along with their efforts. They are so determined ! I ordered for crispy fried chicken wontons. Loved the crispness and the sweet and sour sauce along with the wontons. For more starters I ordered for chicken teriyaki and chicken burnt chilly. Loved both the flavours. It was served hot and sizzling. I had no place for the main course but will surely try it out the next time. Good place for Indian Chinese. The ambiance is good too exception - the noise made by people who stand and talk loudly outside the restaurant. One more suggestion - besides the tissues, there should also be napkins as they were major missing.

We just dropped in as we were around and we didn't regret at all. 1st of all we had to wait out for around 15-20mins to get it on a Sunday it's better to reserve than wait and waste time.
We reached and the ambience is perfect. We ordered for chicken manchow soup and veg manchow soup. Soup was delicious. Manchow soup can never go wrong.
Then we ordered for appetizers dragon chicken and teriaki chicken and it was amazing. This restaurant has real tasty food...!!

A near authentic typical Chinese restaurant..
The primary appeal of this place is its taste. They serve quite a variety of rice and noodle choices Available in chicken, prawns and yes for vegan out there too.
While your food makes its way to your table, A complementary dish is could a saviour. Taste of the rest of the food was absolutely top notch! Full marks there but the thing is you ‘may’ have to be in some fairly lengthy waiting.. at least it was in my experience. Another thing that ‘may’ be a concern is limited space. But The downs of limited space and Robotic staff is surely fulfilled by its toothsome taste.
In conclusion sizzling China is perfect getaway for those casual-not-so desi-Chinese rather near-authentic Chinese.

Excellent food with excellent desert. Try the teriyaki chicken and Nanking rice. Definitely have the hot brownie with icecream to sizzle your sweet tooth
My friend suggested this place saying that it's a must try. I thought it would be like any other Chinese restaurant but I was proved wrong! We started off dinner with the pepper chilli lamb which was so soft and covered with some amazing tangy sauce. The wonton soup was authentic chinese and had just the right amount of spices. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and it was also very reasonable :) I strongly suggest this restaurant.
This is a best in its class restaurant which serves damn good flavours . I have done both a dine in and delivery from the restaurant, we had thier sechuan rice , wrapped chicken prawns, super soft flavourfull chiangmai prawns, chicken burnt chilli rice all of which were awesome . If you prefer deliveries and cant wait much to have super awesome food then dont hesistate to order from these guys ,they have some super fast deliveries
One thing to note about this place is that, the service is good. Chilled enviroment. Food is good and prices are almost pocket friendly. Budget friendly resturant. You order and they serve you right away in almost 10 to max 15 mins no waiting long.
Today my order was declined because I asked fir extra schezwan sauce in my lollypop dish I am a regular customer here coming here every week with my friends thanks to your rude attitude you didn't lose a single order but multiple orders in the future, I hope the manager knows there are better and numerous restaurants in Mumbai, you are not the only one.

One of the most amazing restaurants service’s i have ever seen.. the place where the food is amazing but the service is also outstanding.. this is i’m not talking about the table service but the service which a customer usually wants it.., I forgot my phone at the charging point with my charger and the guy on the billing counter ran behind me to return the phone in his hand.. thank you soo much for all this. They could have kept it with them they and waited for me to return but ‘NO’. They did what was necessary!

I have been to their colaba outlet before.. The food served here has really good taste and the quantity is really satisfying.... I would really recommend their chicken lollipop, triple schezwan rice, home style noodles... Overall a good experience.. :)
Located near High Street Phoenix, Sizzling China has a decent yet attractive interior with amazing service, very systematic seating and tasty food. Also the quantity is good. It serves a variety in both Veg as well as Non-veg dishes. Chinese lovers must definitely try this place!
We ordered a chicken burnt chilly fried rice, veg chilly basil noodles, chicken halka noodles, veg triple Schezuan rice, chicken soya chilly garlic sauce, chicken Schezuan and vegetable ball in Manchurian.
They served right in time.
The food was decent and it was very cheap as we ordered for 10 people and did not pay a hefty amount.

Brilliant food, good ambience and very prompt service.. all you can ask for from a decent Chinese restaurant.. priced moderately as well, we had the Crab Meat Soup and a Combination Rice.. if you don't want to spend bucket loads of cash on an expensive restaurant at Phoenix , you can drop in at Sizzling China just a 5-min walk away
Food here was awesome. Ordered the Honey Crispy Chicken Chilly and Hot pot rice. Great flavour and really nice food. The only problem with this place is that they don't answer their phone. So we can't book a table or order food. Or even tell them to keep food ready so that we can go pick it up. There must have been so many times I've thought of getting food from here but well no answer on the phone. Guess they don't like making extra money. Sad.
I give 5 inspite of the service inconvenience. But Siddharth the manager has made for it. The food is awesome and most points go to chef.. I will visit the place again but get ur valet with U.. Its a good place for corporates to have a good lunch and c off.. Just book ur tables..

Having had Chinese from many places decided to try this place as have heard about this place but never been there.
For dinner we ordered chicken spring roll for starters. The quantity was really good. Two rolls in one and quite yummm too with tomato sauce.
For mains we ordered chicken shanghai fried rice where again where the quantity was too good for two people. The rice was okayish and with the sauces is was good.
Service was on time and pricing is a bit expensive but they had discounts too online.
Would order again for the quantity and speedy delivery and to try more of their dishes.
Delivered at 11.30 pm which is different from other restaurants. Good taste!!! We ordered chicken Triple Rice. The quantity was good and the taste too.
Ordered Hot Pot Chicken Noodles. It was delivered hot and was tasty. Quantity of dilivery felt less then the dine in. Overall taste was good.

Sizzling China has been one of my favourite Chinese joints for years. I remember going to the colaba outlet as a teenager with my parents and then with friends. So when they opened up in Lower Parel, I had to go visit for the sake of good old Chinese. At Colaba, they have the yummiest sea-food dishes so the new outlet had a lot to live upto. Well, let’s just say they did a pretty good job.
Menu and Ambience
The menu remains the same. It’s the good ole Chinese after all. This one is obviously new so the interiors are recently done up and fresh with a touch of china. There are mirrors on the walls and dragons while the upholstery is all red just like the old at colaba.
What we ate
We were a group of 6 people who are hard-core non-vegetarian. So we ordered a two types of soup – the crab meat soup and the chicken noodle soup. With a sour throat that I have been fighting for days, the soup was extremely soothing. We then ordered a prawn starter followed by crispy spinach chicken, Burnt garlic noodles and fire rice.
Fire rice comes with gravy and we asked for an addition of prawns in the rice. Needless to say the food was delicious. This was followed by sizzling brownie topped with ice cream! Nothing like the fancy desserts but still so so good and decadent.
Tip:
Don’t order a lot thinking it won’t suffice because Sizzling China is nothing like our cult restaurants that make one-person portions. Their portions are huge and can literally suffice 4 people easily. In fact when we got up to leave, we felt we had overeaten.
Pricing
Surprisingly the pricing is moderate and you don’t have to cough up a large sum for a tummy-pleasing meal here. An approximate of Rs. 1000 for two people is good.

Had a craving for Chinese food so picked up the phone and tried searching in the Zomato app. This hotel popped up in the online order section of Zomato. Ordered a triple schezwan fried rice along with the chicken lollypop. Although the order was slightly delayed the quality of food most certainly made up for it. The rice was awesome...possibly one of the best I had in a long time and the cost was reasonable too. Extra points for the packaging too. Real nice.
I was checking around for some good Chinese food around my area. I have never ordered ever from this place before hence was a bit skeptical. But thought to give it a shot and place my order, I called for Crispy vegetable fried wonton and Vegetable fortune rice. Both the orders I placed were amazing, the very first time tried fortune rice and honestly loved it. Definitely would recommend this place if you love Chinese and for sure trying more items again very soon.

One of the best Chinese food restaurant in lower parel. Chicken fire rice and chicken tai-pai is my personal favourite dish and would recommend these 2 dishes as a must try to every one who visits this place .

This place has fantastic Chinese food same as the colaba outlet, I love their fortune rice. Service is good better than expected place is small though but keeping all aside overall its bang for the buck. Love going to the colaba outlet so would definitely come here as it's near my house. Things we ordered Fortune veg rice Fortune chicken and prawns rice Singapore chicken noodles 3 fresh lime soda.
Sizzling China definitely has sizzling Chinese and service which makes you want to go again , love the food very delicious has different taste to every fish you order , fire rice , chicken and prawn starters variety to choose from , crab soup and specifically they offer these sauces which are amazingly yummy it goes well with the Di sums , service is really quick, staff is attentive , Martin ,Sudeep , gulab Singh were spectacular in service , a special thanks to the boy who came out when we were getting into the car as one of the phones was forgotten on the table , whoever found the phone and decided to come running out should definitely get high appreciation from myside .

A casual evening outing has left us rather surprised. From the time we entered the restaurant to the time we left, everything was so smoothly executed with least waiting time.
The staff here is more than pleased to be patient enough to understand your taste and recommend dishes accordingly. Portions are generous and can easily serve at least 3 persons. Ambience is good.
The must try's here include the Crab meat Soup, Apple Chicken and Fire Rice.
Overall, an excellent place to get your hands on some amazing Chinese food. It won't leave you disappointed.

This is an outlet of the good ol' colaba sizzling china. This place's food is worth the money. Good quality and quantity. Fresh ingredients. Tried their chicken steam dumplings, lamb burnt chilly noodles, chicken fire rice and chicken hot pot rice. Total damage 1177 with tax. Lovely evening full of food!

We were a large group of ppl and visited the restaurant on 1st Jan..So we had an array of dishes ordered and must say not a single dish left us disappointed.

A spacious restaurant where one can enjoy good Chinese cuisine. Serves quite a variety of dishes one can choose from. The Squid is delicious! One can have a Prawn Fried Rice along with it.
Have been there in the afternoons most of the time. Courteous service and quick to the table orders.
Found it a bit spicy but enjoyed the taste.
Servings are sumptuous and the above two dishes made a good meal for two heavy eaters. Recommend you order not more than two dishes even if you wish to try a broad variety of food.
Taste of Chinese food was good . We ordered manchow soup, fried rice , chicken chilly and apple chicken . Taste was good of all dishes. It was all crowded at 8:30 . Good place for family dinner

Food is amazing. Absolutely! I had the most delightful dining experience at this restaurant. The Crab Soup was a true masterpiece, delivering a burst of flavor with every spoonful. This place is located near Sassoon dock at a walkable distance. This place was suggested by one of the friend living in that area. The food was good and staff were helpful in ordering with the food . Service too was quick and it was not a rush time. So overall nice place to visit
Loved the food. This is one of my favorite Chinese spots. The prawns we ordered were moderate in size and very tasty. The squid was also amazing. The seafood did not have a seafood stench as it was fresh. Ambience is also of the soothing type with comfy chairs and sofa. Good for a date night as well as outing with friends. Must note, the quantity of the food is a little less.

The restaurant was busy yet the food came early then expected time no compromise was made with the quantity of food hats off to the chef
Good food. Great quantity for the price. For under 600 per person, we were struggling to finish the food because it was too much.
I'd recommend the bamboo rice if you want some muted flavours
If you are Chinese food lover then it will be the best in this area. Rather than Chinese all other food items listed in the menu also give a signature of their own taste. The best part of this restaurant is the service giving you by the each and every staff there, even in the peak time they always try to attend you individually still you complete the food. Best destination for family or group visit/party in quite and ambient place for fooding. In peak times there is little waiting is required but they attend you gracefully. Parking also available.
Good place and nice food! We like that the manager could speak English and he had some great tips and suggestions that helped us decide on what to order.
