One of the places which had been on my top list while exploring the mumbai suburbs. Although, it has lost its charm quite a bit from the early days when it started. Food, drinks and ambiance is still good, but service has slowed down a lot. I feel some improvements will surely bring the place to be alive.

The food's good. Chicken pepperazzi and chicken wings (in tandoori preparation) were delicious. They delayed in bringing the food so they gave complimentary food (aloo chilli) to not keep us hungry which also was good. The music's a bit too loud. The place is good for chilling out with friends.

Nice place for small get together with friends. They also have karaoke nights which is an add on. Food was really good. Staff was fine. Ambience is filled with dim lights making it seem like a romantic setting. But place is kinda small, if you thinking for a big party and no dance floor either.
The Hood, located exactly opposite to Goregaon Sports Club has soothing ambience. A small space used quite decently.
Upper and lower deck built with brick design, rope lights hanging makes it look more beautiful.
Upper deck opens during second hand of the day where you can enjoy loud music, While in the lower deck you can enjoy watching cricket or other sports
Loved the way they designed the menu.. the dishes names are quite funny and interesting. We Ordered "Chicken pepprazi & O.M.F.G fries".
Cosy place. We loved the food especially the abra kebabra. The staff is polite and friendly. Recommend surely ! We came on a weekday and it was empty which worked perfectly for us.

*O.M.G Fries- 3 different flavours of fries with 3 lip smacking dips. This is a must try.
*SPRING rock & ROLL - I am not really a fan of veg food but the veg spring rolls here were stuffed with some really tasty fillings and wasn't disappointing at all.
*CHURROS- This dish tasted like sweet ghee and just did not work out for me. Even the chocolate sauce did nothing to save it and I could not have another bite of it.

Absolutely in love with ambience of the place. Located on Link Road, opposite to Infinity Mall this place can be saviour in hot summers days or rainy monsoons. I wanted to visit this place since a long time. Finally been here. We ordered some Cheesy Potatoes with skin and trust me it was finger licking good. Other we ordered a thin crust pizza which was amazing. Would love to visit it again!

Overall the service was good and they also have this one on one offer for the drinks on wednesday. the staff was friendly they were on toes to serve us. The ambiance was very comfy one. it is a perfect place to hangout with group of your friends or even to throw a party. the rates are reasonable too ! The most appreciated thing was the drinks offer.
With low lights, good and groovy music and a very cosy ambience - it was a nice place to be on a Saturday evening. The cocktails have very funky names. We ordered one that would serve 2-4 drinks and it was really awesome. We ordered fries - it was twisty with three different dips. The Sexy Tangdy was also soft, Cheesy and delicious. Overall, Decent experience !!

The food, drinks, ambience, DJ, music, vibes and everything about this place ensures that I come here from another end of the city. The new menu which is to be launched in August is a must must try. The cocktails with its best presentation taste so good, must say innovative. Must try is the Mango candy margarita along with Mai Tai and the pineapple drink. One of the best cocktail is the dirty mud for ladies who hardly drink, it’s a better Version of baileys. The sangria always tastes super. The food veg or non veg both tasted just so perfect. The corn crispy chana is a perfect chakna. The thread paneer melted in my mouth. Thread chicken is a must try. We also ate the chicken dragon roll, veg ball hot and spicy, egg ball which was just amazing. To end the meal, perfect combination of cupcakes, red velvet cake and the Mango cheese cake. Cannot miss to appreciate the hospitality, service and the staff. Every guest is made to feel so important. Love the lights which make the place so lively along with a huge bar counter. I am sure this place is never going to get me over it!

This place is located closer to Infiniti mall, Malad West. We went here on a Friday night a while ago and had a good experience. The staff is curtious and knowledgable. The food and cocktails are really nice, but felt they are a little expensive. The place was really crowded since it was a Friday night, so i would suggest that you reach early.
The Hood is a great place if you want to chill with your buddies while boozing. The ms. sexy chicken tangdi is to die for. Fresh and soft chicken legs with an amazing garlic sauce. Also Abra kebabra kebabs are great. Do visit during happy hours for a good deal. The staff is also really friendly. Overall great place!

The Hood is one of the finest places to visit in Malad situated on the Link Road. They have two storeys and a great ambience . We were comfortable because of their friendly behaviour. We ordered OMFG Fries which comes into three forms with three different sauces. All the three being amazing.

It is a nice place to hangout and I was happy with its ambience. The place has wooden furnishings and ceiling has bulbs tied with ropes that gives garage type look...food was tasty and served creatively that looks yummy.Even drinks are served in fancy glasses that is eye catching. I ordered fries and they gave different types of it including plain and spicy with variety of sauces.Chicken Paprika was juicy and Gabru aloo was my favourite.DJ played the right tracks as per audience. It is pocket friendly and worth going with your partner. I would suggest they get better chairs as the one i sat was constantly unstable and had to be changed but wasn’t useful. I guess the flooring wasn’t properly built.The place is small and feels conjested but will satisfy all other requirements to spend quality time with your loved ones.

The Hood! This place was a surprise find! I still remember us struggling till the last minute to zero down on a place to dine in, before deciding to give this place a try. And boy am glad we did! It doesn't look much from the outside, but when you step in, you get invited to this cool grungy neighbourhood bar with funky lights. We ordered many starters and several Tiki themed cocktails. The music became groovier past 10pm, just when the alcohol started kicking in us :) Don't remember much after that. Just have this pic from the memories :)

The place was lovely and the ambience is classy and pleasant. The service here is awesome and would definitely come again. The food is delicious. The Bar stocks all sorts of drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and they have some really cheeky versions of cocktails as well. Definitely worth a try.

If you happen to be around Malad and wish to spend a fun filled evening, with loud music, delicious food and cocktails, then head to "The Hood". I visited a while back and thought of sharing my experience with my fellow foodies.
Location: Opposite to Goregaon sports club.
Ambience: Very vibrant, youthful, low lights. It's a ground +1 seating. Do make sure, that you grab a table before 7pm, because I am sure you wouldn't want to be in a long waiting list.
Cocktails: The entire food and drinks menu have unusual, yet interesting names, that will surely make you laugh. I'll highly recommend the below cocktails,
1)Rum bhi hai josh mein- A combination of white rum and vodka, crafted to perfection.
2)Whiskey Ma Ki- If you like Whiskey as the base & are up to try something exciting, then this one is for you.
Food (Taste & Presentation):
As it was more of a drinking session for us, we ordered for limited food.
1)OMG Fries- Why stick to the routine salted fries, when you could get 3 in 1. These are 3 different variants served with 3 different dips.
2)Chilli cheese toasties - Nothing fancy about this one. Since I like spice, I happened to order them and could say that they complimented well with the alcohol.
3)Penne pasta in pink sauce- A nice flavorful sauce which is a combination of Red and White sauce, served with herb bread.

This place is worth visit. Great ambiance and the DJ was awesome. A small pub like place. Menu designed in astonish with a limited options and the names of each dish was remarkable the food is a more continential and authentic. I had spice girl which was rice wid a stir paneer and sommy sauce paneer a starter and yes the must hv is the french fries which is served in 3 diff flavours wid 3 sauce. Drinks are quite reasonable I loved my beer glass. I missed the dessert and it was late and it was over. Over all experience was too good. Only have to work on the food menu as der r limited options and yes sitting arrangements on the first floor as the place is good but I dnt think its fair deal to sit on a plastic chair in such a lovely place. Down stair the sitting is good bt too big for big groups can do a bit more working on the same. The most amazing thing was the owners serving the food. Serving was great and quick. Well all the best will surely visit once again for the pending desert.

The location is is really at great place as there are people who searching for pub to have fun its good for couples and friends..
It has DJ which is on top floor and if pub is packed then upper floor is converted to dance floor.
I have ordered many things including alcohol.
Starting from starters to ending on deserts food is really good and delicious.
I have hard drinks and service is fast and nice, stafd is friendly too.
Enjoyed alot there witg friends and its not that over costly it's budget friendly pub.
I will say and its recommended by me, do try and enjoy there.

Being a bar focused restaurant, I can say that it pretty much competes with some other continental/modern Indian restaurants damn well in it's segment.
Located on Malad link road, it's quite easy to spot this place, thanks to it's unique build style.

Woah! How would you feel when you start your meal of the night with some beautiful chicken legs. Marination was so perfect, I was feeling the spices in each bite. Chicken was super tender and well cooked, cheese garnishment added up to a good flavour and green chutney provided with it was great as well!
//Chilli Basil Fish - 4.2/5.0
Again the tenderness and the spicing stole the show, can't describe much in words here, taste was bang on! Texture was great and veggies overall improved the flavour.
//Chicken Keema Masala Nachos - 4.0/5.0
Nachos were crisp and spiced. Keema was the main thing here, they tried to keep it simple which worked out well, it was not that oily unlike some other restro tend to do. Addition of olives and cheese in Keema improved the taste, chicken itself was delicious. A creamy mayo dip complemented the dish.

Now this had some serious spicing going on. Again the fish had great texture, Masala was super spicy as the name suggests. Veggies and garnishment were added in well proportion to increase the overall wow factor!

This was a unique dish. It consisted of soft Tandoori Naan which was stuffed in with awesome Butter Chicken.
Butter was poured on top of naan which tasted great and the butter chicken was so on point. Spicing was so well done that I felt it's punch in every bite. Can be the best dish I've had in this place! An awesome Mustard sauce was complementary with it.

This was basically chicken stuffed in bread roll. There were too many things going on ,stuffed chicken again maintained it's tenderness and tasted great. Bread was topped with cheese, sev and corriander which improved the overall taste. I felt like bread was not that great but stuffing was good.
Coming to the conclusion, the food quality is top notch here. If y'll want some awesome dishes to compliment your drinks, then I think it's a great place for y'll.
As I said before it's ambience is slightly inclined towards bar game.

My friend had a birthday party here. We had booked the upper deck for around 20 people. The place is a bit cozy, the service is good but the quantity is too less. They had given us offers on some alcohol. The dj was decent too. Overall the experience was apt.
Brought in my birthday The Hood. The food was nice, the mains could have been better.
The pizza was nice and so was the kebab starters. The black current mocktail was the highlight, would definitely recommend if you love black current icecream. The churros were good, but I’ve had better for sure.

The hood has one of the most innovative menus I have come across here in Malad... And there is no doubt that their food tastes as good as it looks!! Having said I had some good and some bad experiences with a recent order at home .. We ordered the Tandoori prawns ...which was fabulous .... Simply delicious and super succulent !! And fried squids which was nice preparation overall ... But chewy !! Then comes the bad news ...that is the main course .... Highly disappointing ... Ordered the prawns hot garlic noodles which was not bad ...but it did not smell very pleasing ... The taste was ok .. but what was worse was the chicken Kung Pao rice ... Which tasted not so good ... It did not look appetising nor did it taste good !! So full marks for the starters but the main course needs to up it's game big time !!
It took more than an hour to deliver but it was worth waiting. I ordered Panner Mughalai N Parathas. It was yummy. I rated 5* for food. Delivery could have been faster.

Nice cozy place with some good food and great music. Went on Halloween night, had to wait for a while before getting a table as the place was full. The staff did arrange a table for me in a while. Turns into a dance floor late Night as it’s open till early morning. All in all, great place and an amazing experience. They do have some happy hour offers.
What strikes you first when you enter is the ambience which is pleasant. We ordered for two appetizers and loved it. The music too is not very loud so allows one to have a conversation. Besides that we enjoyed the main course as well especially the Chicken Thai curry green which is awesome. Rates are quite reasonable in comparison to some other places. The service was also quite good and the staff was cordial. Overall we had a great experience here and will visit again

The ambiance was quite nice and there is great aroma inside.
They have 2 seating down and upstairs. Loud music on upstairs and sober on downstairs.
We chose to sit downstairs. The music played here is just awesome.

The place has come a long way in terms of service, ambiance, music and crowd since it's launch. It's the ideal place to chill with friends after a long day at work, especially since they're open late... Really late! Food is decent and drinks aren't pricey.
It is one of the cheapest bars i have ever seen. Bar lovers should visit at least once The hood. It is reasonably small, i agree but that won't come in your way. There is stage for the dance but you can dance over there and the best thing is, it is stays open almost till the next morning. You won't regret if you visit there.
Fine bar, though the music's not that good of a mix. And.. I didn't find karaoke as suggested in the Google Maps. 😅 The food can be expensive, for those who look out for quantity**, but the tastes is absolutely fantastic. The last time I went, they didn't have most the liquor and had limited stock. The bar is opened till mid 3. Well, for suggestion, if you wanna have some fun, go for *BARSTOCK EXCHANGE BAR

Amazing place to be, alcohol and food is not that costly. Live music is there and singers are quite good and they allow your request. There is 2 floor- upper floor is happening on ground floor all lonely couple and uncle aunty use to hangvout.
The place is good to go with friends. Food is also good. It is open till late 1.30 pm. it is next to BSE. It is small place, up and down, but you will enjoy the music, chilled beer and the exciting crowd. You should visit once to experience the fun & excitement.
