This outlets serves good dishes in a reasonable price. This place is good to hangout with friends for A drinks and starters.
If u want to have a budget friendly alcohol session with ur friends would suggest Saysa PJ.
Pj's this place is totally amazing to chill with your friends value for the priceš
The food is deliciousš
Good staffš
The place was on the wishlist for quite some time . Heard about this place for its good food and cheap drinks .
PJ is located in Saisa gymkhana on the Pali Hill road .
They charge an entry fee per member but thats alright .
The place is an upgrade version of a bar . Its slighty better than a bar . The vibe is good :
We ordered some beer with Mushoom Tikka which was way better than expected in taste . Also some Salt and pepper chana for Quick bites . This is a very well known dish here.
We also ordered the Chicken Tikka for starts which took a lot of time to prepared, but the taste and quality was pretty good .
The staff doesānt respond quick enough fir the orders . This place is Simply pocket Friendy and a good time to spend overall .
Clearly the best bar in Bandra.
Few things to know. As this is a club there is an entry fee applicable 50 rs per head from Sunday to Thursday and 100 per head on Friday and Saturday.
The croud is always decent.
The service is very good. The servers are also very helpful.
I rarely give 4 stars. But this is a place does complete justice to the rating.
The menus is pretty interesting as they have Chinese , Continental and Indian along with a special goan menu.
What I ordered- Chicken tandoori, Chicken lollipop, Pork spare ribs chilly, Chow Chu fries, Chicken fried rice.
Waiting time is little hetic as there is already lot people in waiting list but it's the best place with family and friends to have drinks and great food and it's Value for money
Never knew there is place inside a small club house on hill road. You have to give some minimal entry fee. If you wanna chill out with few drinks and have couple of drinks you will enjoy it's shady. I git the vibes like gokul in Colaba. Being on hill road it's very cheap 1k for 2 person. Must goo!!!!
This place is good for a casual outing, a decent bar with amazingly priced menu and servings. This place is more than 50 years old and has patrons and regular visitors to wind up the day.
We tried Bombay duck, It was fresh and tasted well. Chow Chu Fries, nice topping of ginger, chilli and other condiments. Chilly Cheese Toast, decently topped with cheese and veggies. Butter Pepper Corn, very basic and nice, we added extra pepper and this was wow.
Slightly crowded place, service is average, and availability of beer and alcohol options is low, may be you will have to go for other brand and beer served was not that cold, rest everything was good
VFM, Good Food, amazing Prices!!!
Recommended, CHEERS!!!!
This place is just amazing value for the price. The food is tasty and the liquor options aplenty. The ambience although not all that enticing, but can't be complained about given the price of their services. The waiters are highly attentive and also interactive. All in all, my go to place whenever I want to have a low-key boozy night and just simply have a good time.
Overall i would give the restaurant a 5. The food was very delicious as and totally worth it. On the other hand the best place to chill with your friends enjoy drinks and food on good rates.
PJ's - The hidden gem of Bandra!
It happens quite often that when a group of people decide on a place to eat outside, confusions occur in selecting between 2-3 places. The expenses range per individual probably is from ā¹300 to ā¹600 at the most. So, the most popular and expensive places of our city residing in town side get ruled out.
But I have something for you! Presenting the unexplored parts of Bandra West - PJ's. Me and my friend had visited this place purely because of it's affordable prices. Getting here wasn't easy, it's located pretty inside of Pali Hill. We literally circled this place twice when finally noticing PJ's was in front of us!
One big mistake I did was wearing slippers and not shoes. They won't allow anyone without shoes. Luckily, the security had an extra pair of formal shoes which got fit. An entry fee of ā¹100 is to be paid. Having affordable food in one of the most expensive location is a dream come true!
We had ordered the following dishes with beverages :-
1) Starters
Ā Ā ā¢ Fish Koliwada / Fish Chilli
Ā Ā ā¢ Chicken Goan Style
2) Beverages
Ā Ā ā¢ Budweiser (3 Bottles of 650 ml)
Ā Ā ā¢ Salted Peanuts (2 Plates)
All of the above amounted to a bill of ā¹1000 inclusive of taxes! The taste is fabulous and the ambiance is just great. You get to select from Continental, Chinese and North Indian food. Do pay a visit once and I'm sure you will love it!
Had a crazy experience at this place, Visited this place on a Friday night. Crowd was a mixture of old and young. Since we were a huge group we were given a private room, Was an absolutely great experience. Since the place is so affordable and is part of the club they charge ā¹100 per person on weekends if youāre not a member. Will definitely visit this place again.
It was my first visit here ,and we ordered few drinks (Jin and lit) / starters (chicken tandoori, lolipop and garlic prawns) / main course ( prawns briyani ).
This all lovely and delicious foods and drink for 5pax and we were full...the best part of this place is that it's a old classic beauty with good music, good crowd and delicious plus pocket friendly.
Best place to hang out with friends and family you can even take your date here and eat plus drinks as much as you want it is so pocket friendly...a must visit place
Thank you for the experience PJ'sā¤ļø
Reasonably priced, even with the 50 Rs entry fee (per head). Nice place to chill with your friends without burning a hole in your pocket.
Its a gymkhana,
But instead of that its a good place to hangout the ambiance is nice the food is amazing, friendly staff and its has its separate smoking area.
This place is situated in a small dingy lane in Bandra, Pali hill. Food and drinks very reasonable.Ā The also food and servicing is the best best place youngsters and college student Food is tasty. In all a great place to chill with friends - great food and for the drinkers great place to drinkĀ
We were looking for a quick bite. So we went to this gem. Best food at best price. Alcohol prices were very impressive.Perfect atmosphere to hangout with friends.
It's a Gymkhana.
Cover charge of 50/person on weekdays and 100/person on weekends. 150 on special days :-p
Cost-effective food and drinks (if you order full bottle it's more better).
We ordered
1. Chicken cheese chilly toast - Nice one. Juicy chicken pieces melted in cheese.
2. Beef chilly and Pork chilly - Awesome
3. Tounge roast - Okay. I tried for the first time. Wasn't appealing for my taste buds.
4. Bombay Duck Fry : Awesome. The bombil was melting in mouth.
Pros: Sorted ambience, Good variety of meats, Qualitative food, Friendly staff, Proper Smoking area, Cost effective.
Cons: Cover charges, Could have included Duck, Quail and Rabbit in the menue

PJs will always hold a special place in my heart. Rarely do budget friendly liquor and amazing food go in the same breath š
One of the most affordable place in Mumbai. Off course! Because it's a gymkhana but this one you can access without a member. You just need to pay an entry fee šš„š„³
Do not know where to begin with but my personal favorites are:
.
*CHICKEN WITH PENNE PASTA ( CREAM CHEESE SAUCE) - {210 RS}
*PJs POLLO ROYALE ( PAN FRIED CHICKEN BREAST, HAM, BACON IN WHITE CHEESE CREAM SAUCE) - {300 RS}.
We went to this place since we wanted to eat steak, but instead, found a place where can drink and chill. Loved the ambience, food, and the alcohol pricing. We had the PJ cordon blue, Pepper Steak, Red Wine Mushroom Steak, Chicken Teriyaki, and the fruit punch. Definitely visit this place to prebooze before heading to a club.
This is one of places that gives me Goa vibes and in the genuine sense, it played old school English music something that all Goans love and not forgetting the amazing ambience along with the Beefšā¤ļø
Very cheap place for drinks and cocktail's
The food served is also good, the Ambience is great
The only drawback is you need to pay 50 bucks for the entry since it's inside a gymkhana called "Saisa"
But worth it :)
One of the best places to go to if you're wanting to have a lovely evening with drinks and binge eat without having a hole in your pocket!
There is an entree fee for non - members - 100 on weekends & 50 for weekends.
But make sure you are before time on weekends (Before 7.30) or you might just not be lucky to get a table!!
Love the ambience. Super friendly staff prompt service. Budget friendly for alcohol. Great appetizer options. The cheese chilly toast is really good. Love the teriyaki chicken as well.
Cool ambience and seating arrangement is good with projectors to watch live matches .Good place to visit with friends. Must try starters .Do not go with main course.
Had been to this place with my colleagues for beers.
It's a club so you need to pay ā¹100 as entrance fee.
Beers and Hard drinks are very cheap..

PJs is the nice restaurant 50rp entry fees the food was nice and good stAff was very nice and polite I like chicken lollipop gravy and Martine on moctail
This place is easily accessible. For non members there is an amount to be paid for the entry that is a minimal of 50-100 bucks. The ambience is quite relaxing and the staff is very humble. The booze here is quite cheap and my favorite food is chicken bhiryani. Totally recommend for food and drinks both
The place is a crazy awesome place.... Its one of those place where you can have some mouth smacking delicious food and also some really cheap alcohol
This place is so perfect for Saturday evening drinks and gossip sessions with friends. The place be a little tricky to find if you're not from Bandra. Alcohol served has better rates. The food is okayish. But the bar is so cozy and ambience is quite shady yet soothing. Im hooked to this place.
PJs always has been my spot to chill out with friends . Since this place is located on a gymkhana you have to pay 50/- for the entry on the weekdays and 100/- on the weekends.
This place has the most basic ambience , it's no lounge or bar . But it serves the most delicious food and alcohol at the most affordable prices ,it is really ! .
We ordered :
1) Pork chilly : fulfilling quantity with perfectly cooked and tender pork sauteed in soy sauce .
2) Surmai tawa Fry : This has to be Fav . Starting from the presentation to the taste , it was bomb . They served with huge huge huge piece of fish , fried to perfection with french fries and salad. It is one of their most famous food and requested us to try .
5/5 for this.
3) Bombay Duck : it was okayish with the tastes and the quantity . Could definitely had been better.
Pretty decent places , Cheap beer and amazing food. I was pretty impressed by the services provided . We we're attended each and every time without any delays .
PJ's Bandra is just relaxed. Sussegado is the style that you'll experience in PJ's even though you need to wear shoes to enter. Good food, cheap booze and great service. Go here to be stress-free.
I regularly visit this place with my family and i must say that off lately there has been a lot of changes. The taste and presentation of fhe food is amazing. The cocktails and mocktails are served in a very fancy way. Also Pjs is a pocket friendly place.PJs is a great place to chill out with friends and family. 5 stars from my side.
This is one of the best place to hangout with friends over some cheap booze. The food and booze is very cheap. The ambiance is pretty good. The Chinese starters are good. Paneer chilly and chicken crispy are the reliable one's. The quantity is good. The staff is friendly and the service is quick.
This place is located at Pali Hill inside Saisa club with an entry of 50bucks on weekday while on weekends its 100.
Good place to be at on a weekday/weekend this place is always full so better go early.
Very reasonable rates for drinks
For people who love to eat this is a go go place, good quantity and pocket friendly rates.

Chilly cheese toast. ā¤ļø
I am a frequent visitor at this place and I must say my experience keeps getting better each time I visit. Over the past few weeks there has been a drastic improvement in the quality of the food, the food is as tasty as ever. And also, the service here is top notch. I highly recommend you all to try the 'Chicken Supreme' as it is a unique concept and most importantly it delivers in taste. Pj's is and always will be a great place to eat, drink and chill with friends and family. Definite 5 stars from my side.
Attached below are a few photos of the appetizing food and drinks which have been ordered by me at PJs
If you are in the mood for binge on food and alcohol without burning your pocket, this is the place that you must head to ! SInce its located inside Saisa club , you wil have to pay Rs. 50/- per head as entry fee. Dirt cheap prices on the menu is bound to make you look twice. However, I was skeptical on the food that was likely to be served. But once served, I was pleasantly surprised. Ordered bacon wrapped prawns, chicken teriyaki, chicken dry flakes .. everything tasted well, rather much better, considering the price charged. Drinks are absolutely cheap. The ambiance is modest, crowd is good and the servers are warm and prompt. Overall if classy ambiance is not what you are looking for, have no two thoughts and head straight to this place to enjoy good food and alcohol at dirt cheap price !
The place is a gem for people who wanna njoy drinks on month ends.... extremely pocket friendly and with good decent ambience and service.
Try the salt pepper chana and the cheese chilli toast here.
One of bandra's pocket friendly watering holes. Saiwoo paneer, cheese chilly toast, honey chilli potato and dal khichdi are my favorites. Entry to the club is at a nominal charge but worth it because the food and alcohol are super cheap. Amazing service too. Perfect place to unwind on saturday night.
What a place !
Pocket friendly. Bandra seems to be really convenient location to travel.
Good food in comparison to its rates and cheap alcohol. Sports screening is also available.
Gymkhana for everyone!!
You know what i love about Gymkhana's? the prices!!! very pocket friendly booze prices.Ā
This place is is Saint Anthony's Institute Sports Association (SAISA) building in Pali, unlike other Gymkhanas entrance is open to the public, you have to pay Rs 200 entry(see pic) but you need be dressed as per Gymkhana rules, no shorts and chappals(see pic). This place has hockey, basketball(see pic), a gym, and a place for wedding receptions(see pic). I have been to the reception area(value for money) and PJ restaurant, the caterer for PJ's is the same as Willingdon Gymkhana(Khar) where i am a member. You need to come realllllly early on Fri-Sun if you want place, i mean like before 8 pm.
I have eaten:
Corn cheese balls
- standard stuff
Stuffed cheesy mushrooms
- good, and thankfully the water had been drained whilst the mushrooms were cooked, so they were crisp and not soggy
Fish N chips
- standard stuff, basa, chips were dry
PJS Pollo Royale
- this was good, get this, what a combo
Caramel custard
- these guys make a good caramel custard, fresh and creamy
Service: very bad, they take forever to bring stuff, i recommend you order everything at once if you know what you want
Packaging: ok, nothing spilled when i took caramel custard parcel
Pricing: Saisa is sasta!!! love it
Its a good restro, with regular menu variety. Service is good and food quality needs to improve. I have tasted few of the special of house which is recommended by the server found average food quality.
Food 3/5
Service 5/5
Ambience 3.5/5
Beverages 4/5
Entertainment 2/5
Typical Goan food is here..!! Started with fish Koliwada served with French Fries and mayonnaise š. Have never tried beef, 'the beef Goan style' tried it here for the first time recommended by a friend and it was damn delicious šš. The bacon wrapped prawns was mind blowing tooš along with winter's special (we named it though š) Old Monkš. Also ordered roast tongue barbeque with red sauce and it was mouth watering š. The chicken tikka masala was an all time favourite to order šš. A small place to have a delicious and typical food here. The crew here were also on their feet to serve the customers.
Giving a 5 star as it totally served our purpose of going there. Visited this place on a Saturday evening with friends to pre-booze as the prices are extremely cheap :P Food is very average. We ordered a chicken starter which was very oily. So visit if you are looking for some cheap alcohol in spite of the entry fees charged.
Value for money. This place is home for me!! Not many options in veg though but non veg is a must ..! Tandooriās and starters . Try pahadi gobhi and daal khichdi if youāre a vegetarian.
This is the best pre-drinking place in Mumbai. One of the most affordable watering holes in our city. Of course, that is because it's a gymkhana, but this one you can access without a member. You will need to pay an entry fee of 200 and no shorts and chappals allowed (Gymkhana rules).
Now here are my ratings for all that matters,
Food: 4/5, we have been here often and so have pretty much tried every non-veg dish. The chilly cheese toast, beef chilly fry, bacon-wrapped sausages, and tongue roast goes well with any drinks.
Drinks: 4/5, well you get your standard alcohol here, but it's really really cheap. BSE and Agent jacks are nothing compared to these rates.
Service: 4/5, can be slow on some days but usually it is very quick. Shout out to our guy Mr. Taapan, he makes us and I think almost everyone feelsĀ special.
Ambiance: 3/5, nothing great typical gymkhana ambianceĀ but you can still have a great time with friends. They also have a couple of screens on which you can watch any sports game that is being played. They also have a smoking area if you need one.
PJ's will always hold a special place in my heart it has come to my rescue when broke and in during those no income collegeĀ days. So you might find that this rating of mine has some personal bias and you might not want to make a decision based on this review.
PJ's is my go to place for some great and affordable food and drinks. It's a lovely place to hangout with friends as well. It's located on the first floor of a Gymkhana, so if you're not a member, there's an entry fee that has to be paid. The service is commendable and the food is just amazing. We ordered Bacon fried prawns, Salt and pepper pan fried chicken, Beef red chili, Roast tongue and pork ribs. They were simply amazing, good in quantity and moderately priced too, making it worth every penny.Ā The ambiance is a bit noisy, but that's alright. The wait times might be a bit long here.
PJās is located on the First floor of Saisa club, Pali Hill. The alcohol and food are pocket friendly. The ambiance is similar to local restaurants in Goa. Service is quick.PJās is known for its Goan delicacies. Itās famously for Beef tongue, pork ribs, Vindaloo, squid chilli, chicken xacuti and chicken caffreal
The place is be on any day of the week! The vibes you get here is so relaxed and good. The waiters will give you personal attention and the food is first class. Cannot forget the food rates that are very reasonable and 5 star worthy . Completely recommend this restaurant.
Ambience: 3/5
Food: 4/5
Service: 4/5
Value for money: 5/5
Can you get a better place for cheap food and drinks in Bandra. Definitely Not. The food is not just cheap but also tasty. I love the pork chilly here. The pasta and noodles are good too. Best place to chit chat with friends over drinks.
Excellent food and absolute value for money. Ambience was of a normal restaurant with no music which is great. They were also playing the match so it was added bonus.
One of the hidden food havens Iād say, this place is full of surprises. From the outside, it doesnāt look like a fun joint but when you enter the big gate, the pool to right sets the tone for whatās to follow. The place has a shady look to it thanks to the light and placement of the furniture. Due to that, the place seems to buzzing with people and then comes the star; food. If youāre a non-vegetarian food fan, you can order anything and everything, and you wonāt be disappointed. The service is equally fun and flamboyant. Iād love to party here again!
The stuffed mushrooms here are the best thing here, one of the best in town. Also Iām gonna eat the tandoor chickn again. It was so juicy and spicy. Perfct for tamdoodi chickn lovers
The place is wonderful and has an amazing crowd. good ambience as well. Long waiting hours but the food is worth the money and wait. Good place to hangout
Drinks are reasonably nominal and great service. Starters are quite good in taste and service is also up to the mark. But when it comes to main course, it needs a lot of improvement. The place is really good. And one of very few places left where we can talk and not listen to loud music. Keep it up people.
Hello guys this place has amazing food choices as it is located in bandra at pali hill area. This place is a treat fir non-vegetarians as it has multiply options in meat. Dishes highly recommended are pork ribs,Mutton fry, chicken chilly and caramel custurd. It also serve hard drinks. Its a nice places where you can go with your friend and family.
PJs is our very own sasta ,sundar , tikau , can visit in end of the month bar.
I wonder why didn't I visit this place earlier. This is definitely going to be my Adda now.
How to reach this place ? - very imp for someone who is visiting for the first time . Use maps ( as if that's something new ) Then enter saisa gymkhana ( yes it's inside a gymkhana on the 1st floor)
There's an entry fee of 50rs pp on weekdays and 100rs pp on weekends . Ok now just open the door , sit down and look at the menu and wonder oh my I can drink here whole night and it still won't burn a whole in my pocket and eat too ( soooo tasty and soo damn cheap)
Recommendations : Cheese chilli toast and Chicken lollypop tossed in schezwan. It was soooo tasty. I am dying to visit this place again . It's a great place to chat over a few drinks with your long lost friends . Do visit this place and thank me later.
Overall Experience : Can you guys shift to Andheri pls?
If you want to visit a place for cheap food and booze, this is it. I have been visiting this place on and off for years now. It is a part of the Saisa Club, the ambience is pretty okay like a local restaurant. However the food and their service is excellent. The rates have been unchanged for years now and yet the quality of food is really good. Although they do not take table reservations from non members of the club and you have to pay 100 bucks cover charge per person once you get there. It is worth a visit. On weekends especially it gets full really fast as they shut down by 11.30ish. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a restaurant to chill with friends with cheap booze and great food.
Must try : Beef tongue roast, stuffed mushrooms, bacon prawns wrap, prawns Koliwada, fish fingers. ( I'm sure there are many more such dishes. I've listed some of those we have tried and have ordered repeatedly)
Located just a few meters away from the Link square mall in Bandra is this small restaurant which serves mouthwatering delicacies and spirits at modest rates.
Youāll need to pay an entry fee if youāre not a member of the gymkhana, also the waiting here can be really long, so make sure you get there early for a good evening dinner. The entry fee is 150 INR/person.
We ordered the French fries, pork ribs, pork chilli and Bombay duck fry. All the dishes were great but the highlight of the evening was the pork chilli and pork ribs. The meat was cooked to perfection. Tender fatty pork cooked in a rich scrumptious sauce that is savoury, slightly sweet and spicy. The liquor here is extremely affordable.
The staff here is very courteous and the service is prompt.
Food - 5/5
Ambience - 4/5
Service - 5/5
I have not been to the place; however have ordered Mushroom soup and Chicken pepper steak.
The Mushroom soup was thick and creamy and the taste was absolutely yummy.
As far as the steak was concerned; in terms of quality and taste; very tasty. I loved their pepper sauce.
One of the very good places. Has everything youāre looking for, good food, good vibes, reasonably priced booze and a good ambiance. This place is located in a prime area like Bandra. Not many places around the city are offering such an experience. Be sure to check out this place.
Have been here few times.. Good place.. nice food.. pocket friendly rates.. the only thing is gets filled very fast and waiting is impossible.. u have to plan early and also the place is too noisy as it's small.. Good place for once in a while with budgets
