Madhuram has always been serving fresh and good quality food.

The place is hygienic and they have quick service.

The food is stored well as well as it is a clean place. Usually madhuram is famous amongst people a lott and it happens to be everyone's favourite cz it has being serving upto the mark .

The samosa though expensive is perfect with a crispy outer layer and spicy potato masala inside. It is a must try!! The papaya masala with it is only available here and the combo tastes deadly!!
In frame 3 : Kesar rabdi
The rabdi is usually supposed to be thick, but madhuram failed to make it that way. Though loaded with Dryfruits and kesar the rabdi wasn’t good enough.

One of the oldest and bestest sweets and farsan shop in borivali west. Have been gorging on their sweets and farsan since childhood. They make one of the finest kalakands. It's perfectly soft and sweet. Ras Malai is also tasty and fresh. Samosa's are the next thing which is again the best. The aloo masala is properly flavored with crispy outer layer.
All the sweets and farsan are of superior quality.
This outlet is very near to borivili station on west. It is an old sweet shop. They do not have any sitting arrangments but the place is very neat and clean. You should not miss the sweets from this place.

Since decades my family and extended family are habitual to their Kachoris. My Mom and sister whenever they visit India, their kachori is must to take along with them.
Here Kachoris are made fresh and they so soft that it melt in our mouth. Their packaging is awesome and prices are reasonable too.
Have been eating sweets/Mithai from here for the past 15 years atleast.
I have a sweet tooth and this is my go-to place when I have to buy Mithai or any sweet.
My favorite is their Kaju Katli.

My family and I have been feasting on the snacks from Madhuram since 20 years may be. The taste of the food is just the same, fabulous. We love the chutney with the samosas. It’s different from the rest of the samosa shops. You will always find the kitchen busy trying to roll out fresh food. The staff is always smiling and polite.

My grandfather used to tell me stories of Madhuram, of its richly made sweets. However since it is in Borivali, I could never make it there.
Last week, a family member bought mango barfi from there. Oh, it was melt worthy!
The barfi was cut into medium sized cubes and placed neatly in a flat plastic container. The container was further wrapped in brown paper. Spill proof packing.
The barfi was DELICIOUS! None of us could stop at one serving. Mango and malai with finely chopped pieces of almonds and pistachios over it made for a perfect, post meal sweet.
Giving it a 4 simply because I have not tried anything else. If I were to rate their mango barfi alone then it is surely 5/5!

I have been purchasing sweets from here since the last 11 years and i must say the quality has just improved. The hygiene maintained is just exceptional. Try any sweet and it is bound to be awesome. It serves great Kchori,Samosa,Dhokla,Ras Malai etc.
Located just opposite to the ticket counter of platform 1 in borivli on west side..it is best in its class. The sweets may be a bit costly compared to others but seeing the quality and hygiene you wont regret to pay..

Samosas are incredible it's simply the best in borivali they are normal in size they are fried in ghee so very good for health in samosa the stuff of aloo coriander spices etc the shape of samosa is perfect they are mouth watering in every single samosa bite my mouth drools by looking over it 💯% Pure taste & quality it's sufficient to fill stomach but you fill like having more & more the best part is that they serve the samosa with special Khaman chutney that is of red & yellow color mix it's awesome in taste no one can make these way samosa & chutney what Madhuram Sweets makes & they also serve every samosa fresh & hot it's never cold must definatly try samosa with chutney they also give extra chutney if requires in parcels with extra money but it's worth it but the only problem is that it's expensive strongly recommended for samosa with chutney👌👍

This shop for sweets and snacks is just awesome. It is located at a very convenient location that offers varied range of sweets and freshly made farsans. Just loved it.
Located on the busiest LT road , this place has retained its charm and doles out the freshest sweets !
The kalakand here is the best in Mumbai I can claim ! It's fresh , perfectly sweetened ( on a very lesser side ) and leaves a milky residue which is the tastiest !
Next best thing would be RASMALAI !!

Literally the best sweet shop in Borivali . No , I wouldn't say one of the best , coz I honestly feel it is the best . Just every sweet sold in this shop is perfectly made using really good quality products and taste really rich . They do not compromise on quantity of products beign used while preparing the sweets . During occasion , their sweets get sold before any other sweet shop around the place , which certainly depicts the popularity of this place . It's usually always crowded inspite of its prices being higher than the other sweet shops because people do find it worth it paying the extra price to buy their high quality , extremely tasty sweets . Some of the must try sweets include , kalakan, kesar kajukatri, barfi and the yellow peda which is their speciality . The service is really quick and friendly too . The samosas and farsans from this place don't really please me . However it's a must try place for their sweets .

Great samosa. Unique and addictive milk barfi - condensed sweetened milk in banana leaf shaped like a barfi. That's enough info for anyone to make the trip.

The sweets from this shop is amazing....prices are on par with the other shops in the locality....but quality is unbeatable. The sweets arent overloaded with sugar like some of the other shops. The bengali sweets here is much better than other shops specialising in bengali sweets.
During festivals like ganpati...diwali...rakhi you will see a huge queue of customers outside the shop.

You may feel that the price is quite high for instance if I am not wrong a single samosa coasts close to 18 rupees which is wayyy too much. But then people still prefer to parcel for get togethers' despite it being a little expensive. Best quality sweets in Borivali I would say!

They serve yummy samosas and jalebis...sweets are gud too. But i love namkeen more than sweets. So didnt try sweets here. Khaman dhokla with the papaya chutney has typical gujarati taste and i can hog on it as i like gujju food.
The staff here gets 10 days summer vacation and 10 days holiday after diwali too. So the shop is closed during these days.

I have been visiting Madhuram since many years. What I appreciate is the hygiene, quality and taste of their sweets and snacks. Though the prices are pretty high but its worth tasting atleast once if you cannot afford to continue. I also have some disappointments to share. This shop has its own set of rules - you cannot buy one piece samosa, minimum is two pieces for which you wont even get a carry bag. You can buy farsan and other snacks only if your minimum purchase quantity is at least 200 gms. I realised this few months back when I saw a small girl child being refrained from selling one piece samosa and that child simply walked away with sheer disappointment. My heart really cried out in empathy and I didn't take a second to approch the man who was handling the samosa counter and asked him why did he broke that little girl's desire of having a samosa for which he said he is just an employee, he just did what he has been told to do by the owners. When I asked for the owner of the shop to have a word, unfortunately that time nobody was available. My only request to the Management of Madhuram is PLEASE don't dishearten any of your customers by your silly set of rules. I have great respect for this shop when it comes to hygiene, quality and taste. But you prices and your own set of minimum quantity rules clearly shows that you target the classes and not the masses. Remember one thing every Customer's SMILE should matter you a million when it comes to making Customer HAPPY visiting Madhuram !!!

Samosa kachori upass kachori khaman dhokla fafda jalebi icecream halwa bombay halwa and my most mouthwatering sweets Mawa cake burfi and rasmallai are the best food items at Madhuram. If u r in borivali, u have to taste at Madhuram for ur appetite.

Good sweets, bad samosas. And the prices are on the higher side. Packaging, cleanliness and hygiene are given priority which is what we want here in Mumbai since most of the sweet shops are filthy.

I have been going here since childhood. This place is a blind pick when it comes to getting sweets and farsan for breakfast, on sunday mornings.
Their samosas and kachoris are one of the best I have eaten in the entire city. I am a big fan of Madhuram's Kachoris, and so are teammates are work place. Almost every Monday, I have to take Madhuram kachoris for them. Other snacks like Khaman Dhokla, Faafda, are also very well prepared here. The chutney that comes along with Faafda is very unique and definitely worth trying. One should see the amount of people waiting on Sundays and Dassera to get Jalebis and Faafdas, its simply crowded.
The various kinds of sweets available are also worth trying. My favorite ones are Milk cake, Kalakand, Strawberry Kalakand, etc.
In short, the best option to have sweets and Farsan in Borivali.

Very high quality sweets. They have nice samosas and dhoklas. But what really stands out is its sweets, man. Love their balushahi, mysorepak, rasmalai, kesar malai peda! Sweets are fresh and perfect in their amts of sweetness, I'd say.
