This is a beautiful place to dine i, here you can find the best seekh and kababs served. It is famous for its seekh and kababs. The place looks very hygenic. The service is also good with a good staff. The dessert which was served was also awesome. The seekh which was served was very good and i would definitely recommend it.

All the dishes over here takes time time only because they serve you the best authentic flavour and to add a tenderness to the very fresh meat which turns out the kababs to be very delicious and juicy as well soft .So if you need something very tasty and to remember the taste forever you have to wait obivosely.Other reason is they make it very fresh only on orders they dont keep it ready to serve only by warming it up.Its a small place to go with decent dinings but you will love the kababs both mutton and chicken also the very tender lacha parathas...Iloved It Thanks
So this place is worth a visit and well known for its lucknowi cuisine. We tried the kakori kabab and galouti kabab and they were so yumm every bite of the kabab was so soft that it would melt in your mouth. Also in main course we tried the haleem with is a mutton kheema gravy which is cooked for about 24 hrs to get the flavour also the chicken tikka biryani was good but not spicy at all. Coming to the deserts they only have 2 dishes I.e. shahi tukda and phirni, loved the phirni because of the creamy thickness it had shahi tukda was a bit extra hot when served.

One of my favorite places for Dum Gosht Biryani. Love their kebabs as well - kakori kebabs and mutton galawati kebabs just melt in the mouth! The food is really rich and yummy.
It's speciality is variety of kabab it's kabab are well marinated well cooked juicy in taste specially it's Mutton galwati kabab and kakori special kabab are very much delicious in taste must try this place is a little small and simple ambiance but food is really delicious in taste

I am a biryani conniessure and I order it anywhere and everywhere cause for 10 yrs in Mumbai I have been searching for a good Biryani place . Being from Lucknow I am very clear on what and how I want my biryani.
This is by far the BEST BIRYANI in Mumbai.
If u like Ur biryani in the Awadhi/Lucknow style with aromatic rice nice well cooked meat and not too much masala. This is the place for u.

I don't know why this place has a rating of only 3.6 on Zomato. It surely deserves more. One of the best places if you want to have the authentic mughlai food. The biryani (veg and nonveg both) are amazing. I would recommend the Dum Subz Masala Biryani which is really nice for vegetarians. The Dal Makhni is verry tasty and one of the best I've ever had.
Also, for your sweet tooth, I'll recommend the Kesar Phirni that they serve in a small mud pot. Slightly over priced, but okay for a try once.
I have no idea how this place is a 3.6 on Zomato! I ordered in one day from Kakori (it was there on my bucket list for quite some time), and the meal was sumptuous!! The galauti kebabs are extremely tender and the meaty aroma spills out the moment you take a bite. I also had some gosht preparation which was exquisitely cooked: tender and delicious. You should definitely check this place out if you want good mutton in Mumbai.

ordered the dum ghosht Lucknowi biryani and the dum murg masala biryani. loved that the rice was soft and fluffy. there was a little masala in the murg biryani and I liked that.
Kababs are must try they are well cooked & taste the yummiest ! I’m from lucknow & the flavour of dum Biryani you find it here , one of the best place in Mughlai cuisine in mumbai to taste the North Indian flavours.

By far the best place in town for real Awadhi delight. This place serves the best Kakori Kebabs and Galawati Kebabs that can be.... delicious and lip smacking. Their Dum Ghosht Lucknowi Biryani is a must have, with generous pieces of soft well cooked mutton, it's the best biryani in town, hands down. While the place is a sure 5 when it comes to food, ambience is ok (as most people order for home delivery) and price slightly higher than average, but then you don't get quality at low cost.

Tried mutton galouti kebab, mutton seekh, tandoori chicken, mutton biryani, chicken biryani, paneer tikka, zafrani firni. Mutton kebabs were soft juicy and super delicious . Biryanis were also amazing. Tandoori chicken was good but the icing on the cake was zafrani firni.
The only think I did not like here was their overpricing of the items. The place didn't deserve that overpricing on the menu. Rest everything was good. 4/5
A Small joint, and a dimly lit place with no banners or bright hoardings on the outside.

Chicken tikka masala was good but the service was very poor. The waiter took long time to serve but food was good.
Biriyani was nice but raita served was very watery
No papad was served with biriyani which was disappointing.
The restaurant that boasts of serving the softest of kebabs is indeed a place you need to visit.

Their tagline 'World's softest kebab' pulled me to their outlet to try their delicacies. A small outlet located beside the famous Times Square Building having two tier seating arrangement. Getting a place during rush hours can be a problem as there is minimal space but luckily it was empty on a Sunday night.
As we were much excited about their Kebabs, we ordered for a portion of their signature Kakori Kebab, Mutton Shami Kebab, Subz Galawati & Mutton Galawati. To be honest this was the best kebab i had till date and that too they stole the show by a huge margin. The kebabs were amazingly soft and they were literally melting in our mouth. It is actually difficult to choose a one but i would highlight their Galawati Kebab. To be honest, their kebabs are simply something to die for. For the main course, we ordered for a Gosht Korma, Lahori Paneer along with Roomali Roti. The Gisht Korma was slightly disappointing but honestly the bar was set quite high with the kebabs. The Lahori Paneer was again amazing.
Though i seriously want to give them five stars but just because of the Korma i am giving them 4.5 but their kebabs deserves 10 out of 5. MUST MUST Try.
My friend asked me to try their Gulati kabab. They were really special, soft, mouth melting. Will definitely try more from here. Though I did feel the pricing can be bought little down.

Had the lucknowi mutton biryani last night. While the mutton may not be the most fresh, it was cooked well and tender. Rice was also mild and flavorful. Served with onions, lime and raita, the biryani overall was very good. At rs.480 it came across as expensive. Will visit again to try more stuff
The best kakori kebabs i have ever ever had. Try them with the varki parathas they recommend or just have them without any accompaniments, it's super either ways. The biryanis is also worth having, made in a proper way the biryanis should be made and not like just some masala rice with chicken thrown in like most of the other places. Try their murg khaas which is also awesome.
Had the Kakori Kebab, which is like an ultra soft seekh kebab and the galawati kebab. Done to perfection.
Nalli Nahari next. Rich, flavourful and delicious gravy served with a Sheermal. The meat fell right off the bone. God, so good.
Topped it off with a phirni. Wish they had more dessert options, though. But good job, guys!

If you need good food and fair service then Order the Signature Kakori Special Mutton Seekh Kabab's that Kakori has to offer. These would be the best in Saki Naka. The seating is limited and ambiance is OK.

I have been here several times but this time i wanted to review the place when it arrived at my place for home delivery. So the delivery came before time and i am giving it a plus one for this very reason . Delayed delivery is always a disappointment therefore i am very happy with this service. Many times before, this particular branch of kakori house has failed to live up to its name and the food wasn't great . Earlier they barely had any items available in the restaurant that was given in the menu which was not promising at all . So what did we eat,
1) A portion of galoti kabab , good texture , soft , moist and fun to eat with chapati . A speciality here ,and the best part of kakori house .
2) A portion of the kakori kabab .
This place should be known for its kababs because they are absolutely beautiful and really tasty .
Heavenly feels . Enjoyed it to the fullest.
3) 3 portions of biryani. Exquisite , Mouth watering and traditional Lucknowi Biryani ! Loved it to the moon and back .

Eating Lucknowi mutton biryani is an heavenly experience. Their gawlauti Kababs will melt in your mouth. Have tried various dishes from their menu; and I can go on writing about how delicious each and every dish is.
This place has good food at decent prices. I really liked their concept of whole wheat rumali roti. It is very light and well made. They also have combos, which are basically rolls and not curry+roti. These rolls have dry fillings inside them .i.e. paneer roll has dry spiced paneer with veggies which is not so tasty. Overall a great place to order food from.
Had the mutton biryani and the galawti kebabs, delivered home. The kebab was excellent while the biryani was good but not great. On the whole slightly on the pricey side, but convenient and delivered efficiently.
Slightly Expensive but the Kaali Daal is just amazing. Have it with rice and some of the murgh kebabs and i am sure you would over eat.
Always order starters from this place when having parties at my place. When we have drinking sessions then kaali daal and rice are picked.

The tundey kababs are the speciality here and certainly the Lucknowi biryani is a special treat in itself. The name of Kakori House makes you expect delicious galaoti kebabs. Had ordered that along with chicken biryani along with other things. Though the kebabs were as per expectations, i was tad disappointed by biryani. Though portion size was good, i think it lacked aroma and was also a very large portion size. Packaging and delivery leave a lot more to work on.

Good food, almost all their dishes have distinctive taste and aroma. Their kebabs will make you link your lips. Service is decent and a decent seating area down and upstairs. Service is little slower, but considering their taste, I do not mind waiting. Overall, a good place. They delivery too.

the only go to place for avadhi food. the kebabs and the biryani you get at Kakori house is not available anywhere else in mumbai. the restaurant chain owned by the qureshi family who was the head chef of the ITC hotels boasts of all the genuine ingredients and marination under the supervision of the owners. and shows in the first bite you eat. sheeg kabab and galavati kabab are the signature dishes. and so is biryani.

Only place where you can get haleem. There may be others but I didn't come across. They do a good job on haleem. Just go there for haleem quite often.

It is a very quiet restaurant. Not many people visit this place. They offer good Awadhi cuisine options. There is nothing fancy in interior, ambiance etc.
