Before the lockdown, I was a frequent diner at chin chin chu. It is easily my favorite Asian place in juhu. The dimsums, sushi and the turnip cake are my favorite dishes. Really courteous staff as well. I remember an incident where we placed an order for a dessert and waited, later we were told that it isn't available. To make up for it we had the staff surprise us with a complimentary dessert. Such incidents leave only fond memories of a place. Can't wait to visit it again!

Went to this prodigious outlet before lockdown..Ordered cheese cakes and it was on our table in a couple of minutes..Must say the cakes were rich in cheese and were taste bud satisfying..The ambience ,The decor,The prompt service were cherry on the cake to my experience..

Chin chin chu is a place close to our heart ! It's more an emotion than a restaurant! We ordered pokchoy chicken & black Schezwan dimsum,veg catarpillar rainbow roll & smoky eel ! It was a burst of potent flavours ! The soy , wasabi , chopsticks brought so much joy! For the main course , we ordered chicken hakka noodles !
Their packaging was waterproof ! The bag had a sanitizer pack attached.They took rains & covid into consideration. The food arrived much before our expectation.
The highlight was they sent some complimentary tiramisu , cos it was my sister's birthday ! They just made our day !
Must try - Avacado and brie cheese nigiri, dip them in their soy sauce and Broccoli cakes. Japanese cotton cheese cake : Cooked to perfection. It needed butter biscuit below or on the side. Fried Turnip Cakes were delicious. Crisp outside and gooey within. Perfectly seasoned. Chilli Tofu was delicious. Quite flavorful. Served with cashews crisps and bellpeppers. Vegetable in a black bean sauce. This was delicious. Loved the addition of water chestnuts, snow peas and mushrooms. Was quite flavourful . Loved the two mocktails, Kung Fu Panda and Swadee ka.

Chin Chin Chu is one of the best modern Asian restaurants in town with an amazing vibe and some great dishes like sushi, dim sums, sashimi, asian platters, modern flavoured bao’s, authentic asian flavourful salads and so much more! The home made side sauces they serve are too die for! They have great options for veg and non veg people, and some dishes can be made jain at request.They recently opened up an outlet at Lower Parel too.Chin Chin Chu has such a vast menu, and options for everyone.

We went in at around 4pm for an afternoon snack, the staff was extremely courteous and quick service despite it being an odd hour.
What I tried :
~Dim sums
* Cantonese Crystal Vegetable (₹325) - Its one of their chef specials and is extremely famous. It has exotic finely chopped asian vegetables inside a thin and transparent dumpling sheet which make them look like beautiful crystals. They taste amazing paired with he chilli garlic oil sauce!
* Wild Mushroom and truffle oil (₹345)- Another chefs special and a must try for all the people who lovee truffle oil, as it is generously loaded with it. The mushrooms are flavoured with asian spices.
* Edamame and truffle oil (₹365) - If you love edamame you cannot miss this one! The grinder edamame along with the truffle oil makes for some bomb flavour, edamame is also actually considered to be a superfood!
~Sushi (Veg)
* Philadelphia Cheese and Jalapeno chilli roll (₹395)- the cream cheese and the cucumber is a perfect combination and the this modern sushi is topped with their special sauce which enhances the flavours. the jalapeños are pan seared to make them crispy, they taste so good!
* Tempura asparagus (₹425) - I love fried and crispy asparagus in my sushi, so if you do too, this is the one to choose! They also have cream cheese which compliments the asparagus well and some spices wasabi cream too.
~Bao Buns
* Cottage cheese and Bell peppers (₹325) - this was quite an average dish, I would recommend this smoked cheese and mushroom bar instead.
~Starters
* Turnip cake (₹425) - This definitely tops my list of addictive-dishes-at-ChinChinChu! This is one of the best Turnip cakes you’ll taste (apart from the ones at Yauatcha,BKC). Thechilli and fried garlic dressing on the crispy on the outside and soft on the inside turnip cake is what steal the show!
* Baby Potato (₹375) - This was such a yummy dish. We called for the potatoes in the spicy chilli bean sauce, if you don’t prefer spicy food there is in option to prepare it in their kung pao sauce which is slightly on the sweeter side.
I did not try any other starters but have heard praises of the lotus root, crispy water chestnut and silken tofu in kung pao sauce.
They also have some great wok preparations some of the best are the Bangkok chilli basil sauce woken Japanese Enoki Butter sauce. Delicious curries are also available but i would prefer the wok.Its one of the places in Mumbai serving authentic Ramen, so if you’re a ramen lover I’m sure this place won’t disappoint!
When it comes to dessert they have some pretty unique ones including the Matcha Fondant and Nutella Caramel well cake.
I haven’t tasted the drinks here, but the authentic asian teas , their original concoctions mocktails , and spiked coffees seem tasty. You can also have their signature cocktails like Panda;s chi (tequila and Passionfruit) ans try Mai tai (Carta Blanca with orange and pineapple). Chin Chin Chu is the prefect place to unwind with some great asian food and drinks.

I guess the name itself suggests this place maybe related to some chinese or japanese foods and well it is one of the best place if you love those foods.. They mainly provide sea-foods for non vegetarians and the soups are worth tasting... but this place is just too expensive for normal people... I would give it 4/5
They have the best dimsums and sushi around juhu. Definitely a must try. They deliver as well and the quality is as good!
A cool and cosy joint. Twice visited this place, both occasions there was a good waiting, luckily there was space at the bar counter, where we were accommodated and served starters and drinks and later shifted to a desired table. The place houses a small seating, with two sections, the outside Non-AC and the inside AC. This is a stress point when you visit this place, mostly when it is summers with high humidity around. The waiting area is right at the entry and is pretty small to accommodate many. Monsoon is another scary time, when you visit this joint. However, once you are settled and check the menu, all your anxieties vanish. There is a good assortment of Asian, Chinese and Japanese Cuisine. Very palatable preparations. Portions are good and fairly justified price points.

As fancy the name suggests, the fancier is the restaurant. It is a place you have a maximum chance to bump into a celebrity, directors or the producers, because it’s everyone's favourite.
When you are looking for the perfect blend of cocktails and want to try something new, this is the perfect place to bang on. My favourite drink over there is espresso and cacao martini, each sip of this drink gives you an instant hit and if you are a coffee lover looking to get tripped this is your drink. To enhance the taste of this drink you can order Mysterious Tiramisu from the desserts side.
I am looking forward to the additions in their drinks menu. It would be a great help if you can update me with the new additions in the menu.
Very colorful ambience really liked it. The food is delicious even the drinks so refreshing chillers. They have Chinese, Indonesian & Japanese cuisine. Staff are very friendly and polite. This place is always packed during weekends, its better you do a reservation before going. Had a great time, do visit for some good Asian food, you'll surely enjoy it.

I’m a sushi lover and I was really impressed by the sushi here especially mushroom truffle sushi is one of the best, Vegetarians should definitely try it.

Went here with two friends to celebrate a special day ! Ordered sangrias, tuna and salmon with avocado roll , chilli chicken boa , caterpillar rainbow roll and for desert the coffee mud cake ! All the things were nice ! The ambience is amazing and the staff was also courteous. Had an amazing time and it’s a must visit place. Do try out the 🍣 sushi and even better if you ask the staff for recommendation!! It’s a 5/5 rating place!

The place has a good ambience. The place has a Panda obsession which works for the restaurant, giving it a youthful vibe. The staff is friendly and helpful. The starters were very good. We tried the Lotus stem and it was tasty and healthy. The dim sums are a must try item. With regards to the main course, we had Khau Suey, which was not the best decision. The place is a little expensive, but some of the food items are worth a try. Overall, it's a nice place to visit with your family and friends.

What a bright and lovely place for a relaxed Sunday lunch. Although very remotely located in the bylanes of Juhu, Chin Chin Chu is vibrant, colourful, buzzing and exudes a whole lot of positive vibes.

It is like any other oriental place. But there something good bout the cozyness. The dimsums are just fab. Perdectlt soft and firm. The sushi isbfilling and of good filling and quantity. Not badly priced either. It s gonna do well and will end up becoming a favirute.

Favourite place for dimsums of all kinds. I love the mushroom cheung fun, the crispy vegetable one as well. The prawn Sui mai is delicious too! Only suggestion would be towards more generous portions.
The japanese cuisine is just splendid. The best part was that the vegetarian sushi options excelled in taste and the subtle flavour. Also the wok dishes were filled with complimentary blended spices and gave a wonderful taste in every bite

So this was the first place I explored during my visit to lucknow. Its near by the charbagh railway station, lucknow and a good family retaurant. The ambiance was average but the food was tasty. The prawn crackers were AMAZING. The prawn tempura roll was delicious as well, only wished they hadn’t put so much wasabi mayo. Ambience is good and its crowded even on weekdays. Always call and book a table in advance to avoid 45 min waiting.

And in shushi we ordered veg caterpillar rainbow roll.

It was our 1st visit to Chin Chin Chu and it's nice, comfortable and cosy. We had ordered
1) Stir fry lotus stem in chilli garlic sauce - 2.5 - bland
2) Spicy Broccoli cream Dimsum - 5 (a must try)
3) Vegan shushi - 3.5 (decent)
4) Burmese Khowsuey - 4 ( good quantity to serve 2)
5) Veg Mangolian Style pot meal fried rice - 5 (excellent taste, spicy, a must have)
6) Veg indo Chinese Schezwan pot meal noodles - 4.5 (medium spicy but nice)
Overall the experience was good but found the place a bit on the expensive side esp when it comes to starter portions. Pot meals are very filling and excellent. But definitely worth a visit incase of special occasions.
One of the best restaurants I have ever been. You can have delicious meal over here. I tried everything from starters to main-course to dessert and cocktails, everything was so nicely prepared. They take care of customization as well.

I was looking for an alternative to Yauatcha, and having seen the food on Instagram, I decided to give it a go. We opted for a mix of vegetarian plates, and especially loved the buns and the shushi options. The dim sum was good, but could have been more flavoursome for sure.
I loved the panda decoration around the restaurant, makes a nice change from the tacky decorations you see in so many places.
It is one of the best Asian Restaurant in Mumbai. The food, service, staff, decor everything was outstanding..! Fabulous...! Each food taste is such amazing like you just love it.. and it is important that staff also well known about menu so it gives outstanding dining experience.. they just WOW..! We were four people and we all enjoyed the food here. We ordered around 6 different dishes and all were really good. One of us was trying Sushi for the first time and even she loved it. It was of course because how well the sushi was made. The ramen was good too. We had tofu and it was aptly cooked. I highly recommend this place.

The food is flavourful, and I quite enjoyed the veg sushi platters. The portions are appropriate and plated beautifully. Loved the burnt garlic rice paired with Bangkok vegetable curry
Special mention of the Philadelphia cheesecake, which I would surely repeat when I go next
We went in just last week (mid December 2023), when road repairs were on, so there was a fair amount of inconvenience, especially because we had senior citizens with us

I tried a few drinks which were very refreshing and a great presentation. In starters had Lotus stem tossed in a sauce and Avocado Sushi. The stem roots are highly recommended 😋😋
Then tried their blue pea Jasmine Fried rice. It looked so pretty and perfectly cooked. Selected a gravy with it which was absolutely flavourful.
Ended the meal with super delicious hazelnut chocolate mousse that looked stunning ❤️❤️
Overall the place is great to visit. Do try their sea food and other dishes which are superb in taste 😋

We visited this fancy restaurant near the Juhu Beach of Mumbai for a lunch. We had an amazing time here & all thanks to the warmly welcoming staff who served us from the start till end. The staff here is very well mannered & polite. This restaurant specializes in Asian food & they also have their own signature drinks on the menu. We started our foodventure here with the "Crispy Chicken Bao" & it was really very scrumptious. We also had a "Butterfly Pea Flower Cooler" & "Fresh Plum & Grape Cooler" from their signature drinks menu. Later we tried their "Spicy 3 Pepper Chicken" & "Kung Pao Chicken" from their starters menu which stole our hearts. We finished our meal with "Gravy Chicken cooked in Beijing Black Bean Sauce" & "Egg & Chicken Burnt Garlic Jasmine Fried Rice" in the main course. But thats not all, we even had a signature dessert "Tiramisu" which was shaped in the form of a coffee bean & it was just out of this world.
We will definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends & family in & around Mumbai who crave for authentic Asian food. They have a beautifully set up seating space both indoors & outdoors with ambient lighting. This place is a perfect spot for dates, casual friend meetups & also for family dinners. The truffle mushroom dim sums were killer! Turnip cakes were surprisingly good - very unique dish that I’ve never had before. Mapo tofu made with silken tofu was also really good, though it wasn’t very authentic :) dug the food overall! Servers were good but overall I got the vibe that they didn’t really want to be there.
Chin chin chu is a must visit for Asian lovers! A wide menu catering to the best Asian food in Mumbai, they have sushi's, dimsums, noodles, ramen, rice and everything Asian! the vibe here was really positive. They are also offering late night home delivery from 12 am to 3am .

Chin chin chu, Juhu has one of the best ambiences in town. It's chic yet warm and welcoming. The super cool panda paintings on the wall definitely add to the charm of the place.
Along with Asian food options, Chin Chin Chu also has a huge bar with a great selection of in-house cocktails.
We started our Dinner with 3 Pepper chicken, a chicken starter with bellpeppers and black pepper sauce; Crispy Prawns in Honey chilli sauce; deep fried prawns sprinkled with sesame and Chicken Scallion Gyoza Dimsum, partially fried Dimsum served with chilli soy. All 3 were delightful and cooked to perfection.
For mains we had their Panang Thai Curry, a preparation of boiled chicken and veggies Ina red spicy coconut curry served with Jasmine rice. It was indeed the highlight of our meal with utmost authenticity.
We ended our meal with a beautiful looking dessert, the Nutella well cake served with vanilla ice cream.
It was a great experience and we would really look forward to visit Chin Chin Chu juhu. Best wishes to team Chin Chin Chu.

If you want great Chinese food, delicious, upscale , not too expensive, great ambience, then head to Chin Chin Chu ! We have already been twice and looking forward to a third trip . Love their sushis and cocktails !! The other stuff is pretty delish too ! Hope they maintain their quality ! Oh yes, desserts are definitely very interesting! They have valet parking .

If you are looking for authentic asian food in Mumbai, this is the place you should go.
It’s located in Juhu and has indoor and outdoor seating area with great vibes.
Menu has almost everything from various asian countries such as Thai curries, Katsu curry, sushi, dimsums, bao, sashimi, ramen, nigiri, pot meals, and so on.
Been here for lunch and I must say, the food is truly awesome and heartwarming.
We tried fresh plum and grape cooler mocktail and kung fu panda cocktail.
Mocktail was refreshing and kung fu panda was too good. It had perfect mixture of gin, passion fruit and lime and topped with lemongrass.
Dim-sum: In dimsum, we tried Chicken and Jalapeno dim-sum.
It was too good.
Sushi: In sushi, we had Prawns tempura sushi.
Crunchy prawns tempura wrapped in sushi roll served with wasabi.
It was delicious.
Starters: 3 pepper chicken: Since we wanted to try something spicy in starters, staff suggested us this and it tasted amazing. Crispy chicken nicely tossed with capsicum and onion in pepper sauce.
It was really great.
Mains: Japanese Katsu Curry: Japanese Katsu curry served with jasmine rice topped with crispy chicken pieces.
A perfect meal I must say.
Desserts: Tiramisu: Our all time favourite dessert. They served tiramisu in coffee bean shape.
Presentation and taste on top.

I recently visited this place with some of my friends. We absolutely had a great time. Went here for lunch. This place is known for their Asian cuisine and is located in juhu.
Pretty ambience, they have both indoor and outdoor seatings.

Chicken yakitori
Chicken Japanese katsu curry
Nutella Caramel wellcake
