It's the best after party place in all of Mumbai, loved there royal faluda and there there fruit creams.
They also have a chilly ice cream that's worth a try.

We tried shakes and pizza here after going through good reviews on zomato. We loved the chic choc shake here it was a must try thing. Pizza was ok but shakes rocks...!!! Negative points are they don't accepts cards and service was tooooo slowwwwww, rest all was good. Will visit only for shakes now.

I am not sure if this info is totally correct but there's a story behind how bachelor's got its name the way it is. Well it goes like the owner stayed bachelor for a long time and his friends started calling his food joint bachelor's and it became a cult eventually. Funny story indeed.
Well jokes apart, coming to this food joint; hmm I guess we all have been here at least once, late night after partying with friends or just to have a casual bite with your family members. The place is electric. Just park your car order your food and enjoy the cool breeze of the marine drive.
The must haves once you visit this joint are:
1. Paneer tikka grilled sandwich. Ohh you should definitely have this. Large on portion size and tasty enough to be savoured more.
2. Cheese and paneer schezwan grilled sandwich
3. Schezwan khuchiya papad. A must have indeed.
4. Who can miss their ever famous chilli Icecream. Yes you read correctly. It's a green chilli Icecream.
5. Strawberry cream with Icecream.
6. Classic kesar falooda.
Do try these dishes they are awesome and some are quite unique to this place only.
Damages done: WELL its SOBO guys and that too on marine drive, a famous place, it's obviously going to be expensive. The waiting time on weekends is excruciating especially if you are having those hunger pangs post partying. And calories, I guess having such awesome tasty food one shouldn't worry about the calories much.
Just enjoy the experience. It's one of a kind.

Premium road side location (opposite to marine drive), rich taste in menu, typical roadside " tool pe baith ke khane ka experience with friends and families" and a tad bit costly is why I love this place. The crowd is really good (almost everyone looking for a quick bite or fresh Juice n milkshakes) and the outlet is really small (but that adds to the feel). Mirchi ice-cream is a must and expect faluda and milkshakes to be filling. A must place to try in your next visit. Trust me, u will come back to thank me.

Whenever I'm in this area I visit place. I just love their milkshakes.
No drive to South Bombay is complete without a stop at Bachelorr's. Have tried their Classic Chocolate Shake, Bachelorr's Rocher and Bachelorr's Mocha. All of these are a treat to the taste buds. Definitely worth many visits.
Every time I visit this place.. We end up talking about our beautiful city & it's spirit.. A late night visit & every time you come here you never get disappointed.. Love the sandwiches & pizza's here.. This time we had classic veg cheese grilled sandwich, paneer shezwan cheese grilled sandwich, cheese pizza, veg pizza with paneer tikka topping.. Cold coffee & fresh juices... Enjoyed the yummy food.. Loved it!
After party scenes survivor is always bachelors, it'd be whatever time the manage to give you food even if the shutter is down.
They're God to us when we're are tired and hungry and literally starving and they serve amazing milkshakes and pizza giving happiness to our faces and a happy endings to our evenings:)

I've been here so many times, you can see many people and cars packed right outside this place.
I am not a big fan of their sandwiches, they're okay, nothing great but the packaging and the chips, Mayo they provide is really good in terms of quantity.
They have yum shakes though, especially the Oreo and chocolate shake!
Also, their ice-cream is quite good. I tried this green chilly icecream, which I've never had before and it was so different! If you like chilly, I'd advise you to try this icecream, it's sweet and leaves a chilly taste later haha.
So all in all quite okay, would stick to the shakes and icecream though.
We have been to bachelors so many times and hence thought it deserves a review. The place is practically on a footpath but is as famous as any other major restaurant out there.Come here for their famous & collosal shakes. Tried the Chic Choc & Rocher shake...both were amazing...so well blended & both tasted very different inspite of being chocolate based shakes..you get a wide variety of other snacks here as well apart from the sweet stuff. A legendary place that you can't miss..

Small sit down place where the AC was not working but there is a fan on top. Pizzas were ok with garam masala. Sandwich was awesome and so was the sitphal milkshake and juice. Even the musk melon was good. A good place for a quick bite only u may have to eat with some discomfort due to lack of space.

Was going to Marine lines at night 3 a.m with friends suddenly notice a rush in front of these hotel. The special things about these hotel is their don't have sitting arrangement. They will just provide you the food. So we order a chesse grill sandwich which was good and also provide chips with sandwich. Then provide 3 different type of falooda ie. Chocolate signature, royal falooda, butter scotch falooda the taste of each one was fabulous specially chocolate signature was too good. Should try at night when you are at marine lines.
Good place for desserts especially late night ones. The place is open till 3 AM and makes is perfect destination when you crave for ice cream or shakes while taking a late night stroll on Marine Drive.
The place is a little small and hence sitting and eating is more or less ruled out.

Well this outlet is actually hard to notice.....but well worth worth visiting. We had hazelnut shake and a veg pizza a month ago, and it was good. Service was little slow compared to one at chowpatty but then same taste!!!

Bachelorr's : The name itself brings smile to the face of many including me.. undoubtedly one of the most innovative desert places I have ever encountered which dazzles sweet tooth with their wide varieties of Smoothies, Blends and Milk Shakes.. Nothing to vouch about the ambiance, a small joint with a few stools and mostly standing.. if you strive for some fancy decor or classy set-up this is not the place for you.. but once you start sipping on a glass full of happiness you can't stop until it is finished..
Can't single out a specific dish to recommend but I personally prefer their special Chocolate Blends and the Nawabi Faluda..one can also sample the Green Chilli or Roasted Almond ice creams.. surely you won't be dissappointed.. though they serve savoury items as well, have never tasted them, so can't comment..prices are indeed on the higher side but given the supreme quality of the shakes, it is affordable..
Overall, if you are feeling low or wish to pamper yourself with an overdose of sweetness, this is the place to be..

This joint gives us delicious juices,milkshakes and finger food. It is though a bit on the expensive side. You must give it a try once for their amazing menu in juices and milkshakes. I had the Chickoo banana shake and something which had loads of chocolate in it! A bit overpriced but worth every sip! 👍
Decent place to have ice cream, juices and milkshake...There are variety of flavours available... specialty is *Green Chilli* ice cream, yes green chilli and it's quite spicey but still u get that ice cream feel.

This outlet of Bachelorr’s is a small joint located inside a lane opp Gaylord..it has a small seating capacity of about 3-4 ppl max.
Apart from the Legendary Chocolate Shake, we ordered Grape juice and Cadbury Ice Cream.
Grape Juice was like normal Grape juice..nothing to rave about.
Cadbury Ice Cream was good..
Wanted to try many more items..but their menu is ridiculously priced! Ofcourse there are many better and VFM places to try other then Bachelorr’s..
An extremely tiny place with seating up tinier stairs. But OMG! The chocolate blends are delicious and totally worth the price you pay. Bachelorr's Chic Choc is amazing. Mocha for dark chocolate lovers and Roccher for the ones with an extra sweet tooth. Food is decent.
A tiny niche in the wall place which serves amazing dishes.
A little expensive but worth every rupee. They serve great sandwiches that are so good that you wouldn't like any other sand which as much. The grilled sandwich is amazing with the ratio of the sauces and chutney just right. They serve a paneer tikka sand which which is to die for. Fresh ingredients and great preparations. Small place can barely fit 5 people but the food is great. The pizzas and wraps are good butt he sandwiches are above all! The ice creams are super creamy and rich. The chocolate milkshake is amazing. The chilli ice cream is a different experience that starts sweet but works up the spicyness gradually.
Stand on the roadside and enjoy classy desserts, milkshakes and more. Be prepared for a long wait, as when we went it was super crowded with not enough waiters. However as the juices and the shakes were good, it was worth the wait. We were a large group so got to taste quite a bit of the things. The sandwiches were okay. It's noisy also as its right on the road. The view of Queen's necklace if you care for it is a good one.

All true Mumbaikars who have spent many a late nights on Marine drive enjoying the cool sea breeze, bachelors is a true haven catering to all their midnight cravings! From sandwiches to pizzas to shakes and ice creams, they offer anything and everything that you could desire while chilling out with your friends. Located at the heart of the Queens necklace and opening up late till 2-3 am in the night, this joint is the one of the hippest hangout spots in the town, with ques lining up for kms on peak late night hours of Friday and Saturday.
Its more of a stall than a cafe with a small window serving hoards of customers and exhausted waiters running around taking orders and delivering orders to cars parked in the vicinity. The staff is as helpful as they can be and the service time depends on the crowd but the quality of food is always top notch.
Their cheese grilled sandwich is loaded with cheese but worth all the calories and more. Their true sales drivers are the shakes and ice creams. My most favourites of their menu are the chilli ice cream, chocolate shake and strawberry cream. All are equally divine and rich with a real blast of sweet flavours. The chilli ice cream is one of the most intriguing desserts I have ever had. The strong flavour of green chilli combined with cold sweetness of ice cream truly leaves you startled. The rich chocolate shake with generous quantities of chocolate syrup, chocolate ice cream and crunchy pieces of chocolate is heaven for all chocolate lovers. Nothing beats enjoying their fresh strawberry cream during strawberry season with copious amounts of whipped cream and ice cream.
For all dessert lovers like me this place is a real treat!

The place is a must for me everytime i am in the area. The chocolate milkshake is one of the best in city. Almost everything here is amazing esp the pizzas. Tough to find a spot to sit, so have to stand eat.

If you find difficult to find, have a look where most of the car's are parked. Congo you find it right there.
This place has got its crazy fan list. We actually drove mid night from Andheri to have its famous Pav Bhaji Roll and Strawberry shake. You have it once, you would love to come again, especially if you stay or visit Churchgate.
They have maintained the quality, service is little slow or I should say resource become less when crowd is more.

Bachelorr's at Churchgate is second branch of the famous Bachelorrs' at Chowpatty. In the compound of the building which has Salt Water Cafe on the main road, this is not hard to find if you know where Salt Water Cafe is located.
Have tried Pizza Filling Grilled Sandwich and Mozzarella Cheese Pizza here. Both of them are excellent. This place, though away from its main branch, has the same taste and flavours, unlike the one at CST. This is a much much better place than its CST counterpart.
Bachelorr's trademark Classic Chocolate Shake is heavenly here too. Can never go wrong with this one. However, recently I ordered their Bachelorr's Roccher Shake. Even that was pretty awesome. A nice change from the Classic Chocolate Shake.
On the whole, this place is worth a visit. If you find the Chowpatty one crowded, head here for the same taste and quality though sans the vibe you get at the Chowpatty outlet. Super awesome.
Reached there at 11 30 pm... The place is inside a building and not very easily visible from the road.... The owner/manager asked urs to order quickly.....sayin that they will close at 12 sharp...

Bachelorr's located on charni road is a very famous place but its outlet in churchgate is good too. It has all the items present in the original one. Chilly ice cream is one of the best offering and must have. Other ice creams and shakes are good too. One of the best thing about Bachelorr's is that it is open LATE NIGHT so anybody with sweettooth and just go and enjoy ice cream anytime everytime.
After all the hype I had to try their Chili ice cream which i must say is a very unique flavour after every bite you feel the heat yet you keep wanting for more as the cold ice cream balances it out. Definitely worth a visit.

What better month it could be than visiting in the month of love....and that too this place. So visited this place - Bachelorr's on a Sunday afternoon. The first sight takes you back to your college days...collegians enjoying themselves around the corner and couples also do having a gala time. Just an outlet kind of shop selling ice creams which do have a different tweak added to them. The place mainly known for the same have favourites like chilli flakes ice cream - giving a chilled spicy taste, orange pulp ice cream - giving a real orange taste, strawberry ice cream - can beat any other selling elsewhere, chikoo ginger ice cream - the muddy texture of chikoo mixed with the bluntness of ginger gives a special touch on choice of desserts. They do have some other varieties also but these being hot favourites. Not to forget the chocolate shake which has this rich taste of chocolate along with quite a huge size sandwiches. The sandwiches can definitely beat any one with its texture and taste and the juicy ness in it. The favourite being paneer tikka sandwich.
Talking about the ambience you can enjoy the ice cream with local trains passing by on one side and enjoying the vast sea with cool breeze added to it on the other. You cannot ask for more.
Prices are very reasonable in comparison to the taste offered.
All in all a great place to go in and just enjoy the punch in the ice cream.
Dropped in here on an afternoon to find it completely empty. Sitafal cream was unavailable and so settled on one strawberry cream and a classic chocolate shake.
Classic chocolate shake was truly classic. Perfectly thick, perfectly sweet and perfectly chocolaty with the right amount of chocolate shavings on top.
The strawberry cream had good amounts of fresh strawberries good quality perfectly sweetened cream and vanilla ice cream layered to perfection. I was somehow expecting a strawberry flavoured cream or ice cream but it was not so.
Prices are a little too steep here. Two desserts costed us almost 400 bucks. The quality however is totally worth!
The sister branch at Churchgate is not very easy to find. This branch is not as lively or as cool as the Chowpatty one, the reason being it's closed location. The place might be a bit cramped up but the food is extremely delicious. The Royal Falooda and the Chocolate Falooda over here are probably amongst one of the best in Mumbai. No excess sweetness, no excess chocolate, it's just perfect in all proportions.
If given a choice, we would definitely opt for the CST outlet or the Chowpatty outlet over this one.

Just the place for satisfying your craving for great desserts. The place is unlike the typical cafe one would imagine. It is situated right next to church gate station and is a small kiosk that would barely be noticed in the daytime but is a rage amongst the mumbaikars in the night. The outlet is well known for its strawberry cream and chocolate cream. We went ahead with strawberry cream and it was indulgence to another level. Picture this : strawberry shake + strawberry slices + nuts + whipped cream + full strawberry as the topping. Its like a shout out to all the strawberry lovers, in fact all sundae and shake lovers. A perfect place to visit during the hot and humid afternoons of mumbai.

That place you visit when you are spending a night out with friends. Never had the rolls and sandwiches, however, the shakes and ice creams, of course, are amazing. All chocolate lovers MUST have the Chic-Choc Shake. It's indulgence you won't mind burning extra calories for.
Try the dry fruit ice-cream if u don't mind the calories. It is an explosion of flavours. I visit this place again and again just to taste this desert. It is sinful and loaded with the choicest dryfruits.

The Grape Juice was as natural as it could get.. if was not at all flavoured and surger enhanced.. it was made in its natural form.. and thats how i like to drink my fruit juices.
The Ice Cream was also amazing, and its always tasty when bite sized chocolates are found in your ice cream, so loved that thing about the Cadbury Ice Cream

The place is very tiny but still has a space for 3-4 people to sit. Though they serve snacks but I went there for icecream and I must say that the Blue Passion icecream is one of a kind, something that calls me to Bachelorr's everyday. The flavor is a mix of Blueberry & White Chocolate. A must try. My rating is for the icecream.

I eat raw green chillis with most of my meals , as if it were as important as salt and ! Lo and behold, I tried their green chilli ice cream ( yes they have one! ) man! That was spicy !

I have been wanting to try this outlet for a very long time. We visited the one near churchgate while on a late night stroll through marine drive. The place stays open till 12 at night so thats the main usp. They have a huge variety of juices and shakes. We ordered cold coffee and kiwi shake. Cold coffee was very icy and I like mine a little on the liquid side. Kiwi shake was very delicious though.

Had been to this place last evening with a cousin of mine. We had a paneer tikka wrapsule, classic chocolate shake and rocher shake. The wrap could have been better. Rocher shake was good and it gave a pure taste of the rocher chocolate with hazel nut but the best among all three was the classic chocolate shake!! You should definitely not miss out on that. It's the most epic thing out there!
Classic chocolate shake is awesome there.. fully loaded pizza is okay.. you can't say it is very nice. You can chill out there as long as you wish only if there are no other customers

Having tried quite a few things from Bachelorr's, I have found this place to be the ideal student-hangout zone. Their food, trust me will never disappoint.
My personal favourite is their Paneer Tikka Sandwich and bro, it's definitely worth drooling over. We had an event in our college and had to place an order of about 100 sandwiches and we couldn't possibly think of a better place than Bachelorr's. Their sandwiches are fresh, yummy and cooked to perfection!

We've ordered a paneer tikka sandwich, Manchurian wrapsule and vegetable fried rice. The wrapsule was very good. The sandwich was out of the world. The fried rice is a bit oily and not upto the mark on comparison with the other two. We also had cold coffee which was good again.
