This place provides good wine and good food. however, we had a poor experience due to the lack of air conditioning thought not being the fault of the restaurant. Since this restaurant is inside PVR, some issue cropped up and damaged the experience. Polite staff and excellent food adds to the delight ❤️
This was a hidden gem for me because everytime i went high street pheonix i never paid attention thinking its so old restaurant and not so great ambience that i presumed..finally i made a visit and to my surprise the ambience was too good and so the food.I tried the kimchi soup and jajangmyeon noodles and it was super delicious..Since then i wasnt able to resist and made my second visit to the kurla pheonix and they have much better variety and ambience is such a killer.
The dragon fire chicken was so crispy and juicy with all that sauces..The soup was fantastic and nasi goreng rice was so full of flavours..Just a suggestion if you order nasi goreng rice i would suggest you to ask for two sunny side up instead of those chicken skewers...this is the best food that i had in 2020..hope i get to eat some good food in 2020.
Had visited this place last week. Good food, spacious place. Was planning to redeem Dineout gourmet vouchers. Vouchers were valid for 1 + 1 main course. The staff refused redemption even for items like rice and noodles as these items are not considered main course. Their menu card only considers gravy as main course.
Alot of applause to the chef who plated these desserts so much of love and perfection makes it more delicious and inviting ...... Specially the banacake with chocolate mousse was so perfect to the palette not being a sweet fan still one of my fav dish that i suggest to people.... It's a late review i had visited like last month but good experience should be appriciated ..service is also quick and up to mark ambience again a amazing touch to pleasant experience..... Lastly the beverages are also great i have tried the hot and cold both its something new and refreshing I keep on visiting and every time there something great i get to taste #greatjobteamshizusan
We tried the Chicken Kimchi Jiggae (a spicy soup, quite yum, small portion), prawn coriander dumplings (good), Dragon fire chicken (excellent), Sauteed prawn with red chilli (Sichuan style, very good) , Hibachi sticky fried rice (excellent, recommended). For dessert we tried the Cobert Muss cake which was not good at all (thick and stuffy, very boring dessert). Very good addition to the Phoenix Market City restaurants. A must-try. There are quite a few tables and interiors are decent. Service is quite prompt as well.
Our love for asian food dragged us to this new outlet in kurla which we hadn't given a try at all.
The interior of this place is very well done. Shizusan offers authentic asian cuisine. The dumplings we felt that they were a little sticky. But the sushis were amazing. The portion size of the main course seemed a little less else the food was on total 4/5
Good food, courteous staff. One time visit.
An excellent place to have Japanese food specially awesome sushi's
A lovely place at Phoenix Market City Kurla! Had been meaning to visit this place for quite sometime now.
Great vibe and ambiance!
Went on a weekday a little after lunch time.
Prices seemed pretty decent.
This that we had -
Sushi
Asparagus Tempura Roll (Good)
Philadelphia Roll ( Okayish )
Hakka Noodles ( Delicious)
Fish Three Flavour ( Yum ) Must Try!
Amazing place to try love the food would give more stars if possible must have the hot and sour soup
Friendly staff... Homely atmosphere... 😇
The ambience is very pretty and comforting! Had been here on Christmas with 4 others. We had lovely chicken starters, sticky rice sizzler with prawn and chilli garlic noodles with chicken which was delicious. The prize is a bit on the higher end and I would recommend going here with just another person. Great place for a date, and the quantity suffices 2 or 3 people. The quantity fell short for 5 of us. But I wouldn't mind coming here again with just another person to savour the food.
Loved the Ambiance,peaceful and serene.
Ordered Sushi, tried for the first time.Completely new taste for my taste buds and i liked it.
Ambiance ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Overall a must try place.
The ambience is perfect for a nice and relaxed dining experience. Do visit
Will definitely be returning soon

Try to visit this place if you are in or around Phoenix Kurla :)
Situated at the entrance of the High Street Phoenix mall, this is One of the best restaurants in terms of authentic Oriental cuisine. A perfect combination of Taste, food presentation, and aroma would definitely tickle your tastebuds.
Initially I was kept waiting for a table and took way too long to find a staff and place my order, which dampened my spirits. However I was guided well on my order selection.
Cuisines: Japanese, Korean, Thai, Chinese, Indonesian.
Food: 9/10
Presentation: 10 /10
Ambience: 7/10 (noisy traffic outside )
Service: 6 / 10
Value for Money: 7/10
Parking Space: 9/10 (mall parking)
It was a working day for me and I was just out of a customer meeting, and while I was surfing the internet for options,we decided to go to the nearest mall, Phoenix market city, Kurla.
I then started surfing through my options and stumbled upon Shizusan. I found the name and decor of the restaurant very attractive and therefore, decided to have my lunch there.
The setup of the restaurant is very elegant, in pastel pink peach shade. very pleasant with ambient lighting. Although the AC was not working when we dined there which we were informed as we reached, nonetheless I liked the look and feel of the restaurant and decided to go ahead. They have a separate sushi menu along with other dishes and drinks menu. I was welcomed with a non-alcoholic shot glass, it was a good start. As it was a working day for me and comparatively, a hot weather outside, I ordered an apple cucumber and celery juice. The juice was light and fresh and was just the right choice to start my lunch. Then we ordered a vegetarian sushi, Sriracha blush, which looked amazing and the ingredients were a perfect blend of spicy, sour, crispy mouthful of sushi. It is a must try dish.
The next dish we ordered an Asian crispy noodles with avocado salad, The avocados just melted in my mouth, the noodles were crispy and the sauce used was sweet and sour. All the flavors blended perfectly well. Then we ordered shitake and black mushrooms dimsum. The flavors were quite simple yet powerful and it gives you a feeling of "cant stop eating!".
The overall experience was amazing with good food that made a mark and great ambiance. The staff at Shizusan is also very friendly and helpful. If you ever want to taste a bit of Asia, this is a must visit!
Shizusan located at Phoenix Marketcity Mumbai is all about food from the South East Asian countries and truly worth spending your time here
The moment you enter you cannot stop clciking pictures of this pretty Pink place and pleasing to the eyes definitely takes your work stress away after visiting here
We loved the Sushi and tried both the Vegetarian as well as Non -Vegetarian ones,All are brilliantly well made with a plethora of ingredients
The Dim Sums are to die for especially the Poached chicken Dumplings,You even have an option to select for 4 pcs,8pcs,and 12 pcs
Even the Soups were very well made
For the Main course we tried The Nasi Goreng with a mix of chicken and prawns in Sambal paste with chicken Satay and egg
The Phad Thai noodles were nice and spicier accompanied with Peanuts and chilli Flakes
Service is outstanding and attentive
They have a range of Healthy Juices for those health conscious folks
Definitely we had a pleasant time and meal
See you soon
Honestly I was expecting more out of this place considering it’s rating and also since it’s pricey. Then again which Japanese restro is not!!
Firstly, the ambience does not ho with the cuisine they are serving. Frankly, the place feels and looks like a French pastry shop. Too peachy not at all Asian.
However, the food is true to the cuisine they promise. The sushi, the dumplings, the raw papaya salad are all authentic in taste. I was a tad bit disappointed with the boa though. Even though the bread was soft and moist, the meat inside was rubbery and dry. Food presentation is fancy.
One more thing - the seating can be little more comfortable (but that’s just my opinion). A/c wasn’t working when we went (from previous reviews that’s mostly the case) but that din bother much to me.
Staff is cordial and service speed is moderate
Let me start by disclosing that I am vegatarian and those who are (or live with one) would know how difficult it is to find interesting flavourful international food that is also vegatarian/vegan. I am glad that I found Shizushan!! My husband (who is 200% non vegetarian - can eat anything that moves) actually had the vegan sushis (Siracha Blush was my fav) that I had ordered and actually liked all of them. He even gorged on the vegetarian Hibachi rice that I had ordered. So thank you Shizushan and please keep the lovely flavors coming...The ambience is perfect for lazy afternoon girl lunches or romantic date nights!! The only slight bit of issue I had was that the desserts were not as good the main course (talk about high standards)
P.S: the staff also customize the dishes to vegan/vegetarian where possible.
It was from first bite to last bite simply waoo, very flavoursome, great choice of menu , good hospitality, sushi, rice noodles, drunken chicken, coconut cheese cake, and even the cocktails too good.
Booked via zomato and got confirmation. They said they don’t have the booking. Later they found it, and said it was booked two days ago so they couldn’t find it. That felt a bit unprofessional. Rest all was great. Good service and really good food!
Cute place with the lovely ambiance..all pink interiors..coming to the food sushi we ordered was super delicious and coriander prawn dumplings were simply the best and we also ordered sizzling fried rice once again so so good...
What a beautiful place is this. Amazing asian food they serve. Must go place for all of you once .
The staff are so welcoming and warm!
The place has an amazing ambience and it’ll make you feel all cozy and cute. The food is average tho. The starters were okay. The garlic noodles were really good. Overall the taste could have been better. A little expensive compared to the quantity of food served.
I went to this place and found the restaurant is beautiful and so nicely decorated.
Sushi was outstanding and one of my favorite pick in healthy eating.
Good staff and quick service. I love this place.
We were eyeing this place for a while now!!! Decided to give it a try!!! The first thing that attracts you is the decor..its amazing and very soothing...
Coming to the food..we tried dragon chilli chicken which was very good..something different in preparation
In main course, we had kung pao and ginger garlic lime fried rice...both the dishes were worth trying!!!
And the MUST TRY dessert is vietnamese banh chuoi nuong ...simplyyyy out of the world!!! I
Just a small suggestion..please work on the customer engagement levels..the staff is good however the service part was only decent, could have been great
Had an amazing food experience neverthless!!!
The entire staff was extremely courteous! Service was on point and the food was soooo good! Green thai curry was amazing. Do try the red chilli sauce they give, oh, its dynamite. Excellent work by Chinmay and his team! Will return.
Had been to this beautiful place ..
Food : tried sushi and dimsums
Sushi was well rolled authentic taste and they had Jain obtions too
Though edamame dimsums were too dry and very blunt taste ...
Presentation: neat classy and elegant
Jain food : can very much try they have Jain food too
Value : it's totally value for money quantity they serve with quality is definitely worth then many of other fancy restaurants and their prices ..
According to me ..
Must try for sure ...
This restaurant had been on my wishlist for a while. The food was great. Definitely worth a try.

Well visited the restaurant more than once,FOOD IS GOOD , SUSHI IS GOOD , I PERSONALLY LIKE SUSHI MAKI , PRICE WITH TAX IS ON THE HIGHER SIDE NOT VERY POCKET FREINDLY BUT QUALITY AND QUANTITY IS GREAT , SPECIALLY SUSHI LARGE PORTION IS ACTUALLY IS OK FOR THE PRICE, first time itself experience of the service staff was great ,but it was the last time i visited and was very pleased with the service staff as they served courteously and promptly , special shout out TO ARON FOR THE GREAT SERVICE he also tried getting me a sushi made which was not available specially when he heard i traveled a long distance for the sushi , good ambience and great comfortable back suporting chairs 😅, OVERALL I WOULD DEFINITELY Recommend VISITING at least once

This new place in Phoenix Mall is a total delight for Asian Food lovers! 😍
Pretty decor, authentic asian food, drinks made up of natural flowers and just so much more!
Stumble upon this new place while shopping and thought to give it a try!
Went here with my friends and to our surprise this place had us covered for all moods! 😍
We were being served with a pomegranate flavoured welcome drink in small glasses and it was amazing!
We ordered:
Drinks:
1. Spring Garden Cocktail: This was basically a jamun based drink with added on some alcohol. The drink looked scrumptious however it didn't have any sort of jamun flavour but it tasted amazing!
2. Mogo mogo ice tea: Made up of some flower this ice tea was altogether a different drink! Do not miss out on this drink!
3. Tom yum cup: well I didn't like this drink at all! Too strong to handle! You can miss out on this drink!
4. Sriracha Blush Sushi: This vegetarian sushi was a total delight! Loved the flavour and plating done and served with wasabi. Sushis are a must try at this place! 😍
5. Bao: well this was some non vegetarian bao which my friends ordered and they totally loved it!
6. Edamame Dimsums: To my surprise, they were really delicious with that authentic taste of tibetan momos and served with burnt garlic sauce! Definitely going there again to try their other dimsums.
7. Crispy Kung Pao Potato: Potato wedges tossed in sichuan pepper and dry red chilli sauce and garnished with spring onions. This dish is a must try for potato lovers! 😍
8. Crispy Shiitake Mushrooms: Shiitake musrooms fried and tossed in oyster sauce. This mushrooms didn't taste pretty well and you should definitely miss out on them!
9. Stir Fried seasonal green light soy: Veggies like babycorns, broccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers and zucchini tossed in light soy sauce and served in the form of gravy. This was by far the most amazing asian gravies I've ever tried! This was served along with rice!
10. Chilli garlic noodles: Stir fried noodles tossed in spicy chili garlic sauce! Loved the flavour and the taste!
11. Tender coconut cheesecake: This was like a piece of heaven! Don't miss out on their cheesecakes! Authentic flavour of cheesecake blended with coconut and garnished with a cherry on top!
12. Manilas Halo Halo Sundae: Presentation was lit! Lavender, coffee and vanilla icecream served with jelly, red bean, and corn sweet and rice crisps. Altogether a different dessert! Do try this! 😍
This was by far one of the best experiences of trying Asian food!

Welcome addition to Phoenix mall which was missing a good Chinese restaurant for a while. Prawn coriander dumplings are super, also the corn and chestnuts. Sushi was skimpy on the fish. Pad thai was good. Portions felt a little small overall. But definitely worth returning. Decor is also very pleasant.
Located on the 01st Floor at Phoenix Marketcity Kurla, the 02nd Outlet of Shizusan is as promising as its predecessor
Decor: 5.0
The decor is nothing short of a vow! The pastel color palette accentuated by greens (introduced through potted plants) gives the place a retro, yet minimalist vibe
Food: 4.0
We placed an order for the following :-
A) Starters:
1) Poached Chicken Dumplings
The dumplings were cooked to perfection with the minced chicken stuffing spiced just right and the outer jacket steamed well
2) Crispy Fish Wild Pepper Style
Loved this fish preparation as the flavours were offbeat and the presentation spot on. The dish as a whole had the right balance of flavours and ingredients however the fish was slightly soggy or not as crispy as I expected it to be
B) Mains:
1) Steamed Fish in Chilli Garlic Sauce with Ginger Garlic Lemon Rice
The Fish was cooked to perfection (melt in the mouth) poached and served in a mildly spiced ginger garlic sauce that wasn’t too overpowering. The accompanying rice complemented the fish perfectly
C) Dessert:
1) Tender Coconut Cheesecake
The star dish for the entire course here however was the Tender Coconut Cheesecake. One of the best cheesecakes that I’ve had so far. However that being said I could not taste the coconut in any of its forms in the dessert
Service: 5.0
The service staff is highly attentive and extremely courteous. Our host for the day Ms.Eunice Zimik was always attentive and perpetually wore a smile. The lady at the desk too kept taking feedback. Definitely a place where one would love returning to thanks to the wonderful people who work here
V.F.M: 4.0
The dishes are on a steeper side however the place is worth visiting for its beautiful interiors and lip smacking food
Japanese food @atshizusan turned out to be the best I have ever had. Simple and so tasty 🤤👏🏻❤️👌🏻

The ambience of this place is decent and comfortable, the service staff is very polite and kind. We loved the sushi and we tried the kaprow and sticky rice in the mains...both were worth trying. Price point is little heavy on pocket but worth the price.
This Asian restaurant is revamped and relocated from its original location at Lower Parel. The place serves you stunning Asian delicacies with wide variety of options to select from that are truly amazing.
what should I say about this place, I am in love, whether it be the interior of the staff or the food they serve, everything was on point.
starting with some drinks I tried their
jasmine silk (that was soo good and refreshing, it's highly recommended)
chocolate martini (this was good too, ab sweet for me and a bit strong, if you like something that strong do try it)
now the best part was the starters, I tried a couple of them some of my favorites were the
* dynamic shrimp sushi (i love sushi from this place do give it a try)
*poached chicken dumplings (omg, this was my favorite of all the dishes I have tried here)
*crispy kung pao potato(perfectly crispy and yummy)
*pathani chicken wings (if you like the taste of cocom=nut oil then only order this, it tastes yummy but the coconut oil is a bit overpowering when you first take a bite)
for the main course, I tried their prawns in xo sauce with some sticky rice which was a perfect combination,
now for something sweet we tried their manilas halo halo sundae, it was basically a combination of 3 icecream with some rice puffs but I was so impressed bu the taste of it. so simple yet it was heaven.
Shizusan now have become better than before.
No more a shop house.
The Kurla outlet is just stunning. The ambiance is genuinely welcoming and pretty.
Beautiful place to unwind with friends and family!
The food is as usual perfect.
Our recommendations-
Edamame & Truffle Oil Dimsums
Asparagus Tempura Sushi Roll
Cottage Cheese Bao
For the main course we tried their Ginger Garlic fried rice with Thai style mushrooms which was delicious.
Hands down their mocktails are good as well.
Shizusan has recently started with their board games which surely keeps you in the mood.
Desserts were divine.
Loved the service provided by courteous staff
Definitely visiting this place soon
Adorned with beautiful pink interiors, it makes the perfect place for a quaint date night. The cuisine is Japanese and the food is absolutely delicious ,as are the drinks.
We had the Rainbow Maki which had crab sticks, salmon and was absolutely fresh. We also had the Jiangnan Shaoma dumpling. The dumplings were absolutely heavenly- the juiciest I've ever had. It had pounded chicken, mushrooms, ginger and spring onions. Both the dishes were fresh as ever as lipsmacking delicious.
For appetizers we had the crispy wild pepper fish. It was light and snacky to the best.
The silken tofu with shitake mushroom main and the Massaman curry were some of the other enticing options we saw on the menu.
We ended our meal with the Manila Halo Halo Sundae. With the goodness of lavender and coffee ice cream, rice crisps, sweet red beans and jelly, it made the perfect Japanese dessert.
Throughtout this Month of August special Foodicious events are being held at the mall and I only got to know about it yesterday when I visited Shizusan.
We encountered one such activity of Quiz Night yesterday at the mall at our favourite pan Asian restaurant Shizusan.
A very basic quiz but super fun with all the diners being absolute sports. The host Tilak too was very entertaining. All the guests in the restaurant too really enjoyed and posted whole-heartedly which made it even more fun.
The event was organised by @aceofpub and was super fun. Some won free desserts, we went home with Vouchers worth Rs 1000 for Lifestyle and Promod each, and Rs 1000 for ONLY and Rs 2000 Vero Moda vouchers !!!
Recently visited Shizusan during the Quiz night, and as soon as we walked in we were charmed by the plush interiors!
We ordered the Philadelphia Roll, Prawn and Coriander dumpling, Thai Basil chicken, Veg Pad Thai and Coconut Cheesecake!
The appetisers were spot on, however the dessert could have been better.
To drink we got the Jasmine Silk and Tokyo Hoop, both were very refreshing.
Overall, we had a memorable experience as the food was amazing, the ambience was great and the staff was courteous!

Lovely ambience, even better food, called for second helping, the food takes you to another dimension! Do visit, you zlwont regret, quite a rose gold vibe!
Shizu San, means hospitality in Japanese and this place did stay true to its meaning. A very neat and welcoming ambience with super polite staff. They did actually care to explain every individual about the food they served. Really impressed with the warmth.
1st up on the table were 3 drinks:
0. Mogo Mogo Ice tea, which had a splendid aroma of this Japanese flower called Mogo Mogo, non alcoholic people, this can be your poison
0. Spring Garden, a gin based cocktail with the flavour of Jamun and infused with Lavender, people who like their cocktails to be mild, this drink is for you
0. Tom Yum Cup, a vodka based cocktail infused with Kaffir lime, personally this was my favourite, very strong and aggressive flavour and it worked superb with the vodka
For starters:
1: Edamame Petite Pois Truffle oil Dimsum, a light starter and not too dry
2: Dynamite Shrimp Sushi, if you like Sushis, you will like it
3: Pulled chicken bao, this was one dish which could have been skipped
4: Sriracha Blush Veg Sushi, it was good
5: Poched Chicken Dumplings, now this had to be the winner of the menu, hands down! These dumplings were just perfect and yes, spicy!
6: Dragon Fire Chicken, crispy and spicy fried chicken with a dip, along with the chicken dimsums, these are a must try
7: Crispy Kung Pao Potato, average dish, have tasted better before
8: Pathani Chicken Wings, spicy and hot, wings like they should be served, with a very different blend of asian spices and a touch of curry leaves
9: Crispy Shiitake Mushroom, vegetarians please try this, the mushrooms were full of flavour and was served with Barbeque sauce
Mains, going by the list above, you should have guessed by now that we did not really have the space for mains, but we did try:
Prawns in XO sauce, served with steamed rice. Was a good try though, potion size was good for two and tasted good as well.
Dessert:
0. Tender coconut cheese cake
0. Vanillas halo halo sundae
Overall, the drinks and started were superb. Mains was good as well. Desserts can be better though!
Visited this place in their launch week and starting from the entrance, the whole place is lit up and beautifully designed with an Asian feel, the open bar also looks classy and can dine n drink straight from there too! Food is also up to the mark and has a great variety which made me too full that I had to miss out on desserts too! Sushi, Baos and Dimsums on point and that itself says it all!
🍣 @atshizusan ,Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla is a New Asian Hotspot with an elegantly done ambience.

One of the best place for PAN Asian cuisine. Very nice mild but bright ambience. Very nice staff and excellent service. I can dare you to try any dish from the menu and it won't prove to be wrong. Best part is that most of the dishes are also available in veg options.
There are several criterias on which a good restaurant is judged and Shizusan gets a perfect 10 in all of them. The food is mouthwatering.....I would specially recommend the rainbow sushi, dynamite prawns and the edamame dumplings. The eaitstaff is attentive and polite and well versed with thr menu. The decor is pretty which lends the place a soothing and fresh ambience. Its an all in one experience that one should definitely try.
Shizusan has been one of the most famous Asian restaurants in town post the success of their Parel outlet and as soon as I found that they had re opened at Phoenix Marketcity Kurla, I had to go and check out what the fuss was about.
Lately, many upcoming restaurants have adapted Pan-Asian cuisine. Shizusan, being typically famous for their Japanese food also serves some lipsmacking drinks and desserts. I tried a lot of items and almost all were a hit for me thanks to the recommendation by Mr. Nishad, the manager.
Mocktails:
1. Mogo Mogo Iced Tea (5/5)- The famous Japanese Mogo Mogo served in the form of iced tea. Delish! Loved it. Super refreshing.
Cocktails:
1. Tokyo Hoop (5/5)- This was not only extremely pretty with a Orchid petal but it was lipsmacking. Vodka with raspberry and apple juice, has to be a hit. Perfect. Must try.
2. Thai Grapefruit Margarita (3.5/5)- Was super excited to try this but didn't expect it to have a spicy hit. I felt the jalapeño taste overpowered after each sip and the Thai flavours went well but the overall after taste was spicy. Not my type.
3. Smokey Chocolate Martini (5/5)- Firstly WOW. A dessert cocktail? They have 3 in their menu. I went with the Manager's suggestion and I'm delighted I did. This had a hit of cinammon but it blended so well with the martini and chocolate omg I'm a fan. Definitely a hit! Must have. Highly recommended. Great job by the bartender Mr. Deva.
Appetisers:
1. Crispy Kung Pao Potato (3/5)- Have had much better versions of this. Was a miss. Can be improved for sure.
2. Sriracha Blush (5/5)- Avocado, cucumber tempura roll with cream, was perfect in flavours. The wasabi and soy sauce made this a BIG HIT! One of the best sushi I've had.
3. Three Mushroom Maki (10/5)- The best sushi I've had. I'm a huge mushroom fan so this could be biased but wow. They really know how to make gooooodddd sushi. Hands down a must order.
4. Crispy Shitake Mushroom (5/5)- STAR DISH OF THE NIGHT! Killer. Too good and perfect flavour. Must order.
5. Edamame Truffle Oil Dimsum (4.5/5)- Very nicely done, perfect taste and good hint of Truffle oil as well. Just wish they gave a better dip alongside other than chilli oil.
Mains:
I was over full by now but I knew I'd regret not trying any mains so I ordered
1. Exotic Vegetable in Parsley Sauce (10000/5)- WOW! BRILLIANT MAIN. Highly recommended. Perfect salt, garlic and Parsley very well complimenting the veggies and a good portion.
Dessert:
1. Manilas Halo Halo Sundae (5/5)- WOW. Their entire menu is insane. Some very weird sounding combinations which turn out to be so amazing they leave you surprised. The elements of this were 3 Icecreams(coffee, vanilla and lavender) with rice flakes and some jellies and berries. The byproduct was a fusion of all of this with an amazing taste. Kudos to the chef!
Overall, I was super satisfied with the place and now they've even reduced their prices so its very pocket friendly. Amazing pastel interiors will leave you mesmerized for sure. Special thanks to my Servers Yeunis, Prathamesh, Tejal.
This is a new Asian resto inside Phoenix mall.
Its had a good menu with a mix of Japanese, Chinese and thai options.
We ordered :
1) Prawn tempura sushi : the prawns were fresh and the sushi was nice and crispy with a bit of sriracha Mayo.
2) Veg tempura sushi with sriracha Mayo : this was my favorite spicy and crunchy.
3) Avacado salad sushi : this was ok . With a good avacado filling.
4) Singapore noodles : these were yummy and fresh thin rice noodles. The only issue was the quantity was very less.
Cherry blossoms when you enter, oh what a pretty sight. Aesthetics so pretty makes you want to ogle at this place for longer. Pastel seating & cutlery to match the ambience. Food & hospitality so good definitely coming back here soon.
The food here is delicious, the decor, the cutlery, is so beautiful. The staff is polite and the whole place is clean and well organized. Extremely loved my experience. The sushi and the the lobster tempura bao were the winners of the night.
One of the best places to go for good food! I love the flavors at Viceroy and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Being Sushi lover, I like the fact that the food is absolutely authentic and tasty. I went there for the lunch and I would totally recommend the place to others. It’s a great deal - lots of variety.

Shizusan‘ has traversed extensively along the South-east coast of Asia, bringing you flavours from China, Indonesia, Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and Korea! Launched in Phoenix Marketcity Kurla, Shizusan promises an aroma and an essence of the gastronomic delight found in the quaint areas of Asia.
I was here for dinner with my daughter and was very delighted with the service and quality of the food served.
We ordered
Blossom (mocktail)
Frothy, sweet & irresistibly Red are best words to describe this drink.
Avacado salad maki
Maki Sushi were rolls with rice on the inside with the fillings, of Avacado all wrapped inside the nori. This was too scrumptious and the people that feel avacado is sour or tangy , then you would be baffled to taste this Avacado filling which is very much smooth and different in taste.
Sizzled blast chilly cottage cheese
Cubes of cottage cheese sizzled with hot, spicy and fresh green chilly and with the bell peppers. The notorious, spicy and tangy sauce added to this is just another example of how our chefs are good at exhibiting their culinary skills.
Vietnamese banh chuoi nuongo
Vietnamese Banana Cake or Bánh Chuối Nướng was a cross between a bread pudding and a spongy cake.Vietnamese baked banana cake was slightly sweet with coconut flavors. The texture is nothing like traditional banana cake (or banana bread), clubbed with a gooye chocalatey layer which made it more delightful.
I thoroughly enjoyed dinning at Shizusan and the service was really overwhelming. Looking forward for more such scrumptious dinners in future.
Woooow! One of the most amazing Asian I have had recently. Your food has shifted me from Asia kitchen to shizusan. Keep it up.

Never imagined a restaurant can look so pretty and surreal, I was out with my friends for gaming night and this cute little place caught my attention. The cuisine is Asian but the place is done in a way that it reminds you of the cherry blossom season in japan. From polite staff to great aesthetics and mouth watering food you certainly can’t go wrong with this one. For us the cocktails were the cherry on the cake!
The food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the Geisha cocktail and the corn and water chestnut starter.
What really caught my eye was the ambience and the vibe. Sooooooo beautifully done. I am in LOVE with the color palette and LOVE the cute little plants everywhere. Can’t wait to be back.
Shizusan - Asian cuisine. Kurla Market city. New Opening. Compared to the Lower Parel. The menu here is conceived taste has been customised as per the local palate. Just a tweak given. Ingredients used are the same however there is Punch and flavours in the food.
Started off with Blue Nun Gold Edition (Germany) Sparkling wine and Rose (Sula Indian) along with Sriracha Blush (Sushi - Veg) this had punch and the spice factor. Done well with Sriracha mayo. Basically Avocado/cucumber/jalapeno and cream. Non Veg i Tried THE PERUVIAN - Tuna ceviche, lemon chilli mayo and cilantro. Presented well - tasted good.
Mango Falernum Sour was another cocktail which was good - Homemade Falernum (syrup from the Caribbean which contains ginger/lime and almonds) this gave the aroma of cloves and all spices.
Tom Yum Cup (This name is normally associated with soup) Vodka based with Kaffir/lemongrass and Chilli syrup. Have a Thai touch.
POACHED Chicken Dumplings were worth a try - served with a tangy soy broth dumplings were stuffed with minced chicken/ginger chestnuts and bok Choy. Layer was thin. Overall nicely done.
Must try the 17 Ingredients SALAD - their signature dish. This had bold flavors.
flavours/aroma/crunchiness/punch. Loved the pickled red onions sliced with plum dressing, peanuts, salad leaves some greens and their secret spices. Have you the sweet/spicy/tangy/peanuty taste.
Crispy Cork & Water Chestnut with Fresh Herbs - Weak link. Need to work on it. Oily. Chef's please have a look.
Penang Laksa lotus stem - could have been better. Balance was out as some lotus stem were soggy and some crispy. Needed the punch which was missing. Missed the wow factor.
Mains - Stir-Fried Seasonal Greens tossed with light soy and bird eye chilli. Monsoon it's a bit difficult to get the greens. Brocooli/spinach/carrots/zucchini/onions/scaliions/capcicum/peas/pok Choy were some of the greens used. Garlic imminent. Overall a light and lovely dish to have. Comfort food.
Sichuan Garlic Chicken - comfort food. Diced chicken in Chilli and soy sauce with exotic vegetables. Semi liquid with garlic. Chicken had a nice/light marination - wok tossed
Phad Thai - comfort food. Madewell, served with Peanut/lemon/Chilli flakes a bit of greens sprouts. Overall liked it.
Ended with cheese cake.
Overall - a lot of changes in the menu compared to lower Parel. Prices reduced as well. Personally feel this is comfort for one and all. Go for it. A couple of flaws which the chef needs to work on. Cheers.
Wow..it feels so good to be back in Mumbai🙂 #amchimumbai and back to lots of reviews and tasting.
Went to this place on the second day of its opening, the menu offered was limited but all the choices were perfect.

Ambiance and Decor:
Shizusan: An Oasis of Style
From the moment you step into Shizusan, you're enveloped by a breathtaking decor that sets the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. The attention to detail in creating a fantastic ambiance is truly commendable, making it a must-visit for those who appreciate style and aesthetics.
Culinary Excellence:
Gastronomic Delights Await
Shizusan is a haven for food enthusiasts. The sushi, in particular, stands out as a remarkable culinary creation, but it's not alone. Every item on the menu boasts top-notch quality and exquisite flavors. The attention to ingredient quality is apparent, and the presentation of each dish is a true work of art.
Minor Critique: Bao:
Almost Perfect, but Room for Improvement
While Shizusan's culinary offerings are outstanding, the bao, while good, could benefit from a little tweaking to match the excellence of the rest of their menu. It's a minor point in an otherwise stellar gastronomic journey.
Service and Staff:
Room for Improvement
One aspect that needs attention is the staff. During my visit, it was evident that they were short-staffed and appeared somewhat overwhelmed. This had a noticeable impact on the overall dining experience as we had to wait longer for service. Addressing this staffing issue and ensuring a more attentive and efficient staff would be a significant enhancement.
Overall Experience:
A Dining Experience to Savor
Despite the minor critique and staffing concerns, Shizusan provided a dining experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. The impeccable presentation of dishes and the quality of ingredients showcased their commitment to culinary excellence. With some improvements in service, Shizusan has the potential to be a flawless 5-star destination, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit to savor their exquisite offerings.
Had a great time at this place. We ordered Sushi, Ramen and Fried rice. They do warn you about how raw food is served in sushi. Some may not have the taste for it but I enjoyed it. Loved the food and will definitely visit again to try other dishes.
So we tried warm and overloaded cheese melting dimpsums, flavorful bean noodles, simplistic signature ramen, and siracha blush sushi. It was my first time trying these things and i absolutely loved it. This was my best sushi ever. Quantity was very ok. However, it would be great if the receptionist can be little more polite. Rest everything is good. Make sure you reserve a seat before coming especially during weekends.
Shizusan offers great asian food. Ordered a variety of Sushi, all of which were upto the mark. The signature Ramen was just Yum! The ambience is calm and simple which is great.
I am not a fan of trying new stuff especially with my palette but I'm glad I did at the Shizusan, coz it was amazing ❤️
The food was cooked to perfection and the flavours weren't too overpowering making it really pleasant to taste. I also loved the presentation of every item that I'd only watched in Korean (Asian) culture ☺️ 🍜
The ambiance is amazing. Great vibe!! Polite and approachable staff willing to help. Great service, could have been faster though.
So I'm more than happy with the overall experience at Shizusan and it would be my No. 1 recommendation for Asian cuisine ⭐
The food is uniquely tasty. You could taste every ingredient ina dish. Every dish was well prepared and the chicken dishes have the softest chicken pieces. The vegetables in the dishes are high quality and fresh. There's is a 10% mandatory service charge taken anyway as part of your bill which is probably why the servers don't care much to keep you waiting. The ambience seems like it was better till sometime ago. Everything now looked a little older/worn.
This place is perfect for Pan-asian cuisine. The decor and ambience of the place is too good and you'll love to spend time here. The food is delicious and the service is good. It's perfect for a group as you can try a lot of dishes. We loved their Spicy chicken Ramen and Nasi Goreng. Even their Thai curry was also nice. Quantity of rice is also sufficient. You can try any of their dumplings n you won't be disappointed. We loved the Crunchy chicken dumplings and Cheese & Chilli oil dumplings
Absolutely recommended
I tried their Pad Thai, Spicy Chicken Ramen and Korean black bean noodles and all these were great as compared to the other restaurants I have tried these dishes. This restaurant has a very calm vibe and friendly staff. It would cost around 1500 for 2 people. I would recommend the Pad Thai.
This is a quiet little place in the middle of the hustle bustle of one of the largest and most crowded malls in mumbai! The ambiance is nice, not loud and a good place for family and friends.
It has one of the best sushi I have had. veg and non veg. And the chicken ramen is so flavorful.
It’s definitely a must go for sushi lovers.
We were served by Prathamesh, really good service. Liked the poached chicken dumplings a lot.
Shizusan has maintained a high quality right from when it first opened its doors. Their dimsums especially have always been spot on deliciousness!
They don’t have Ramen on their menu, but if you request, they will make it for you! Such a lovely hospitality!
The Lobster Money Bag is a favourite, steamed to perfection with an ample amount of crunchy lobster filling. But, I also absolutely loved the Poached Chicken Dumplings, served in a tangy broth that reminded me of soup dumplings. A special mention for the house chilli jam which had quite a kick and really complimented the dimsums.
This is a restaurant definitely worth a visit!
Great place and ambience for dining, food is great with decent potions.
Specialties here are their sushi, ramen and other asian delicacy.
During our visit here we ordered : multicolored sushi, chicken ramen, nasi goreng, gochujang fried rice, veg bao, etc.
All of em tasted great. Nasi goreng was the most price/quantity and quality. The ramen felt authentic with multiple ingredients including calamaris, etc.
Overall the dining experience is great and one of a kind in kurla.
Highly recommended if you are going for asian cuisine.
I just love the ambiance of this place. I got the tempura sushi, chicken gyoza and chicken, coriander dumplings, I highly recommend the chicken gyoza, they were delicious. Exceptional service by Prathamesh. Definitely a great place for Asian food.
Great service by Gautham. Loved the ambience.

4. Babycorn and Broccoli
Expensive but Ok tasting food, Slow service..
Good presentation..
Japanese food and sushi lover as I am, this place satisfies your palate and leaves you fulfilled. The taste of the food was good and presentation was good too. It's a nice cozy and comfortable le place to bring your date or family.Keep the good work up!
⛩️Being asian cuisine lover with extensive range of palate, I went to this place for dinner on weekend.
Kindly reserve the seat in advance as I’ve waited for 20 mins. We have ordered Veg Hibachi Japanese fried rice didn’t lived upto my expectations but veg California sushi was awesome & would love to order again..🥗🥘
Green Beans and mushroom was okay and a bit salty for my taste buds..but overall level
Worth a visit for asian cuisine lovers and they have good options for vegeterians..
**Elegant and nice ambience
Went there for a quick lunch and was stunned looking at the ambience. We had prawns miso soup, well this wasn't my first time having miso soup so i know how it tastes. I feel it was bit overcooked because it was hard and hit our throats making us not intake it anymore. Pad Thai was really good and tasted good.
The schizusan I knew from Pune was much more luxurious , was much more prettier and more comfortable, this one seemed little low budget work.
The food was great as usually ! Extremely tasty pan Asian food.
