For me Bohri food is a new. I know that it has influence from Gujarat as well as from the Middle East but that was all I knew. Since I am vegetarian I was shocked to know they have some special vegetarian dishes.
So I decided to try it out from Ambrosia’s Kaka Kaki. Such a lovely name as well. Feel

We ordered through the Bohri non veg thali on swiggy. Portion sizes are good..biryani. samosas and maldi were top good. Would definitely recommend for trying Bohri food which we couldn't find elsewhere.

Chicken dum Biryani - a traditional bohri dum Biryani with lots of aloo and will cooked chicken. It's not very heavy on the masala hence light and good
Chicken creamy tikka: you have to try this, it's on a stay
On your way to Santacruz Market, tucked halfway down 2nd Hasnabad lane you will find this simple Cafe called Ambriosa's kaka kaki. It's a no fuss Cafe, clean, slick and span with indoor and outdoor seating.
The serve starters, soup, biryani, desserts to diners. But best of all, is they offer parcels
I tried a variety of delicious Bohri items here. Kaka Kaki is a small outlet in Santacruz west near the Santacruz Station.Must say almost every item was amazing in taste. The items I tried were :-

So this was the first time when I tried Bohri Cuisine from Kaka Kaki & trust me I was totally in love with it. Quality and Quantity of food was amazing 🤩 Packing was top notch 💯. 10/10 for timely delivery. I tried their Mini Thaal which had Chicken Samosa, Chicken Biryani , Malida & Chicken Almond

We could feel the love and dedication that had gone in preparing the food with every morsel we took.
Its been ages since we ate such lovely bohri food! Of course we missed the Thal and the courses in which the bohri food is actually served but this was an outstanding experience.

Was in Santacruz and went in for a quick bite. Our stomach was full but we were craving for more, that is the beauty of the Bohri food served at Kaka Kaki, very mild in flavours very well executed and delicious.
The owner was there in the cafe and takes care of the guests.
