Friends were in a mood to have fun so in searching for places came across this place called the angrezi dhaba, it's situated in mahalaxmi and serves amazing fusion food. Basically indian food with an angrezi twist. The cost of drinks is also ok and not very costly, I think it's mrp.
Coming to the food we ordered several starters and pizzas.The dishes did not disappoint, the quantity of the starters was good and the toppings on the Pizza was nice and the crust was also nice and crispy.
The icing on the cake was the ambience of the place and the service offered at the restaurant.
Would definetly visit the place again.

We ordered chilli cheese onion roll, paneer bhurji and laccha parantha from this place.All the dishes were delivered on time.With that they were delivered warm and fresh.The packaging of the food was done properly with the required green chutney.The laccha parantha was very good and crisp.The quality and quantity of the food delivered was very good.Highly recommended.

If you're going out for dinner then this is an average Punjabi restaurant. Probably the high ratings are for the drinks. The name of the restaurant makes you feel you're going to some special restaurant with some special l, funky dishes on the menu. It was disappointing to see that almost all of the menu (vegetarian side at least) was made up of your regular Punjabi fare that you'll find in so many restaurants of Mumbai. The food itself was good. But don't even think of trying the Vada pav fondue. Epic fail. I think they should take it off the menu.
They also had loud dancy music like a pub should have where people come to party and more for the drinks and less for the food. But that didn't seem to be the case here on a Thursday so the music seemed out of place.

Picture 1: Chocolate panipuri with basundi shots. As cringeworthy as it sounds, this dish was a killer. One mouthful of amazing desert. It was the highlight of the dinner.
Pineapple Mocktail: Too strong for my liking.
Tandoor butter garlic prawns with kurmura salsa: Great, unique taste. Wish it was more tho. Prawns cooked well.
Fish Fingers: Acha tha.
Cheese Chilly Spring Rolls: Veg mangwaya! Great dish. Cute presentation also.
Overall, the vibe and ambience is really cool and hip. Not my type, but great anyway. Also, their rooftop area overlooks Mahalakshmi Racecourse so. ❤️ Apart from that, I felt it was sort of expensive? The quantity could have been a little more. But if you ever feel like trying a cool new place for celebrations, you can come here. Would I come here again? Probably not unless you’re treating me. Happy eating! 💕

The restaurant had a very nice ambience overlooking the artifacts of Mumbai like antilia, Mahalaxmi racecourse, it's perfect when you want a scenic view plus good food. Food was delicious. Loud music with real swings for chairs were the coolest thing about this restaurant. Loved the vibe. Servers were polite and food service was quick.

I really really loved the ambience it is totally what is the time this place which is of how comfortable yet modern this place looks like the servicing was pretty quick.
Angrezi Dhaba is located nearby Railways as well as connected to road. It has a pretty themed interior and ambience. Ambience represents a dhaba style designs with Bollywood tadka to it.
The service was quite impressive too.
The food here comprise of Indo-western cuisine and there are some pretty innovative dishes.
We tried Mocktails which were great. And for appetizers we had Garlic PeriPeri Kebabs and Crispy Chicken. Both the dishes were great and were spicy hot. Burnt garlic noodle was fine too, though it could have been improved.
What our favorite was the dessert that we tried. It was Chocolate golgappa with Malai. It was something we had for the first time.
Its a good place for family as well as friends outing.

Angrezi dhaba the name itself reflects the idea of fusion between english styles and our local dhaba style food. the dishes they serve here are the best fusion food you can have in mumbai according to me.
They have special bollywood theme all over the place with lots of bollywood posters and ambience made of vibrant decorations suits its name very well.
Another best part of visiting this place is its view to race course,as this place is near race course you can have your food whilst taking a glace at the beautiful race course as they have outdoor sitting arrangements to.

1) CHICKEN SEVPURI - EVERYONE MUST HAVE TRIED THE TRADITIONAL SEV PURI BUT I MUST SAY THIS WAS ONE IF THE BEST FUSION FOOD I HAD WHICH HAD A MIX OF CHICKEN KHEEMA ON OUR SEV PURI . IT TASTED REALLY GREAT AND IS A MUST TRY ACCORDING TO ME.
2) TANDOORI TACOS - THIS WAS CHICKEN WRAPPED IN THE TACOS. THE CHICKEN WAS VERY WELL COOKED AND MARINATED AND TACOS WERE VERY CRUNCHY ENOUGH.
3) MANGLOREAN CHICKEN KABAB - THIS WAS CHICKEN TIKKA SERVED WITH GREEN CHUTNEY WAS VERY WELL MARINATED . THE KABA WAS LUSCIOUS AND TENDER.

1) CHICKEN TIKKA MAC N CHEESE - THIS WAS MY FAV OF ALL IT WAS MAC N CHEESE PASTA WITH CHIKEN TIKKA AND CHEESE IN IT. IN MAIN COURSE BONELESS THIS IS A MUST TRY FOR A NON VEG LOVER.
2) CHICKEN TIKKA JALFREZI - THIS WAS CHICKEN TIKKA BONELESS SERVES IN THICK GRAVY OF TRADITIONAL SPICES AND WAS A BIT SPICY. THE QUANTITY WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR 2 PERSONS .
Dessert -
1) GOL GAPPA SHOTS - ONE OF THE MOST DECORATIVE AND ATTRACTIVE SWEET I EVER HAD. IT WAS CHOCOLATE DIPPED GOL GAPPAS WITH THE SHOTS OF BASUNDI . WHEN YOU PUT THAT BASUNDI IN THOSE GOL GAPPAS YOU GET VERY MUCH SATISFIED AND SURPRISED BY THE COMBINATION OF TASTE IT CREATES. THEREFORE MUST TRY ACCORDING TO ME .

Angrezi dhaba is a great place for good food.. Spectacular view. Located near mahalakshmi racecourse the view is just so awesome. The seating area is comfortable and the ambience is lively and colourful.

Main course we preferred to be a little light as we had ordered cheesy starters.
We order Dal khichdi and to my surprise it was just as we had actually wanted it. Perfect blend of dal and rice , lesser spicy and smooth and consistent.
We ordered mango coconut punch as this was something different we had never tried before and it actually turned out to be nice.
Ending on a sweet note , being a hardcore chocoholic I preferred chocolate Golgappas and must say it was the best choice 😜.
Overall a nice experience.
And talking about the staff and management, the service was prompt and Our server Mr. Ramkumar was very helpful and suggestive throughout the dinner.
A lovely Bollywood styled Dhaba besides Mahalaxmi racecourse is worth visiting! A very happening place with lip-smacking food, drinks and desserts. Its has amazing indo western ambience paired with jhulas. The food tasted and the presentation style was amazing. The staff was prompt and guide nicely for their specialized dishes.A must visit place!
overall good, food quality is really nice, it take time to get order, when we visited it was not a crowdy still order took much time.
All good except price of Cold drink, it's like 3-4 times more than Market price.

Been here few days back for lunch. It's cited at a walk of 5 mins from Mahalaxmi Railway station and has this stunning view of race course from their outdoor seating.
Angrezi dhaba have been my favourite place since quiet a long time now and we happened to drop this outlet for lunch.
Talking about Ambience it's a modern dhaba serving some incredible authentic as well as some fusion food options.
Coming to the f&b part, in drinks we tried Jamaican thandai which was served in this cute looking kettle. It was coconut milk base mocktail and it tastes fantastic. Also had this had explosion which is cocktail having peach puree and energy drink along with gin. Loved the presentation alot of this one.
In appetizers we tried their Murgh talli kebab which is this flambe kebab which is lit up using alcohol on your table. Looks amazing and tastes
even better. Next up we had chicken in peri peri sauce which chicken tenders tossed in peri peri sauce and other asian sauces. Goes amazing with your drinks for sure.
For the main course we had murgh shahjani which was medium spicy gravy having 5 pieces of boneless chicken. Loved it and it goes well with butter garlic naan. Lastly we had this burn garlic rice which was so good! The aroma and flavor of garlic was spot on and we would undoubtedly come here again to have this.
For dessert we tried gajar halwa roll which is this deep fried dessert having stuffed gajar halwa & served with vanilla ice cream.
Angrezi dhaba have one of the best hospitality in my opinion. Captain Sandeep Jadhav , aan singh and manager ensured we have finest dining experience.
Good food and drinks, got the space reserved hence enjoyed even more, the music could have been better
So few back i visited one of my favourite restaurant. This place is really so beautiful. The seating arrangement was amazing here. Overall there ambience was just awesome.
The staff is so polite and friendly. The service was quick.
In cocktail we ordered Electrified LIIT. It is the longest drink. In mocktail we had chunky rasmalai and this also so good.
In starters we had cheesy malai chicken kebab and tandoori saoji lollipop. The malai chicken was great and that saoji lollipop are different from our usual lollipop. This lollipop has outstanding in taste.
In mains we ordered murgh Musallam with butter roti. The Murgh Musallam was served very nicely. The taste was superb.
Lastly our favourite part is dessert. We ordered chocolate golgappa. This dessert was the great.
Overall the food, ambience and service all are up to the mark.

This place needs no introduction when it comes to quirky ambience and Yummazing food, We recently been to their Mahalaxmi outlet which is worth of all the hype!!
We initiated with:
Paneer cheesy Kalimiri tikka: This was one of the best Tandoor Paneer which was marinated to perfection and grated cheese on top, Paneer was so succulent and overall marination flavour were absolutely Delight!!
Vadapav Fondue: This sounds so unique and tasted really good, Vadapav stuffing is diluted and served in Fondue style and crisp pav on sides.
Jamaican Thandai: This was one of the best Mocktail served in Colourful kettle, coconut flavours wer dominating the overall taste and This should be under must must try whenever you visit.
In mains:
Paneer Peshawari with cheese Garlic naan: Paneer medium spiced gravy with Super soft paneer chunks and It was going great with Garlic naan!!
Tikka Pasta: It was pink sauce creamy pasta with paneer tikka pieces and some exotic vegetables, Such an amazing taste in case you love creamiest Pasta!
In Dessert:
Halwa rolls: This will again come Under must must try, It was Gajar halwa stuffed in spring roll sheet and fried and served with a scoop of Vanilla ice cream, It was pure Delight and We absolutely loved it!!
Overall We had the best time here and Special thanks for Pravin Mishra and Prashant Nayak for such warm Hospitality!!

We went for dinner with 9 members. This place has a typical angrezi dhaba feel. Appetizers and Mocktails were lovely❤. Must try. Interesting dishes on their menu like prawns vada pav chicken Sevpuri but were not available. Sharabi chicken and paneer was delicious and the presentation of food was good. Best part is you get to witness great view of the mahalakshmi Racecourse!!
It's a unique experience to dine in here with Racecourse view. Service is also very nice. Food is delicious and seating arrangement is good. We had paneer tikkas and other Indian items. Loved this place

Angrezi Dhaba is one of the finest Dhaba outlets situated in various places of Mumbai. So we visited one of the famous outlet at Mahalaxmi Race course which is indeed a vibe giving outlet.
Ambiance was same like Dhaba both A/C & non - A/C arrangements are available with live matches n little music. Outer part of the Dhaba will give us whole Race courses view which indeed a good vibe giving !!
We really njoyed our evening over there with various dishes like SHARABI CHICKEN KABAB , BUTTER GALIC CHICKEN CHI

Butter chilli garlic chicken it is best for the munchies which perfectly goes with a beer the taste of garlic is really amazing
Chicken peri peri kebab normal taste like kebab but with a taste of spicy note perfect for the people who love spicy food

Jamaican chai:- It is one of my favourite cocktail in angrezi dhaba taste so amazing and serve at very unique presentation
Hum sab sath sath hai :- it contains 7 spirits which is little bit for hard drinkers tastes like normal

The best part is the dessert we have Pani puri shots which is really unique and taste amazing

This restaurant is near race course. A stylish bollywood dhaba with with colourful interiors. Food served is delicious. I would suggest to must try mocktails here. They are soothing to taste and presented in unique style. I would suggest to try the place for its mocktails.
It was great experience. The food and Drink both taste great at reasonable rate. The staff were nice and service too. You can post your photo on Instagram and they would feature it on display. Try Cheese Onion Ring and Mango Coconut Punch.

Angrezi Dhaba is located nearby Railways as well as connected to road. It has a pretty themed interior and ambience. Ambience represents a dhaba style designs with Bollywood tadka to it.
The service was quite impressive too.
The food here comprise of Indo-western cuisine and there are some pretty innovative dishes.
We tried Mocktails which were great. And for appetizers we had Garlic PeriPeri Kebabs and Crispy Chicken. Both the dishes were great and were spicy hot. Burnt garlic noodle was fine too, though it could have been improved.
What our favorite was the dessert that we tried. It was Chocolate golgappa with Malai. It was something we had for the first time.
Its a good place for family as well as friends outing.
Amazing ambience with your Bollywood love and dialogues posted on each wall they have swings and tables with great colour combination , have a balcony sitting which faces the racecourse , must visit in evening day light if you want to enjoy the race course view they provide alcohol and there are offers going on at present for 1+1 free everyday on hard drinks ,2+1 on every beer too , food was amazing must try their Schezwan tandoori it was amazing their chese chilli chicken tasted like heaven. , They have limited space but perfectly utilised , they do have washroom , services is great but often delayed as it's crowded at night
