Probably the best aalu Puri this side of Bombay. Great homestyle food. Looking for North Indian in these areas, this is your best bet. The chola kulcha was pretty spot on as well.
They serve really good chole bhature, chole gravy is little thick and really tasty. Slightly on the spicy side.
Good place to try North Indian food.

As the name suggests ordered from here at office to see if it really lives up to the expectation!
Things i liked -
1) The authentice delhi street taste of the chole
2)Punjabi Lassi
3) Quantity of the chole and the lassi
Things i didn't like -
1) Aloo choor choor naan was just an alo paratha, was disapointed with that
2) Kulcha was also okayish, need improvemnt with that
I would recommend the chole and the punjabi lassi here as i haven't tried the rest.
4.5/5
My new find to call for everyday lunch!
I recently got excited with their dish Mathura ki Aloo Puri and ordered it. It was upto the expectation and that made me order from them again, this time I tried Pakoda Kadhi Chawal meal. Now I recommend everyone to try their food and bring a change to your regular meals.
I am definitely trying more dishes from them soon.
So I have never really been here, but I've ordered from here way too many times and the taste is the same every single time - like home. The Dilli wale mutter kulche and Mathura ki aloo puri are to die for. Spicy, sour, tangy - it's a burst of flavours in your mouth. They send it with piping hot sooji ka halwa. Everything is delicious with North Indian authencity. And it's absolutely value for money. The meal with halwa barely costs somewhere between 150-200 with huge portions.
A must, must try for everyone. And if you're from the Northern belt of the country and missing ma ke haath ka khaana, make sure you order up right away.

Tried Matar Kulche and Rajma Chawal from this place, it was so good that I tried other items the next time.
Kadhi pakoda was the star dish there, really authentic taste, felt like eating in Delhi.
Small enterprise big heart. I love their menu. Don’t have much variety but whatever they make is amazing. Best North Indian food. And value for money. Though sometimes it does get a little oily but the taste is out of the world.
Chakh le The Street Food reminds of North Indian food. There taste is good but I hope there could’ve some extra space to sit around otherwise I would be perfect. I think their First preference is Online Food Delivery. If you’re new and thinking of this restaurant you can go ahead
My Rating for this Restaurant -
For ambiance - 2/5
Food - 4/5
Staff and Services - 4/5
I dont know about any other food item here but if u want to have chhole bhature in Bombay , this is a must have place. We have orderd pindi chhole bhature Umpteen times since last 6 mnths and we cannot think of risking it to order from some place else now 👌🏻💕
The Chola-bhatura combo is amazing . Absolutely yummy and filling. But even yummier and absolutely refreshing is their ‘Neembu Paani’. Superb quantity, freshly made with just the right amount of Kaala Namak, jeera powder, sugar and a whole lot of love. Perfect for a hot summer day 🤓
The place has got not much seating area available. But this restaurant has got mouth- watering dishes.
I really liked their kadhi- chawal.
The staff is sweet and the service is fast.
Ordered Dilli wale mutter kulcha with suji halwa. The food was hot and delivered on time. The kulcha is very tasty and the mutter gravy is delicious. The suji halwa has too much oil/ ghee and is difficult to eat and hence the end of the meal was not good. Overall, Uber eats has made food accessible and possible for everyday ordering.
Taste: 4/5.
Packing: 5/5.
Hygiene: 5/5.
I’ve ordered 2 Aloo Paratha.
The quality and quantity of paratha is pretty good but the quantity of Pickel in less than a piece of lemon.
You can not have 1/4 part of paratha with the Pickel quantity.
Loved the authentic chhole bhature of this place. We went there on a Saturday evening, wanted to try chur chur nan but it wasn’t available. This place is mostly a delivery Resturant with minimal seating arrangement. Chhole bhature costed us 200/- hence the price was resonable too
What amazing food. Loved the kadhi chawal. Moong daal ka halwa. Poori aaloo was so homely and warm. Will order soon again. Delivery is lightning fast.
A place short on space but big on taste.
Order the Chole Bhatura or the Matar Paneer with Paratha and you will finish your meal extremely satisfied.
Prices are very reasonable (more so on Delivery apps :-) ).
Ordered Ordered Chole Batture
and Puri sabji (mathura) and sheera. And how I love that food. Very tasty and straight away it takes you to Delhi streets... Packing can be better but food quantity and taste is absolutely amazing !!
It reminds me of delhi street food.. a must try for all delgi food lovers. My favourite is matar kulcha- it’s nostalgia written all over. Well done. #Zinda2eat
The staff is really polite. It's a small place but their Chole Bhature is a thing to die for. Best I have had in Mumbai!!! Can improve on cleanliness though
Awesome food, epic chole kulche with sweet banana chutney. Real value for money and super tasty, I have ordered almost everything from here and was never disappointed . Probably one of the only places that serve you masala banta this side of town
Super Delhi type food .Chole bathure and aloo puri was amazing .Just one suggestion - Give fried chilli's along with chole bathure, will add to the experience
Tried this place for the first time last night .... the chur chur naan was amazing ... must try for all paratha lovers . . . Very layered and cooked in a tandoor .
This place is a true heaven for North Indian lovers but this place is not yet popular. I had been here a while back and the food here is amazing (especially Chole Bhature). This was a wonderful dinner experience for me as I didn't know anything much about this place and was hungry but the food here was just as good as the wait😍😋😋
Deserves a 5☆ ! The TASTE, QUALITY, QUANTITY & price.
Panner ki sabji n laache dar paranth
Aloo n puri
Gobi da parantha with aachar
Punjabi kaadi pakode wali n chawal
Punjab di lassi
&
Delhi type baante wali bootal (lemon/soda)
Last but not the least : SUJI KA HALWA !!!!
Go yaar go n enjoy it all, have a ball of a time.
PUNJAB/DELHI revisited 👍👍👍👍
Chakh Le The Street Food was on Zomato’s list of meals and combos under Rs 99 !
We ended up ordering Chole bature ,
Unexpectedly the chole was true to taste , really nice consistency of the gravy , well cooked with a little bit of spice , reminded us of Punjab ! The bature were soft , fluffy, hot and well packed !
The portion size was good enough !
The entire delivery was so well composed , it consisted of the cutlery , onions , lemon ,pickle along with tissues !
Everything was packed in foil along with aluminium paper.
This place truly deserves a lot more credit !
Must visit or to be ordered from !
Excellent food !
Surprisingly awesome chhole bhature!! Good stuff
Just ordered the Choor choor Nan. Delicious and nostalgic. The generous bowl of kali daal was appreciated. The halwa puri was a perfect match. Wah wah!
We wanted to have some Punjabi food and this place definitely turned out to be a great choice to treat our taste buds. We had ordered chola kulche and matar kulcha, and there was a complimentary suji kheer to complete the meal. This place did bring back my Delhi memories. A must go place.

Loved the kulchas and The parathas . Awesome taste and good quality. Very efficient delivery even in the rains. Would love to try other stuff soon.
Simply amazing 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Very small place in a lane with barely 3-4 tables - so don't go there looking for ambience.
They have a vegetarian menu with few items. We had Mathura ki puri and Cholle bhature and suji halwa. While the cholle bhature was good (the cholle was not super spicy and the bhatura was nice), the Mathura ki puri was disappointing as the puris were somewhat hard and lacked salt and spice. The aloo was good. The suji halwa - had earlier as well - was not consistent.
It is also a bit on the expensive side.
loved the food..felt like Ghar Ka Khana...awesome taste..loved Kadi chawal
A very tiny place but had heard a lot so went out to try this Sunday.. I was craving my favourite binge meal.. Chole bhature.. so tired their pindi chole bhature and it definitely made me happy.. they were happy to add servings of chole and we ended up eating three bhature!! Had a lassi along with it which is always a perfect combo!!
Then we were given a complimentary dessert of sooji halwa and it was so yumm that we ordered one more! Full of ghee and totally amazing! Reminded me of the halwa we get at some gurudwaras!!
Overall it was a great and satisfying experience and I would definitely recommend this place to people and will come back again to try some more stuff!!
Love the rajma wow! Made our night special!!! Thanks for the delicious food!! Highly recommend Chak Le!
Had Ordered khadi chawal.. Zomato delivery boy had dropped more than half of the kadi.. wen spoke to the restaurant guy he had promised to send one again.. good food good customer service
my father is not the kind to say. the foods good. but today he went like. really good chole! yes! if u love chole bhature. order it from here. absolutely great!!
I had ordered Chole bhature... it was awesome...
the taste reminded me of what I get in North...
very good service of Zomato
Food was very good. Bhatura was soft and nicely made. Even chole was upto the mark.
Chak le...is a real treat when you are hungry...they serve the right combo...really delicious stuffed parathas...amritsari...mulli and gobi...delectable daal buhaara and minty sweet boondi raita...all packed well ....sumptuous for the wife and her husband...followed with a good night sleep...for such hungry heads 🤣
I had aloo poori and parathas here and the food is awesome..staff is really nice and polite..could never imagine this taste in Mumbai...will visit it again :)
Excellent sir very nice food
tried this place for the first time today . . . loved the chole bhature and matar kulcha, felt like i was back in Delhi re-experiencing the street food experience. The place matches the taste of old delhi. Do visit guys!
I have ordered food so many times from here and the food service never disappointed me. Mathura ki Puri is the must try.
They deliver the food in less than 30 minutes every time, which I absolutely love.
Great taste !!
Polite and helpful staff !
Ordered first time from this place. Ordered Dilli wale Matar kulche. Packaging 3/5, Taste 4/5
Love this place, all the food served here tastes like homecooked punjabi food, plus the quantity & quality of food is good, budget friendly, I personally recommend this to everyone, don't forget to try Gulab Jamun after meals.
The food they serve is tasty. specially chole bhature n rajma chawal is addictive for anybody who wants to relish an authentic delhi flavour. and delhi flavour doesnt include any other north india state for instance punjab haryana or himachal etc. Its only delhi flavour ;)
They serve mouth-watering punjabi/Indian food in Mumbai. The best way to relish their dishes is to get it delivered through Zomato/Swiggy. Indoor dining isn't advisable due to paucity of space.
Since the resto is vegetarian and with that, it serves Delhi cuisine, the expectations were already set high.
1. Chole Bhature (7/10): Not the best chole ever, but it did its job of being one well and can be taken as a good tasting dish.
2. Amritsari Aloo paratha (9.5/10): One the best parathas one has tasted. JUST ORDER IT
3. Rajma Chawal (4/10): This might be worse than expected. Rice were cooked right, but rajma disappointed by being almost tasteless and nothing like what rajma should actually should taste. One had to order chole seperately just to finish the rice.
4. Lassi (7/10): Not the best tasting lassi, but with aloo paratha, lassi just complements & enhances it. JUST ORDER IT.
A special regard goes to green chilly, onion and lemon, without which the cuisine itself is incomplete. Ask for more and the staff doesn't hesitate to serve.
Also, the Punjabi Kadhi, that the staff offered, is worth trying.
Service : 9/10
Food : 7/10
Ambiance : 6/10
Quality : 7/10
Overall : 7/10
Expensive : No
Will I go there again : Yes
Will I recommend to someone : Yes
Bottom Line :
Looking forward for better Chole and Rajma...
Great aloo paratha loads of stuffing nice flavour 2 is too many to eat at one go though.
Amazing food. Extremely happy. Was told about the Rajma chawal but in a rebel so I ordered the chole bhature and friend ordered Mathura Puri aloo. I'm in love. The taste s on point. A must have. To end the meal just go for that big glass of lassi and enjoy your nap.
A wonderful place to sample some delectable street food from the by-lanes of Delhi. Chak Le India is a hole in the wall type of restaurant. Their idea is to serve delectable, authentic and pocket friendly food.
MUST HAVE:
- Mutter Kulcha
- Chhole Bhature
- Bantewala Soda
- Paratha
- Punjabi Kadhi Pakoda
Authentic Delhi style paratha! Quick service, easy on pocket.
If you want to have authentic North Indian veg food this is the place to be. A small place close to Versova beach. The price is slightly on a higher side.
Only restaurant who served authentic Delhi food.. If you are Delhiwala then you must go you definitely enjoy this place. Specially Kadhi Chawal and Aaloo tikki uffff!!! They nailed it.....
It serves an enormous quantity of food at the perfect price🍲, also it's Lassi is to die for😋.It's name perfectly describes itself. CHAKH LE INDIA 🇮🇳👳.
Great North Indian style street food , don't miss the mathura me poori aloo , actually dilli style Bedmi Subzi in disguise
Best north indian Street food in mumbai.bedmi puri and chole kulche are to die for
Great Delhi street food and basic khana! True value for money!
I have been visiting this place for almost two years now. I love their Mutter Kulche the most and Banta Soda
