Royal China , located at Hill road , in the very famous Damian building on the 2nd floor. The food , ambiance and service is great ! Definitely a pinch to the pocket! But worth it all . This place is a solid choice for Chinese cuisine, although if you're accustomed to the flavors of street style local Chinese eateries, you might find the appetizers and main courses a bit bland. As for my personal experience, it was neither outstanding nor disappointing but quality & quantity was very good. I tried several dishes during my visit, but I'm having trouble recalling their specific names at the moment. I also felt this place was very expensive 🫰 for three people you'll easily require minimum 5k. What I didn't like is they charge 18% GST and on top of that they charge compulsory 10% Service Tax which means you are paying 28% just tax. And if you are drinking alcohol then there is a separate GST on alcohol as well.

Due to a friend who knows this place quite well as he is on good terms with the owners, we decided to have a business dinner meeting where the attention was purely for their famed roasted Peking duck, as the star of the evening. Aside from the duck, we ordered the crab and prawn dumplings and spare ribs with Sichuan and dry chill sauce dressing. Every dish ordered was excellent and as expected. The ambience is of a nice fine dining restaurant and service is attentive and polite. The bill for the 3 dishes and a couple of beers ordered was just shy of 6k, so one must be comfortable to spend such amounts of money's. They also have a membership scheme which allows a diner to avail sampling of the entire menu for the sum of 1950/- which seems to be a very good deal. Kindly contact the restaurant manager for availing this offer.

The Roasted Peking Duck is a must try. Along with the crispy duck, they make crepes, soup and fried rice with it. It’s enough for 5-6people

The more we come here, the more we’re convinced this is absolutely the best Cantonese food we’ve eaten in Mumbai..! It’s been two visits in the last four months and the food has been tops, in terms of consistency, flavour and quality. We’ve tried the siu mai (prawns, pork and chives, Peking duck), turnip cake with burnt garlic, stir-fried beef with pok choi, char siu pork, sweet and sour prawns, the char siu and prawns fried rice. Portions are decent and average price for our meal was ₹4,000 for 2 (without alcohol). Yes the prices are steep but definitely worth it!

Ambience is really good but food taste surely needs to improve overall. Noodles were too sticky .soup was very ok . Lotus wrap rice was good .certain things on menu are good so choose wisely or u will waste your money as place is expensive goes to 1000 to 1200 per head . Basic menu is good. They offer good deals too so do check them out. Turnip cake was good . Ginger mocktail tasted good too. Dumplings u can try too tasted good. There wasnt much variety for desserts. Had honey noodles which were good too .

Royal China is located in the heart of Mumbai at bandstand, bandra. The location is very prime, it has once more outlet which is in fort. It is a fine dine restaurant. The restaurant serves Asian, Cantonese and Chinese. Most shocking thing about the restaurant was I visited this place on a weekday for lunch and still it was fully crowded which is quite unusual. Thus, I would recommend prior table booking. The staff is well knowledgeable about their menu. They have a really vast menu with variety of options. The menu is exclusive. It is one of the few restaurants where I loved whatever I ordered. This place was a overall blockbuster. It’s a place you can visit with any group, family, friends, partner and at any time of the day. Not even one drawback or negative point about this place. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious, the presentation was unbelievable. The quantity was quite enough. We ordered:- 1. Crispy pan fried noodles with chicken in black bean sauce. 2. Golden fried prawns 3. Chicken in chilli oil and spring onion 4. Siu mai dumpling 5. Chocolate dome 6. Strawberry cooler 7. Cranberry kiss Food - 5/5 Ambience - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Revisit - 5/5

Visited this place and I was in awe with the ambience, the food ,the service everything almost. This place totally is a place that will make you vibes of 5star fine dine. The food was so good too authentic. We went for the newly launched "The best of Royal China". The food included variety of options to select from,it was a 5 course meal. We went for the following Soups - Hot and sour soup &Sweet Corn Soup. Dimsums - Seafood dumplings in chilli oil And Spicy chicken dumplings. Main course - Fish in chili oil and spring onions. And Chicken in black bean sauce. Rice- Veg fried rice And Veg Hakka noodles. Desserts- Banana Toffee with Vanilla Icecream. And Chocolate Mud Cake. Mocktails - Panda and Guava chilli. Everything ordered was so yummy and authentic like I am still craving for it. I would totally reccomend you guys to visit Royal China if you love Chinese food. This place will never disappoint you. Everything here is perfect, there is nothing to complain about. My highly recommended dish would be both the dimsums mentioned above and also do try their chicken in black beans sauce and both the soups too.

If you’re looking for an premium dining experience in Bandra then this is your place. Royal China is one of the Best Places to try out the Asian food. I was here for a lunch and had an excellent time here. They have a set menu priced at ₹895/- per person which is The Best Of Royal China which is just a steal deal. Indeed an excellent offer. It consists of 1 soup, 1 dimsum, 1 main course, 1 Rice Or Noodles and 1 Dessert. It is indeed an amazing offer. We tried the Hot n Sour Soup which was excellent. Their dimsums are just excellent. Tried & loved the crystal dumplings. For main course we chose cottage cheese with chilli oil which was just too good followed by Fried Rice. Portion Size of each and every meal was quite satisfying & just upto the mark. For desserts we tried the chocolate mud cake, it was excellent. It was totally amazing. Had an amazing time here. We loved the whole set menu and the pricing is just superb. I’m definitely gonna come in here again.

Royal China is a place for fine dining with family and friends. Its a place to celebrate occasions or simply let your hair down and have a good time. The restaurant is well laid out and well lit thereby giving you a very warm welcome feel. The large picture window gives the feeling of space and openness. The menu is meticulously planned and transcends beyond the regular fried rice which most Chinese restaurants dish out. For eg: the edimame rice is simply great. Most restaurants short change a vegetarian eater but not so at Royal China. The portion size is also great be it for starters or the main course. The service is non intrusive and pleasant thus making the overall experience very pleasant. Worth a visit if you are looking at the very best of everything.

Loved almost everything we tried. The crispy seaweed looked and tasted like Easter grass, it was way too dry. There was a veg bao that had a sweet dough that we didn't care for. Otherwise, everything was amazing, spicy chicken Bao, sticky rice in lotus leaf with chicken, truffle edamame dim sum, veg wontons, truffle fried rice, Hong Kong noodles, and stir fried lotus root. Even thinking about it makes me feel stuffed. The drinks were also excellent! Definitely worth going back to!

Always a pleasure to eat here! Superlative food. We ate the seafood and 3 mushroom Cheung Fung and Sui Mai before clicking them. Great cocktails too! Attentive service and nice ambience (we’ve always overlooked the street) so there’s always something to see. Overall a great experience Waiting to return
