Throwback to the days i could sit at a restaurant and eat for hours! I am not a heavy eater so i usually don't go for many thalis or buffets but my parents love the thali at rajdhani specially during the mango season and the undhiyu season..
The thali starts with the mix of chutneys..garlic, pudina or sweet.. then come the starters more of the dhokla, khandvi, samosa types .. then comes the chaat item.. mouthwatering dahi wada or dahi puri chaat..
Then come the range of main course items.. variety of Dal's - sweet or spicy.. sabzi which can be aloo bhindi, chole, aloo mutter or some paneer etc.. the variey of parathas, rotis, puris..
Not to miss the undhiyu during winters, which is very well made, the dal baati churma with loads of ghee or the unlimited aamras..
If this is not enough then come the range of sweets.. the jalebi hot and fresh with the rabdi or the malpua with ghee.. the service so quick and the food so good! Heavenly bliss!

There is a wide variety of veg food and has amazing taste 👌 😋. Especially the crispy jalebi which is the best and also the complementary drinks at the start ✨💯
Rajdhani thali is very famous for its Gujarati food 🥘.
Pure veg thali . Cuisine from all over Gujarat & Rajasthan is what they are special for .
