visited this place which is famous for thalis and gujurati dishes. We had 2 different type of thali. One thali had paneer gravy, the taste was really good. The other thali had fried bhindi. Omg it was amazing. Thali included, Dal, jeera rice, onion lemon, papad. With papad churi and gulab jamun for dessert. The gulab jamun was so soft and amazing. The roti had fresh ghee and was very soft.
Really enjoyed the thali it was served with buttermilk. Recommended for families and get together place. Loved it.

Yesterday we had Dal bhathi Churma and Aamras Puri and both were simply delicious 😋.
Though it is smaller then the other outlet in Vashi, the restaurant doesn't fail to deliver equally tasty food. The papad chura here is a must try.
Wanted to have Dal Baati and thus landed to this place. Have been visiting Bhagat Tarachand at Kalbadevi outlet, tried in vashi, the first time.
Ambience is decent, like any other family restaurant. Service was ok. Food was also good. They are very stubborn with thier limited thali, you can even have extra Garlic Masala which is pretty odd as generally restaurants give away that much.
We also ordered chaach in beverage and Rabdi in dessert. Which was not good at all. Rabdi don't taste like that as it was served.
Overall decent option for a casual family lunch or dinner.

Ordered Special Thali by Bhagat Tarachand. Perfect packaging just like their food. Thali was delivered in a box neatly taped. All sabjis and dal was in little boxes with their name written on it. Rice was packed in separate container. Thali contains 2 sabji, 3 chapatis dipped in ghee, Rice, dal, papad, raita and Sweet. Their moong dal Shira is to die for! Do mention for Shira while ordering in comments as they have other sweets also.
The outlet is opp APMC , behind Pam beach mall.
Staff is freindly and they do suggest, if u needy any.
Service is quick and fast.
Ambience is good, for a small outlet.
Food - The veg special thali is all time favorite for us.
Food Quality is tooooo good.
Taste - out of the world, being a non vegetarian.. cannot appreciate veg, but here u get quality, tasty and enough food in a thali.
Love it..this would be my tenth visit to the outlet. They give parcel too..
Food is much more better than sanpada one, I travel all the way to reach this outlet.
We recently tried Paneer Lasooni Methi from here and loved it totally. The Paneer was so fresh and the curry had a nice kick of Garlic in it! Totally recommended!

So we had been to their zaveri bazar place and we were equally excited to visit here .... The cuisines here are definitely worth it.. however, we had their special dishes and we felt really amazing to be here.. their aam ras is fab.. we even tried mango rabdi and it was the best.. we even had their khichiya papad fried and roasted.. we even tried their khichiya papad churi... In the main course we tried their butter roti which is their signature dish I believe.. we ordered sabzi as well which was fab... The dal khichdi was equally good.. we even tried Pani Puri in the evening which was okayish... Not good . Not bad .. overall we shall recommend this place to everyone for some hatke variety of food..

I was confused between two Bhagat Tarachand in the same location. I decided to visit this place.
The staff was warm and welcoming. They did sitting arrangements and accommodated my wheelchair without much trouble. The service was prompt and efficient. No complaints about it.
The food was very good. Taste is exactly what Gujarati customers would want. We ordered tomato soup and special thali. For the price we paid, it looked decent. The portion was adequate. However, I've never had dal with onion in my life until I visited here. That one thing didn't taste good at all. Everything else felt worth the price I paid.
What I didn't like is, the place is very congested. If you're planning to go here with more than 4-5 people, it may be a little inconvenient. Most of the sitting arrangement is done in a 2+2 fixed table so there's very little possibility of modifying anything quickly.
Because it's congested when 3-4 people talking in decent voices, it feels like too much noise.
Overall, I may visit this place again if it's just for good food. If I'm seeking a fully good experience, this may not be my choice.

We were super confused as to what to eat in the cold nights of Mumbai suburbs, when it clicked us to visit BTC and the Google search led me to this place. It's a petite place but served good food and chat.

Papad Churi is easily the best thing you won't find in any other restaurants. Other dishes are also delicious but Papad Churi is the best.
It is a tiny place and there is nothing fancy about it, however, the quality of food easily overcomes everything else. A recommended place for vegetarians.
Decent place to have your sunday brunch! Limited thali is decent enough to satisfy all your cravings! Great quality food at a budget price.. Just that the place is a bit crowded at any point of time & you may neee to wait up a bit.
Overall food was great. But I had went for 'Dal Baati' which I felt was not that much great. The baati was cold when served. And they have so many unnecessary sides like onions? lahsun chuteny ? Raita? ....these side are waste.
I feel only daal bati and churma is enough and best

Dal bati churma thali must have dal khichadi or any other rice variety as we are maharashtrian.
Dal baati is good, too much makkhan in lassi. Overall good experience.
