If you want to order a cake for any occasion look no more. Dark temptations is a place where you cant go wrong with any cake you order. My favourites are dutch truffle, dark chocolate cake , chocolate fudge cake, ferrero rocher cake and black forest. Do also try their chocolates . We tried dark almond rocks and cashew delight and both were good.
Cake was superb, awesome, so soft. Not so sweet which makes you eat the pie of cake more and more. Hope you guys open your outlet nearby to Borivali or Kandivali so can order frequently.
Located just opposite Metro Cinema, their Black Forest cake and Rasmalai cakes are really amazing along with the chocolate mousse. The rates are also reasonable.

My go to place for cakes for years, as I know their cakes never disappoint. So why the review suddenly, you may ask? I was browsing through my album and came across these two pics, just got me thinking that why hasn’t dark temptations got my 5stars yet!
Consistency in quality and taste is their Usp. I always order Ferraro rocher if it’s gotta be a simple cake. Last couple of times I tried their picture and shape cakes - inspite the impeccable design - the taste was not compromised. In fancy cakes I opt for chocolate chiffon.
If you want to have something tasty and different from the regular stuff then Dark Temptations is exactly what your looking for. It offers a great variety of cakes to choose from which are fresh and extremely delicious. We had ordered a fruit cake from here it was simply yummm. A must visit place for all the dessert lovers.
The cakes of DT are awesome. I always call for the seasonal and personalised cakes from here. The Rasmalai cake is my family’s favourite. The cakes are super fresh and well made.

When someone says dark temptation the only thing that comes to my mind is rasmalai cake. Surely its the X factor for dark temptations.
For me this rasmalai cake is like a monthly recharge which makes me visit dark temptations very often.
Dark temptations have amazing cakes. This black forest cake taste so delicious. Black forest cakes are sponge cakes with rich cherries in the tops. They have several layers tightly squeezed in and each layer contains whipped cream. Some of the layers have chocolate. This cake is a great combination of everything.
If once u tasted cake or other stuffs of Dark Temptation u wont like the taste of other cakes..

Sugar rush led us to this place while we had been walking to marine drive and we got in and ordered a Australian almond cake. The slice was yummy and delicious. It's a small place and only has limited seating. Due to the rush , it's better to takeaway the cakes and relish it back at home.

The first time i came across this cake shop was when my friend suggested that for our school christmas party we must order cakes from here as the quality quanty and price is perfect . Their cakes and pastries are wow . Ferrero rocher cake is worth trying . No one can make this cake better than they do. White forest cake is also really light and full of flavour . Caramel roasted almond cake is also really good . Chocolate Chiffon cake is really good worth trying. Dutch truffle is the first on the menu but it actually deserves no. 1 rank .
The reason i am giving it 4 stars is becoz i came across a very annoying issue . When i called up to place an order they asked me to shell out extra rs 50 for delivery charges . I was confused whether to pick it up from the shop or just hand over rs 50 as overcharged delivery charges.
Then the next day my dad called up to place the order after finalising the cake and taking everyones choices into consideration .
They took the order and did not charge for the delivery .
The next time i called up one month later they asked me for delivery charges . I argued that just 1 month back my dad called up that time you did not ask for extra rs 50 for the same delivery address . They just refused to accept my arguement .
It seems they are charging for delivery on random basis which is highly unethical .

Aahhaaa! This is my fav place to have dessert. I am saying dessert bcs you get a proper rasmalai, gulab jamun, rasgulla, seasonal fruits, etc. cakes.
Cakes such as rasmalai, rasgulla and gulab jamun are so delicious that it can't be expressed in words. This just looks like cake but when u will cut the slice you can see the qualities of desserts they used and the moment u will have the slice you can feel the dessert in each and every bite. Not only these cakes but seasonal cakes, fruit cakes, chocolate cakes(more in chocolates) all has the stuffings.
If you want to order all u have to do is make a day prior call or call earliest of the day so that they can take the order as they make cakes only on order as they are known for their quality only. Taking membership card would be advantage as u get 10% discount on cakes and pastries all. They do have Happy hours also which are more discounted. I personally order cakes from here for every occasions.

Absolutely loved thier rasmalai cake and gulab jamun cake! So unique right! Their delivery service is very well coordinated and quick! Their delivery range is commendable 👍. Tried the Chocolate Almond Cake, loaded with roasted crunchy almonds and gooey chocolate and also tried one of the fresh cream pineapple pastry. A thumbs up for yumminess and freshness. This place does have a lot of options on the menu which can be availed on pre order. Chocolate cake are easily available but fresh cream needs to be pre ordered.

I have been visiting this place when it was a small shop in the by-lanes of Marine Lines.
Their cakes are to die for! The Ferrero Rocher, Almond Nougat and the Dutch Truffle are absolutely delicious! They are fresh, soft with melt in mouth chocolate! The Mix Fruit Beauty is my favorite among the Fresh Fruit Cakes.
They also make these personalized cakes - the ones where you give them a photo and they print them on the cake with icing sugar - the staff was very helpful with this!

Have been coming to dark temptations since it was a small joint adjescent to Bombay Hospital.
Chocolate Chiffon is my favorite here. Chocolate based cake topped with fresh walnuts. Have tried it's red velvet as well and it is again bang on.
They have recently introduced quite a lot of flavors which I will indeed try in due course. If you happen to visit this store don't forget to have the Chocolate Chiffon Pastry.
Just saw there marines outlet when we were there for some work. As i have already tasted their cakes and pastries in bandra outlet, i want to taste here also. And this one is also great. Their delicious cakes are always at par . Highly recommended ......

My loveness for this place because of the Indo-western flavours. It's fabulous ambience took me by surprise. The place is a bit pricey but do worth it.

Had a red velvet cake and choco caramel walnut pastry for the go. The red velvet was really good it had a slight sour taste with the sweet red velvet which brought in a good combo. The latter had good crunch with swirls of caramel and dark chocolate base. Good stuff

This branch is quite bigger than the one in Bandra and they have a good seating arrangement. And the desserts here are awesome. My favourite here is blueberry cheese cake. They have wide range of variety in cakes and chocolates. I always tend to try new dessert every time that I go and I haven't been disappointed once. In fact I fall in love with this place every time I go.

I love their red velvet cake, they serve one of the best red velvet cakes as far as i have had from the rest. The Dark chocolate, ferrero rocher, fresh fruit, hazelnut are yummiest i could say. Being a non-alcoholic i happen to pick some fruit champagne's from here for every occasion. My favorite pick is the peach one. A Box of nut chocolates is like happiness redefined

I ordered mango cakes in may, it’s fixed every year. You have to consume this within 6 hours. The cake loaded with real Alphonso slices with cream. Price for this cake is 850. Highly recommended this in summer season otherwise we can choose rasmalai cake also that also best choice

For a birthday celebration this is a perfect place to get the cake for your loved ones. We got the dark forest cake. And believe me I have never tasted a dark forest as delicious as this. It had the perfect amount of whip cream also a layer of dark chocolate between the soft spongy layers of cake. They also have amazing presentation. These cakes are worth the price. Dark temptations goes with its names that there cakes really looks tempting. We all gulp they cake so fast because it tasted yummy and we couldn't stop yourself from taking a bite everytime.

AMAZING taste… Their Ferraro Rocher is best in Mumbai in my opinion. I ordered a 10 kg, 3 tier Farm theme Customised birthday Cake… It was simply delicious.. All my guest loved it.. Their staff member MEGHA understood my requirements and customised the cake as per my choice… They use more Fresh Cream and very less Fondant was used only for few animal figures… I personally don’t like fondant..

Excellent cakes, the chocolate and pineapple pastries are delicious, soft and creamy. I wouldn't recommend the red velvet though, because they used whipped cream instead of cream cheese frosting and that sucks, which is the only reason for not giving this a 5! During seasons you even get mango, gulab jamun and rasmalai cakes. Do check them out.

Well, This place is situated at Marine Lines near inox theatre. They have a small outlet with good ambience . I love chocolate cake and I m a regular buyer of Dark temptation. They have tremendous taste with good design work in 🍰 cakes. They are very costly. Recently my dad bought for my mom as a bday cake that was ferrero cake. I love that cake taste with ferrero chocolate. The packaging part is good. The knife and candles are not good at all as it is looks like a cheap quality one. If people is not finding the pricing worth then they should go for Celejor.
