The best part about this place is that it is exactly towards the end of the food court just where the craving for dessert begins. Just like other naturals outlet, good service and courteous staff. Just one thing is that they didn't have some seasonal flavours available when we visited. Apart from that, the quality was top level, as expected! Strongly recommended.

Right from childhood have been a fan of ice cream just like almost every child in India. But unlike every child in India I have always like natural ice cream. Since my office is very close to the Kurla outlet I often hop into the mall just grab my favourite papaya pineapple.
many people rave about the tender coconut I can I show you the muskmelon and the Jackfruit ice cream are way better. just like I have my favourite my best friend's favourite here is the roasted almond. One thing I would like to mention about natural ice cream is that no matter which outlet you buy the ice cream from, the raste, quality and standard of hygiene remains the same. Well done natural icecream truly deserving of A 4 star rating. I took off one. Because they do not allow us to mix and match or scoop.

It was a long day, all of have settled down after a long days house setting up work. After crazy month of living nomads life these bandraites were resting in the newly decorated living family room. I was looking for something which would complete this day with a nice dessert before I start a new voyage in place we now called home, they called it chembur. First thing popped on my ordering app, Naturals icecream. Made my day, because I missed the combos they give cream & coconut, butter & mango etc etc.
This place is like before the time I was born. Writting about this place is a privilege since we all have grown up eating this brand ice cream.all time favorite flavor and the most running flavor are coconut during all season and sitafal in season .must try these flavor.since this brand exists from years they remove new flavor every week which is also worth trying and is amazing. Natural's ice creams never fail to satisfy the sweet cravings. Quick service. Priced okay at the quality they serve. Have tried the tender coconut flavour and 10/10 would recommend. Also love coffee walnut, watermelon and almond flavours. Recently tried the chococream and it was tasty too.

The best thing about all their outlets (across Mumbai) is: their offerings are a very sound mix of staple, all-year-round flavours and seasonal ones. They have kept such excellent control over quality that it's difficult to make out one outlet from the other.
Every flavour (barring chocolate) is very carefully prepared and am sure the taste will linger on your tongue long after you've had it.
My favourite flavour is - Kesar Pista. It tastes a lot like frozen (?) Ras Malai. Other good ones include - Cheeku, Guava, Almond etc. You will definitely love the flavours if you are fond of the respective fruits.

This has to be the best ice cream of India. It tastes the same as a fruit does. I am completely surprised by the fact that how can they prepare such ice cream which gives you feeling that you are literally eating a creamish form of a fruit. It tastes so well that your taste bud would keep on asking for more. It is a little costlier as one scoop cost you 60 bucks but the amount is worth once you taste it.
The name itself suggest how Natural the flavours will be .. the flavours of natural ice-cream can't be compared with any other ice-cream centres.. When you measure time by ice cream , time seems to go a lot faster in my mind...I'm going to have to give natural ice-creamš¦5/5...šš

Naturals stands true to its name and generates ice cream purely from the natural fruit ingredients and also their other flavours are a hit.
My all time favourite ice-cream is their Anjeer ice-cream and choco chip.
Even though the fruits may not be our favourite but surely after having the ice-cream we are bound to love their flavours!
My sister have been very excited about making me try Natural Ice Cream. She loves them!
So today we ordered for the Watermelon, Roasted Almond and Chikoo flavours.
Loved my Roasted Almond. My sister's favourite is the watermelon but I'm not a fan of watermelons so it was okay for me. I hate Chikoos and tried it once and naturally hated it.
Looking forward to trying the other flavours tomorrow again! :)

Naturals has had been on my to do list for a while and they totally lived up to their brand. We had the guava and anjeer ice-creams and you could taste the fruit in the dish. I would highly recommend that when you visit their outlets, opt for a fruit flavoured ice-cream rather than the traditional chocolate/vanilla etc
Naturals has always been my favourite since the day I have first tried it out. This was my 3rd time and I wanted my babe to try it out too. So after having a heavy lunch I took him over to this place and asked them for the best flavours. They were like sitaphal is the new most sold out flavour and so I tasted it and I went with that flavour. Well he wanted something chocolaty and so he tasted choco chips flavour. It was also good. But I couldn't really get the taste because of my flavour,which was indulging. Well for 55 it sure is the best buy. Compared to other ice creams. I mean it's worth the amount we spent. I will definitely visit more outlets of natural,more often.
I loved this place. The ice cream was so so creamy and cold. The way it melted in my mouth was so satisfying. The experience was just amazing. The customer service was so good. The ice cream for its taste and amount is worth it for 55 bucks I feel. I had the choco chip one and it was really good. Queued in here for a sweet indulgence after our dinner at the food court in phoenix market city. Have tried their ice creams before and definitely wouldnot leave mumbai without having them again. Ordered the tender coconut and chicku flavors this time and both were extraordinary. Especially the tender coconut it had small pieces of it combined and together made for a treat to our tastebuds. Going again today.

Do you love fresh fruits and ice cream ? Then you are in for a treat!. This place has the most amazing combination of fruits and ice cream that IĀ have ever come across. Absolutely loved their Ā rich, creamy and yet mild flavors. The service here is good, they let you try out their flavors before you finally select which one you would want to dig into and they recommend good flavors as well. Like every other natural ice cream outlet serves yummy ice creams. Tried malai and mango which was awesome. The only disappointment is they dont serve mango ice cream with mango pieces like other outlets.
I have heard about naturals ice cream ,but never tried until some years back and from than I have never chosen any other option if available. I have tried most of their ice creams but my personal favourites are chickoo, sitafal and the malai korma ice cream they serve during Eid. Just try that and you will ask this every time and you will get the reply as it is only serve during Eid.

It is Naturals! What can be said about a brand that has managed to hold its place in everyone's hearts for so long :) When I had just shifted to Mumbai,I heard about its divine Tender Coconut ice cream which remains my favorite and I guess it is the most popular variant here. The thing that makes Naturals special is, tasting each flavor really brings out a natural feel, none of that mass machine made feeling (if you can understand that!) It is as if every flavor is handcrafted in a grandma's kitchen,without adding excess sugar or artificial coloring or any of that artificial stuff :) At least that is what I feel.Ā
And it truly has real fruit pieces. So it is a unique feeling of having the cold ice cream plus munching on really small fruits (none of that 'artificial flavor added' :D) That is why the higher price tag is also okay :) It is still cheaper than Gelato, I guess that is why there is direct competition between them and Gelato and everyone is always comparing them :D I like them both equally. But my mom always prefers Naturals over Gelato.
Try the Tender coconut, Sitaphal, Blueberry and Mango (seasonal). I try to stay away from chocolate, tried once but did not like it much but my sister does, so it is probably dependent on personal tastebuds. I like my chocolate really dark,my sister is more of a milky,mild chocolate flavor lover :D I just had the Cranberry flavor too just about 2 weeks ago and it was unexpectedly good too! Naturals is overall great and very much recommended.
Natural Ice Cream is Naturally the best ice cream outlet. You will find a quite a few ice cream parlors in the Kurla Phoenix Mall but don't even bother to try the others. Natural Ice Cream has wonderful and flavorful ice creams -i love their season's special. (You can check the cups which fruits are in which month in season.
P.S. Can't wait for Mangoooooo season :D

The most amazing tasty divine ice-creams are here.
The sitaphal and the malai flavours are my favourites.
Less crowded than other joints in it's vicinity somehow it has managed to beat Gelato for the customers as many of the people prefer natural's than gelato in this court.
This outlet is not that crowded like some other outlets of Natural Ice Cream in Mumbai but this Natural is same that u can't skip without having a cup of sweetness which doesn't only relaxes ur tongue, in fact it fulfils ur senses.
Naturals Ice Cream has got a great reputation when it comes to ice creams. Their ice creams are creamy and tasty. Even their waffle cones are tasty and sometimes if your lucky they give you your ice cream is a hot waffle cone and that will make your day. My favorite ice creams at naturals are:Ā

When you think of having ice-cream in Bombay, only one name pops up in your head - Naturalās. When I had come to visit Bombay as a 10 year old kid, I had my world turned upside down after having the Sitafal icecream.
Now that I am old enough to draw from my memory, I had to go and relive that experience. It is not too hard to guess which flavour I started with - Sitafal.
Another flavour that caught my attention was Tender coconut. Honestly, I do not fancy the flavour too much. But the ice cream and just how real it tastes awakened my senses.
Mango is yet another favourite because it feels like you are scooping out a real mango and savouring it.
While it is good to play around with flavours, there were certain experimental flavours that I would not particularly recommend. In my opinion, Gajar Halwa was slightly off. It reminded me of a bad episode of Gajar Halwa which was accidentally deep frozen instead of being refrigerated. I would still stand by experimentation because I believe change is the only constant. So, please do keep trying new flavours and combinations till you hit it right.

Absolutely loved their ice cream, rich, creamy and yet mild flavors. The service here is good, they let you try out their flavors before you finally select which one you would want to dig into and they recommend good flavors as well. At rs.55 per scoop the value for money is good too compared to other ice cream chains who charge ridiculous amounts for a single scoop. However I didn't like the fact that you have to pay extra for a cone.
They always come up with new and amazing flavors and hence i never get bored visiting this place.

I tried 3 types of ice cream when I visited their shop. The mango ice cream was really good and creamy. And the papaya pineapple was also very good but the one which I really loved was the sitaphal ice cream. All the flavours I tried had a really good flavor and rich consistency that made the ice cream wonderful.

Despite the new premium brands like Hagen Daz and Gelato to name a few, Naturals still remains a favorite for Mumbaikars, given that it ranges back to the times when ice-cream parlors weren't hugely popular!
Visited this outlet recently, and Naturals has still maintained that remarkable taste with great consistency, over the years! I love their tender coconut and mango flavors, which are signature to its brand! No doubt, these days we get way better tasting or attractive looking ice-creams, but the taste and especially the value for money is great, when it comes to the Naturals brand!

I found myself again staring at the poster of a new flavor of ice cream launched by naturalsā¦. Thandai flavor! I donāt know from where they come up with these cool ideasā¦( when I say cool.. I literally mean it!!) and it made me wanted to try it desperately.. So I walked in and trust me I wasnāt disappointed a bit.. Cool Thandai flavored ice-cream with warm waffle cone. Yumm!! The ice cream tasted just like frozen thandai with all the spices and a bit hot after tasteā¦.
Once you have one.. you really start asking for more.. so I had an alphanso mango flavored ice creamā¦ and like all the other ice-creams available at naturals, it too lived up to its name!!!

Just hopped in at this Naturals outlet. They have started with the new berry flavours - Cranberry, Blueberry, Mulberry, Strawberry. They are simply so fresh and tasty. Try these flavours before the season ends. Apart from these the tender coconut, Choco chips and papaya pineapple are my personal favourites. If you want to have fresh ice creams this is it!
I almost tried all flavours of Natural Ice Cream but my all time favourite flavour is Roasted Almond. Its a very nice flavour filled with loads of roasted almonds.

It is interesting to observe food outlets of chains at different locations to see if the food and service are the same. In case of the Naturals Parlour, which here too is as popular as those at any other location, the signage is th trademark one of Naturals. However the decor is different (seems sparse) and doesnt give the typical Naturals parlour look. Not that it affects the product quality or the service in any way.
The staff are helpful and quick with their service here, like at most other outlets. Depending on season they stock specialitis of the season. On a recent visit we found mulberry, jamun and jackfruit. My friend who was with me dissuaded me from the mulberry flavour which he says he didnt like. I then tried the jamun which is a very unusual ice cream flavour and recommended. They have been able to replicate the mouthfeel and the flavour of jamun by using the right quantity of jamun in the mix. The flesh of jamun is difficult to discern as it would have got mixed thoroughly with the ice cream. Bits of the skin remain and remind one of the jamun origin! The Jamun ice cream is not very sweet and has a blander taste than other flavours and is thus useful for those that dont prefer sweet ice creams (though Jamun is recommended for those with diabetics, it is the seed of jamuns and not the fruit which is supposed to be good).
The popularity of the Phoenix Market City outlet indicates that Naturals, wherever they are they are sought after by Mumbaikars.
