A small place 5 mins away from byculla station. I have been going here since I was a kid. The tikka’s here are just mind blowing. The chicken seekh, the Reshmi malai seekh, the fish tikka, the khiri. Everything here is just so tasty. My favourite is Reshmi malai seekh pav. One Reshmi seekh in a pav with spicy green chutney and onions. It is a perfect snack to have on the go.
A tiny pickup joint, outside Hotel Heritage, opposite the iconic Gloria Church, when they're good, they're really good, otherwise average, but fresh kebabs, Chicken, Mutton & Beef, with Rumali rotis & pav. Wait time is very long, though, so be well prepared for the wait, open only in the evenings.
Wherever you have eaten tawa items, do come here and then compare others. REAL taste is here! All items are fresh, well cooked and delicious ..

I stumbled upon this very small joint in Byculla East. This is located at a distance of 2 minutes from Byculla Station on a Footpath across the Church.
I was surprised by the options they had to offer in their Menu that too in such cheap prices. Right from Fish, Chicken and Mutton Kebabs & Tikkas. The Menu is so elaborate and filled with a variety of options.
I tried their Seekh Kebabs and Chicken Tikkas. I loved this place and would definitely visit whenever I am in Byculla.

This food joint have Very tasty kebabs and tikka rolls ,must try are reshmi malai tikka roll and chicken tikka roll , it is near gloria church.
Awwwesommee fresh kebabs here. The wait of half an hour plus along with the discomfort of standing and having the meal is all so worth it when you take the first bite of the kebabs!
When in Mumbai, do not miss Faiz Tikka in Byculla. Highly recommended!

Was Ordered The “Chicken Lime Spicy Tikka” And “Chicken Tikka” Kabab. Taste Of Both Tikkas Was Really Yummy. They Served The Tikkas With Green Pudina Chutney And Onion. Also You Can Enjoy Here Varieties Of Tikkas As Well As Kaleji, Pota, Lover And Varieties Of Mutton Kababs. So Be Visit This Place If You Really Loves Tikkas And Kababs.

Back in the day these guys used to sit with a chair, a money box and a small set of sigdi on the footpath selling only beef kebabs and pav and later got a store on the same footpath right opposite the same spot. And those days a five ruppee coin in my pocket as a kid always got converted into a boti-pav. And then as I grew my elder sister introduced me to Khiri! Never stopped eating that thing ever since. It's easily been 20 years since I've started eating there and taste remains the exact same.
The kebabs he has to offer have always been madness! I always go for 2khiri-1pav whenever I'm lucky to find it open in the night post shift since that is my favorite thing to gorge on when I'm walking my way home and this I've doing it as a kid. I've never eaten such perfect khiri anywhere else. Then their b**f seekh kebabs and botis in a Pav or in their new rumali roll is amazing too.
Now they have chicken tikkas too with various marinades.
The CHUTNEY!- BEEN THE SAME SINCE YEAAAARS. It's slightly sour with a whole lotta chillies and mint! It is to die for! There are times I lose it and pour it on the kebabs like gravy(try it this way on if you can eat a lot of spice!)
This place has a very special place in everyone's heart whoever's grown up eating here!
Definitely encourage everyone to go and try this place out at least once.
Recommend- Khiri, Boti, Kebab, achari tikka and all the other stuff too.
It is a super value for money kinda place. You can snack on it or make it your dinner with the array of kebabs!

It's a very small shop that has been around for more than 30-40 years... Brilliant.. absolutely brilliant tasting kebabs. Very reasonable rates. Their main business is through takeaway food.
The place has variety of chicken tikka and seekh but the taste is almost similar. Also they serve all in one plate. There is no seating space. Only takeaways or stand and eat. Only dry tikka and rumali roti or pav. The chiken served was very little. For 90 rupees only 1 seekh is served. The price is costly in comparison to taste and service. It's a good place for one time. But there are surely better places to eat tikka. Not the worst place but not the best as well. Also only cash payment is accepted. No card or online payments accepted.
One of the best kebabs I have had here in mumbai after ages!....can honestly compare it to back home bahrain 🇧🇭 lip smacking delicious! Everything is damn good there!
Awesome Tikkas! simply loved all what I ate here. Specially the lamb seekh kabab. The place does not even have tables or chairs, people were simply crowded outside the small shop and were patiently waiting to be served, this shows that place has it's own fan following.

If you looking for some quick bites (Takeaways only) then you should definitely try this outlet. Succulent chicken varities in Seekh & Kebabs are must try with roti specifically. This is bang opposite to Gloria Church, Byculla.
