Have been to this place a number of times earlier and also have experienced their home deliver service.And boy they don't disappoint you.Right from the Ambience to the service and the food,everything is on point here.The restaurant is clean,hygenic and well maintained.The service staff is polite and definately know what they are doing.The food tastes really good and not oily or very 'indiany' if I may say.The flavours are well balanced and it is light on your tummy as well.Do give their whole wheat noodles a try once and yes their pepper paneer appetizer,simply amazing.When it comes to delivering food again I would say their service is great.On time,hot and succulent food and a polite member of staff at your doorstep.A million times better than other brands around which kinda rhymes with 5 'ice' ;)
Last night I have visited this place it was amazing experience lovely food and service to. The starter was not oily test wise amazing garlic and chilli marinated peri peri chicken enjoyed the food .ππ

Food quality is going down with time, I hope they maintain and improve it. My last visit there got me an upset stomach for next day.
I will surely visit another time because they were once a good restaurant. I would like to give them couple of more chances but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else at this point of time.
Update :-
Ordered tonight's dinner at home, the food quality has remarkably improved and I would like to change the rating from 3 to 4. I hope they maintain the quality.
Martini's is Β great chinese joint located in mahavir nagar, kandivali west on link road.
It has amazing authentic chinese food! Great ambiance with nice sitting.
Service is also smooth. It is priced reasonably with good food quantity.
We had order for devil sauce with rice on our first visit while thai pot rice and burnt garlic noodles on our next visit. Only drawback is they dont have valet parking.
Would love to visit the place again!
Good place off the kandivali link road for Chinese food ...Martin's has nailed the real essence of Indian Chinese cuisine...From soups to starters to main course everything tastes good...The sitting of first floor is apt for a cozy lunch or dinner...
This Chinese restaurant is again a delight in Kandivali West near Mahavir Nagar......the food is decent and the staff is helpful when it comes to ordering food.....the good thing is they continuously try to upgrade their menu to suit their customers. I earlier had dimsums and schezwan rice and noodles here but this time was pleasantly surprised by their new combo offers.....where you get noodles or rice with Manchurian and spring roll (2 small cut pieces) and it was decently priced. This restaurant is fairly priced with decent menu (veg and non veg both) & decent taste & do try their new coolers.....they are not bad either!

Been a Martin's customer for past 5 years now. Goto place for decent chinese food which won't drive a hole into the pocket. Good place to visit with family. Nice ambiance.
Tucked away in the servive road, this place doesnt have a very good location or visibility. Only if you are a localite you you trust this place and I only realised right now while writing a review that this is a chain.
Coming to the food. For me everything was good, wouldnt call this chain in the authentic chinese category but fairs well as something that lies in between the indian tadka chinese and the authentic yautcha kind of experience.
The chinese bhel was decent, the chili basil was good and the noodles complimented it well. As we tried this in veg they would be recommended dishes here. The kung pao chicken in the non veg section was a good choice on our part.
To conclude, the location might be a bit of a turn off but good food all the way.
Wanted to have chinese .... searched for nearby proper chinese restuarant on zomato and der was martin's the chinese nook ... so thought of trying it. The place is small and the ambience is decent. The chinese food was good in quality and taste. The service was nice too.

Chicken lollipop is good in starters.. Rice and noodles are good...Quantity of rice is too much...... Chinese lovers delight.

We have been missing the Martin's outlet in Malad, hence we decided to go all the way to Charkop one. At first it was a bit empty but as the evening progressed it kept getting occupied. The staff is friendly and helps with good recommendations. The food is tasty like I remember it from the Malad one. Each soup is unique with the Martin's special being my favourite. The chilly garlic potatoes were surprisingly yummm. Hoping to go back for the main course soon.
Visited here for a lunch. Luckily reached by 3pm sharp they were to shut by 3.30, Ordered only Triple Szchewan Fired Rice it was very tasty & the gravy was very thick, quantity was good,
Service Was Fast as it was a closing time

Kudos to the reaturant manager Aloknath. We called him in closing hoursbof the restaurant and requested him to extend his closing..and guess what he did agree to. He and n fellow kitchen team waited for us to arrive and served us till we ordered. Hats of guys..great customer service experience. Keepp it up. Food was great and so was the service. Ambience needs to be worked on. And definately need some marketing to improve your busines in that locality. Overall amazing experience.

I have always got food delivered from martins! Good food but it's a little overpriced for the location and the quality.

Recently I ordered it through Zomato order online. It was hassle free and I got my food as per my requirements.
This place is just 5 mins. away from my house, yet I never bothered to go there and have food! I have been a regular eater though, as they offer home delivery too. I have tried the Crispy Chicken, Sweet Corn Chicken Soup, Shandong Style Prawns, Egg Fried Rice. Every item was tasty and fresh. I had been here once and its a completely air conditioned restaurant with seating on the second floor. Weekend attracts a lot of crowd and is worth trying.

Greetings! Bored from the regular Roti-Sabzi and Fast-Food encounters, a thought of having something different grew in my mind. Searched Zomato, and a voice echoed in my ears: "Lets try Martin's" and so I did.
Location: On the other side of the Link Road, this place feels like it wandered away from the hustling foodie environment of Mahavir Nagar. Apart from that no issues as it is easily accessible and well spotted.
Ambiance: Compared to other Martin's which I have been to (the Gorai one); this place is smaller and lacks in ambiance. The entrance is at ground level along with the kitchen but the sitting area is on the upper deck connected by a small staircase. The entire place is AC and has about 8-9 tables fairly close to each other. The interiors here are not upto the mark. Newspaper covered ceiling patches, white patch on a red wall and a broken false-ceiling in the corner are definite turn-offs. Tables and chairs are good though. Only the lighting and the see-through glass window are commendable. However, the food fairly covers these flaws.
Food: The most positive aspect of Martin's is its food. This place offers a great variety; vegetarian or non-vegetarian you got plenty to choose from. Recently home ordered Paneer Chilly, Spring Rolls, Thai Pot Rice, Golden Onion and Mushroom Rice and Vegetable Manchurian Sauce. All dishes were fresh and flavourful. Paneer used was extremely soft and it melted in the mouth. The Thai Pot Rice was great and had the authentic coconut milk preparation. Manchurians were nicely marinated and the sauce had seeped through to its core. Really awesome stuff, hats off to the chefs.
Service: Well trained staff offers good service. Waiters are knowledgeable.
Cost: King size servings are totally value for money. Order carefully as over-ordering is a serious possibility.
Delivery: Quick and reliable during weekdays; slow during weekends. Recommend visiting or takeaway options. If visiting during weekends, reservation is recommended.
Overall: Worth a visit. Try the Pot Rice options for sure.

We order for home delivery from martind and the quantity is very good.. full paisa vasool types... earlier we use to order food chinese from 5spice but since the time we have tasted martins chinese we have never ordered again from 5spice.. martins quality of chicken added in the rice and gravy is tender.. only disappointed with the chilly honey chicken starter.. felt the chicken was chewy n raw.. but love the chicken thai pot rice and triple schezwan rice..
Probably one of the best Chinese I ever had. Order manchow soup or veg dimsum or rice or noodles, taste gonna be the best!! Quantity of rice will be too much so order accordingly. Nice seating area.
Decent place and good food. The staff needs some training and the ACs need to be fixed. I particularly don't like much there. Although a good effort to get nice Chinese food in varieties. Very disappointed with the salad. Sauces don't seem very flavoursome. But once in a while if you feel bored, this is not a bad option. Quite inexpensive too!
Good food.. nice ambience... they could improve on service as it is too slow.. one more point noticed is that the water cooler was near the toilet which can be unhygienic... overall a nice experience... would visit again

The first monsoon lashes out Mumbai and here I review a lovely place with some piping hot soup and a meal.
It's a well known place for some clean tasty indian styled Chinese dishes. The Chicken hot and sour soup plays with the pallete in this lovely weather to begin with, I specially do love their range of starters - pepper garlic fish and some Malaysian wings is just perfect.
The Chicken fried rice to couple with chicken Manchurian was tasty and fresh.
Kudos to the owners for serving well and quick...sure a try...and the weather suits it as well, Cheers!

Martin's... It just opened a year ago in my area.. Generally when we wanted to have decent Chinese Food we had to travel to distant places.. This Place provides a great ambience and also tasty chinese food at reasonable cost to Chinese Food Lovers...
Its one of the easiest joint to catch out. Martin Chinese at its one level ahead. Just find the place near to glass area in the evening and enjoy lovely dishes from martins. On ur arrival u ll be served with fried noodles with sweet n spicey sauce. Burnt garlic rice or noodles is a ral delicacy of martins. Though the staff is being very interactive and will keep on getting themselves updated with dishes. Good place to go along with ur family.
"An ocean in the middle of a dessert", that's the best way to describe this place. Β It's definitely not the greatest place to have Chinese, neither does it has extravagant ambiance. Β However, the fact that it is located near Mahavir Nagar, an area with limited to no non-vegetarian options, this place is the only saving grace.

It is more like what we find at any other Chinese joints! But it has a large menu, good seating space and wonderful service.

We were looking a good Chinese food in need by area and find this on zometo. Ambiance is OK OK not gr8. Food is good. We are hard core vegetarian hence ordered veeg crispy and triple scehwan rice, both are good in taste but service is very slow.

We tried the soup '8 treasures Chicken soup' along with Chicken tai Pei as an appetiser and weren't disappointed at all. The soup is filled with 8 different veggies hence giving the name... You would find a variety of noodles...try out the chilly garlic one...also the Malaysian pot rice cooked in Soy sauce was decent. Nothing commendable about the service but not bad either...try to hook the terrace seats which they rarely open..but gives a good rooftop experience...also indulge in Thai food which is available if you like a coconut based gravy...

This place offers nice Chinese food at a great price. Honey chilly chicken was spot on. I also loved Exotic veggies in black pepper sauce and burnt garlic rice. Portions were big. Must go place if you are looking for good food and value for money!

Today we visited Martin's for dinner. Being a weekday, the place was very lightly occupied. The menu was exhaustive and a lot of dishes looked exotic and new on the menu. The thought was, will the food be as good as it looks on menu.
The place did not disappoint us. In fact we were very happy by the time we finished our dinner.
We ordered burnt garlic chicken clear soup , sweet n sour and manchow soup. For starters it was crispy veg and chicken manchurian drum stick. Main course was Thai pot rice, triple schzewan and veg fried rice.
All the soups were good. Burnt garlic chicken clear soup impressed me the most. Among starters chicken manchurian drum stick was nicely done. Veg crispy was also good. The main course was also excellent.
What impressed meethe most was the way everything was cooked. The food was delicious and flavourful.
I have had Chinese at many places including mainline China, five spice n side wok in Delhi. I hv eaten in Singapore n Cambodia. I can say that the food tasted comparable.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in this locality. They don't use ajinomoto which is a good initiative as we all know the harmful effects of it. The ambience is quite good. Service is fast. The honey based shezwan sauce is mouth watering. One must try the Malaysian wings. It's too good. Rice and noodles are equally good . They also have combos ie rice or noodles with gravy. Pan noodles in the combo section is the best. Prices are moderate. Overall a very good restaurant.
It makes good Chinese food. I like it because it was not oily & with minimum of agino moto... I feel they have small portions of serving, they should increase their portion. Their Portion size is like udipi size & not as per Chinese restaurant.
