This place was recently renovated and being very honest, it had been a gem of a place after the renovation.

I have visited this place 2 weeks back looking for proper thali for lunch and visited Gokul Pure Veg for the first time and ordered Punjabi thali and as you look into the pictures it's total fulfilled thali and taste was awesome and staff behaviour is totally familiar.
Today I visited this place for just some quick bites with my friends. As this place is well known for its south Indian food and pav bhaji we ordered some utappa, medu vada and cheese pav bhaji, the sambar here is quite delicious and the pav bhaji was lip smacking. Then we ordered a caremel custard, this was the only band thing here. The custard wasn’t tasting well. This place has one of the best pav bhaji and masala pav at a reasonable price. It is a small restaurant with a good amount of seating capacity. The service is really quick here. They also provide north and south indian food and they also serve thalis.

Every time you pass from Gokul you get the pavbhaji smell which will drag you to go in and insist to eat that pavbhaji. I am going there since 2000 and this place never disappointed me.

Whenever I go to Mumbai, I try to go here and eat Pavbhaji. I love the Pav bhaji here. Till date, I was not able to find out any Pav Bhaji similar to this. Not even close. Pav are also very soft. Sitting arrangement is ok so gave 4 stars.
This is a very small restaurant in the main road connecting sv road and link road.. I've never sat there and had food but have always ordered it home.. Since it's close to my place they deliver food quiet fast. The taste is very good and it's very affordable . Punjabi and Chinese cuisines are the best out of the lot.. keep it up guys!

Gokul's pav bhaji is the best. My mom doesn't eat outside food but even she likes the Gokul's pav bhaji. Earlier we used to stand in a queue to get a table but now they have changed everything and now you feel welcomed when you step in...
Place : Easily accessible from SV Road. You can get parking for two wheelers but a car might have issues.
Ambiance : A simple and sober food joint. Has a few tables. Decent Seating arrangements.
Service : Obviously you can't expect any sophistication but staff is very humble. Neat service.

I personally am a big fan of Grilled Sandwich here. Eating from a lot of time now. Technically there's nothing extraordinary But I Love it !! Its totally worth it. Plus the prices are cheap.
Secondly i really like Pav Bhaji here. Its sober but has a really great taste. Fairly priced.
Overall : The best thing about such small joints is the love for a dish. There are ample of restaurants in the vicinity but i would still prefer to eat Grill Sandwich here because its cheap, its tasty and best part is that the taste doesn't change.

In mumbai,its quite a rare scenario where you'd find different subjji with different gravies but somehow I found this restaurant has it.Everything is priced also perfectly. Mineral water is even at 20 Rs.
Though it a little space crunch and little sitting capacity near 50 (35 nonac- 15 AC seats) people. Its a awesome middle class resturant. Try any gravy/sabji or item its a lot better than good restaurants.

Amongst some of the larger restaurants around Malad SV road area, Gokul is a small place that has amazing food at rock bottom prices.
I have been visiting Gokul when it was a small shop selling Sugarcane juice. Run by a Maharashtrian family, I have seen this place metamorphose into a juice center and then a full blown restaurant. There is another shop right across Gokul that also used to sell Sugarcane juice and still sells the same while Gokul has scaled new heights.
There is nothing fancy about this place. It's cramped, tables and benches are rather small. The AC section which they have on upper floor is even smaller. But the it wins hands down in the taste and value for money department.
You can get regular Punjabi and Chinese food and also typical Bombay specialties like Paav bhaji. Their paav bhaji is a must taste item and also the veg roll. The best part about the sandwiches and the veg rolls is the two types of chutneys they have. No matter what we are eating, we order the veg roll only for the chutneys!
This place is a frequent meeting place for couples and eat outs for small families because of its affordability.
What an amazing place! This was my first outing post lockdown and I'm so glad I found this gem.
- Its located very close to malad railway station, They have both AC & non-AC seating arrangement.
-Ambience is good and very courteous staff.
- All safety protocols were followed.
-Their Pav Bhaji is one of the best I have tasted till date. Pav so soft it just melts in your mouth.
We also ordered Paneer kadai, Tandoori roti & Garlic Naan. It was perfectly cooked with the right amount of spices and Ingredients.
We had the special falooda for desserts and it was delicious!!! They were really generous on the dryfruits and toppings.
Overall a great experience! I will surely vist again with family and explore other dishes as well.

I went in the restaurant to dine in and ordered Falooda, Fresh Lime soda, Paneer Amritsari and some roti
Special Falooda - This was a really well made Falooda with the toppings really generous and the right consistency of all the ingredients. Really a refreshing drink indeed.
Paneer Amritsari with Roti - Again a really well made gravy with rich chunks of paneer and a sweet and spicy gravy. Roti was also surprisingly very soft and tasty.
Fresh Lime Soda - Also a refreshing drink offered by this outlet.
Considering the current lockdown situation I was really apprehensive about visiting a restaurant but it has managed to keep the safety protocols like keeping a sanitizer.
The staff here is extremely friendly and hospitable. The owner as well is extremely welcoming here and is kind enough to ask the customers about the feedback of the dish served whether the dish is made perfect or if any shortcomings.
Also the prices on the menu is extremely reasonable which fits the budget as well
The location of the restaurant as well is situated near the Malad Station which makes it accessible to all.
Overall this is a must visit to the restaurant.

One of the Best vegetarian options available in Malad west . Pav bhaji is too die for. Good quantity and amazing taste. Must visit. They have good delivery options as well.
I have been here with my friends and I must say it's one of the best place to have veg food. Cheese pav bhaji is a must try. We also had mysoor masala dosa, tripple Schezwan rice and falooda. Very tasty food and very friendly staff.
