Branch is excellent.
In Covid 19 I cannot visit the branch. Phone banking is useless. I cannot talk to executive to explain my query. The standard queries list is of no use. There is no flexibility in phone banking. I have written here my grievance as I could not find any area on the website to post my grievance. I cannot send email.
Very good and clean bank. The ATM complex is within the bank. Slightly difficult to spot from the road, but hey use maps :P
Staff is well behaved and helpful. Not much of a wait but then I went late so can't be too sure about other times

Earlier there was Sangli bank which was overtook by ICICI
It has a good atmosphere and you get a friendly customer service the entrance is not that much visible as it is narrow
