It's a tiny place situated on the New Link road that'll escape your eye if not alert. But the ambience is made up for by the food owing to the filling portions and free-handed cheese loadings.
One major drawback is less seating space, hence you may have to while away your time if visiting in peak hours.
They do free deliveries though,so if you live nearby I'd recommend ordering it home instead.
Overall,a happy-happy experience!

In the photos below :
Quattro Formage from the Béchamel Exotic category which is a four cheese sauce pasta with fresh basil and herbs.
Freshly baked bread with garlic-herb butter topped with cheese (because it's a classic and mustn't be skipped).
Lemon flavoured iced tea (couldn't make it entirely into the photo).
pasta had less cheese didn't taste like Arabiata but exotic creamy veggies pesto was good delivery was on time
Very very good! Thank you!
Visited Italy box after a long long time but still thrilled to see that the service and quality of food is still amazing. Their inhouse handmade ravioli in primivera piquante (pink sauce) is a must try for anyone visiting this place. Overall it's a perfect place for a person in search for good Italian food.
great food and great service by zomato
Whole experience Is just amazing . Picket Friendly prices and so much quantity and so much cheese. I just love the amazing menu options . Chill place to go with friends
Good, but waaaay to much chees..
Good preparation and prompt service
A small, quaint place in Oshiwara is doing all Justice to it's name. I really liked the flavors they had in their dishes which is very important with Italian Cuisine.
Food- I had Ravioli in Pesto sauce and Rissotto in Pomodoro Sauce. Both the dishes were good but I liked Ravioli more than the Rissotto.Their pesto sauce is the winner, it was very delicious.I also liked the way they have used all good ingredients to bring the italian flavors unlike many other places who don't do justice to such Pastas.
Ambience- I believe they are more into Take aways and Delivery and so the place doesn't have any such vibe for seating. Also their AC was not working, which should be fixed on priority. People would really like to come out and eat such good food.
Price- It's quite pocket friendly and for the quality they are providing, it's very economical for such different types of Pastas.
Service- Since it was a very small place, the service also very quick.
True to it’s name.
A very reasonably priced delicious pastas.
Well behaved and friendly staff.
Kitchen is open for you to see the cleanliness and well arranged ingredients.
soulful meal. with prompt delivery.
Very Good Ambience...
Fresh Ingredients...
Worth for the money....
Must try.....

Closest to bringing you the blend of Italy in the neighbourhood I'm here unlocking my lovely zomato gold experience.
They say sometimes the big surprises come in small sizes ! Well it's rightly said. Entering this place I get my self confused into ordering and in a good way I must say. The variety is too much but once you're through there's no regret for sure.
Ordered their Quattro fromage from the bechamel exotic section with the spaghetti as my pasta in the white sauce -just delicious.
Primivera Piquante exotic pasta with the penne pasta. This was a mix or the white and the red Sauce mix that had herbs zucchini spices and my all time favourite jalapeños
The spices and the mixture was just done right and more so it was not only made like Italy but also made from the heart.
Special thanks to Deep for his smiley service all the way and the little sweet treat that he surprised me with !
And yeah the extra love for being a pure vegetarian place.
Will be back soon!
Visited this place for a quick lunch. I was taken for a surprize, the food quality is too good. The staff is very friendly and helps you in making descion what to order.
eveeytime they send a brownie with food it melts by the time iy reaches us as it is kept with hot food and then its does not taste that good
We tried the Italy in a box for the first time and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. Overall a good meal and great value we will certainly be going back.
I had the Primavera Piquante Risotto which is probably one of the best risottos I have had and the garlic bread portions are big enough to fill you up.
Garlic bread is too gud & so is pasta...gud Italian food
Italy in a Box’s Creamy Paprika never disappoints! Always AMAZING and hits the spot when you are craving for a good Italian dish. My go to place for Italian and a no brainier dish when confused as what should I eat today.
although not a regular visitor.... but every visit here is wonderful.. authentic taste, good portion, nice and cozy place
all in all... value for money

I have never been to the restaurant but food that i have ordered couple of times have always turned out to be tasty and perfect. I have ordered spinach and corn ravioli, pizza, bread, and dry pasta and all of them can be given a try.
The broccoli cheese soup is worth trying.
Focaccia bread with pesto is delicious.
My friend quite liked the desi pasta!!
Nice cozy ambience and food is served on time :)

If you are in a mood for some cheesy gourmet pastas and wafer thin pizzas at super cheap prizes, Italy in a box has got you covered!
Definitely try the Primivera Piquante pasta, Quattro Formagio Ravioli and Gnocchi in Dry Pesto. Absolutely delicious!
If you are in a mood for an extra bite do call for the garlic bread too, but I'd recommend you eat it at the place for a better experience!
And if you are lucky, you even get the super moist brownie but make sure you order one at the earliest because these are only limited❤

Location- Italy in a box has 5 outlet across Mumbai, one of them is located near Oshiwara police station.
About the place-
It is a small outlet, with three tables & 12-15 chairs. They have an authentic Italian cuisine, where everything is made in house be it breads, or pasta. Italian food is served in box which was something unique we came across. The jain option were very less which can be worked upon. The pizza base is made from wheat & it is thin papery crust. But unfortunately pizza were not jain. The garlic bread are also their in house specialty.
What we had?
👉🏻ICED TEA🍸
➖Orange iced tea-
Cool, refreshing iced tea to beat your summer heat.
➖Strawberry iced tea-
Sweet & soothing icedtea. A must try.
👉🏻SOUPS
➖🥦🥦 🥦🥦 Broccoli cheese soup-
The soup came in small cute cup. We loved the combination of broccoli & cheese. The soup was yummy to taste. Broccoli is also known to be rich in fibre, protein, calcium & vitamin. Wherelse cheese is also rich in protein which make this soup a healthy option to binge on.
➖Minestrone pimentose soup-
The soup was served in short glasses. It was made up of tomato- fresh basil with mixed vegetables & pastas. It was tangy & spicy to taste. Overall we loved both the soups.😋😋
👉🏻SALADS-
➖Fresh Mediterranean Salad🥗-
Salad made from Bell pepper, corn, olive, ice-burg lettuce, orange cubes & pomegranate with citrus olive dressing. It was average to taste.
👉🏻PASTA
➖Primivera Piquante Spicy-
Pink sauce pasta made from bechamel & pomodoro sauce tossed with Zucchini, bellpepper & Jalapeños. The quantity of pasta was great. It was piping hot, & pasta was well cooked.
➖Quattro formage bechamel sauce pasta🧀-
One of the best pasta we had. White sauce pasta made from four cheese, basil & herbs. Highly recommended.
➖Risotto in pomodoro sauce-
Arborio rice in pomodoro sauce, paprika, fresh basil & herbs. It was spicy & tangy to taste.
👉🏻DESSERTS 🥦
➖Chocolate Brownie🥧-
Hot, Soft, spongy, delicious with chocolate sauce on top.😋
Italy in a Box in Oshiwara is quite close to the DN Nagar metro station. It is a small joint with which can accommodate 15-20 people.
This is an authentic Italian place which serves some amazing breads and cheese which is freshly made in their kitchen. It is truly a delight for vegetarians, actually I had a few non-vegetarian friends along too who absolutely enjoyed the food here. But, there are comparatively lesser options in Jain.
It would be great if they had one dish in each category which could be prepared in Jain.
My recommendations:
Green Apple Iced Tea
Cheesy Broccoli Soup
Minestrone Soup
Penne in Quattro Formagio Bechamel Sauce
Risotto in Pomodoro Sauce
Brownie
A nice pure veg place in oshiwara, I'm normally a non-vegetarian but I really liked their vegetarian dishes. I didn't know that there could be so many varieties in the vegetarian cuisine. They have loads of varieties of dishes, they make all their dishes fresh, only their pasta shells, macaroni are imported.
Dishes tried:
1) Iced Teas:
¶ Green Apple Iced tea: A nice refreshing drink. Non alcoholic beverage. It would save you from the heat outside. Tasted good, would recommend it.
¶ Orange : This also was nice and decent, refreshing.
The Iced Teas tasted decent but could have been improved. No logos on the cups, not recognizable. They could come up with an innovative way of presenting their Teas to make it easy to distinguish.
2) Pizzas:
¶ Pesto with olives and jalapeños: Tasted lovely a 7inch pizza with a very thin crust. All made in house. The thin crust was just delicious and the pizza in itself was amazing.
¶ Margherita with onions, mushrooms and bell peppers: This was my favorite among the both I tried. It was a tough decision but I loved this more. Tasted amazing, would recommend it.
3) Soups:
¶ Cheesy Broccoli: I'm not a fan of broccoli, but I don't know why but I kind of liked this soup. It really was. It changed my thinking of hating broccoli.
¶ Minestrone Soup : These come in shots glasses and were a bit spicy. Tasted good. It was the first time I tried 2 soups that to veg and I liked them both.
4) Breads:
Their Breads were just lovely. Made inhouse and tasted great, not like any normal garlic bread which is hard, it was freshly baked tasted delicious. Would recommend both the breads.
¶ Aglio Pane
¶ Aglio Formage Pane( has cheese in it)
5) Pastas:
Loved all of their pastas. These were suggested by the server, my personal favorite out of all these was the Rissoto in Pomodoro Sauce, definitely need to give it a try. The sauces were amazing, the pastas were nice and hot and not at all soggy tasted delicious. Would recommend all these 4 dishes.
¶ Gnocchi in Pomodoro sauce
¶ Primevera Piquante Penne
¶ Rissoto in Pomodoro Sauce
¶ Formage Became Sauce
6) Dessert:
¶ Brownie: For dessertwe only had brownies as they didn't have anything else, everything else was sold out. The brownies were mouth watering, tasted delicious, would recommend it. Even if you are full with their salads, soups, pastas, pizzas you've still got to try their brownies. It will leave you with the craving for more and more.
On the whole the place is located in oshiwara a 5-10 mins ride from Infinity Mall. They also have a small ambience, so if you are expecting a lavish lunch or dinner, this is not the place, it's like a fun to go place with just 3-4 tables. The problem of this place was that they being a pure vegetarian place they didn't have many options in Jain. So my friends faced to slight discomfort. Otherwise I enjoyed this place. Only with a few adjustments this place could succeed and be a serious competition to the other Italian joints in town.

This is my go to place whenever I have cravings for quick and tasty Italian food. Have been or ordered food from this place multiple times. Love their pesto and pink pastas and garlic bread. Service is super quick and the food tastes amazing always. Worth a revisit!
One of the million but outstanding restaurants tucked away in Oshiwara. Serves some delectable delights in a "little box" that packs in quite so much! Food is authentic, reasonably priced and is certainly not pretentious in its portions! It has been surviving the competition for over 3 years now and that is really a testimony to this little restaurant's quality service and delectable food.
A must try is the 7 inch thin crust pizzas, that melts with touch... as are the tomato based soups. The risotto in pink sauce is another must-have. Frankly, one needs to try all the dishes on the menu, one of the best Italian foods served in these parts.
Good place for a quick bite of Italian food located in oshiwara. Link road near shreeji Soups were very nice. The garlic bread was fresh. Had a nice time.
Heard rave reviews about the ravioli here! Decided to treat ourselves to it after a hard day. Disappointingly, they were out of it. So gotta come back for it some day. But, everything else we had was spectacular too! And the host is really nice and helpful too.
☑ Burnt Garlic Mushroom Soup (5/5)
Served in one of the cutest cups I have seen at eateries, the soup was like soul food. I had expected it to be bland but it was packed with flavours and punch! Not bland at all. And honestly, this wasn't even their special. I just keep wondering if this was so delicious, how mind blowing would their recommended special be! (Burnt Garlic Tomato Soup)
☑ Bechamel Exotic (Quattro Formage) (4/5)
Absolutely delicious pasta. We added extra toppings for 50 bucks. The only disappointment was the portion sizing. It isn't really priced according to the portion though I have no complaint about the taste. It was spot on.
☒ Strawberry iced tea (2/5)
Very syrupy. Too sweet. Not fresh. But it was a decent pairing with the white sauce pasta.
Overall, great place! Gonna visit again with Yash for their specials.
Italy in a box, one of the best Italian cuisine restaurants in Mumbai. What I loved was their style of serving food, hot and fresh in a box. The quantity is more than enough for a person.
They got a vast variety of ice teas in which strawberry ice tea is quite unique.
I had pizzas which was one of the best ever tasted by me. The crust was crunchy and properly blended flavours with the ingredients. I tried Margareta with onions and olives which was quite a masterpiece.
Loved the garlic bread. Fresh dough made in kitchen made the bread crispy and tender. I had terrezaro soup which was quite tasty, filled with flavour and spice which made it amazing to try. Pasta is a must try item here as they serve the best pasta in the whole city. They have a huge variety of pastas which is a must try dish. You can feel the taste of Italy when you try these pastas.
I tried creamed exotic veggies in pomodorro sause which was great to taste and they had handpicked veggies that made it amazing. Finally for desert I had chocolate brownie which was nice and just got me craving to have more of it because they just melt in your mouth.
This visit was totally worth it and I would like to explore more because here you will be surprised with every visit. And all of these in a reasonable price make this outlet worth visiting and I recommend this place for everyone who loves to explore cusines.
This place is located at a very right place that is neither heavily rushed nor running too empty.
It is located right in Oshiwara with compact interiors. The delivery is fast and been a talked by the residents alike.
Iced Teas
Green Apple.
Lemon.
Peach.

Pizzas:
Margherita with onions and mushrooms:
How can you define a mouth licking, crunchy and thin crust base pizza with such toppings. Classic toppings with simply divine taste. The mozzarella used is what defines the pizza quality to a extent, where you would feel to pack the cheese and not pizza :p
Pesto with olives and jalapenos:
Another hit pizza. Pesto packs in the punch of basil, with the rawness derived from the pine nuts and holded together by the olive oil. The pesto crafts a wonderful pizza and the sauce here is the protagonist.
Soups
This place does not just serve you soups like just thick liquid based , instead they add to it appropriate cooked vegetables that adds much requires consistency to the base of the soups making it healthy and yummy.
Burnt Garlic Mushroom Soup:
A garlic and mushroom fusion that adds a bit of Garlic spice to blend taste of Mushrooms.
Terrezato soup:
Three Sauce blended soup with fresh vegetables, Green chilly and a twist of Garlic.
Brocolli Cheese soup:
Broccoli added cheese that gives equal justice to both added herbs. One of the most favorite and highly recommended. Not exactly healthy, but a bowl of indulgence.
Breads
Cheese garlic bread:
Fresh pieces of bread perfectly made munchy and crunchy with good amount of mozzarella and garlic butter. Baked to perfection.
Pastas
Gnocchi in Dry Pesto:
As I mentioned about how pesto is a protagonist, here, Pesto gets married to gnocchi in an avant garde ceremony and outcome is the beautiful creation. #Recommended.
Primevera Piquante pasta:
Penne Cooked in a spicy tomato sauce with little cream and cheese. Nice. Can be ordered if you are in need of something very plain jane.
Italy in a box special Risotto(Pomodoro sauce):
Arborio rice cooked in a pomodoro sauce with a melange of veggies and parmesan cheese. Not exactly the best since rissotto requires that consistency and the somewhere the sauce masked the texture of arborio rice.
Aglio Olio Pepperchino dry:
Spaghetti tossed in olive oil, chilli flakes, herbs, olives and garlic. The spaghetti were not thick as Hakka noodles and could hold the flavours intact. Simple dish but everyone fails to nail if. ITAB just did the right way.
Overall, ITAB has the sheen, quality and quantity to be heroed as a standalone Italian QSR. Highly recommended!

#Recommendations:
• Margherita with onions and mushrooms.
• Pesto with olives and jalapenos.
• Brocolli Cheese soup.
• Gnocchi in Dry Pesto.
#Concept Testing:
Can you have half kilo pasta by yourself? Probably no! Because of all that cheese and cream! Well
here you can because they bring in authentic Italian recipes from the villages of Italy where they focus on the technique and the ingredients and not the taste because if these are right then no matter what the taste is going to be there!
#Ambiance & Service:
The ambiance is not much, it’s a small joint. 2-3 tables tops. But it’s a very decent place if you want to dine in as well. The concept is very clear is to bring Italy in a box to you so all the things are served in a box. You can even pick it up and eat on your way.
Service is also decent, for a small place they have atleast 4 men in the kitchen at all times so the orders are made pretty fast. And they serve all their outlets from this location. (The Raw Ingredients).

The pizzas and pastas are to die for especially the Gnocchi in Dry Pesto. This place is a strong recommendation from team FOODCONVERSATIONS.
Italy In A Box sticks to its name, and sends its food in a box. While boxed food often becomes a soggy, leaky mess, this did not happen with me, and the food was moderately warm at the time of delivery.
Usually, I prefer spicy food, but the Mushroom Risotto was a very nice option for a change. It was very creamy, and the aroma of mushrooms was very pleasant and fresh. The only place where it lacked a bit was the quantity (don't worry, one box is enough to feed one hungry soul), but looking at the price, it's pretty reasonable.
A cute little joint with a lot of good Italian food. Loved the garlic soup and pastas
It's a small and cozy place with only 3 tables.
But the food is delicious over here. A single box of pasta is enough for one.
Must try: Cheese Garlic Bread with Sweet corn.
One the best places in town for Italian food. Ambiance 2/5, infrastructure 4/5. The place is small yet well maintained. Service is quick and attentive

Lovely service made this place extra special.
The food is very good, and is packaged in these lovely little boxes. It feels like a unique experience, and the taste is perfect. The menu is vast and you can even customize dishes as per your preference.
My favorite dishes were the aglio oglio peperchino, and their entire selection of garlic bread. It is quite the filling and tasty meal. :)
It's a comparatively small place, but the food makes up for it! There are number options for pastas as well as other Italian dishes. The only downside is the place is pure vegetarian. But I do recommend everyone to try it at least once!
A place rightly can be called "In a Box" coz of its small size but no where the taste is small.
Started as a passion for food by Tina and supported by Kunal, this place has some authentic Italian fare but not full spreads.
Major drawback for this place is that it serves only Vegetarian food but every time I have tried some pastas or breads here, the taste is amazing and quality of stuff used is high grade.
The quantity is right enough for the price and is served in a box. Either dine in or take away.
Recommended: Mac n Cheese and Affogato, both are delicious. The mac n cheese has a lovely crunch crust over it and the affogato washes away all the spice. All in all, Italy in a box is the perfect place for someone looking for take-away Italian dishes. Their delivery boxes also look very pretty!
Cute and lovely little place! Excellent food. Serving sizes are decent but too large for one person, not enough for 2, so order many things and mix and match.
Small but cozy sitting. Unfortunately, it cannot accommodate more than 16 people but the food is great. Must try cream and cheese pasta which is PW01 in their menu.
