Amazing misal puri. It's something I have never tried before. Don't have misal pav. Try with Puri guys, ask for extra rassa. And yes gulp down masala tak (chaas)

Just visit this place if u wana taste authentic misal pav ..I tried misal pav and batata vada..it was very tasty and reasonably priced..there was variety of misal available but I tried the normal one..will definitely try other types of misal next time..will definitely visit this place again if I crave for misal pav..😋
Went there morning time so was pretty empty. Good misal pav and I liked the sabudana vada. Very reasonably priced.
Brilliant place with traditional misal pao served in an authentic manner. The vada pao is also nice and in the summers please do try their aamras!
I thought Misal Pav was food for common man..but not anymore . Marutirao Misalwale (MMW) offer many varieties of Misal but bit costly side. I order for Dahi Misal Puri . The puri's were big and soft. The dahi was sour and the Misal was strictly ok. The 4 rating is for the tari that was poured on the Misal when I ask for it. My normal Misal was yummy. The masala chass was ok. The owner explained me that they still make the Misal in the traditional way in brass pots. But what I do not see I tend to ignore. I requested him to serve the Misal in brass utensil to get the traditional feel.
Mystery : Bill Rs 137...100 Rs for Dahi Misal Puri and 25 RS for Masala chass. Where did my 12 Rs go...damned I did not calculate...stupid me...but for me good Misal puri and tari.....Ignore the sour dahi...
One of the best restaurants, I have been here many times, i would recommend the following Misal Pav, Kothimbir Vadi, Chaach, Cheese Vada Pav, Farsan, Kanda Bhaji, Shrikhand.
Marutirao misalwale is the best place to grab a quick bite. This place will give you a typical maharashtrian flavour and feeling. This place is famous for their spicy misals. It is located near Bombay dyeing. One must give a try to this place.

I ordered a cheese misal Pav, normal misal pav, chhas (buttermilk) and kothimbir Vadi. The food is medium spicy. The order was quick. Loved the taste of the food. Especially the misal. The kothimbir Vadi was good too. They have a typical Maharashtrian taste to the food. The place isn't very hygienic. But the food is good. Also, it tends to be crowded during the lunch hours.
I was very hungry in this scorching heat of May, so tried out this outlet, heard most of times of this Misal outlet in Lowerparel.

This place has been my favorite since I visited it for the first time in 2016. I would suggest that one must have Misal-Puri here instead of misal-pav with extra spicy Misal. Also Batata Vada, kothimbirwadi, Bhaji, Piyush are a must try. Everytime I am near Elephinston I don't miss this place.
Place is good. Misal Pav is good. It's not too spicy & hence not problematic for your stomach. It's affordable as well.
Recommendation: try Kharwas for dessert. It's way amazing here! 👌

Spicy and mouth watering misal will fulfill temptation of your gastric juices. Along with it you should try "Piyush" a form of kesar lassi.

A good clean place to have Misal paw and other Maharashtrian snacks. Good thing is Misal is not too spicy and oily.

So far so good! Ordered for a misal Pav and mixed bhajiya and they were both delicious. One of the better misals that I’ve had. And trust me on this. As m really picky when it comes to misal! And the bhajiyas were a delight too.

Was craving for a sweet glass of lassi and somehow landed on their page. Excited enough I saw Piyush on their menu and immediately ordered one for myself. Piyush maybe in easy language would mean srikhant milkshake if that's even valid. Thought it would be extremely sweet but it was well balanced and super thhickkk, just the way you'd want your srikhant to be.
Yellow, nutty and yummy that's how Marutirao's Piyush was for me. A definite try!
Real Misal experience. spicy and tasty just the way it should be. will order again and recommend it to others. The mix bhajiyas were average, onion bhajiyas should be crispy and not soft as they were. They should avoid using newspaper for packing.

Eyeing this place since a year & finally had a chance to visit on a Rainy Saturday Evening. What can be more delighting for a Maharashtrian than a bowl full of hot piping Misal accompanied with the Pao and a generous sprinkle of onion😍 the service was very quick and prompt! We were not even one pao down still the waiter came with red hot तर्री.
There came a 5 year old boy with his father and the waiter asked the little boy about his preference "aap Kya lenge sir which means no customer is different for them. Keep the Good Spirit guys!
Also they had copper Jars & glasses on each table which really looked cool😍

This place is located near Deepak Cinemas. For Misal pav lovers must visit to these place. This place is famous for Maharashtrian Dishes. Different varieties of Misal are there ie Cheese Misal, Paneer Misal, Dahi Misal, Misal Pav, Misal puri. Misal pav contain sev as farsan but it's so spicy that you feel to eat again and again and hot also. Also try bhajis and mastani it's sweeties desert in these place 😍
Visited for snacks in the evening with some collegeaues it was normal place to sit and eat... But the dishes was really good.. ordered kanda bhajiya, batata bhajiya and vada and snacks never finished without tea..
One of the best place to have Ahmednagar Style Misal.
The service is friendly and loads of maharashtrian food variety. Ideal time to visit in morning as the place is small and waiting is long :P

When they opened up near my premises I was excited about it.
Writing this review after more than a year of its opening as you shouldn't judge the place in its early stage.
Being a Misal Lover it was great to have a dedicated Misal Restaurant in my locality.
First impression with interior and copper vessels was awesome and they definitely succeeded in grabbing attention. Their Misal was quite different due to the farsaan they added as it was having punch similar to that of Alu Bhujia namakeen. That farsaan also contained namakeen Bundi.. chunks of which we can feel with the rassa.

It's always a trick to have Batata Vada as your savior in case Misal fails you as in.. in such case where Misal is bad and you don't want to waste it then you can get a Vada and have it with Misal like sabji..

So recently (last week) I visited this again..
To my surprise I felt like I was being served stale farsaan and Bundi.. this ruined my morning. And I lost trust on this restaurant..
Considering they want to keep their name and image in the market I expect such place managers must check with their materials daily to avoid such incidents and also for the safety of their customers..

Place is congested and such places are manageable only if their food is awesome and it is constant in its taste and quality.
Now they don't even bother to clean tables.

Great place to have misal and a host of other maharashtrian dishes. The staff is pretty cordial and service is quick. Prices are affordable. Do try the misal and vada along with lots of rasa (gravy). Staff is more than willing to serve some extra rasaa for ur misal.

Misal straight from Ahmednagar. A bit spicy but truly delicious.
