2 months back, I & my friends had gone to Pheonix mall to eat some Frankies at Tibbs Frankies.Its a self service place where you have order at the counter and get your frankies and sit & eat. All of us like the frankies that we had.May be it's a small place & less spacious but the ambience is good.

I would like to start by talking about its splendid decor. The place truly stands by and with extremely beautiful interiors.
It was nicely cooked and had mouthwatering flavours.
I ordered veg frankie which was refreshing to the core. I also chicken frankie which also tasted marvellous.
I highly highly recommend this place
Now this one is at the top floor of the phoenix marketcity kurla food court. They have mnay frankies in their menu to choose from including veg and nonveg. I love their normal chicken frankie..
Love the food here,have been eating since I was a little kid,
Till date the food taste is the same,love the way they serve .they are good but there is more room for improvement

A super walk back in time when tibbs was the only Frankie place in town. In fact Frankie was got to town by tibbs. The mutton Frankie still has all the original flavour and bursts with tangy, sweet, spicy deliciousness. You can't miss this one. For those adventurous ones try the fusion Frankie. You won't go wrong at tibbs.

This is a got to, budget friendly, chain of QSR wraps present all across major locations in Mumbai. Their wraps are Budget friendly and decent tastes. I like their egg roll and chilly chicken rolls.
Phoenix market city is mall close to my house and a place where I like to go shopping.
I would be trying other wraps also, so sure for you guys to try them out
Frankie, a type of street food we have been eating since childhood. Tibs is one of them who have really maintained some decent standards in keeping this street food alive in today’s world where continental and chinese food have taken over.
My personal favourite being veg cheese and schezwan frankie. Spicy yet with mildness of cheese.

Finding a place to have a frankie is not a big task as u get dem in every malls food court and there are different outlets serving them,but the real task is too find out which 1 has the taste you are looking for and the only way to find out is to have 1 yourself.So i visited phoenix market city kurla on weekend and after exploring the games section headed to eat something .While having waffles at world of waffles i started to crave for something spicy and noticed tibbs frankie outlet a stall away , and thought of giving it a try.I was amazed to see the number of options that were available in both veg and non veg frankies,so i ordered for barbeque chicken and chicken schezwan frankie and really liked chicken schezwan frankie as i had it for the 1st time and it tasted really well .The portions are good and they serve it in their brand printed paper boxes which made it very presentable, also the wait Period was not too much inspite of me visiting on sunday.The joint is noot too huge has a limited no of sittings in a L shape manner and the cooking and serving staff is dressed well to ensure the environment is hygienic, the lighting is a bit on dull side ,cud have been a bit brighter to make the sitting pleasant.
Overall everyone who ate the frankies just loved them so i would definitely recommend this place and would like to try the other frankies out of their wide range of menu which i missed out this time.
A tip :- barbeque chicken and bhuna chicken frankies are only available on weekends so visit accordingly if u planning to have these.
Probably the best Frankie out there...my favorite Frankie corner.

Ordered Chicken Chilly Cheese Frankie & 1 Veg Schezwan Frankie.
CCC was too plain and bland; both chillies and cheese were missing from it.
Veg Schezwan was better, though barely. The quality and taste they used to earlier cater to seems history.

I tried their veg frankie. Their frankies are good quality wise and quantity wise. Must try for frankie lovers. Next time I will try their chicken frankie.
I always eats jain frankie with banana puran.. I m big fan of tibbs frankie.. Always same yummy taste.. Best frankie in town... Same taste at any of tibbs outlets
Had the amazing paneer chilly frankie, which was served piping hot. Seating arrangement was okayish as there weren't many tables(only chairs). Felt as if it was a bit overpriced compared to other Tibbs branches.
Been here many times. What can be said about Tibb's but always good and consistent. My favourites are the Chicken Tikka and Chicken Chettinad.

As soon as you reach the food court in Phoenix Market City, the aroma of yummy wraps just draws you in to Tibbs Frankies. This was a trip down nostalgia for us as we went in and had a Chicken Frankie and a Veg. Frankie. The sauces that oozed with every bite was the fuel to drive us down memory lane. Tasted as delicious as it did 4 decades back!

This Tibbs is located in mall.
It's small joint and Have sitting area.
Have variety of rolls like paneer, veg masala, veg, cheese and grilled sandwiches too.
They have separate veg pan.
I prefer veg one which is aloo masala with onions n chaat masala, roll was well made.
Service is fine, good for take away as well.
Had frankie after a long time
we had chicken tawa frankie and schezwan chicken frankie .The good thing : It tasted good .
the Bad thing : both the frankie had almost the same taste
The schezwan chicken lacked to stand out on its distinct flavour and the fresh taste
Still I will sat it is value for money
Located at Pheonix Market City Kurla, Tibbs Frankie is quite a well know name for Frankie's in Mumbai
We had the Veg Cheese Frankie and the Veg Masala Frankie.
We liked the Veg Cheese Frankie though the Masala Frankie was kind of ok.
Service was kind of little slower than we would expect though the staff is quite friendly.
Quite snack if you are shopping at the mall.

Oh i found this at marketcity kurla - the lower parel phoenix has shut down.
Straight it was the VEG and CHEESE frankie ( when it comes to Tibbs ) and if they make it correct or your way there is No looking back.
Not that Oily though they put a lot of oil before you , if one needs spicy ( like i do ) ask him to add some chat masala and some chillies and the special tamarind sauce which gives you that HIT . The Aloo masala was mashed perfectly and the cheese was spread evenly. Overall a winner. Extra onion and spices gives you that taste which one wants . Sometimes it can be a bit blend.
Egg Veg and Cheese frankie - A baida roti with the same Veg masala and Cheese - This is a heavy. Made well. Stand on their head to get it right. Once its done as per your choice its amazing .
I love the spiciness the Tangy tamarind the onions and the Roti. All in all its a VFM Dish and can have it anytime of the day.

Long time check list. To have a Frankie at their home turf. This was like sachin batting at his full form. Love their Frankie's here was no disappointment.. Had a mutton Frankie which I don't get in Chennai. Really yummy and juicy it was. Shud try the BBQ chicken Frankie.
Love the taste. The big fat smashed potato flavour is absent which makes it yummiest.
We had ordered for chicken Frankie and it was very well prepared. Luved the chicken and the dipping sauce..... Quantity is good ... Staff is really sweet and courteous.. So go ahead try this place for some nice yummy Frankie...
If you are on the move and need to grab a substantial bite, Tibbs frankie is a good option. While there isn't much difference in the Frankie's i.e. you get the same type in chicken for non veg and paneer for veg, both are equally good. Must try if you fancy rolls.
I had BBQ paneer frankie and Thums up. He said total was 160. When I checked menu total was 145 so when I told him that he said right. I only wondered! Still I'm rating fair because frankie was quiet good if not great. And Thums Up is my fav cola. I'll definitely try out something else from here next time. Its been a few hours and my stomach feels alright which is a good thing.

So today I visited Tibbs frankie of Phoenix mall Kurla, Mumbai. I ordered and made my payment. We received the order on time as well. I had scanned and paid the bill that is I used QR code. While serving food the service staff Mr. Javed gives me cash of my total bill. I was stunned and when I asked he mentioned I paid twice the bill amount through scan.
Such an honest man. Good deeds.
These small things really matters in today’s bad world of people around.

Good Frankies available at a very reasonable rate....
Vegetarians can have without any confusion as there are separate utensils for very and non veg which is very rare....
Tibb's has always been serving the best rolls for more than a decade now.
Loved each and every roll.
Delicious filling, soft well cooked maida/wheat.
They have a wheat option that itself makes it amazing.
They have a special month end offer. Last Wednesday of each month you get all rolls for only Rs 99.

What an amazing staff, works from their heart with a smile. I came in after closing, I know I am not supposed to because I got a little late after shopping. Mr.Ajinkya was so kind to make for me with a smile! Love this kind of service! The staff deserves a higher and a better role and responsibility in this organization! 👌🏻
I had a tawa chicken and chicken chilli both is yumies and i am working there in coffee culture but good and that lady who take the service is nice and she suggest also good. Think about the promotion for here to manager level.

Tibbs Frankie is the original and only Frankie (a nan-in-roll). Tibbs makes its ingredients centrally so you get a uniform taste and are also assured of the quality that you will get. They segregate the vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparations as well. Their mutton Frankie is a classic and also their egg Frankie. This place is a must try.
Loved the Frankies and wraps here! Totally worth the price! Plus their prices are quite reasonable! But the Frankie's are really very tasty! Do try the non veg range of Frankies!
