There are very few restaurants that actually serve you authentic Chinese food. And m so happy that there's 1 in our area too!
I simply love their pot rice and veg manchurain.
It is a bit over priced but the quantity is so much tht it will suffice 4 ppl.
And coming to the dessert,
Mission impossible is not hyped and totally worth it.

When you hear Rocky road you go 😍😍 all time favourite for group dinners. Their quantity is very good. It's worth the price. Ambience is good too along with courteous staff. All the items on their menu are worth it.

All food is good except thai pot rice,from my personal experience I am saying thai pot rice is not good
Best place to eat Chinese and thai food. Quantity is big so order accordingly. Food tastes great and suits Indian taste buds. The five spice noodles will never disappoint you try their desserts they are to die for.
5 spice is a casual dining restaurant located in Borivali West. Visited this place before lockdown. A bit overpriced restaurant, especially renowned for its Chinese dishes and desserts. Quantity of food is justified. Good ambience and prompt services (could have been better).

Their amazing desserts. Mission impossible has to be my favourite. The cheesecake is also amazing. It is packed on weekends so make sure you reach the restaurant on time and book your tables.

Been here a couple of times! Once we reached here pretty late when it was about to shut down only for the dessert..but they were still courteous to get us 'The Rocky Road' and it was amazing!

Crispy Vegetables : the crispiest, delicious and heavenly combination of veggies in a scrumptious form. A good veg starter to start with...
Mission impossible : the best part of 5 spice was this... I can't really get over this amazing dessert.. the quantity is too much but every bite of it is just heavenly !! I'm sure anyone can everyone will surely love this. Would highly recommend everyone to try this for sure....

5 spice is a very nice restaurant,family friendly and chill ambience..I love the virgin mojito and the dragon chicken starter ..the Mongolian pot rice is a favourite and the desert has to be mission impossible.Apart from the food it serves a very good quantity so be prepared to leave this place with a filled mind and stomach.

▪️Chicken & Chives Gyoza Dimsum - Lightly pan fried dimsums that were stuffed with chicken, which lacked in terms of a flavour hit. To make up for that, the accompanying sauce was absolutely lipsmacking..😋
▪️Crispy Spinach Chicken - Chicken pieces coated with a little sweet and spicy covering to go along with crispy spinach which complimented the chicken very well. The presentation and texture combo was really good..😍
▪️Chicken Nanking Rice - A combination of rice and noodles acting as the base with a spicy ginger gravy on top consisting of succulent chunks of chicken, the quantity was outstanding. The gravy was flavour packed and worth every penny..🤤 This dish is highly recommended..👍
▪️Rocky Road - A dessert that has it all to enchant you towards dreamland. With a bottom layer consisting of brownie and chocolate mousse, which have one scoop each of vanilla & chocolate ice cream sitting on top that are drizzled with chocolate sauce and topped by nuts, this was very mouthwatering. The combination of delicious flavours and different textures was simply heavenly. This is a road that we won't mind taking again and again..😋

As a Chinese lover this place has such a amazing Chinese food but they also had exceptionally amazing dessert range and I loved it so much....Try this amazing Mission impossible and it's enough for a small group..
We ordered Veg burnt chilli rice & Kung Pao potatoes for delivery. The quantity is insane, 1 box rice is good enough for 3 people. The combination of kung bao & rice was delectable, medium spicy. It was value for money.
Nice venue, good food, nice staff but the food portions are very huge. That can be reduced & the price can be accordingly accommodated. Their chocolate dessert is a must try. Very rich & little overpriced but worth a try.
we had thai pot noodles which was served nicely in a hot pot served on our plates. it was tasty and one of the finest indian Chinese i had.

Visited this place today, the ambiance is just as good as any other 5Spice outlet. We ordered "Thai Pot Noodles", just to good for the taste and quantity good enough for 2. This was one of my best 5 spice experience. Good service too.

We'd Thai pot noodles here. They were watery & felt like we're having soup rather than noodles. The balance between veggies and noodles was also not maintained well. Apart from all these, the taste was kinda mild but appealing.
Tried almost every amazing dish on the menu, but this time couldn't resist myself from reviewing "Chicken Crispy Rice". The well crisp chicken with tossed rice was worth every penny they charged. Love love, much love for 5spice.

After trying many five Spice Restaurant branches we opted for 5 spice in Borivali and it was an ok experience over here.
They can really work on the hygiene and their other branches have maintained it really well so they have some good standards to look up to.

Since I had heard a lot about this place for authentic Chinese so I thought to crash into this place.......
The ambience was good and even the staff was polite although I was their last costumer.
Sooo I ordered Crispy thread chicken which a loved the covering was crispy and the chicken was soft and juicy the sauces served were good and refreshing.
I even ordered Mongolian Pot Rice which was totally amazing no to spicy and not to sweet great combination of gravy and rice. The quantity was more than enough.
Definitely recommend do visit this place if you love Chinese.........

It's a perfect dinner for chinese lovers. The food, its taste is absolutely relishing. The ambiance is nice and busy which says a lot about the restaurant. A must try over there is the crispy chicken hunan rice. The flavours, the way it complimented the rice was heavenly! It was really well cooked, for it blended with the rice really well.
The quality and quantity is commendable. It's a great place for a family dinner.
Didn't expect it to be this good but would for sure be visiting here more often. And would also recommend others to try it for themselves.
I recently Visited here, the ambience is old but classic.
The seating arrangement is amazing, the restaurant is located on 1st floor, so the place is not accessible ♿❌
I have tried their pot rice which is very delicious and like a comfort food the gravy consists of lots of veggies and is very mild.
I also tried the Nanking rice, It was flavoured rice topped with gravy with lots of veggies.
It was tasty and not too spicy.
I liked their kimchi as well.
The service is great, the food quantity is totally worth the price.
Coming on finding the restaurant, previously it was visible from the main road but this time it was difficult to see in the day time.
We went to have lunch here, the staircase is bit cosy and small, every step has to be looked to go straight up in the seating area.
The people here are welcoming and they will let you sit comfortably, the space is pretty good and has good Chinese vibes with the interiors.
We ordered three types of pot rice here, which are famous here but little costly in price.

All the dishes were very tasty and the quantity was very good, if two people are in for food then 1 dish is enough for two because of very good quantity.

A posh restaurant located in Borivali. It's interior was well lit with comfortable seating. Had ordered Chinese food that consisted of Golden Fried Prawns, Chicken Burnt Rice, Mandarin Noodles etc. They all tasted really delicious. Had also tried the Rocky Road dessert and it tasted really good. The quantity was more. The ambience was good. The service was good. The prices were on a higher side. The parcelling of leftover food was up to the mark. Overall, a good place for tasty Chinese food.

They serve with fried noodles along with marinated cabbage, burnt garlic sauce, schezwan chutney and chilli vinegar sauce.
Peking Rice :- It's a combination of Rice & Noodles, along with the chicken, capsicum and spicy gravy. The quantity was outstanding. The gravy was so flavorful. I would highly recommend this dish to everyone. Approx 2-3 people can eat this dish.
Rocky Road :- This dessert is one of my favourite desserts. Bottom level consists of brownies along with chocolate mousse. Then topped up with 1 scoop of chocolate and vanilla ice cream along with roasted Kaju and almonds, and drizzled with some chocolate syrup. This was so mouth watering.
Their Popular dishes are Crispy chilli potato, chilli prawns, crab meat soup, kung pao potato, rocky road, death by chocolate, thai pot rice, peking rice, shredded chicken etc.
Overall my experience was quite good. Do try their food items and must visit this place. It's very pocket friendly and affordable to everyone.

I had been here for lunch at 2:30 pm on Saturday and it was not crowded at all. The waiters here are too good with their politeness and service i give full marks for service. Also food here is really delicious i had vegetarian food and that too was soo delicious. Full marks for food as well. Restaurant looks clea. But i saw a cockroach on dining hall wall which raises a doubt about the hygine of place.
So apart from this food and service is worth. Can be a good place for chinese cusine lovers.
This particular 5 spice was quite empty when we went there, it was once quite the premium restaurant but the appearance has since fallen. I'm assuming the whole covid experience has somewhat dented their incomes since then. The food was pretty great and the service was quick and efficient. Definitely a place I will order from regularly.
Super food as always. Nice ambience and pretty spacious. Staff is polite and good. They serve a very large portion so need to be careful on the number of dishes ordered. It is not a place for quick bites. You need to have a good appetite and empty stomach to enjoy the place. It doesnt seem to be very famous in borivali as other restaurants around it have long wait time and this place has much tables free. Ordered usual PEKING RICE, CHILLY CRISPY POTATOES,MISSION IMPOSSIBLE. Everything was just awesome.
I went there for the desserts — Rocky Roads! It's not like what it used to be a few years ago. The price has gone up by almost 25%, the overall quantity seems to have reduced. It's less nutty cozthey only put roasted almonds now.
As far as I remember they use to add cashews and walnuts too.
The taste is still fine, but doesn't feel worth at Rs.300+ for a bowl.
Authentic Chinese food.. less spicy.. good quantity.. but costly... Ambiance is great.. staff is also good... It just you will not get that tipical indian road Chinese taste.. it is bit classy... But must try once..
