Value for money. A nice place to chill out (especially for college students). Typically a den for the students of NITIE (which I am myself associated with 😁).
The food won't disappoint you, neither will the cheap booze (They also serve BIRA, so thats a plus)

The best tandoori chicken and murg musallam in Mumbai. Also you get to have unlimited free chakhna, which is very rare in Mumbai. Also the waiters are very friendly!
Nice Hotel with DELICIOUS FOOD especially BUTTER CHICKEN , MALAI KABAB and NAWABI CHICKEN with Reasonable price . I will recommend this hotel .

If you are in powai region and if you are low on cash and hungry or need alcohol, this place will fulfill your needs.Food was great must try nawabi chicken gravy and malai chicken starter and quantity is good and staff also are friendly and courteous.Majority of their customers are from nitie college and its ideal place for them.For food and its worth I would give 5/5.For ambience 4/5.
An awesome restaurant especially for take away...value for money, Chinese items like Chicken Fried Rice, Prawn FR, chicken Lolypop etc ; Daal Tadka etx are awesome..quantity given for a Rs150 item is unexpectedly awesome..have been eating their food almost for 2 months now..consistency of the taste and quality to be appreciated
Right outside NITIE main gate, it's a popular place among students. This is a decent place to hang out if you are a large group looking for cheap booze and average food.
All I read in the reviews is about this place being ultra famous amongst NITIE students... Must be but it is equally famous in the other neighborhood as well for the delivery!
The food quality is amazing... Go for the Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Paneer Tikka Masala, Chili Mushrooms, Chicken Fried Rice... These are extremely well made and delicious to a different level!
The ambience of the restaurant is however not very great... But ok for a couple of drinks along with colleagues after work!
The staff here is very humble and soft spoken!
You might not feel like entering considering the look but do try ordering if you are in the vicinity.
An extra 0.5 for Amrut being a perfect destination for all those lazy drink parties with college friends for any NITIE college student.
The chakna served with mint and schezwan chutney with the drinks is a cherry on the icing.
Coming to the negatives, the location of the restaurant, the ambience and standard of crowd that visits the place apart from the college students is always in question.
Not recommended for the food as well which is just normal or slightly above normal.
The verdict is that visit the place mainly for having drinks only or if you are from NITIE and not in a mood to go more than 200 m for food.
This place is the most sort after place for NITIE students. 5 min walk from my hostel... this place is atleast once visited by every MBA grad from NITIE
the best part is the unlimited chakna that u get and the schezwan sauce is really good and apple chicken is awesome
recommended only if u wanna get drunk!!!

Reasonable rates and taste. A minute's walk from my hostel and open late into the night. This place has been the college's unofficial bar for quite some time ;-). The location of this restaurant is not it's strong suit, but then again, it's there for our college and the students definitely don't let them down.
Recommendation - Tandoori chicken, curd rice (tadka marke)

This is where you can find a lot of MBA grads from NITIE hanging out late till 2 am almost everyday. This is a place where you can get drinks at a very reasonable rate, you can smoke if you wish to even in an AC setup. The waiters are friendly and allow you to sit till as late as 3 am, you get peanuts free along with the drinks. This is a place to go only for drinks, the food; both veg & non-veg is below average!
Life @ NITIE.. starts and ends here ! Its cheap & provides home delivery.
The food is average, and you get all Indian brands of booze at the rate of Janata Bar. Any day you step into this restaurant you will find it filled with crowd from NITIE. We go there only because its cheap, economic and next to our college gate. And yes you can sit there till late night :) :)
Good thing is.. you don't have to look into the menu, order any north Indian or Chinese dish and you will get it.
Oh.. I forgot to mention.. We get NITIE discount here.. m/ m/

Awesome place, actually I drinked a bottle of beear at the restaurant, it's to good for late night drink. There are many kind of Chinese & Indian food you can buy form here ,it open from 9.00 am and closed up to 2.00 pm. I actually don't know about their rules ,but it's to good for night celebrating persons.
This place is average looking bar just in front of NITIE main gate. Food is awesome and because of it location, it is very nostalgic for me and my friends. Whenever people come to Mumbai this bar is a must visit.
A positive experience in terms of food but not suggested for families. Its a bar along so drunk me and their acts took me places for sure. We obviously had a good laugh over it .
