Have been ordering from this place since quite a while. The food is always delicious and you crave for more. The American chopsuey is delicious and a must try for people who love it. Good job with the packing as well guys, however miss the bio pack you guys used to give.
China house is a hidden gem located in a corner on the first floor. It is quaint Chinese restaurant with hanging lampshades that emit dim yellow lights.
I order from this place all the time and the taste of food is upto the mark. Delivery is also prompt. Pan friend momos and chicken schezwan rice are really good.

A moderately priced Chinese outlet with decent food and good service situated right opposite paratha joint when you take a left from Kareems. The dining area is small but cozy.
Ordered a mushroom ginger chilly which was mildly spiced and with a nice ginger flavour to it. That was followed by that green curry paired with steam rice. The green curry was thick although the taste was dominated by the coconut instead of the spices and herbs.

Tried the chicken Thai pot rice. The packaging was okay and the delivery was on time. But best part about this was the quantity. 2 people can share one Thai pot rice if they are not too hungry. Taste was good with a predominant flavour of coconut milk and basil. Chicken quantity was sufficient as well. I would've preferred it if the pot rice came pre mixed because with a deep container, one cannot get an understanding of how much rice is left unmixed. Hence, towards the end, it was less gravy and more rice. Overall, a good try

A great place to eat at when you're done shopping at Galleria. The Crispy Chicken Chilli Spring Onion and Asian Pan Fried Chilly Fish are a must-try. Very peaceful place with dim lighting to give you that oriental feel :)

This is one of my favourite restaurants. It's quiet, not so noisy, the seatings are very comfy, specially the service is really very great and that's the reason I love going to this place. I'd suggest you to visit this place in the evening or night time because it looks the best at that time. I ordered Shantung Noodles and Momos as my friend was vegetarian. Non veg food is also very tasty. I highly suggest this restaurant!

Food was perfect and it was delivered by zomato so it was on time. first time I saw the food was as hot as it is in restaurant really awesome.. Chicken in Hunan sauce was easy to eat and spiced up properly.
The ambience is calming with oriental flavours. The crab soup was beautiful. We also had veg manchurian which was beautiful. The service was responsive and quick, but they take a little while to serve though. Plus they charge extra for service but I was satisfied with the service.

It's a decent Chinese place tucked inside in a corner. Ambience is fine and it is normally quiet with quick service.
Food - I found it satisfactory. Loved the veg pad Thai noodles along with some curry. The momos were ok. In dessert we decided to go for the classic sizzling Brownie which is always a hit till you scrape off the last bits!

Highly recommended. Today i tried thai chicken pot rice and it was amazing !! Sea food world soup with sea food option was also really great. Dont miss to try them! Delivery came little slow but food was still very hot. Amazing food. worth waiting for it

This is a small place in galleria shopping center in Hiranandani powai. Its located on the first floor extreme corner of left. There may be around 6-9 tables.
The ambiance /seating was ok . They were playing soft Chinese music to give the feel.
The service was excellent ,full points to the servers. They charge 5% service charge which is acceptable.
The food was quick ,came in good quantity and above all they tasted well.
ordered the following-
1. veg hakka noodles - the usual
2. Schezwan fried rice - It tasted well ,not usual deep red coloured rice but pale red in colour.
3. Tangy vegetable in hot chilli sauce - it tasted excellent ,perfect blend of sweet and tangy .Very good to taste. plus it went well with the rice and noodles.
overall the bill came to 800 rs. which is acceptable for powai standards.

A decent small Chinese joint. Reasonably priced. Serves large quantities. Single portion of any dish is more than sufficient for 2 persons. Taste is ok. Nothing special. Benefit is that you get to sit in a AC hall compared to other near by joints where u have to sit in open common area.

After some booze, cravings for Chinese landed us in China House. We ordered 1 chicken starter, 1 lamb starter that the staff suggested. Both the starters were good in taste. For the mains we ordered Veg Pot rice & Chicken Mangolian Pot rice. The quantity of the pot rice are quite good & so is the taste.

This restaurant has been my hub for authentic Chinese food.Earlier they had a bigger space but now it has reduced to a small area.The food however is great in taste. My personal favourite is chicken basil chilli and corn rice.Do try these two if you get a chance to visit this restaurant
The food here is amazing. The ambience of the place is cozy and interesting. The servers here are extremely polite and helpful. The Thai Pot Rice (Seafood) was rich and creamy. It alone can suffice a ravenously hungry twosome. The Rice came with ample amounts of seafood (Basa fish and prawns), mushrooms, baby corns and other vegetables. It had wonderful ingrained seafood smell. The Crispy Lamb was also deliciously, well, crispy without being too oily and bland. The taste of lamb was perfectly captured. The prices seem slightly too expensive but the food almost makes up for it.
China house is the budget Chinese restaurant in Powai having a decent ambiance and good food.
The seating is small, 6-7 tables, enough to seat 30 people max. Interiors are nice with Chinese lanterns and Buddha statues, giving it a nice feel. Food here is Indian chinese just like all other local places in Mumbai. But the taste and quantity is good, and a little more inclined towards authentic.
Crabmeat or any Seafood soup is a must here. Good quality meat is used and flavours are on point.
Taxes are a pain though. Just like any other Powai restaurant. Servers are well informed about everything served, which is a plus. Service is quick and has most IT folks crowding for lunch and dinners. No corporate discount.
China house is a small place tucked away in Galleria. Quite peaceful. We used to visit it when they had a larger place. We tried their veg menu. Ordered for Mushroom ginger chilly and the Singapore fried rice. They had singapore noodles but on our request they made the rice. Mushroom ginger chilly was hot spicy and had a crunch to it. The singapore rice had amazing flavours, it is good on its own. You dont need to order any gravy if you really want to enjoy the flavour. I have had non veg here, but must say their veg preparation is equally good. Service is quick.The Ac wasnt working, so it was a little hot. But must say the food made us forget everything else. Do visit if in the vicinity. Pocket friendly. Total VFM.

I have been here twice, and the second time I had only vegetarian.. Loved the food both of these times.. The China House special was something different from the usual Chinese..

Only problem here is the quantity for the price; else everything is fine.

Went here for a dinner. The ambiance is good with a few touches of Asia here and there. It has a decent seating capacity given the fact that it is one of the few restaurants with an internal seating area in Galleria.
The service is good too.
Coming to the food:
Veg Crispy - We had mentioned less oil, and the dish turned out true to our requirements but wasn't crispy enough. Not a big issue as it tasted good!
Veg Triple Shezwan Fried rice (w/o noodles and gravy separate) - The rice was typical Indian-Chinese. More like a pulao. The veg gravy was okay, full of julienned cabbage, capsicum and onion.
Chicken Malaysian flat noodles - Very subtle in terms of taste, but a good dish overall.
Chicken in black pepper sauce - A good dish, with a nice flavor of black pepper, not overpowering the dish in any way. The chicken was nice and tender too.
All in all, its a decent place with a decent pricing. The bill for the above-mentioned order came up to almost INR1000.
It's nothing exquisite or super authentic, but a good place in the over-crowded and expensive neighborhood.

It is a small but dependable place in the area for good chinese food at reasonable prices with good quantity and no danger of upset tummy, at least I have had food from here thrice so far and tummy all good :D We friends prefer to order in food and eat in peace at our home, we like how the food here is not saturated in oil or artificial colors still manages to keep that Indian Chinese spirit alive. Have tried and will recommend very soft delicious crispy spinach cottage cheese, spicy schezwan noodles, flavorful thai pot rice (it has veggies so no need of extra veg gravy dish) and exotic vegetables in kung pao or hunan sauce. Delivery is always done on time, food is fresh, customer service is excellent.
We like to visit this place once in a while to hog on Indian chinese food. This place is among variety of great options we have available near Hiranandani ,in Galleria. We always go with regular dishes like corn chilly, Schezwan noodles , Manchow soup etc. And it has never let us down. One of the affordable , nicely done and tasty Indianized Chinese offering food place in powai. Must visit!

A nice quiet place in Galleria serving fresh tasty Chinese. Tibetian Momo are excellent and so are the soups. A basic no nonsense Chinese place.
Brilliant food, it's the really nice. Like all the other Chinese restaurants this one too makes a blend of Indian and Chinese which makes it appeal to the tastes of the customer. I have tried almost all their dishes and prefer their crispy chicken with spring onions and steamed wontons. In noodles their pan fried noodles is brilliant as well as their China house special rice. Though quantity of some of the dishes is a little less but the quality makes up for it. The only problem I face with this restaurant is that whenever I order take out it always arrives 15 to 25 mins late.
The place was less crowded when we went. The staff was very glad to serve us and to suggest their specialities.. We ordered china house special veg and chicken soup, veg Hakka noodles and veg Manchurian.. being a non vegetarian, i was quite unhappy with the order we made. But trust me, this was the best veg Manchurian i have ever had in my life. The pieces were so soft that it just fell apart in my mouth. Ambience was also pretty ok. Price is on the higher side, considering the room space available in powai, may be we can let them be ☺
Have been here thrice and tried lots of different stuff including pan fried noodles, wantons, soups, sizzlers, starters ... absolutely yummy. However i have a small complaint, the sizzling ice-cream brownie was slightly below my expectations after the great Chinese food. Will visit again definitely though!
A must-have for Indo Chinese lovers. The meat was well-cooked and in good amounts (It is disappointing when chicken and veg dish counterparts look more or less the same). The soup was delicious too.

Affordable, dependable, tasty!
We dropped by at China House one tired evening after riding our bike all the way from Pune, because we happened to be in Powai (and too tired and hungry to go anywhere else) and were not in a mood to spend too much.
The place is rather small and cosy, but not cramped; you can still have private conversations. Our very tired souls craved for something light and comforting, and we ordered a Thukpa soup. It was not disappointing at all; correct temperature and lightness, fresh ingredients, and a very subtle taste of garlic made it a perfect comfort food. The service was quick and smooth, nothing to complain. The quantity was considerable, even though we took one soup by two, so we ended the meal rather abruptly by ordering just some thai green curry and rice. The zuccini was a tad bit too much, but the overall curry was creamy and pleasing, richly flavoured but not too spicy, and again, in generous quantities.
Overall, good food at reasonable prices, cosy place and good service. Definitely dependable if you are in the area and need a good dinner.

This is one of my favorites Chinese restaurant in city. I've been here many times and always enjoyed the hospitality and food. A must visit place if you're in Powai area.
Really liked the food here. Their soups are nice, so are the starters and main course. I've been here twice and both times it was pretty empty with 90's music playing in the background. Some good chinese food after a long day of work is what you can get here, without any frills attached to it
The restaurant is small and cozy. It has the feeling of a small China town with all the decorations. Looks like an old place. Can use a little renovation, but still feels comfortable when you sit inside. Menu is towards the costly side and service is slow. They take quite some time to prepare the dish too. We ordered veg sizzler and it was very good in taste and quantity was also very good. We were 2 having brunch and were completely full by the time we finished it. So in nearly 500 it was a good deal. I enjoyed the food the noodles were perfectly boiled and all vegetables were properly cooked. I will recommend this place when you have appetite for some tasty Chinese food.

Located on the 1st floor of Galleria Mall, this small restaurant is an ideal place of all office goers in that cluster. The seating area is quite small and can accommodate around 20 people and that also because the tables are placed extremely close to each other. The decor has that oriental feel with the typical pottery items being displayed along with the chinese lamps. Service is satisfactory as they have sufficient number of people to attend their guests and those people are always on the move to increase customer satisfaction.
Now coming to the food, we ordered for their Regular Fried Rice along with the Thai Spice and Schezwan version. For the side orders we opted for Regular Chilli Chicken, Roasted Chicken in Red pepper sauce along with Chicken in Hot Garlic Sauce. The items that stood out from the rest has to be the Schezwan Rice and the Chilli Chicken. The Chilli Chicken had that subtle old school taste which i was missing from a long time. The Thai Basil Rice was a bit over the top kind of dish compared to the rest and ot was full of spices. The Hot Garlic Sauce Chicken was decent. Particularly if i have to point out i would say the roasted chicken dish could have been improved as the gravy was too thick and had a tangy taste which was not expected if we go by the name. But overall i had a very satisfactory experience and i was quite happy with the items and also with the serving time which was quite quick.
I love their crispy thread chicken! The dumplings were hot and flavorful too but for a take-out they tend to congeal and stick together. Their burnt garlic rice is my usual order because it complements the gravies wonderfully but my favourite is the Oyster sauce 🙌🏼 a very convenient and delicious typical Chinese take out option!
This little place is tucked away in a relatively quiet corner of Galleria, right next to Hoppipola. I say little because it has 5-6 tables. Most likely you'd get a table on an otherwise crowded night.
The rating might be a little misleading, should've at least got a 3.5+. Luckily open all day, we had a late lunch around 4pm. Clean and low frills.
Tried the Thukpa soup (average) Balinese chicken curry and burnt garlic fried rice. The curry was flavourful and pretty different from the usual thai curry. Damages were 650 for two. Definitely value for money.
I won't call myself an expert. The food here tastes good. I ate veg Shantung noodles. It is not crowded. But the ambience is not great. It is slightly unclean.

This place was on our visiting list since a long time until we finally decided to go here. We had done our background research for the best dishes to order. We zeroed in on Chef's Special soup, Yam mein noodles and Kung Pao Paneer and all three dishes were Amazing. For people who like Chinese with an Indian touch, this place is a must visit. The restaurant is not a very big one and the interiors are decent. You would still find it totally occupied during lunch time. We had a nice experience with this place and would definitely visit again.

The Potnoodles / potrice can be opted with seafood just for around rs. 200, which is delicious if you like semispicy or less spicy and is a complete value for money deal - the quantity being Enough for 1 person.
