I was introduced to Frank's quaint little cafe by a friend who works nearby. One late evening I was late to get home and she suggested I try their chicken sandwich. It was the best decision ever. Their BBQ pulled chicken sandwich is full of succulent bites of flavourful and saucy chicken in a soft sandwich bread with crunchy veggies. Totally satisfying. Happy with my first encounter, I found myself going back for more. I tried their Jerk chicken which was healthy, aromatic and spicy just how i would like it. I gulped it down with a banana peanut butter smoothie. Tastress has now become a part of my whole experience when i visit my friend. Way to go guys!!Cant wait to try more!

Amazing casual dining place fresh and healthy food 5star quality with great variety my 6 yrs foodie is very fussy but he liked the Chicken BBK sliders... must visit if in malad...
I was pleasantly surprised by this small but good restaurant, located at the end of Evershine nagar in Malad. Run by Frank and his wife, the restaurant offers healthy but tasty food options. The Chicken Caesar salad was excellent and so was the Tomato Basil soup with Presto Croutons. I also liked the Veg Couscous salad. The Spaghetti and meatballs could have been better. While the place is cozy, the seating in uncomfortable. The tables are very low and so small that it is difficult for a group of 3-4 people to keep their plates on the table. So you need to hold your plate or bowls in your hands. Having said that, the owners are hospitable people and pay personal attention to your order. The place allows pets which is a big plus.

Had Quinoa salad and it’s was pretty good and worth a try .... malad hardly has such places which serve such options unless u wanna try cloud kitchen serving from industrial gala where one does not even know the hygiene or who owns it.... good menu choice and options

So so Excellent was the Spaghetti Aglio Olio I ordered and I am so pleased with the food and service that I stopped mid-meal to write this review. I called them prior to placing an online order on Zomato to sort some queries regarding the order and they assured me enough in such a cheery manner that I immediately placed my order. Not only were my customisation followed well, the order was made so well and dispatched for delivery so quickly that it was impressive. I ordered the chicken Aglio olio whole wheat spaghetti, with veggies added (paid extra for it and they added well worth the payment charged), and requested the garlic bread to be brown and no maida, butter or cheese. Extremely pleased with the order and so satisfied that this is my new go-to place for this favorite dish of mine. Thank you Tastress for satisfying my long standing pasta craving so well.

Tastress is really a beautiful place to visit with your friends! It is a small cafe and has some boards games to play. The best part what I like about this cafe is it never feels like a cafe! It just feels like its home and that's the best part about it. The owners Lovina and Frank here run the place! There are always friendly. This is a pet friendly cafe so you'll find some pets here. It is a self service place. The food served here is always fresh and of really good quality. You can also get your photos from INSTAX CAMERA just for 60 bucks here.

The dish was presented pretty well. The hummus was really fresh. If you love hummus and pita bread it's a must try!!
2. The Farm Fresh Pizza (veg)
The pizza is a 10" pizza which can easily fill 2-3 hungry stomachs. It's really tasty and is a must try.
3. Cold Coffee
One of the best cold Coffee I've ever had. I really loved it was really really good!!!!!! Highly recommend.
4. Green Apple Mojito
I am a Mojito lover. This is my no.1 favourite drink of all time. Fresh, tasty and sooooo good. Personal favorite.
5. Coolberg ( cranberry)
You can find this drink in many places! If you are non alcoholic this drink is simply great. It's a non alcoholic beer.

Initially felt it to be a cramped up space for a cafe, but was well made to accommodate all aspects of a cozy cafe. The theme is more towards getting social and talking to everyone around, so the lack of space is pretty much interactive and the staff over there makes sure it is such. Ambiance is well kept. Cooling felt an issue but was taken care with a add on cooler. Surely they can do better to tidy up so till that happens I am holding back 1 star
Food is great and feels all fresh. The health options are pretty much genuine and lasts only for the day. I had ordered the Banana nutty milkshake and grilled chicken with peri peri sauce. I have had this before and other cafes and so can say that this is really up to the mark.
Staff and service is no doubt good and very attentive.
Overall a great hangout place and a lot to look forward to on every visit

What makes this place stand out from the others is the quality of the food.
We tried some really great options from their curative menu and heres what have to say about them.
1. Fat loss detox - This drink is prepared with orange pulp, orange zest, apple cider honey and cinnamon. As the name suggests it's a drink that shall refresh your mind body and soul and keep you hydrated all day long.
2. Hazelnut coffee - What's a better option during the rains ? This coffee is the best suited during the monsoon season to rejuvenate your soul.
3. Lebanese omelette - This is a very different option to choose from the regular egg varieties. Its prepared with spinach, cherry tomatoes, loaded with cheese and served with hummus and pita bread. One of the unique and best combinations I've ever had.
4. Som tam salad - Ditch your regular greens and opt for this delicious salad prepared with sprouts, raw mangoes, French beans, peanuts , chicken , cherry tomatoes and thai chilli sweet dressing. The taste is sweet coz of the thai chilli sauce and is very fresh. We recommend you to consume in a shorter span of time to avoid the change in taste.
5. Stir fried tofu with cauliflower rice- This is a new dish we tried here. Tofu was prepared in a soy sauce gravy and served with cauliflower rice that is tossed with fresh veggies. The combination is really amazing and a perfect option to choose for your lunch or dinner meals
6. Chocolate flan cake - This a flourless cake prepared with eggs and dark chocolate and served with a mint leaf and hot chocolate sauce. The texture is very very soft and the cake is dusted with powdered sugar. The dessert to gobble up at the tastress cafe
Overall the food was utterly delicious and if you decide to visit the place you shall be greeted by Frank, the owner and he shall make you feel very comfortable and warm.
Few days ago, I placed an order via Zomato from this restaurant. There was a huge error made by Zomato delivery section, due to which the order was cancelled. But, the owner of this restaurant Mr Frank, took the effort of coordinating with me and kept me updated. After a while zomato confirmed the cancellation. Mr Frank, personally came and delivered me the food and apologised for the inconvenience faced. The behaviour from the owner was appreciating.

I trust Tastress to provide healty food (for example whole wheat pasta) which I rarely ever find in restaurants. The lady who owns the place/works there is very reliable and listens to all your cooking instructions and makes sure they are met.

A little costly if you order food every day, but the quality and the taste and the people who listen to your instructions is rare to come across and makes up for the expenses. Highly recommended for anyone. A 4.5 from me. It's near perfect. .5 less only because it's very congested some times. Other than that, it's worth your time and money.

I love you guys, I seriously do! I’ve been ordering from Tastress every other day for almost two months and I just can’t seem to get enough of their salads. Their packaging is A1 and the Som Tam Chicken and Greek Chicken Salad are absolute delights! The only other place which could probably match up with their salads would be Bombay Salad Co. Their ingredients too are fresh and there is zero compromise on quality. I’ve even tried their Chicken Stir fry and Caulirice, which is a treat if you’re on keto. The only thing I could ask of you guys is to include more keto options but apart from that you’ve totally gained a loyal customer!
Never have I had the feel of being in GOA here in Mumbai. As I entered into this warm cozy place with my son and husband I felt welcomed with those smiling happy faces that greeted us.
Soon enough those hunger pangs took over and I looked for something to eat from the elaborate menu that they have. Being a fan of BBQ sauce I ordered The PULLED CHICKED SANDWICH and I knew I made the best decision. Right from the presentation of the dish to the friendly and warm staff to the owner Frank who went out of the way to make us feel comfortable and also gave us a taste of the HUMMUS & PITA, it was a little cafe with a fairy tale setup.
I'd love to go back over and over again just to feel that positive vibe and the warmth.

Imagine sitting in your office, wondering if you could enjoy a piping hot dish of delicious pasta right at your desk. Now, with Zomato, you of course have the option to just order one and have a go at it.
But, when you order from Tastress, you can be absolutely certain that the pasta is going to make you forget everything and just indulge. With perfect packaging and great care, the restaurant delivers steamy hot food at your door step.
Now the pasta was just one example, but they have other dishes too, which are praiseworthy to the core! The chicken mains are well seasoned, perfectly cooked and come with healthy accompaniments that are tasty, filling and just perfect for a busy day. Their sauces are mouthwatering and delectable. Their food speaks of comfort and health, at the same time.
Having said that, I also need to mention the quantity. Kudos to the guys at Tastress for dishing out good quantities while keeping the taste intact. They also take special care to follow your requests, writing small notes on the containers. It feels pretty good!
They also have a beverage menu, short but quite good. The iced tea is my all time favourite.
All in all, it is a great place to order food from. Do give it a try.
Have ordered salads from Tastress 4 times now and I must say I have found my salad place. They have been super consistent with the quality and quantity of the salad. Although I do wish the quantity of the chicken was a little more. Other than that is is an awesome salad place cant wait to visit the place myself.

I've eaten there once and I sampled what my friends ate too (keema and pav and grilled chicken with couscous). All the food I've eaten is absolutely wonderful. Frank is super cheerful and a warm host and every now and then I receive a cheery note with brief trivia on what I've ordered. I did message them once requesting approximate nutrition values of some of the items of their menu (that I've eaten) and they told me they were working on it. Still waiting on those but 10/10 will order from there without hesitation!

Extremely generous portions - complete value for money! I ordered a simple dish - scrambled eggs, but in my past experiences most of the restaurants manage to go wrong with it. Coming to the food, we ordered Very Berry Smoothie, Chicken White sauce Pasta and Grilled chicken sandwich and there isn't a single lacuna that I can point out. The food was delicious and healthy, sufficient portion size and everything was freshly made.

I was really fascinated by the name of this place, which I discovered thanks to my obsessive stalking of Zomato! Looking at the menu, I was further intrigued to try what this place has to offer. I've ordered twice from this place, a chicken avocado wrap, which was nice, but felt something amiss. Waited for another opportunity to order and went for the sloppy joe sliders, which consist of three mini burgers with minced chicken, tomatoes and delicious sauces, served along with a small portion of salad. We've ordered food from Tastress, Malad a few times now and it has been a great experience so far. The first time I ordered Chicken sliders, I wished it had more continental flavours. Nevertheless it was good. Kale chicken ceasar salad was well seasoned and well dressed. Made of fresh salad greens with plenty of protein (chicken). The BBQ pulled chicken sandwich was an absolute delight as well. Sweetness balanced with savoury in the pulled chicken created a great sandwich filling. Portion sizes are great each time as well.
Called for the Vegan Tofu Omelette & it was great! Especially enjoyed the olive, tomato & pesto dressing. Can’t wait to try more of their veggie options.

What an amazing place! The ambience, the music, the food... The whole feel of the place... Magnificent! The owners are such a warm couple.. the kind that you want to make friends with and spend time talking about everything under the roof.. Meaningful conversations. They have board games, cards, uno etc.. makes the meal more fun! The food is brilliant.. no matter whether you eat at the restaurant or order via any of the apps... The quality of food is supreme! My husband and I walked in coz of our sheer curiosity.. but ended up having a wonderful date night with great music, played a board game.. relished the Avocado toasties and a refreshing mint flavoured drink. Really Good packaging and the hand written note was a lovely touch. I ordered the chicken Gyro which was really good, the chicken was cooked perfectly and very flavourful and so was the sauce.
T Shawerma was really nice as well but very similar to the Gyro so make sure you try one or the other at time.
The Bread used was fantastic, so fresh and so soft. I personally could’ve eaten a whole packet on my own.

I'm writing a review after a long time on zomato.. Though I've been to a lot of place in these past few months.. But after visiting this place yesterday, I couldn't wait to write a review for this place..
To start with, I got to know about this place through a friend.. So we didn't eat at the cafe we visited earlier that evening. Its a small place with beautiful and cozy ambiance. The outdoor seating area is pretty appealing if you visit in the evening.. The indoors is well lit and soothing with some good music.. Adding to the fun is some indoors game that you can play with your friends. They have Jenga, UNO, monopoly.
The menu is quite extensive for you to order from.. The food is delicious and it make your taste bud dance to the treat.. We ordered grilled chicken meal with peri peri sauce and brown rice, grilled chicken sandwich, a shwarma warp and a pina colada. The food also caters to health aspect.
The owner of the place are really polite and courteous.. They make you feel like a guest at their home with their warm affection..
I'm definitely visiting this place again and recommending to my friends :)

What i had -
Grilled chicken meal - this ones very healthy. I had the cauliflower rice with it. Those who have not tried cauliflower rice before. These are small pieces of cauliflower tossed with a few veggies in oil. It was pretty good. The grilled chicken was a bit dry to its core, but it was a breast piece so can't complaint about it either. The mushroom sauce was really yum perfectly balanced. The side salad was good too. Overall filling and worth it.

It's always nice to see restaurants serving healthy food but Tastress takes it up a notch serving super healthy food of top notch quality at extremely reasonable prices. It's fresh, prepared carefully and the quality of ingredients used to prepare them is prime.
The menu is an interesting and a varied one with a lot of healthy options to choose from. The portions are generous and there is absolutely no compromise on the taste. The jerk chicken is a personal favourite, do try it! The salads, particularly the Tom Sam salad is fresh and wholesome.
Full props to the owner and the staff. The food and service deserves a full 10/10. I only wish it was a bigger space. Recommend everyone to check this place out. It will leave you impressed. Cheers to Tastress!

Tastress - It is not just a tiny cafe located in Evershine Nagar. It is a set of efforts and thoughts that came together gave a different touch to the way people should eat and drink. Tastress is an effort to make people healthier, without compromising on the taste. It is a baby of a couple, one of them loves taste while the other one prefers the meal to be wholesome, real and healthy. Frank and Lovina quit their tiring jobs, took good time to explore places, thought and curated the dishes for a long time, and finally started Tastress.
The best part is that these guys cook and prepare everything from scratch in their kitchen. Whether it is baking the donuts, grilling the chicken, preparing the flourless dessert, or marinating the chicken, they do it everything from the scratch to serve fresh and best food everytime one orders.
I visited here after a hectic day at work on a weekend with my mommy. Was easily able to spot this place as the pop and vibrant colours stand out. It is a cafe kinda setting with a couple of tables outside, some tables on the ground floor and three on the first level. We comfortably got seated upstairs after a quick chat with the owners. One of them is always there at the place to ensure that they provide the best experience to all their visitors, they said. The ambiance is simple yet lovely with choice of vibrant colours and accessories. There is a guitar here that people can play if they wish to. We tried a couple of healthy dishes that tasted amazing. I must say that healthy food here isn't sad at all.

I must say that both Body Cleanser and Fat Burner are way different than what you may feel like after looking at their ingredients. They are yummy and light and taste brilliant in their distinct ways. I would suggest we all should fondly fall in love with both these beauties! 5/5 for both.

*Sloppie Joe Chicken Sliders: The best thing I had here I can say. Slider buns stuffed with super yummy sloppy patty. Can't describe this one in words. Just try it yourself and you will know amazing it is! - 5/5
*Lemon Yogurt Chicken: Just the right tandoori chicken with nice flavours. Yogurt flavour penetrated deep inside the chicken leg we had. Chicken was nicely cooked inside out. Lemon flavour was a little less tho. But all in all, I loved this chicken and the simple salad served with it. Oh yes, chutney is super great too! Owner's favourite. - 4.8/5
*Grilled Chicken Sandwich: Everything so simple yet so nice. Best quality chicken chunks, nicely grilled and sandwiched in wheat bread. The sandwich also contains tomatoes, onions and lettuce. The garlic mayo smothered inside was the super show stealer for me as I love garlic flavour and chunks. A MUST TRY sandwich! - 5/5

*Donuts: Freshly baked with every order. Soft, fluffy, and filled medium-sized donuts topped with generous amount of the flavour you choose. I tried the very tangy Berry and nice and rich Salted Caramel. Both were simply mamma mia! - 5/5

I began with a thirst quencher- The body cleanser. Does it remind you of one of those sour and bitter drinks after a workout or a long walk? Then you’ll be happily mistaken. This one is a healthy and tasty shot with quite the same ingredients.
I gorged on the healthy options for the main course- the couscous meal, quinoa risotto and spaghetti. The creamy quinoa risotto, the protein rich couscous meal and the spaghetti flavoured with fresh spices made a filling meal.
The icing on the cake was the cake itself! Hard to believe that a cake could be flourless with just eggs and a bit of butter? Try it to believe it!

Loved everything about this place. Great food, cozy ambience, warm and friendly host, decent price, cool vibe. I guess this neighborhood really needed a place like Tastress and I'm so glad it's right next to my building.. Looking forward to my next visit and try some more options.

Tastress = Freshness...its probably the 4th time I have ordered from here and wow, I loved everything i have tried so far. Add to it, an awesome host, who is always just a call away to give his suggestions and make tit bit changes here and there just to suit your taste buds. Moreover the options for vegetarians are plenty and superb too. Not only the quality of food is great but the quantity is lovely too, one portion easily fills you and gets you going.

Ordered a Healthy Lebanese Shawarma Wrap. To begin with, it was delivered way quicker. It was neatly packaged. And, the best of all - it tasted like a raindrop. The quantity of chicken was ashtonishing.

Good food and good vibes is what this place has to offer. It is a lovely mix of healthy and tasty food. The place is very well maintained with comfortable seating and soft music. I really enjoyed my peanut butter milkshake and I am definitely looking forward to go again

Nice place for a quick meal or even just a casual dine out with family & friends. The owners are great hosts and make you feel welcome & comfy. Menu is quite interesting with some wacky ideas going on, the healthy drinks are seriously healthy!

If this is the collection center at Roopali Cooperative housing society, Evershine Nagar, Malad West, then we had a great overall experience. Needed Rt PCR results same day for flight to US from India in Feb 2022. We gave our samples at 8am and got the results back by 2:30pm. The centre under promised by saying you'll get it by 8pm but got it much earlier.
It is right around the corner near the charkop circle and ground level of kalpavruksh building. A normal diagnostics centre that can be easily seen and reached by the people but there is no parking space available in this area if you are travelling with a 4-wheeler vehicle.
Nice lab for tests... Efficient service.
